Jeremiah 27
1 In [the] beginning of [the] reign of Jehoiakim [the] son of Josiah [the] king of Judah it came the word this to Jeremiah from with Yahweh saying.
Le Yuda fia Zedekia, Yosia ƒe vi ƒe fiaɖuɖu ƒe gɔmedzedzea me la, Yehowa ƒe nya sia va na Yeremia be:
2 Thus he said Yahweh to me make for yourself fetters and yoke-bars and you will put them on neck your.
Ale Yehowa gblɔ nam nye esi: “Gbi ka, nàtsɔ ati sesẽ eve awɔ kɔkuti eye nàtsɔ kɔkuti la ku wò kɔ.
3 And you will send them to [the] king of Edom and to [the] king of Moab and to [the] king of [the] people of Ammon and to [the] king of Tyre and to [the] king of Sidon by [the] hand of messengers who have come Jerusalem to Zedekiah [the] king of Judah.
Ekema nàɖo du ɖe Edom, Moab, Amon, Tiro kple Sidon fiawo to woƒe ame dɔdɔ siwo va Yuda fia, Zedekia, gbɔ le Yerusalem la dzi.
4 And you will command them to masters their saying thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel thus you will say to masters your.
Ɖo gbedeasi ɖe woƒe amegãwo, eye nàgblɔ be, ‘Ale Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ, Israel ƒe Mawu la gblɔe nye esi: “Migblɔ na miaƒe amegãwo be,
5 I I made the earth humankind and the animal[s] which [are] on [the] surface of the earth by power my great and by arm my outstretched and I give it to [those] whom it is pleasing in view my.
Nye ŋusẽ triakɔ kple nye abɔ si le dzi lae metsɔ wɔ anyigba, edzinɔlawo kple lã vovovo siwo le edzi eye metsɔnɛ naa ame sia ame si melɔ̃.
6 And now I I give all the lands these in [the] hand of Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon servant my and also [the] animal[s] of the field I give to him to serve him.
Azɔ la, matsɔ miaƒe dukɔwo katã ade asi na nye dɔla, Babilonia fia, Nebukadnezar. Mawɔe be lã wɔadãwo gɔ̃ hã anɔ eƒe kpɔkplɔ te.
7 And they will serve him all the nations and son his and [the] son of son his until comes [the] time of land his also he and they will work by him nations many and kings great.
Dukɔwo katã asubɔe, asubɔ via kple eƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi gɔ̃ hã va se ɖe esime eƒe anyigba ƒe ɣeyiɣi nade. Ekema dukɔ geɖewo kple fia xɔŋkɔwo aɖu edzi.
8 And it will be the nation and the kingdom which not they will serve him Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon and which not it will put neck its in [the] yoke of [the] king of Babylon with the sword and with famine and with pestilence I will visit [judgment] on the nation that [the] utterance of Yahweh until have consumed I them by hand his.
“‘“Ke ne dukɔ alo fiaɖuƒe aɖe gbe be yemasubɔ Babilonia fia Nebukadnezar, alo abɔbɔ ɖe eƒe kɔkuti te o la, mahe to na dukɔ ma kple yi, dɔwuame kple dɔvɔ̃ va se ɖe esime matsrɔ̃e kple Nebukadnezar ƒe asi.”’ Yehowae gblɔe.
9 And you may not you listen to prophets your and to diviners your and to dreams your and to soothsayers your and to sorcerers your who they [are] saying to you saying not you will serve [the] king of Babylon.
Eya ta migaɖo to miaƒe nyagblɔɖilawo, bokɔnɔwo, drɔ̃egɔmeɖelawo, ŋɔliyɔlawo kple nukala siwo gblɔna na mi be, ‘Migasubɔ Babilonia fia o’ la o.
10 For falsehood they [are] prophesying to you so as to remove far away you from on land your and I will drive out you and you will perish.
Wogblɔa aʋatsonyagblɔɖiwo na mi, siwo ana be woaɖe mi ɖa le miaƒe anyigbawo dzi aɖo ɖe didiƒewo. Manya mi eye miatsrɔ̃.
11 And the nation which it will bring neck its in [the] yoke of [the] king of Babylon and it will serve him and I will let remain it on land its [the] utterance of Yahweh and it will work it and it will dwell in it.
Gake ne dukɔ aɖe bɔbɔ ɖe Babilonia fia ƒe kɔkuti te hesubɔe la, mana be dukɔ ma nanɔ eya ŋutɔ ƒe anyigba dzi eye wòanɔ edzi. Yehowae gblɔe.”
12 And to Zedekiah [the] king of Judah I spoke according to all the words these saying bring necks your in [the] yoke of [the] king of Babylon and serve him and people his and live.
