Isaiah 21
1 [the] oracle of [the] wilderness of [the] sea Like storm-winds in the south to sweep on from [the] wilderness [someone is] coming from a land to be feared.
Ang pahayag mahitungod sa disyerto daplin sa dagat. Sama sa mga alimpulos nga mohaguros ngadto sa Negev ug molabang kini gikan sa kamingawan, gikan sa makalilisang nga yuta.
2 A vision severe it has been told to me the traitor - [is] acting treacherously and the destroyer - [is] destroying go up O Elam lay siege O Media all groaning its I will cause to cease.
Gihatag kanako ang makasusubo nga panan-awon: ang maluibon nga tawo magmaluibon gayod, ug ang tiglaglag molaglag. Tungas ug sulong, Elam; ug liboti, Media; pahunongon ko ang tanan nilang pag-agulo.
3 There-fore they are full loins my anguish pangs they have seized me like [the] pangs of [a woman who] gives birth I am bent over from hearing I am terrified from seeing.
Busa nalukop sa kasakit ang akong dapi-dapi; naghawid kanako ang mga kasakit nga sama sa mga kasakit sa babaye nga nagbati; nahugno ako sa akong nadungog; nasamok ako sa akong nakita.
4 It has wandered heart my shuddering it has overwhelmed me [the] twilight of desire my it has made for me trembling.
Mipitik pag-ayo ang akong kasingkasing, nagkurog ako sa kahadlok. Nahadlok na ako sa sayo sa kagabhion, nga mao ang akong pinakagusto nga takna.
5 They are arranging the table they are spreading out the rug eating drinking arise O officials smear a shield.
Giandam nila ang lamesa, ug gibuklad nila ang mga hapin, nangaon ug nag-inom; barog, mga prinsipe, dihogi ang inyong mga taming pinaagi sa lana.
6 For thus he has said to me [the] Lord go station the watchman [that] which he will see let him tell.
Kay mao kini ang gisulti sa Ginoo kanako, “Lakaw, pagbutang ug usa ka tigbantay; kinahanglan nga mobalita siya sa iyang makita.
7 And he will see a rider a pair of horses a rider of a donkey a rider of a camel and he will pay attention attentiveness greatness of attentiveness.
Sa dihang makakita siya ug karwahe, usa ka paris sa tigkabayo, mga tawo nga nagsakay sa mga asno, ug mga tao nga nagsakay sa mga kamelyo, kinahanglan nga hatagan niya ug pagtagad ug magmaigmat gayod.”
8 And he called out a lion on a watchtower - O Lord I [am] standing continually by day and at post my I [am] stationed all the nights.
Misinggit ang tigbantay, “Ginoo, nagtindog ako sa bantayanang tore sa tibuok adlaw, sa matag adlaw, ug nagtindog ako sa akong nahimutangan tibuok gabii.”
9 And there! this [is] coming a rider a man a pair of horses and he answered and he said it has fallen it has fallen Babylon and all [the] images of gods its someone has broken to the ground.
Adunay miabot nga karwahe nga adunay tawo ug usa ka paris sa tigkabayo. Misinggit siya, “Napukan ang Babilonia, napukan, ug nangabuak sa yuta ang tanang mga kinulit nga imahe sa mga dios niini.”
10 O threshed one my and [the] son of threshing floor my [that] which I have heard from with Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel I have told to you.
Akong giokanan ug paliranan sa tahop, mga anak sa akong giokanan nga salog! Akong ipahayag kaninyo kung unsa ang akong nadungog gikan kang Yahweh nga labawng makagagahom, ang Dios sa Israel.
11 [the] oracle of Dumah to me [someone is] calling from Seir O watchman what? [is] from [the] night O watchman what? [is] from [the] night.
Ang pahayag mahitungod sa Duma. Adunay tawo nga nagtawag kanako gikan sa Seir, “Tigbantay, unsa man ang nahibilin sa kagabhion?”
12 He says [the] watchman it will come morning and also night if you will enquire! enquire return come.
Miingon ang tigbantay, “Moabot ang kabuntagon ug ang kagabhion usab. Kung buot ka nga mangutana, unya pangutana; ug balik pag-usab.”
13 [the] oracle On Arabia in the thicket[s] in Arabia you will lodge O caravans of Dedanites.
Ang pahayag mahitungod sa Arabia. Nagpahulay kamo sa kamingawan sa Arabia panahon sa gabii, kamong mga panon sa magpapanaw nga Dedanhon.
14 To meet [the] thirsty bring water O inhabitants of [the] land of Tema with bread his they met fugitive[s].
Pagdala ug tubig alang sa mga giuhaw; mga lumolupyo sa yuta sa Tema, sugata ang mga miikyas uban sa tinapay.
15 For from before swords they have fled from before - a sword drawn and from before a bow bent and from before [the] weight of battle.
Kay miikyas sila gikan sa espada, gikan sa gihulbot nga espada, gikan sa gibawog nga pana, ug gikan sa kabug-aton sa gubat.
16 For thus he has said [the] Lord to me in yet a year like [the] years of a hired laborer and it will be finished all [the] splendor of Kedar.
Kay mao kini ang gisulti sa Ginoo kanako, “Sulod sa usa ka tuig, makita niini nga sama sa sinuholan nga trabahador alang sa usa ka tuig, matapos na ang tanang himaya sa Kedar.
17 And [the] remnant of a number of bowmen [the] warriors of [the] people of Kedar they will be few for Yahweh [the] God of Israel he has spoken.
Gamay na lamang ang mabilin sa mga magpapana, ang mga manggugubat sa Kedar.” Kay miingon si Yahweh, ang Dios sa Israel.
