Jeremiah 13
1 Thus he said Yahweh to me go and you will buy for yourself a loincloth of linen and you will put it on loins your and in water not you must cause to go it.
BOEIPA loh kai taengah he ni a thui. Cet lamtah namah ham hlamik hailaem te lai. Te te na cinghen dongah yen lamtah tui dongah tah khuen boeh.
2 And I bought the loincloth according to [the] word of Yahweh and I put [it] on loins my.
Te dongah BOEIPA ol bangla hailaem te ka lai tih ka cinghen ah ka naak.
3 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me a second [time] saying.
Te phoeiah BOEIPA ol te kai taengah a pabae la ha pawk tih,
4 Take the loincloth which you bought which [is] on loins your and arise go Perath towards and hide it there in [the] cleft of the rock.
“Na cinghen kah hailaem na lai te khuen laeh. Te phoeiah thoo lamtah Perath la paan lamtah thaelrhaep thaelpang khuiah pahoi det,” a ti.
5 And I went and I hid it at Perath just as he had commanded Yahweh me.
Te dongah BOEIPA loh kai ng'uen bangla ka cet tih Perath ah hailaem te ka det.
6 And it was from [the] end of days many and he said Yahweh to me arise go Perath towards and take from there the loincloth which I commanded you to hide it there.
Tedae khohnin a thoknah muep a om phoeiah tah BOEIPA loh kai taengah, “Thoo, Perath la cet lamtah te lamkah hailaem, te rhoek ah det ham nang kang uen te lo laeh,” a ti.
7 And I went Perath towards and I dug and I took the loincloth from the place where I had hidden it there and there! it was ruined the loincloth not it was profitable for anything.
Te dongah Perath la ka cet tih ka too phoeiah hailaem te ka det nah hmuen lamloh pahoi ka loh. Tedae hailaem te poci tih a pum la thaihtak pawh ne.
8 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
Te phoeiah BOEIPA ol te kai taengla ha pawk tih,
9 Thus he says Yahweh thus I will ruin [the] pride of Judah and [the] pride of Jerusalem great.
“He tah BOEIPA long ni a thui, he tlam ni Judah kah hoemdamnah neh Jerusalem kah hoemdamnah aih khaw ka phae eh.
10 The people this wicked who are refusing - to hear words my who walk in [the] stubbornness of own heart their and they have walked after gods other to serve them and to bow down to them and let it be like the loincloth this which not it is profitable for anything.
Pilnam he thae tih ka ol hnatun ham huek uh. A lungbuei kah thinthahnah dongah pongpa uh tih, pathen tloe te thothueng ham neh bawk ham a paan uh. Te dongah he kah hailaem bangla om uh vetih boeih thaihtak mahpawh.
11 For just as it clings loincloth to [the] loins of a person so I have made cling to me all [the] house of Israel and all [the] house of Judah [the] utterance of Yahweh to become for me a people and a name and praise and honor and not they listened.
Hlang kah cinghen ah hailaem a vaep bangla Israel imkhui boeih neh Judah imkhui pum he kamah taengah ka vaep coeng. Kai taengah pilnam la, ming om la, koehnah la, boeimang la om ham he BOEIPA kah olphong coeng ni. Tedae a yaak uh moenih.
12 And you will speak to them the word this. Thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel every wineskin it will be filled wine and they will say to you ¿ really not do we know that every wineskin it will be filled wine.
Te dongah amih taengah he kah ol he thui pah. He he Israel Pathen BOEIPA long ni a thui. Khap boeih te misurtui a bae vaengah tah namah te, 'Khap tom dongah misurtui a bae sak te ka ming khaw ka ming moenih a?' a ti uh.
13 And you will say to them thus he says Yahweh here I [am] about to fill all [the] inhabitants of the land this and the kings who sit for David on throne his and the priests and the prophets and all [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem drunkenness.
Te phoeiah BOEIPA loh a thui he amih taengah thui pah. Khohmuen kah khosa boeih te David kah ngolkhoel dongah aka ngol manghai rhoek khaw, khosoih rhoek khaw, tonghma rhoek khaw, Jerusalem khosa boeih kah rhuihahnah khaw ka hah sak coeng he.
14 And I will smash them each to brother his and the parents and the children alike [the] utterance of Yahweh not I will show pity and not I will have mercy and not I will have compassion from destroying them.