Metsɔ gbedeasi sia ke na Yuda fia Zedekia. Megblɔ nɛ be, “Tsɔ wò kɔ de Babilonia fia, Nebukadnezar, ƒe kɔkuti te; subɔ eya kple eƒe dukɔmetɔwo eye nànɔ agbe.
13 Why? will you die you and people your by the sword by famine and by pestilence just as he has spoken Yahweh to the nation which not it will serve [the] king of Babylon.
Nu ka ŋuti wò kple wò amewo miaku ɖe yi, dɔwuame kple dɔvɔ̃ si ƒe ŋugbe Yehowa do na dukɔ si masubɔ Babilonia fia o la ƒe asi me?
14 And may not you listen to [the] words of the prophets who say to you saying not you will serve [the] king of Babylon for falsehood they [are] prophesying to you.
Mègaɖo to nyagblɔɖilawo ƒe nya si gblɔm wole na wò be, ‘Mígasubɔ Babilonia fia o’ la o; elabena aʋatsonyawo gblɔm wole na wò.
15 For not I sent them [the] utterance of Yahweh and they [are] prophesying in name my to falsehood so as to drive out I you and you will perish you and the prophets who are prophesying to you.
Yehowa be, ‘Nyemedɔ wo o. Aʋatsonya gblɔm wole ɖi le nye ŋkɔ me. Eya ta manya wò ɖa le teƒe sia eye wò kple Nyagblɔɖila siwo gblɔ nya ɖi na wò la siaa miatsrɔ̃.’”
16 And to the priests and to all the people this I spoke saying thus he says Yahweh may not you listen to [the] words of prophets your who are prophesying to you saying there! [the] articles of [the] house of Yahweh [are] about to be brought back from Babylon now quickly for falsehood they [are] prophesying to you.
Tete megblɔ na nunɔlawo kple ame siawo katã be, “Ale Yehowa gblɔe nye esi: Migaɖo to nyagblɔɖila siwo gblɔna na mi be, ‘Esusɔ vie woatrɔ nu siwo wolɔ le Yehowa ƒe gbedoxɔ me yi Babilonia la gbɔe’ o. Aʋatsonya gblɔm wole ɖi na mi.
17 May not you listen to them serve [the] king of Babylon and live why? will it become the city this a ruin.
Migaɖo to wo o. Misubɔ Babilonia fia, ekema mianɔ agbe. Nu ka ŋuti du sia azu aƒedo?
18 And if [are] prophets they and if there [is] [the] word of Yahweh with them let them entreat please Yahweh of hosts to not go the articles - which remain in [the] house of Yahweh and [the] house of [the] king of Judah and in Jerusalem Babylon towards.
Nenye nyagblɔɖilawoe wonye vavã eye Yehowa ƒe nya le wo me la, ekema woneɖe kuku na Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ la, be nu siwo susɔ ɖe Yehowa ƒe gbedoxɔ me kple Yuda fia ƒe aƒe me le Yerusalem la, womagalɔ wo ayi Babilonia o.
19 For thus he says Yahweh of hosts concerning the pillars and on the sea and on the stands and on [the] remainder of the articles which remain in the city this.
Elabena, ale Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ la gblɔ tso sɔtiawo, akɔblizɔ kple nu siwo dzi woda wo ɖo kple nu bubu siwo susɔ ɖe du sia me la ŋuti.
20 Which not he took them Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon when took into exile he (Jeconiah *Q(k)*) [the] son of Jehoiakim [the] king of Judah from Jerusalem Babylon towards and all [the] nobles of Judah and Jerusalem.
Nu siwo Babilonia fia, Nebukadnezar metsɔ dzoe o esi wòva lé Yuda fia Yehoyatsin, Yehoyakim ƒe vi, yi ɖe aboyome le Babilonia kpe ɖe Yuda kple Yerusalem ƒe ame ŋkutawo ŋuti.
21 For thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel on the articles which remain [the] house of Yahweh and [the] house of [the] king of Judah and Jerusalem.
Ɛ̃, ale Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ la, Israel ƒe Mawu la gblɔ tso nu siwo susɔ ɖe Yehowa ƒe gbedoxɔ kple Yuda fia ƒe fiasã me le Yerusalem la ŋutie nye esi:
22 Babylon towards they will be taken and there they will remain until [the] day give attention to I them [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will bring up them and I will bring back them to the place this.
‘Woalɔ wo ayi ɖe Babilonia, afi ma woanɔ va se ɖe gbe si gbe mava alɔ wo ekema matrɔ wo agbɔe va teƒe sia.’” Yehowae gblɔe.
