Isaiah 59
1 Here! not it is [too] short [the] hand of Yahweh for saving and not it is [too] heavy ear his for hearing.
১দেখ, সদাপ্রভুর হাত এত ছোট নয় যে, তিনি উদ্ধার করতে পারেন না; তাঁর কানও এত ভারী নয় যে, তিনি শুনতে পান না।
2 For except iniquities your they have been separating between you and between God your and sins your they have hidden face from you from hearing.
২যদিও, তোমাদেরই পাপ সদাপ্রভুর কাছ থেকে তোমাদের আলাদা করে দিয়েছে এবং তোমাদের পাপের জন্যই তিনি তাঁর মুখ তোমাদের কাছ থেকে লুকিয়েছেন; সেইজন্য তিনি শোনেন না।
3 For hands your they are defiled with blood and fingers your with iniquity lips your they have spoken falsehood tongue your injustice it mutters.
৩তোমাদের হাত রক্তের দাগে ও আঙ্গুল পাপে অশুচি হয়েছে। তোমাদের মুখ মিথ্যা কথা বলে এবং তোমাদের জিভ দুষ্টতার কথা বলে।
4 There not [is one who] calls in righteousness and there not [is one who] enters into judgment in truth [they are] trusting on emptiness and they speak worthlessness they conceive mischief and they bring forth wickedness.
৪কেউ ধার্ম্মিকতায় অভিযোগ করে না, কেউ সততার সঙ্গে আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থন করে না। তারা অসার কথার উপর নির্ভর করে এবং মিথ্যা বলে; তারা দুষ্টতা গর্ভে ধরে আর পাপের জন্ম দেয়।
5 Eggs of a viper they have hatched and webs of a spider they weave the [one who] eats any of eggs their he will die and the pressed [egg] it is hatched a snake.
৫তারা বিষাক্ত সাপের ডিমে তা দেয় এবং মাকড়সার জাল বোনে। যে কেউ সেই ডিম খায় সে মরে; সেগুলো ফুটে বিষাক্ত সাপ বের হয়।
6 Webs their not they will become clothing and not people will cover themselves with products their products their [are] products of wickedness and deed[s] of violence [is] in hands their.
৬তাদের জাল পোশাকের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না; তারা তাদের কাজ দিয়ে নিজেদের ঢাকতে পারে না। তাদের কাজগুলি হল পাপের কাজ এবং অপরাধ তাদের হাতে থাকে।
7 Feet their to evil they run and they may hasten to shed blood innocent thoughts their [are] thoughts of wickedness devastation and destruction [are] on highways their.
৭তাদের পা পাপের দিকে দৌড়ে যায় এবং তারা নির্দোষীদের রক্তপাত করবার জন্য দৌড়ে যায়। তাদের সমস্ত চিন্তাই পাপের চিন্তা; অপরাধ ও ধ্বংস তাদের পথ।
8 A way of peace not they know and there not [is] justice on tracks their paths their they have made crooked themselves any [one who] treads on it not he knows peace.
৮শান্তির পথ তারা জানে না; তাদের পথে কোন ন্যায়বিচার নেই। তারা নিজেদের পথ আঁকাবাঁকা করেছে; যারা সেই পথে চলে তারা শান্তি কি তা জানে না।
9 There-fore it is far justice from us and not it reaches us righteousness we wait eagerly for the light and there! darkness for gleams of light in gloom we walk.
৯তাই ন্যায়বিচার আমাদের থেকে দূরে থাকে আর ধার্ম্মিকতা আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছাতে পারে না। আমরা আলোর জন্য অপেক্ষা করে থাকি, কিন্তু অন্ধকার দেখতে পাই; আমরা আলোর খোঁজ করি, কিন্তু অন্ধকারে চলি।
10 We grope for like blind [people] a wall and like there not [are] eyes we grope we have stumbled at noon like the twilight among the fat people like dead [people].
১০আমরা অন্ধের মত দেয়াল হাতড়ে বেড়াই, তাদের মত যাদের চোখ নেই। যেমন সন্ধ্যায় হয় তেমন আমরা দুপুরেই হোঁচট খাই; বলবানদের মধ্যে আমরা মরার মত।
11 We growl like bears all of us and like doves certainly we moan we wait eagerly for justice and there not for deliverance it is far from us.
১১আমরা সবাই ভাল্লুকের মত গর্জন করি, পায়রার মত কাতর স্বরে ডাকি; আমরা ন্যায়বিচারের অপেক্ষা করি, কিন্তু পাই না; আমরা উদ্ধার পেতে চাই, কিন্তু তা আমাদের থেকে অনেক দূরে থাকে।
12 For they are many transgressions our before you and sins our it has testified against us that transgressions our [are] with us and iniquities our we know them.
