Jeremiah 17
1 [the] sin of Judah [is] inscribed with a stylus of iron with a point of flint [is] engraved on [the] tablet of heart their and to [the] horns of altars your.
“यहूदाको पाप हिराको निब भएको फलामको कलमले लेखिएको छ । त्यसलाई तिनीहरूका हृदयका पाटी र तिनका वेदीहरूका सिङहरूमा कुँदिएको छ ।
2 When remember children their altars their and Asherah poles their at tree[s] luxuriant on hills high.
तिनीहरूका बालबालिकाले तिनीहरूका वेदीहरू र तिनीहरूका अशेराका खम्बाहरूलाई सम्झन्छन्, जुन झ्याम्म परेका रुखहरूका छेउमा र अग्ला पहाडहरूमा थिए ।
3 Mountain my in the field wealth your all treasures your to plunder I will give high places your for sin in all territories your.
आफ्ना सबै इलाकामा तिमीहरूले गरेका पापको कारणले तिमीहरूका अग्ला ठाउँहरूसँगै खुला देशमा भएको मेरो पर्वत र तिमीहरूका धन-सम्पत्ति र तिमीहरूका सबै खजाना म लुटको मालको रूपमा दिनेछु ।
4 And you will let fall and in you from inheritance your which I gave to you and I will make serve you enemies your in land which not you know for a fire you have kindled in anger my until perpetuity it will burn.
मैले तिमीहरूलाई दिएको उत्तराधिकार तिमीहरूले गुमाउने छौ । तिमीहरूले नचिनेको देशमा म तिमीहरूलाई आफ्ना शत्रुहरूको दास तुल्याउनेछु, किनकि तिमीहरूले मेरो क्रोधमा आगो सल्काएका छौ, जुन सदासर्वदा बल्नेछ ।”
5 Thus - he says Yahweh [is] cursed the man who he trusts in humankind and he makes flesh strength his and from Yahweh it turns aside heart his.
परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ, “मानव-जातिमा भरोसा गर्ने व्यक्ति श्रापित होस् । त्यसले शरीरलाई आफ्नो शक्ति सम्झन्छ, तर आफ्नो हृदय परमप्रभुबाट टाढा लैजान्छ ।
6 And he will be like a bush in the desert plain and not he will see if it will come good and he will dwell parched places in the wilderness a land of saltiness and not anyone dwells.
त्यो अराबाको पोथ्रोझैं हुनेछ, र त्यसले कुनै असल कुरो आइरहेको देख्ने छैन । त्यो बासिन्दा नभएको उजाडस्थान, सुख्खा भूमिका चट्टानहरूमा बस्नेछ ।
7 [is] blessed The man who he trusts in Yahweh and he is Yahweh trust his.
तर परमप्रभुमा भरोस गर्ने व्यक्ति धन्यको हो, किनकि परमप्रभु नै त्यसको दृढताको कारण हुनुहुन्छ ।
8 And he will be like a tree - planted at water and [which] at a stream it sends out roots its and not (he will see *Q(K)*) if it will come heat and it will be leafage its luxuriant and in a year of drought not it will be anxious and not it will cease from producing fruit.
त्यो पानीको छेउमा रोपिएको बिरुवाजस्तै हुनेछ । यसका जरा खोलाको किनारमा फैलिएको हुनेछन् । जब ताप आउँछ तब त्यो डराउनेछैन, किनकि यसका पात सधैं हरिया हुन्छन् । खडेरीको वर्षमा यो चिन्तित हुँदैन, र यसले फल फलाउन छोड्दैन ।
9 [is] deceitful The heart more than everything and [is] incurable it who? will he know it.
कुनै पनि कुराभन्दा हृदय बढी छली हुन्छ । यो रोगले ग्रस्त छ । यसलाई कसले बुझ्न सक्छ र?
10 I Yahweh [am] searching [the] heart [am] testing [the] kidneys to give to everyone (according to ways his *Q(K)*) according to [the] fruit of deeds his.
