Isaiah 38
1 In the days those he became sick Hezekiah to die and he went to him Isaiah [the] son of Amoz the prophet and he said to him thus he says Yahweh command to household your for [are] about to die you and not you will live.
ആ കാലത്തു ഹിസ്കീയാവിന്നു മരിക്കത്തക്ക രോഗം പിടിച്ചു; ആമോസിന്റെ മകനായ യെശയ്യാപ്രവാചകൻ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു അവനോടു: നിന്റെ ഗൃഹകാര്യം ക്രമത്തിലാക്കുക; നീ മരിച്ചുപോകും; സൗഖ്യമാകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
2 And he turned Hezekiah face his to the wall and he prayed to Yahweh.
അപ്പോൾ ഹിസ്കീയാവു മുഖം ചുവരിന്റെ നേരെ തിരിച്ചു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു:
3 And he said I beg you O Yahweh remember please this: I have walked about before you in faithfulness and with a heart complete and the good in view your I have done and he wept Hezekiah weeping great.
അയ്യോ, യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ വിശ്വസ്തതയോടും ഏകാഗ്രഹൃദയത്തോടും കൂടെ തിരുമുമ്പിൽ നടന്നു നിനക്കു പ്രസാദമായുള്ളതു ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഓർക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; ഹിസ്കീയാവു ഏറ്റവും കരഞ്ഞു.
4 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Isaiah saying.
എന്നാൽ യെശയ്യാവിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
5 Go and you will say to Hezekiah thus he says Yahweh [the] God of David ancestor your I have heard prayer your I have seen tear[s] your here I he will add to days your fif-teen year[s].
നീ ചെന്നു ഹിസ്കീയാവോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: നിന്റെ പിതാവായ ദാവീദിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ നിന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കേട്ടു നിന്റെ കണ്ണുനീർ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ നിന്റെ ആയുസ്സിനോടു പതിനഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം കൂട്ടും.
6 And from [the] hand of [the] king of Assyria I will deliver you and the city this and I will defend the city this.
ഞാൻ നിന്നെയും ഈ നഗരത്തെയും അശ്ശൂർരാജാവിന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു വിടുവിക്കും; ഈ നഗരത്തെ ഞാൻ കാത്തുരക്ഷിക്കും.
7 And this for you [will be] the sign from with Yahweh that he will do Yahweh the thing this which he has spoken.
യഹോവ, താൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത ഈ കാര്യം നിവർത്തിക്കും എന്നുള്ളതിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ പക്കൽനിന്നു ഇതു നിനക്കു ഒരു അടയാളം ആകും.
8 Here I [am] about to turn back [the] shadow of the steps which it had gone down on [the] steps of Ahaz with the sun backwards ten steps and it went back the sun ten steps on the steps which it had gone down.
ആഹാസിന്റെ ഘടികാരത്തിൽ സൂര്യഗതി അനുസരിച്ചു ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന നിഴലിനെ ഞാൻ പത്തു പടി പിന്നോക്കം തിരിയുമാറാക്കും; ഇങ്ങനെ സൂര്യൻ ഘടികാരത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരുന്ന പത്തു പടി തിരിഞ്ഞു പോന്നു.
9 A writing of Hezekiah [the] king of Judah when was sick he and he lived from sickness his.
യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ ഹിസ്കീയാവിന്നു രോഗം പിടിച്ചിട്ടു അതു മാറി സുഖമായ ശേഷം അവൻ എഴുതിയ എഴുത്തു:
10 I I said in [the] half of days my let me go in [the] gates of Sheol I have been caused to miss [the] remainder of years my. (Sheol h7585)
എന്റെ ആയുസ്സിൻ മദ്ധ്യാഹ്നത്തിൽ ഞാൻ പാതാളവാതിലകം പൂകേണ്ടിവരുന്നു; എന്റെ ആണ്ടുകളുടെ ശേഷിപ്പും എനിക്കില്ലാതെ പോയി എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. (Sheol h7585)
11 I said not I will see Yahweh Yahweh in [the] land of the living not I will look at humankind again with [the] inhabitants of cessation.
ഞാൻ യഹോവയെ, ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു യഹോവയെ കാണുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ ഭൂവാസികളുടെ ഇടയിൽവെച്ചു ഇനി മനുഷ്യനെ കാണുകയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
12 Dwelling-place my it has been pulled up and it has been removed from me like [the] tent of shepherd my I have rolled up like weaver life my from [the] loom he cuts off me from day unto night you make an end of me.
