Jeremiah 14
1 Which it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah on [the] matters of the droughts.
Słowo Pańskie, które się stało do Jeremijasza o suszy.
2 It is in mourning Judah and gates its they are languishing they are in mourning to the earth and [the] outcry of Jerusalem it has gone up.
Ziemia Judzka płakać będzie, a bramy jej zemdleją, żałobę nosić będą na ziemi, a narzekanie Jeruzalemskie wstąpi w górę;
3 And noble [ones] their they have sent (servants their *Q(K)*) for water they have come to [the] cisterns not they have found water they have returned vessels their empty they are ashamed and they are humiliated and they have covered head their.
I zacniejsi z nich rozsyłać będą najpodlejszych swoich po wodę; a przyszedłszy do cystern, i nie znalazłszy wody, nawrócą się z naczyniem swojem próżnem, zapłonąwszy i zawstydziwszy się; przetoż nakryją głowę swoję.
4 For sake of the ground [which] it is cracked for not it has come rain in the land they are ashamed farmers they have covered head their.
Dla ziemi upragnionej, przeto, że deszczu nie będzie na ziemi, i oracze wstydząc się nakryją głowy swoje.
5 For also a doe in the field it has given birth and it has abandoned for not it is grass.
Owszem i łani, co na polu porodziła, opuści; bo na polu trawy nie będzie.
6 And wild donkeys they have stood on [the] bare heights they have panted for breath like jackals they have failed eyes their for there not [is] vegetation.
A osły dzikie, stając na wysokich miejscach, chwytać będą wiatr jako smoki; ustaną oczy ich, bo nie będzie trawy.
7 Though iniquities our they have testified against us O Yahweh act for [the] sake of name your for they are many apostasies our to you we have sinned.
O Panie! ponieważ nieprawości nasze świadczą przeciwko nam, zmiłuj się dla imienia twego; boć wielkie są odwrócenia nasze, tobieśmy zgrzeszyli.
8 O hope of Israel deliverer its in a time of distress why? are you like a sojourner in the land and like a traveler [who] he has turned aside to spend [the] night.
O nadzejo Izraelowa, wybawicielu jego czasu utrapienia! czemuż masz być jako przychodzień w tej ziemi, a jako podróżny wstępujący na nocleg?
9 Why? are you like a person astounded like a warrior [who] not he is able to save and you [are] in midst our O Yahweh and name your on us it is called may not you abandon us.
Czemuż się pokazujesz jako mąż strudzony, albo jako mocarz, który nie może wybawić? Wszakeś ty jest w pośrodku nas, Panie! a imię twoje wzywane jest nad nami; nie opuszczajże nas.
10 Thus he says Yahweh of the people this thus they have loved to wander feet their not they have restrained and Yahweh not he has accepted them now he will remember iniquity their so he may punish sins their.
Tak mówi Pan o tym ludu: Iż tak miłują tułanie, a nóg swych nie powściągają, przetoż się Panu nie podobają, i teraz wspomina nieprawości ich, a nawiedza grzechy ich.
11 And he said Yahweh to me may not you pray for the people this for good.
Potem rzekł Pan do mnie: Nie módl się za tym ludem.
12 For they will fast not I [will be] listening to cry of entreaty their even if they will offer up a burnt offering and a grain offering not I [will be] accepting them for by the sword and by famine and by pestilence I [will be] bringing to an end them.
Gdy pościć będą, Ja nie wysłucham wołania ich; a gdy ofiarować będą całopalenie, i ofiarę śniedną, Ja tego nie przyjmę; ale mieczem, i głodem, i morem wytracę ich.
13 And I said alas! - O Lord Yahweh here! the prophets [are] saying to them not you will see sword and famine not it will happen to you for peace of reliability I will give to you in the place this.
I rzekłem: Ach, panujący Panie! oto im ci prorocy mówią: Nie oglądacie miecza, a głód nie przyjdzie na was, ale pokój pewny dam wam na tem miejscu.
