Isaiah 56
1 Thus he says Yahweh keep justice and do righteousness for [is] near salvation my to come and righteousness my to be revealed.
Ainsi parle l’Eternel: "Observez la justice et faites le bien; car mon secours est près de venir et mon salut de se manifester.
2 How blessed! [is the] person [who] he does this and [the] child of humankind [who] he takes hold on it [who] keeps [the] sabbath from profaning it and [who] keeps hand his from doing any evil.
Heureux l’homme qui fait cela, et le fils d’Adam qui s’y tient fortement! Heureux qui respecte le Sabbat et ne le profane point, et qui garde sa main de toute action mauvaise!
3 And may not he say [the] son of foreignness who has joined himself to Yahweh saying certainly he will separate me Yahweh from with people his and may not he say the eunuch here! I [am] a tree dry.
Et qu’il ne dise pas, le fils de l’étranger qui s’est rallié à l’Eternel: "Certes, le Seigneur m’exclura de son peuple!" Et qu’il ne dise pas, l’eunuque: "Hélas! Je ne suis qu’un arbre desséché!"
4 For thus - he says Yahweh to the eunuchs who they keep sabbaths my and they choose [that] which I desire and [they are] keeping hold on covenant my.
Car ainsi s’exprime l’Eternel: "Aux eunuques qui observent mes sabbats, qui se complaisent à ce que j’aime, qui s’attachent à mon alliance,
5 And I will give to them in house my and in walls my a monument and a name good more than sons and more than daughters a name of perpetuity I will give to him which not it will be cut off.
à eux, j’accorderai, dans ma maison et dans mes murs, un monument, un titre qui vaudra mieux que des fils et des filles; je leur accorderai un nom éternel, qui ne périra point.
6 And [the] sons of foreignness who join themselves to Yahweh to serve him and to love [the] name of Yahweh to become of him servants every [one who] keeps [the] sabbath from profaning it and [those who] keep hold on covenant my.
Et les fils de l’étranger, qui s’agrègent à l’Eternel, se vouant à son culte, aimant son nom et devenant pour lui des serviteurs; tous ceux qui observent le sabbat et ne le profanent point, qui persévèrent dans mon alliance,
7 And I will bring them to [the] mountain of holiness my and I will make rejoice them in [the] house of prayer my burnt offerings their and sacrifices their [will be] for acceptance on altar my for house my a house of prayer it will be called for all the peoples.
je les amènerai sur ma sainte montagne, je les comblerai de joie dans ma maison de prières, leurs holocaustes et autres sacrifices seront les bienvenus sur mon autel; car ma maison sera dénommée Maison des prières pour toutes les nations."
8 [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh [who] gathers [the] banished [ones] of Israel still I will gather to it to gathered [ones] its.
Parole du Seigneur, de l’Eternel, qui rassemble les dispersés d’Israël: "II en est d’autres que je recueillerai en même temps que seront recueillis les siens."
9 O every animal of [the] field come to devour O every animal in the forest.
Vous tous, animaux des champs, arrivez! Bêtes de la forêt, accourez toutes, pour vous repaître!
10 (Watchmen its *Q(K)*) [are] blind all of them not they know all of them [are] dogs dumb not they are able to bark [they] dream [they] lie down [they] love to slumber.
Ses gardiens sont tous aveugles et ne remarquent rien; tous ils sont comme des chiens muets, qui ne savent aboyer; ils rêvent, restent couchés, aiment le sommeil.
11 And the dogs [are] mighty of appetite not they know satiety and they [are] shepherds not they know to understand all of them to own way their they have turned everyone to own unjust gain his from end his.
Et ces chiens effrontés de leur nature, sont insatiables; et eux-mêmes, les bergers, ne savent rien comprendre. Tous ils suivent leur propre voie, chacun, de son côté, poursuivant son intérêt.
12 Come let me take wine and let us drink strong drink and it will be like this day tomorrow great abundance exceedingly.
"Arrivez, je vais chercher du vin, et nous nous gorgerons de liqueurs fortes et ainsi ferons-nous encore demain. Combien grand sera le régal!"