Te vaengah amih te hlang loh a manuca khaw, a napa rhoek neh a ca rhoek khaw ka phop ni. BOEIPA kah olphong bangla ka hnaih pawt vetih ka rhen mahpawh. Amih thup ham te ka haidam mahpawh,” a ti.
15 Hear and give ear may not you be haughty for Yahweh he has spoken.
Hnatun lamtah hnakaeng laeh, BOEIPA loh a thui coeng dongah namah sang voel boeh.
16 Give to Yahweh God your glory before he will bring darkness and before they will stumble feet your on mountains of twilight and you will wait for light and he will make it into deep darkness (and he will make [it] *Q(K)*) into thick darkness.
Hmuep hlan tih hlaemhmah tlang ah na kho a yawk hlan vaengah thangpomnah te BOEIPA na Pathen ham pae laeh. Vangnah te na lamtawn cakhaw dueknah hlipkhup la poeh vetih yinnah la pai rhoe pai ni.
17 And if not you will listen to it in secret places it will weep self my because of pride and utterly it will weep and it may run down eye my tear[s] for it has been taken captive [the] flock of Yahweh.
Tedae na hnatun pawt akhaw ka hinglu he a huephael ah rhap bitni. Koevoeinah dongah rhap, rhap vetih BOEIPA kah tuping a sol dongah ka mik kah mikphi khaw long bitni.
18 Say to the king and to the queen-mother make low sit for it has come down [the] place of head your [the] crown of splendor your.
Manghai neh manghainu te, “Na lu kah na boeimang rhuisam tah tla pawn ni, kunyun lamtah khosa,” a ti nah.
19 [the] cities of The Negev they have been shut up and there not [is one who] opens it has been taken into exile Judah all of it it has been taken into exile completeness.
Tuithim khopuei rhoek te a khaih vetih ong uh mahpawh. Judah te a pum la a sol tih ngaimong la a poelyoe.
20 (Lift up *Q(K)*) eyes your (and see *Q(K)*) those [who] are coming from [the] north where? [is] the flock [which] it was given to you [the] sheep of beauty your.
Na mik te huel, huel lamtah tlangpuei lamkah aka pawk te hmu khaw hmuh van lah. Nang taengah m'paek tuping neh na boeimang boiva te melae?
21 What? will you say that he will appoint over you and you you taught them over you close friends to chief ¿ not labor-pains will they seize you like a woman giving birth.
Nang soah a hal tih na tukkil vaengah balae na thui eh? Amih te nang sokah na lu dongah boeihlum la om uh ni. Rhuihet neh nang m'pin uh vetih huta cacun bangla na om mahpawt nim?
22 And if you will say in heart your why? have they happened to me these [things] in [the] greatness of iniquity your they have been uncovered skirts your they have suffered violence heels your.
Te vaengah na thinko khuiah, “He he balae tih kai taengla ha cuuk,” na ti cakhaw namah kathaesainah a khawk dongah ni na hnihmoi hang khawn uh tih na khodil hang huet uh.
23 ¿ Will he change a Cushite skin his and a leopard spots its also you you will be able to do good O [those] trained to do evil.
Kushi loh a vin, kaihlaeng loh a dikdek te a thovael thai nim? Nang khaw lolmang thaehuet loh na voelphoeng ham coeng thai nim?
24 And I will scatter them like chaff [which] passes away to [the] wind of [the] wilderness.
Te dongah amih te khosoek khohli loh divawt a yawn bangla ka taekyak ni.
25 This [is] lot your [the] portion of measure your from with me [the] utterance of Yahweh that you have forgotten me and you have trusted in falsehood.
Na hmulung buham, na himbaidok he kai taeng lamkah ni tite BOEIPA kah olphong ni. Kai he nan hnilh tih a honghi dongah na pangtung coeng.
26 And also I I will strip off skirts your on face your and it will be visible shame your.
Te dongah kai loh na hnihmoi te na mikhmuh ah kang khawn van vetih na yah te tueng ni.
27 Adulteri your and neighings your [the] wickedness of prostitution your on hills in the field I have seen detestable things your woe! to you O Jerusalem not you are clean after when? yet.
Na samphaihnah neh na phitnah, na pumyoihnah khonuen rhamtat neh nang te lohma kah som ah sarhingkoi la kam hmuh. Anunae Jerusalem nang te me hil nim na caihcil pawt pueng ve?