14 And he said Yahweh to me falsehood the prophets [are] prophesying in name my not I sent them and not I appointed them and not I spoke to them a vision of falsehood and divination (and an idol *Q(K)*) (and [the] deceitfulness of *Q(k)*) own heart their they [are] prophesying to you.
I rzekł Pan do mnie: Fałsz prorokują ci prorocy w imieniu mojem; nie posłałem ich, anim im rozkazał, owszem, anim mówił do nich; widzenie kłamliwe, i wieszczbę, i marność, i kłamstwo serca swego oni wam prorokują.
15 Therefore thus he says Yahweh on the prophets who are prophesying in name my and I not I sent them and they [are] saying sword and famine not it will happen in the land this by the sword and by famine they will meet their end the prophets those.
Przetoż tak mówi Pan o prorokach, którzy prorokują w imieniu mojem, chociażem Ja ich nie posłał, i którzy mówią: Miecza ani głodu nie będzie w tej ziemi; ci sami prorocy mieczem i głodem zginą.
16 And the people whom they [are] prophesying to them they will be thrown out in [the] streets of Jerusalem because of - the famine and the sword and not a burier [will belong] to them them wives their and sons their and daughters their and I will pour out on them wickedness their.
A lud ten, któremu oni prorokują, rozrzucony będzie po ulicach Jeruzalemskich od głodu i od miecza, a nie będzie, ktoby ich pogrzebał, onych samych, żony ich, i synów ich, i córki ich; tak wyleję na nich złość ich.
17 And you will speak to them the word this let them run down eyes my tear[s] night and by day and may not they cease for a breaking great she has been broken [the] virgin of [the] daughter of people my a wound made sick very.
Przetoż rzeczesz do nich to słowo: Oczy moje wylewają łzy w nocy i we dnie bez przestanku; bo skruszeniem wielkiem skruszona będzie panna, córka ludu mojego, i raną bardzo bolesną.
18 If I went out the field and there! [those] slain of a sword and if I went the city and there! diseases of famine for both prophet as well as priest they have gone about to a land and not they know.
Wyjdęli na pole, oto tam pomordowani mieczem; wyjdęli do miasta, oto i tam zmorzeni głodem; bo jako prorok tak i kapłan obchodząc kupczą ziemią, a ludzie tego nie baczą.
19 ¿ Really have you rejected Judah or? Zion does it abhor self your why? have you struck us and not [belongs] to us healing we waited eagerly for peace and there not [was] good and for a time of healing and there! terror.
Izali do końca odrzucasz Judę? Izali Syon obrzydziła sobie dusza twoja? Przecz nas bijesz, tak abyśmy już nie byli uzdrowieni? Oczekujemyli na pokój, alić oto następuje nic dobrego; a jeźli na czas uleczenia, a oto zatrwożenie.
20 We know O Yahweh wickedness our [the] iniquity of ancestors our for we have sinned to you.
Uznajemy, Panie! niezbożność swoję, i nieprawość ojców naszych, iżeśmy zgrzeszyli przeciw tobie.
21 May not you spurn for [the] sake of name your may not you treat with contempt [the] throne of glory your remember may not you break covenant your with us.
Nie odrzucajże nas dla imienia twego, nie podawajże w lekkość stolicy chwały twojej; wspomnijże, nie targaj przymierza twego z nami.
22 ¿ [are] there Among [the] vanities of the nations [those who] send rain and or? the heavens do they give copious showers ¿ not you [is] it O Yahweh God our so we may wait eagerly for you for you you have done all these [things].
Izali są między marnościami pogańskiemi, coby spuszczali deszcz? albo niebiosa mogąli same przez się dawać deszcze? Izaliś nie ty sam Pan, Bóg nasz? Przetoż oczekujemy na cię; bo to wszystko ty czynisz.
