< Isaiah 43 >

1 And now thus he says Yahweh [who] created you O Jacob and [who] formed you O Israel may not you be afraid for I have redeemed you I have called [you] by name your [belong] to me you.
Ṣùgbọ́n ní ìsinsin yìí, ohun tí Olúwa wí nìyìí, ẹni tí ó dá ọ, ìwọ Jakọbu, ẹni tí ó mọ ọ́, ìwọ Israẹli: “Má bẹ̀rù, nítorí Èmi ti dá ọ nídè; Èmi ti pè ọ́ ní orúkọ; tèmi ni ìwọ ṣe.
2 If you will pass in the waters [will be] with you I and in the rivers not they will overflow you if you will walk in fire not you will be burned and flame not it will burn you.
Nígbà tí ìwọ bá ń la omi kọjá, Èmi yóò wà pẹ̀lú rẹ; àti nígbà tí ìwọ bá ń la odò kọjá wọn kì yóò bò ọ́ mọ́lẹ̀. Nígbà tí ìwọ bá la iná kọjá, kò ní jó ọ; ahọ́n iná kò ní jó ọ lára.
3 For I [am] Yahweh God your [the] holy [one] of Israel deliverer your I have given ransom your Egypt Cush and Seba in place of you.
Nítorí Èmi ni Olúwa Ọlọ́run rẹ, Ẹni Mímọ́ Israẹli Olùgbàlà rẹ; Èmi fi Ejibiti ṣe ìràpadà rẹ, Kuṣi àti Seba dípò rẹ.
4 Because you are precious in view my you are honored and I I love you and I may give humankind in place of you and peoples in place of life your.
Nítorí pé o ṣe iyebíye àti ọ̀wọ́n níwájú mi, àti nítorí pé mo fẹ́ràn rẹ, Èmi yóò fi ènìyàn rọ́pò fún ọ, àti ènìyàn dípò ẹ̀mí rẹ.
5 May not you be afraid for [am] with you I from [the] east I will bring offspring your and from [the] west I will gather you.
Má bẹ̀rù nítorí èmi wà pẹ̀lú rẹ; Èmi yóò mú àwọn ọmọ rẹ láti ìlà-oòrùn wá èmi ó sì kó ọ jọ láti ìwọ̀-oòrùn.
6 I will say to the north deliver up and to [the] south may not you withhold bring sons my from a distance and daughters my from [the] end of the earth.
Èmi yóò sọ fún àríwá pé, ‘Fi wọ́n sílẹ̀!’ Àti fún gúúsù, ‘Má ṣe dá wọn dúró.’ Mú àwọn ọmọkùnrin mi láti ọ̀nà jíjìn wá àti àwọn ọ̀dọ́mọbìnrin mi láti ìpẹ̀kun ilẹ̀ ayé—
7 Every [one who] is called by name my and [whom] for glory my I created him [whom] I formed him also I made him.
ẹnikẹ́ni tí a ń pe orúkọ mi mọ́, tí mo dá fún ògo mi, tí mo mọ̀ àti tí mo ṣe.”
8 Bring out a people blind and [are] eyes there and deaf [people] and ears [belong] to them.
Sin àwọn tí ó ní ojú ṣùgbọ́n tí wọ́n fọ́jú jáde, tí wọ́n ní etí ṣùgbọ́n tí wọn dití.
9 All the nations they have assembled together so they may gather peoples who? among them will he declare this and former [things] will they proclaim to? us let them appoint witnesses their so they may be justified and they may hear and they may say truth.
Gbogbo orílẹ̀-èdè kó ra wọn jọ àwọn ènìyàn sì kó ra wọn papọ̀. Ta ni nínú wọn tó sọ àsọtẹ́lẹ̀ yìí tí ó sì kéde fún wa àwọn nǹkan ti tẹ́lẹ̀? Jẹ́ kí wọ́n mú àwọn ẹlẹ́rìí wọn wọlé wá láti fihàn pé wọ́n tọ̀nà tó bẹ́ẹ̀ tí àwọn mìíràn yóò gbọ́, tí wọn yóò sọ pé, “Òtítọ́ ni.”
10 You [are] witnesses my [the] utterance of Yahweh and servant my whom I have chosen so that you may know and you may believe me and you may perceive that I [am] he before me not it was formed a god and after me not it will be.
“Ẹ̀yin ni ẹlẹ́rìí mi,” ni Olúwa wí, “Àti ìránṣẹ́ mi tí èmi ti yàn, tó bẹ́ẹ̀ tí ẹ̀yin yóò fi mọ̀ àti tí ẹ̀yin ó fi gbà mí gbọ́ tí yóò sì yé e yín pé èmi ni ẹni náà. Ṣáájú mi kò sí ọlọ́run tí a dá, tàbí a ó wa rí òmíràn lẹ́yìn mi.
11 I I [am] Yahweh and there not except me [is] a deliverer.
Èmi, àní Èmi, Èmi ni Olúwa, yàtọ̀ sí èmi, kò sí olùgbàlà mìíràn.
12 I I have declared and I have saved and I have proclaimed and there not among you [was] a strange [god] and you [are] witnesses my [the] utterance of Yahweh and I [am] God.
Èmi ti fihàn, mo gbàlà mo sì ti kéde Èmi, kì í sì í ṣe àwọn àjèjì òrìṣà láàrín yín. Ẹ̀yin ni ẹlẹ́rìí mi,” ni Olúwa wí, “Pé Èmi ni Ọlọ́run.
