Isaiah 27
1 In the day that he will visit [judgment] Yahweh with sword his fierce and great and mighty on Leviathan a snake fleeing and on Leviathan a snake twisting and he will slay the sea monster which [is] in the sea.
På den tiden skall Herren, med sitt hårda, stora och starka svärd, hemsöka Leviathan, som en raker orm är, och Leviathan, som en krokot orm är, och skall dräpa drakan i hafvena.
2 In the day that a vineyard of (delight *LB(AH)*) sing of it.
På den tiden skall man sjunga om bästa vinsens vingård.
3 I Yahweh [am] keeper its to moments I water it lest someone should injure it night and day I guard it.
Jag Herren bevarar honom, och vattnar honom i tid, att man icke skall mista hans löf; jag skall bevara honom dag och natt.
4 Rage not [belongs] to me who? will he give me thorn[s] bush[es] in battle I will march against it I will burn it altogether.
Gud är icke vred på mig. Ack! att jag strida måtte med tistel och törne, så ville jag till dem, och uppbränna dem alla tillsammans.
5 Or let anyone take hold on protection my let anyone make peace to me peace let anyone make to me.
Han skall hålla mig vid magt, och skaffa mig frid; frid skall han ändå skaffa mig.
6 The coming [times] it will take root Jacob it will blossom and it will bud Israel and they will fill [the] surface of [the] world fruit.
Det varder likväl ännu dertill kommandes, att Jacob skall rota sig, och Israel skall grönskas och blomstras, så att de skola uppfylla jordenes krets med frukt.
7 ¿ Like [the] striking? of [the] [one who] struck it has he struck it or? like [the] slaughter of slain [ones] its has it been slain.
Varder han dock icke slagen, såsom hans fiender slå honom, och varder icke dräpen, såsom hans fiender honom dräpa;
8 (By startling *L(abh)*) by sending away it you will conduct a case with it he drove out by wind his fierce in [the] day of [the] east wind.
Utan med mått dömer du dem, och låter dem lös, sedan du dem bedröfvat hafver, med ditt hårda väder, som är med östanväder.
9 Therefore by this it will be atoned for [the] iniquity of Jacob and this [is] all [the] fruit of [the] removing of sin its when makes he - all [the] stones of [the] altar like stones of chalk pulverized not they will stand Asherah poles and incense altars.
Derföre skall derigenom Jacobs synd återvända; och det är nyttan deraf, att hans synd borttagen varder; då han gör alla altarens stenar, såsom sönderstötta stenar, till asko, att inga lundar eller beläte nu mer blifva.
10 For a city fortified [is] alone a habitation [is] deserted and forsaken like the wilderness there it will graze a calf and there it will lie down and it will bring to an end branches its.
Ty den faste staden måste ensam varda, de sköna hus bortkastad och öfvergifne blifva, såsom en öken; så att kalfvar skola der gå i bet, och vistas der, och afbita der qvistarna.
11 When dry up branch[es] its they are broken off women [are] coming [are] setting light to it for not [is] a people of understanding it there-fore not he will have compassion on it [the] [one who] made it and [the] [one who] formed it not he will show favor to it.
Hans qvistar skola brista sönder för torrhet, så att qvinnor skola komma och göra der eld med; ty det är ett oförståndigt folk; derföre varder ej heller förbarmandes sig öfver dem den dem gjort hafver, och den dem skapat hafver skall icke vara dem nådelig.
12 And it will be in the day that he will beat out Yahweh from [the] flowing stream of the River to [the] wadi of Egypt and you you will be gathered to one one O people of Israel.
På den tiden skall Herren kasta ifrå stranden af älfvene, allt intill Egypti älf; och I, Israels barn, skolen församlade varda, den ene efter den andra.
13 And it will be - in the day that it will be blown on a trumpet great and they will come those [who] were lost in [the] land of Assyria and the outcasts in [the] land of Egypt and they will bow down to Yahweh on [the] mountain of holiness in Jerusalem.
På den tiden skall man blåsa med en stor basun, så skola komma de förtappade uti Assurs land, och de fördrefne uti Egypti land, och skola tillbedja Herran, på det helga berget i Jerusalem.
