Isaiah 46
1 He has bowed down Bel [is] stooping low Nebo they belong idols their to the animal[s] and to the cattle burdens your [are] carried a load for a weary [animal].
Bel se inclina, Nebo se agacha; sus ídolos son llevados en bestias de carga, un peso pesado para los animales cansados.
2 They have stooped low they have bowed down together not they have been able to rescue a burden and self their in captivity it has gone.
Se agachan y se inclinan juntos; no pueden evitar rescatar a sus ídolos, y ellos mismos se van al cautiverio.
3 Listen to me O house of Jacob and all [the] remnant of [the] house of Israel who have been carried from [the] belly who have been borne from [the] womb.
Escúchenme, descendientes de Jacob, todos los que quedan del pueblo de Israel. Yo los he cuidado desde que nacisteis, llevándoos desde el nacimiento.
4 And until old age I [am] he and until gray hair I I will carry I I made and I I will bear and I I will carry and I may rescue.
Incluso cuando sean ancianos, seguiré siendo vuestro Dios; incluso cuando su cabello se vuelva blanco, seguiré sustentándolos. Yo los hice, los llevaré, los sostendré y los salvaré.
5 To whom? will you liken me and you may make [me] equal? and will you compare? me and we may be alike.
¿A quién me compararás? ¿A quién considerarás mi igual? ¿Con quién me compararás, como si fuéramos iguales?
6 Those [who] pour out gold from a bag and silver on scale[s] they weigh out they hire a metalsmith and he makes it a god they prostrate themselves also they bow down.
Hay quienes sacan el oro de sus bolsas con extravagancia, y pesan la plata en la balanza, y contratan a un orfebre para que les haga un dios al que puedan inclinarse y adorar.
7 They lift up it on a shoulder they carry it and they set down it in place its so it may stand from place its not it departs also he cries out to it and not it answers from trouble his not it delivers him.
Levantan el ídolo sobre sus hombros, lo transportan y lo colocan en su sitio. Se queda allí y no se mueve. Incluso cuando la gente clama por ayuda, no responde; no puede salvarlos de sus problemas.
8 Remember this and pluck up courage bring [it] back O rebels on heart.
¡Recuerden esto y actúen como hombres! Piensen en ello, rebeldes.
9 Remember former [things] from long ago for I [am] God and there not [is] yet God and there not [is] like me.
Recuerden lo que he hecho por ustedes desde el principio, porque yo soy Dios, y no hay Dios fuera de mí. Yo soy Dios, y no hay ninguno como yo.
10 [one who] declares From [the] beginning [the] end and from antiquity [things] which not they have been done [one who] says purpose my it will be fulfilled and all desire my I will accomplish.
Yo soy el que puede predecir lo que sucederá al final desde el principio, declarando desde la antigüedad lo que traerá el futuro. Todo lo que planeo se llevará a cabo; cumpliré todo lo que deseo.
11 [one who] calls From [the] east a bird of prey from a land of distance a man of (purpose my *Q(K)*) also I have spoken also I will bring it I have planned also I will accomplish it.
Estoy llamando a un ave de rapiña del este, un hombre de un país lejano que llevará a cabo mi plan. He hablado, y me aseguraré de que así sea. He hecho mi plan y lo llevaré a cabo.
12 Listen to me O [people] mighty of heart O [people] distant from righteousness.
¡Escúchenme, ustedes, gente obstinada, que están tan lejos de hacer lo que es correcto!
13 I have brought near righteousness my not it is far away and salvation my not it will delay and I will give in Zion salvation to Israel splendor my.
Muy pronto voy a arreglar las cosas; no tardaré. Vendré con mi salvación sin demora; salvaré a Sión para demostrar mi gloria a Israel.
