Isaiah 27
1 In the day that he will visit [judgment] Yahweh with sword his fierce and great and mighty on Leviathan a snake fleeing and on Leviathan a snake twisting and he will slay the sea monster which [is] in the sea.
En ese momento el Señor tomará su espada afilada, grande y fuerte, y castigará a Leviatán, la serpiente escurridiza, y a Leviatán, la serpiente enroscada, y matará al dragón del mar.
2 In the day that a vineyard of (delight *LB(AH)*) sing of it.
En ese momento, canta sobre una hermosa viña.
3 I Yahweh [am] keeper its to moments I water it lest someone should injure it night and day I guard it.
Yo, el Señor, la cuido, regándola a menudo. La cuido de noche y de día para que nadie la dañe.
4 Rage not [belongs] to me who? will he give me thorn[s] bush[es] in battle I will march against it I will burn it altogether.
Ya no me enfado. Si hay espinas y zarzas, yo iría a combatirlas, y las quemaría todas,
5 Or let anyone take hold on protection my let anyone make peace to me peace let anyone make to me.
De lo contrario, deberían acudir a mí en busca de protección. Que hagan las paces conmigo, sí, que hagan las paces conmigo.
6 The coming [times] it will take root Jacob it will blossom and it will bud Israel and they will fill [the] surface of [the] world fruit.
En el futuro los descendientes de Jacob serán como un árbol que echa raíces. Israel florecerá y echará brotes, y llenará de frutos el mundo entero.
7 ¿ Like [the] striking? of [the] [one who] struck it has he struck it or? like [the] slaughter of slain [ones] its has it been slain.
¿Ha golpeado el Señor a Israel como golpeó a los que lo atacaron? ¿Los ha matado como mató a sus asesinos?
8 (By startling *L(abh)*) by sending away it you will conduct a case with it he drove out by wind his fierce in [the] day of [the] east wind.
Se ocupó de ellos enviándolos al exilio, desterrándolos. Los expulsó con su poderosa fuerza, como cuando sopla el viento del este.
9 Therefore by this it will be atoned for [the] iniquity of Jacob and this [is] all [the] fruit of [the] removing of sin its when makes he - all [the] stones of [the] altar like stones of chalk pulverized not they will stand Asherah poles and incense altars.
A través de esta experiencia la culpa de Jacob será perdonada. La eliminación de sus pecados dará sus frutos cuando tomen todas las piedras de los altares paganos y las hagan pedazos como si fueran tiza: no quedarán en pie postes de Asera ni altares de incienso.
10 For a city fortified [is] alone a habitation [is] deserted and forsaken like the wilderness there it will graze a calf and there it will lie down and it will bring to an end branches its.
La ciudad fortificada será abandonada, sus casas estarán vacías y solitarias como un desierto. El ganado pastará y descansará allí, desnudando las ramas de sus árboles.
11 When dry up branch[es] its they are broken off women [are] coming [are] setting light to it for not [is] a people of understanding it there-fore not he will have compassion on it [the] [one who] made it and [the] [one who] formed it not he will show favor to it.
Sus ramas secas serán arrancadas y utilizadas por las mujeres para hacer fuego. Este es un pueblo que no tiene sentido común, por lo que su Creador no se compadecerá de él, y su Creador no lo ayudará.
12 And it will be in the day that he will beat out Yahweh from [the] flowing stream of the River to [the] wadi of Egypt and you you will be gathered to one one O people of Israel.
En ese momento el Señor trillará el grano cosechado desde el río Éufrates hasta el Wadi de Egipto, y ustedes, israelitas, serán recogidos uno por uno.
13 And it will be - in the day that it will be blown on a trumpet great and they will come those [who] were lost in [the] land of Assyria and the outcasts in [the] land of Egypt and they will bow down to Yahweh on [the] mountain of holiness in Jerusalem.
En ese momento sonará una fuerte trompeta, y los que estaban muriendo en Asiria regresarán junto con los exiliados en Egipto. Vendrán a adorar al Señor en el monte santo de Jerusalén.
