Isaiah 48
1 Listen to this O house of Jacob those [who] are called by [the] name of Israel and from [the] waters of Judah they came out those [who] swear - by [the] name of Yahweh and [the] God of Israel they bring to remembrance not in truth and not in righteousness.
Israel ming la a khue Jakob imkhui neh Judah tui lamkah aka thoeng tih Yahovah ming neh aka toemngam rhoek loh hnatun uh. Israel Pathen a phoei uh khaw oltak nen pawt tih duengnah nen bal moenih.
2 For from [the] city of holiness they have called themselves and on [the] God of Israel they have supported themselves [is] Yahweh of hosts name his.
Khopuei cim lamloh khue uh tih Israel Pathen, caempuei BOEIPA kah a ming dongah hangdang uh.
3 The former [things] from then I declared and from mouth my they went out and I proclaimed them suddenly I acted and they came.
Hnukbuet lamloh ka puen daengrhae coeng tih ka ka lamloh ha thoeng coeng. Te dongah amih te ka yaak sak tih thaeng ka saii vaengah ni a. phoe uh pueng.
4 For knew I that [were] stubborn you and [was] a sinew of iron neck your and forehead your [was] bronze.
Na mangkhak khaw, na rhawn kah thi tharhui te khaw, na tal kah rhohum te khaw ka ming ta.
5 And I declared [them] to you from then before it came I proclaimed to you lest you should say idol my it did them and carved image my and molten image my it commanded them.
Te dongah ni hlamat lamloh nang taengah ka puen tih, a puek hlanah nang kan yaak sak. Ka tloh a saii tih ka mueithuk neh ka tuisi neh amih a uen na ti lah ve.
6 You have heard look at all of it and you ¿ not will you tell I will proclaim to you new [things] from now and secret [things] and not you have known them.
Na yaak tangtae te boeih hmu van lah. Nangmih tah na puen uh mahpawt nim? A kueinah tih na ming pawt te khaw a thai la nang kan yaak sak pawn ni.
7 Now they have been created and not from then and before a day and not you had heard of them lest you should say here! I knew them.
Tahae kah a suen uh khaw daengrhae daengkhoi lamkah moenih. A khohnin hlanah na yaak pawt te khaw ka ming coeng tarha na ti ve.
8 Neither not you heard nor not you knew nor from then not it opened ear your for I knew certainly you will act treacherously and a rebel from [the] womb it has been called to you.
Na yaak noek bal moenih, na ming noek bal moenih. Daengrhae daengkhoi lamkah ni na hna a khui voel pawh. Hnukpoh koi neh na hnukpoh te khaw, bungko khui lamloh boekoek la nang ng'khue te khaw ka ming.
9 For [the] sake of name my I will make long anger my and praise my I will restrain myself to you to not to cut off you.
Ka ming ham ni ka thintoek khaw ka hlawt. Te vaengah kamah kah koehnah te nang taeng lamkah loh ka yueh coeng dae nang aka saii ham moenih.
10 Here! I have refined you and not silver I have chosen you in a furnace of affliction.
Nang te kan cilpoe dae cak banglam pawt tih phacip phabaem kah hmai-ulh nen ni nang kan coelh he.
11 For own sake my for own sake my I will act for how? will it be profaned and glory my to another not I will give.
Kamah ham pai ni, kamah ham pai ni ka saii dae balae tih a poeih uh. Ka thangpomnah khaw a tloe la ka pae mahpawh.
12 Listen to me O Jacob and Israel called [one] my I [am] he I [am] first also I [am] last.
Jakob neh kamah kah ka khue Israel loh kai taengah he hnatun lah. Kai tah amah la ka om tih lamhma khaw kamah, lamhnuk khaw kamah coeng ni.
13 Also hand my it founded [the] earth and right [hand] my it spread out [the] heavens [am] calling I to them they stand together.
Ka kut loh diklai a suen tih ka bantang kut loh vaan a phayai. Amih te ka khue tih tun paiuh.
14 Gather together all of you and listen who? among them has he declared these [things] Yahweh he loves him he will execute pleasure his on Babylon and arm his [the] Chaldeans.
Nangmih te boeih coi uh thae lamtah hnatun uh lah. Amih taengah aka puen pah khaw unim? Te rhoek te BOEIPA amah loh lungnah dongah Babylon te a kutnaep neh Khalden te a bantha neh a saii ni.
15 I I I have spoken also I have summoned him I have brought him and he will make successful way his.
Kai kamah loh ka thui dongah anih te ka khue. Anih te ka khuen vetih a longpuei thaihtak ni.
16 Draw near to me listen to this not from [the] beginning in secrecy I have spoken from [the] time happened it [was] there I and now [the] Lord Yahweh he has sent me and spirit his.
Kamah taengah ha mop lamtah hnatun laeh. He tah a lu lamkah neh a huephael kah moenih. Amah a om tue lamkah ni pahoi ka thui coeng. Tahae ah khaw ka Boeipa Yahovah kah a Mueihla nen ni kai n'tueih.
17 Thus he says Yahweh redeemer your [the] holy [one] of Israel I [am] Yahweh God your [who] teaches you to profit [who] leads you in [the] way [which] you will go.
Nang aka tlan BOEIPA neh Israel kah a cim loh, “Kai tah nang hoeikhang sak ham aka cang puei tih, longpuei kah na caeh koi dongah nang aka hoihaeng Yahovah na Pathen ni.
18 If you had paid attention to commandments my and it was like river peace your and righteousness your like [the] waves of the sea.
Ka olpaek te na hnatung dawk nen mah na ngaimongnah loh tuiva bangla, na duengnah loh tuipuei tuiphu bangla om coeng.
19 And it was like the sand offspring your and [the] descendants of inward parts your like grains its not it will be cut off and not it will be destroyed name its from to before me.
Nang kah tiingan khaw laivin bangla om coeng tih na ko khuikah na cadil rhoek khaw cangtham bangla pat tlaih pawh. A ming khaw kamah mikhmuh lamloh phae tlaih pawh.
20 Go out from Babylon flee from [the] Chaldeans with a sound of a shout of joy declare proclaim this send out it to [the] end of the earth say he has redeemed Yahweh servant his Jacob.
Babylon lamloh coe uh laeh. Khalden lamloh yong uh laeh. Tamlung ol neh puen uh lamtah yaak sak uh laeh. He he diklai khobawt la khuen uh. BOEIPA loh a sal Jakob a tlan coeng,” tiuh.
21 And not they were thirsty [when] in [the] waste places he led them water from a rock he caused to flow for them and he split open a rock and they flowed out waters.
Amih te imrhong longah a caeh puei dae a halthi uh moenih. Lungpang khui lamkah tui te amih ham a sih sak tih lungpang a paeng vaengah tui khaw phuet,” a ti.
22 Not peace he says Yahweh [belongs] to wicked [people].
Halang rhoek taengah rhoepnah om mahpawh. BOEIPA loh a thui.