১২কারণ আমাদের অনেক অন্যায় তোমার সামনে আছে এবং আমাদের পাপ আমাদের বিরুদ্ধে সাক্ষ্য দেয়। কারণ আমাদের পাপ আমাদের সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই রয়েছে এবং আমরা আমাদের পাপ জানি।
13 We have transgressed and we have denied Yahweh and we have turned back from after God our we have spoken oppression and rebellion we have conceived and we have uttered from [the] heart words of falsehood.
১৩আমরা বিদ্রোহ করেছি, সদাপ্রভুকে অস্বীকার করেছি এবং আমাদের ঈশ্বরকে অনুসরণ করার থেকে দূরে সরে গিয়েছি৷ আমরা অত্যাচার ও বিপথে যাওয়ার কথা বলেছি, অভিযোগ এবং মিথ্যা কথা হৃদয়ে ধারণ করেছি।
14 And it has been driven back backwards justice and righteousness from a distance it stands for it has stumbled in the open place truth and honesty not it is able to enter.
১৪সেইজন্য ন্যায়বিচারকে দূরে সরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং ধার্ম্মিকতা দূরে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে; কারণ সত্য রাস্তায় রাস্তায় হোঁচট খায় এবং সততা প্রবেশ করতে পারে না।
15 And it was truth lacking and [one who] turned aside from evil [was] plundered and he saw Yahweh and it was displeasing in view his that there not [was] justice.
১৫সততা দূরে চলে গিয়েছে এবং যে কেউ মন্দকে ত্যাগ করে সে অত্যাচারের শিকার হয়। সদাপ্রভু এই সব দেখলেন অসন্তুষ্ট হলেন কারণ সেখানে কোন ন্যায়বিচার নেই।
16 And he saw that there not [was] anyone and he was appalled that there not [was one who] interposed and it gave victory to him own arm his and own righteousness his it it sustained him.
১৬তিনি দেখলেন সেখানে কোনো লোক নেই এবং অবাক হলেন যে, অনুরোধ করার জন্য কেউ নেই। তাই তাঁর নিজের হাত দিয়েই উদ্ধারের কাজ করলেন এবং তাঁর ধার্ম্মিকতা তাঁকে সাহায্য করল।
17 And he put on righteousness like body armor and a helmet of salvation on head his and he put on garments of vengeance clothing and he wrapped himself like robe zeal.
১৭তিনি বুক রক্ষার জন্য ধার্ম্মিকতা বর্ম পরলেন এবং তাঁর মাথার ওপরে উদ্ধারের শিরস্ত্রাণ দিলেন। তিনি প্রতিশোধের পোশাক পরলেন ও আগ্রহকে পোশাকের মত করে গায়ে জড়ালেন।
18 As on deeds as on he will repay rage to opponents his recompense to enemies his to the islands recompense he will repay.
১৮তারা যা করেছে তিনি তাই তাদের ফিরিয়ে দেবেন; তাঁর বিপক্ষদের উপর ক্রোধের বিচার ঢেলে দেবেন, শত্রুদের শাস্তি দেবেন। দূর দেশের লোকদের শাস্তি উপহার হিসাবে তিনি তাদের দেবেন।
19 And they may fear from [the] setting place [the] name of Yahweh and from [the] rising of [the] sun glory his for he will come like river narrow [which] [the] wind of Yahweh it will drive it.
১৯পশ্চিম দিকের লোকেরা সদাপ্রভুর নামকে এবং তাঁর প্রতাপ থেকে সূর্য্য উদয়ের দিকের লোকেরা ভয় পাবে, কারণ তিনি প্রবল বন্যার মত আসবেন, যা সদাপ্রভুর নিঃশ্বাস আমার বিরুদ্ধে পতাকা তুলবেন।
20 And he will come to Zion a redeemer and to [those who] repent of transgression in Jacob [the] utterance of Yahweh.
২০এই কথা সদাপ্রভু বলেন, “যাকোবে যারা পাপ থেকে মন ফেরাবে তাদের জন্য মুক্তিদাতা সিয়োনে আসবেন।”
21 And I this [is] covenant my with them he says Yahweh spirit my which [is] on you and words my which I have put in mouth your not they will depart from mouth your and from [the] mouth of offspring your and from [the] mouth of [the] offspring of offspring your he says Yahweh from now and until perpetuity.
২১সদাপ্রভু বলেন, “তাদের জন্য তাদের সঙ্গে আমার এই ব্যবস্থা, আমার আত্মা যিনি তোমাদের উপরে আছেন এবং আমার যে কথা আমি তোমাদের মুখে দিয়েছি তা তোমাদের মুখ থেকে চলে যাবে না, তোমাদের ছেলে মেয়েদের ও তাদের বংশধরদের মুখ থেকে চলে যাবে না, সদাপ্রভু বলেন, তা এখন থেকে চিরকাল থাকবে।”