13 Also from a day I [am] he and there not from hand my [is] a deliverer I act and who? will he revoke it.
Bẹ́ẹ̀ ni, àti láti ayérayé Èmi ni ẹni náà. Kò sí ẹnikẹ́ni tí ó lè gbà kúrò lọ́wọ́ mi. Nígbà tí mo bá ṣe nǹkan, ta ni ó lè yí i padà?”
14 Thus he says Yahweh redeemer your [the] holy [one] of Israel for sake your I have sent Babylon towards and I will bring down [as] fugitives all of them and [the] Chaldeans in ships shout of joy their.
Èyí ni ohun tí Olúwa wí, olùràpadà rẹ, Ẹni Mímọ́ ti Israẹli: “Nítorí rẹ Èmi yóò ránṣẹ́ sí Babeli láti mú wọn sọ̀kalẹ̀ wá gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìsáǹsá, gbogbo ará Babeli, nínú ọkọ̀ ojú omi nínú èyí tí wọ́n fi ń ṣe ìgbéraga.
15 I [am] Yahweh holy [one] your [the] creator of Israel king your.
Èmi ni Olúwa, Ẹni Mímọ́ rẹ, Ẹlẹ́dàá Israẹli, ọba rẹ.”
16 Thus he says Yahweh who made in the sea a way and in waters mighty a path.
Èyí ni ohun tí Olúwa wí, Ẹni náà tí ó la ọ̀nà nínú Òkun, ipa ọ̀nà láàrín alagbalúgbú omi,
17 Who sent out chariotry and horse[s] an army and a strong [one] together they lay down not they rose they were extinguished like wick they were quenched.
ẹni tí ó wọ́ àwọn kẹ̀kẹ́ àti ẹṣin jáde, àwọn jagunjagun àti ohun ìjà papọ̀, wọ́n sì sùn síbẹ̀, láìní lè dìde mọ́, wọ́n kú pirá bí òwú-fìtílà:
18 May not you remember former [things] and ancient [things] may not you consider.
“Gbàgbé àwọn ohun àtẹ̀yìnwá; má ṣe gbé nínú ohun àtijọ́.
19 Here I [am] about to do a new [thing] now it is springing up ¿ not do you know it also I will make in the wilderness a way in a desolate place rivers.
Wò ó, Èmi ń ṣe ohun tuntun! Nísinsin yìí, ó ti yọ sókè; àbí o kò rí i bí? Èmi ń ṣe ọ̀nà kan nínú aṣálẹ̀ àti odò nínú ilẹ̀ ṣíṣá.
20 It honors me [the] animal[s] of the field jackals and daughters of an ostrich for I have put in the wilderness water rivers in a desolate place to give drink to people my chosen one my.
Àwọn ẹhànnà ẹranko bọ̀wọ̀ fún mi, àwọn ajáko àti àwọn òwìwí, nítorí pé mo pèsè omi nínú aṣálẹ̀ àti odò nínú ilẹ̀ sísá, láti fi ohun mímu fún àwọn ènìyàn mi, àyànfẹ́ mi,
21 A people which I formed for myself praise my they will recount.
àwọn ènìyàn tí mo dá fún ara mi kí wọn kí ó lè kéde ìyìn mi.
22 And not me you have called on O Jacob for you have grown weary with me O Israel.
“Síbẹ̀síbẹ̀ ìwọ kò tí ì ké pè mí, ìwọ Jakọbu, àárẹ̀ kò tí ì mú ọ nítorí mi ìwọ Israẹli.
23 Not you have brought to me [the] sheep of burnt offerings your and sacrifices your not you have honored me not I have burdened you with offering[s] and not I have made weary you with frankincense.
Ìwọ kò tí ì mú àgùntàn wá fún mi fún ẹbọ sísun, tàbí kí o bọ̀wọ̀ fún mi pẹ̀lú ẹbọ rẹ. Èmi kò tí ì wàhálà rẹ pẹ̀lú ọrẹ ìyẹ̀fun tàbí kí n dààmú rẹ pẹ̀lú ìbéèrè fún tùràrí.
24 Not you have bought for me for money calamus and [the] fat of sacrifices your not you have satisfied me nevertheless you have burdened me with sins your you have made weary me with iniquities your.
Ìwọ kò tí ì ra kalamusi olóòórùn dídùn fún mi, tàbí kí o da ọ̀rá ẹbọ rẹ bò mí. Ṣùgbọ́n ẹ ti wàhálà mi pẹ̀lú ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ yín ẹ sì ti dààmú mi pẹ̀lú àìṣedéédéé yín.
25 I I [am] he [who is] wiping out transgressions your for own sake my and sins your not I will remember.
“Èmi, àní Èmi, Èmi ni ẹni tí ó wẹ àwọn àìṣedéédéé rẹ nù, nítorí èmi fún ara mi, tí n kò sì rántí àwọn ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ rẹ mọ́.
26 Cause to remember me let us enter into judgment together recount O you so that you may be justified.
Bojú wo ẹ̀yìn rẹ fún mi, jẹ́ kí a jọ ṣe àríyànjiyàn ọ̀rọ̀ náà papọ̀; ro ẹjọ́ láti fihàn pé o kò lẹ́sẹ̀ lọ́rùn.
27 Ancestor your first he sinned and spokesmen your they transgressed against me.
Baba yín àkọ́kọ́ dẹ́ṣẹ̀; àwọn agbẹnusọ yín ṣọ̀tẹ̀ sí mi.
28 So I may profane [the] officials of holiness and I will give to total destruction Jacob and Israel to reviling words.
Nítorí náà, èmi ti sọ àwọn olórí ibi mímọ́ náà di àìmọ́, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni èmi ti fi Jakọbu fún ègún àti Israẹli fún ẹ̀gàn.