എന്റെ പാർപ്പിടം നീങ്ങി ഒരു ഇടയക്കൂടാരം പോലെ എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു; നെയ്ത്തുകാരൻ തുണി ചുരുട്ടുംപോലെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജീവനെ ചുരുട്ടിവെക്കുന്നു; അവൻ എന്നെ പാവിൽനിന്നു അറുത്തുകളയുന്നു; ഒരു രാപകൽ കഴിയുംമുമ്പെ നീ എനിക്കു അന്തം വരുത്തുന്നു.
13 I have lain down until morning like lion so he breaks all bones my from day unto night you make an end of me.
ഉഷസ്സുവരെ ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നേ അടക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു; അവനോ സിംഹംപോലെ എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളെ എല്ലാം തകർത്തുകളയുന്നു; ഒരു രാപകൽ കഴിയുംമുമ്പെ നീ എനിക്കു അന്തം വരുത്തുന്നു.
14 Like a swallow a crane so I chirp I moan like dove they are cast down eyes my to the height[s] O Lord oppression [belongs] to me stand surety for me.
മീവൽപക്ഷിയോ കൊക്കോ എന്ന പോലെ ഞാൻ ചിലെച്ചു; ഞാൻ പ്രാവുപോലെ കുറുകി എന്റെ കണ്ണു ഉയരത്തിലേക്കു നോക്കി ക്ഷീണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവേ ഞാൻ ഞെരുങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എനിക്കു ഇട നില്ക്കേണമേ.
15 What? will I say and he has spoken to me and he he has acted I will walk deliberately all years my on [the] bitterness of self my.
ഞാൻ എന്തു പറയേണ്ടു? അവൻ എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു, അവൻ തന്നേ നിവർത്തിച്ചും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ മനോവ്യസനം ഹേതുവായി ഞാൻ എന്റെ കാലമൊക്കെയും സാവധാനത്തോടെ നടക്കും.
16 O Lord on them people live and to all in them [the] life of spirit my and may you restore to health me and preserve alive me.
കർത്താവേ, അതിനാൽ മനുഷ്യർ ജീവിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ജീവനും കേവലം അതിലത്രേ; അങ്ങനെ നീ എന്നെ സൗഖ്യമാക്കി എന്റെ ജീവനെ രക്ഷിക്കും.
17 Here! for welfare it was bitter to me bitterly and you you loved life my from [the] pit of destruction for you threw away behind back your all sins my.
സമാധാനത്തിന്നായി എനിക്കു അത്യന്തം കൈപ്പായതു ഭവിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും നീ എന്റെ സകലപാപങ്ങളെയും നിന്റെ പിറകിൽ എറിഞ്ഞുകളഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ നാശകുഴിയിൽനിന്നു സ്നേഹത്തോടെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
18 For not Sheol it gives thanks to you death it praises you not they hope [those who] go down of [the] pit to faithfulness your. (Sheol h7585)
പാതാളം നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നില്ല; മരണം നിന്നെ വാഴ്ത്തുന്നില്ല; കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവർ നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തതയെ പ്രത്യാശിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. (Sheol h7585)
19 [the] living [the] living He he gives thanks to you as I this day a father to children he makes known concerning faithfulness your.
ഞാൻ ഇന്നു ചെയ്യുന്നതുപോലെ ജീവനുള്ളവൻ, ജീവനുള്ളവൻ മാത്രം നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കും; അപ്പൻ മക്കളോടു നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തയെ അറിയിക്കും.
20 Yahweh [is] to save me and songs my we will play all [the] days of lives our at [the] house of Yahweh.
യഹോവ എന്നെ രക്ഷിപ്പാൻ ഒരുങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞങ്ങൾ ജീവപര്യന്തം യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ തന്ത്രിനാദത്തോടെ എന്റെ ഗീതങ്ങളെ പാടും.
21 And he said Isaiah let them take a cake of figs and let them rub [it] on the boil so he may live.
എന്നാൽ അവന്നു സൗഖ്യം വരേണ്ടതിന്നു അത്തിപ്പഴക്കട്ട കൊണ്ടുവന്നു പരുവിന്മേൽ പുരട്ടുവാൻ യെശയ്യാവു പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
22 And he said Hezekiah what? [will be the] sign that I will go up [the] house of Yahweh.
ഞാൻ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ കയറിച്ചെല്ലും എന്നതിന്നു അടയാളം എന്തു എന്നു ഹിസ്കീയാവു ചോദിച്ചിരുന്നു.