मनको खोजी गर्ने, हृदयको जाँच गर्ने परमप्रभु म नै हुँ । हरेक व्यक्तिको आफ्नो चालअनुसार, त्यसका कामहरूको फलअनुसार म त्यसलाई इनाम दिन्छु ।
11 A partridge [which] it gathers a brood and not it has laid [one who] makes wealth and not with justice in [the] middle of (days his *Q(K)*) it will leave him and at end his he will be a fool.
तित्रोले आफूले नपारेको अण्डा ओथ्रने काम गर्छ । कोही मानिस अन्यायपूर्वक धनी बन्न सक्छ, तर त्यसका आधा उमेर सकिन्छन् तब ती धनले त्यसलाई छाड्नेछन्, र अन्त्यमा त्यो मूर्ख हुनेछ ।”
12 [is] a throne of Glory a high place from first [time] [the] place of sanctuary our.
सुरुदेखि नै उच्च पारिएको हाम्रो मन्दिरको ठाउँ एउटा महिमित सिंहासन हो ।
13 O hope of Israel O Yahweh all [those who] forsake you they will be ashamed (and disloyal [ones] my *Q(K)*) in the land they will be written down for they have forsaken [the] spring of water living Yahweh.
परमप्रभु नै इस्राएलको आशा हुनुहुन्छ । तपाईंलाई त्याग्नेहरू सबै लाजमा पर्नेछन् । देशमा तपाईंबाट तर्केर जानेहरू धुलोमा लेखिनेछन्, किनकि तिनीहरूले परमप्रभु, जिउँदो पानीको मूललाई त्यागेका छन् ।
14 Heal me O Yahweh so I may be healed save me so let me be saved for [are] praise my you.
हे परमप्रभु, मलाई निको पार्नुहोस्, र म निको हुनेछु । मलाई छुटकारा दिनुहोस्, र मैले छुटकारा पाउनेछु । किनकि तपाईं नै मेरो प्रशंसाको गीत हुनुहुन्छ ।
15 Here! they [are] saying to me where? [is] [the] word of Yahweh let it come please.
हेर्नुहोस्, तिनीहरू मलाई यसो भन्दैछन्, 'परमप्रभुको वचन कहाँ छ? त्यो आओस् ।'
16 And I not I have hastened - from a shepherd after you and a day incurable not I have desired you you know [the] utterance of lips my before face your it was.
मेरो बारेमा, म तपाईंको अनुसरण गरेर गोठालो हुनदेखि भागेर म गइन । मैले विपत्तिको समयको प्रतीक्षा गरिनँ । मेरो जिब्रोबाट निस्केको घोषणाहरू तपाईं जान्नुहुन्छ । ती तपाईंकै उपस्थितिमा गरिएका थिए ।
17 May not you become to me an object of terror [are] refuge my you in a day of calamity.
मेरो लागि त्रास नबन्नुहोस् । सङ्कष्टको दिनमा तपाईं नै मेरो शरणस्थान हुनुहुन्छ ।
18 Let them be put to shame pursuers my and may not I be put to shame I let them be dismayed they and may not I be dismayed I bring on them a day of calamity and double destruction destroy them.
मेरो पिछा गर्नेहरू लाजमा परून्, तर मलाई लज्जित हुन नदिनुहोस् । तिनीहरू त्रासमा परून्, तर मलाई त्रासमा पर्न नदिनुहोस् । तिनीहरूको विरुद्धमा विपत्तिको दिन पठाउनुहोस्, र तिनीहरूलाई विनाशको दोब्बर भागले टुक्रा-टुक्रा पार्नुहोस् ।”
19 Thus he said Yahweh to me go and you will stand in [the] gate of [the] sons of (the people *Q(K)*) which they go in it [the] kings of Judah and which they go out in it and in all [the] gates of Jerusalem.
परमप्रभुले मलाई यसो भन्नुभयो, “जा र मानिसहरूका मूल ढोकामा खडा हो, जहाँबाट यहूदाका राजाहरू प्रवेश गर्छन् र जहाँबाट तिनीहरू बाहिर निस्कन्छन् । त्यसपछि यरूशलेमका अन्य सबै ढोकामा खडा हो ।
20 And you will say to them hear [the] word of Yahweh O kings of Judah and all Judah and all [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem who go in the gates these.
तिनीहरूलाई भन्, 'यी ढोकाहरूबाट आवातजावत गर्ने हे सबै यहूदाका राजा, यहूदाका सबै मानिस र यरूशलेमका हरेक बासिन्दा हो, परमप्रभुको वचन सुन ।
21 Thus he says Yahweh take heed to lives your and may not you carry a burden on [the] day of the sabbath and you will bring [it] in [the] gates of Jerusalem.
परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छः आफ्नो जीवनको निम्ति होसियार होओ, र यरूशलेमका ढोकाहरूमा ल्याउन शबाथ-दिनमा भारी नबोक ।
22 And not you must bring out a burden from houses your on [the] day of the sabbath and any work not you must do and you will set apart as holy [the] day of the sabbath just as I commanded ancestors your.
शबाथ-दिनमा आफ्ना घरबाट भारी बोकेर बाहिर नल्याओ । मैले तिमीहरूका पुर्खाहरूलाई आज्ञा गरेझैं, शबाथ-दिनमा कुनै काम नगर्नू, तर त्यसलाई अलग गर्नू ।'”
23 And not they listened and not they inclined ear their and they stiffened neck their to not (to listen *Q(K)*) and to not to accept correction.
तर तिनीहरूले सुनेनन् वा ध्यानै दिएनन् । तिनीहरूले मेरा कुरा सुन्न नसकून् न त अनुशासनलाई स्वीकार गरून् भनेर तिनीहरू अटेरी भए ।
24 And it will be certainly [if] you will listen! to me [the] utterance of Yahweh to not - to bring a burden in [the] gates of the city this on [the] day of the sabbath and to set apart as holy [the] day of the sabbath to not to do (on it *Q(K)*) any work.
यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो, तिमीहरूले साँच्चै मेरो कुरा सुन्यौ र शबाथ-दिनमा यस सहरका ढोकाहरूसम्म भारी बोकेर ल्याएनौ तर शबाथ-दिनलाई परमप्रभुको निम्ति अलग गर्यौ र त्यसमा कुनै काम गरेनौ भने,
25 And they will come in [the] gates of the city this kings - and princes [who] sit on [the] throne of David [who] ride - in chariot[s] and on horses they and officials their everyone of Judah and [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem and it will remain the city this for ever.
राजाहरू, राजकुमारहरू, यहूदाका मानिसहरू, यरूशलेमका बासिन्दाहरू, तिनीहरूका अगुवाहरू र दाऊदको सिंहासनमा बस्नेहरू रथहरू र घोडाहरूमा चढेर यस सहरका ढोकाहरूमा आउनेछन्, अनि यो सहरमा सदासर्वदा मानिसको बसोबास हुनेछ ।
26 And they will come from [the] cities of Judah and from round about Jerusalem and from [the] land of Benjamin and from the Shephelah and from the hill country and from the Negev [those who] bring burnt offering and sacrifice and grain offering and frankincense and [those who] bring a thank-offering [the] house of Yahweh.
तिनीहरू यहूदाका सहरहरूबाट, यरूशलेमका चारैतिरबाट, बेन्यामीन इलाका र तराइबाट, पहाडहरूबाट र नेगेवबाट आउनेछन्, र तिनीहरूले होमबलि र बलिदानहरू, अन्नबलि र धुप, धन्यवादका बलिहरू परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा ल्याउनेछन् ।
27 And if not you will listen to me to set apart as holy [the] day of the sabbath and to not - to carry a burden and to go in [the] gates of Jerusalem on [the] day of the sabbath and I will kindle a fire in gates its and it will consume [the] fortresses of Jerusalem and not it will be extinguished.
तर तिमीहरूले मेरो कुरा सुनेनौ, शबाथ-दिनलाई अलग गरेनौ र त्यस दिन गर्हौँ भारी नबोक भन्दा मानेनौ र यरूशलेमका ढोकाहरूभित्र प्रवेश गर्यौ भने, तब म यसका ढोकाहरूमा आगो सल्काउनेछु, र त्यसले यरूशलेमका किल्लाहरूलाई भस्म पार्नेछ, र त्यसलाई निभाउन सकिंदैन ।”
