Isaiah 16
1 Send a lamb [the] ruler of [the] land from Sela [the] wilderness towards to [the] mountain of [the] daughter of Zion.
Sendet das Lamm für den Beherrscher des Landes von den Felsschluchten aus durch die Wüste zum Berge der Bewohner Zions!
2 And it will be like a bird fluttering a nest sent away they will be [the] daughters of Moab [the] fords of Arnon.
Und flatternden Vögeln, einem verscheuchten Nest werden die Gemeinden Moabs gleichen an den Furten des Arnon.
3 (Bring *Q(K)*) counsel make a decision make like night shade your in [the] middle of [the] noon hide outcasts a fugitive may not you expose.
Gieb Rat, schaffe Vermittelung! Mache deinen Schatten der Nacht gleich am hohen Mittag; verbirg die Versprengten, verrate die Flüchtigen nicht!
4 Let them sojourn among you outcasts my Moab be a shelter of them from before [the] destroyer if he will come to an end the oppressor it will cease devastation they will be finished [the] trampler from the land.
Möchten die Versprengten Moabs bei dir weilen dürfen; sei ihnen eine Zuflucht vor den Verwüstern, bis der Erpresser aufgehört, die Vergewaltigung ein Ende genommen hat, die Zertreter aus dem Lande verschwunden sind!
5 And it will be established in covenant loyalty a throne and he will sit on it in faithfulness in [the] tent of David [one who] judges and [one who] seeks justice and [one] prompt of righteousness.
So wird der Thron durch Huld gefestigt werden, und auf ihm im Zelte Davids in Beständigkeit einer sitzen, der da richtet und nach Recht trachtet und sich der Gerechtigkeit befleißigt! -
6 We have heard [the] pride of Moab proud very haughtiness its and pride its and arrogance its [are] not right empty boasts its.
Wir haben vom Stolze Moabs gehört, dem überaus hochfahrenden, von seinem Hochmut und seinem Stolz und seinem Übermut, von seinem unwahren Gerede!
7 Therefore it will wail Moab for Moab all of it it will wail for [the] raisin-cakes of Kir Hareseth you will groan only stricken people.
Darum wird Moab heulen über Moab, alles wird heulen; um die Traubenkuchen von Kir Harefet werdet ihr seufzen, völlig niedergeschlagen.
8 For [the] fields of Heshbon it has withered [the] vine[s] of Sibmah rulers of nations they have struck down choice grapes its to Jazer they reached they wandered [the] wilderness shoots its they were spread out they passed over [the] sea.
Denn die Gefilde Hesbons sind verwelkt; heidnische Herren haben die Weinstöcke Gibmas zerschlagen, sie, deren Reben bis Jaeser reichten, bis hinein in die Wüste sich verirrten, deren Ranken sich ausbreiteten, das Meer überschritten.
9 There-fore I weep with [the] weeping of Jazer [the] vine[s] of Sibmah I water abundantly you tear[s] my O Heshbon and Elealeh for on summer fruit your and on harvest your shouting it has fallen.
Deshalb weine ich mit Jaeser um die Weinstöcke Sibmas, begieße dich mit meinen Thränen, Hesbon und Eleale. Denn in deinen Herbst und in deine Lese ist ein Juchzen gefallen,
10 And it will be removed gladness and rejoicing from the orchard and in the vineyards not anything will be sung not anything will be shouted wine in the wine-presses not he will tread the treader shouting I have made to cease.
Freude und Jubel ist genommen von den Gärten, und niemand jauchzt in den Weinbergen mit lautem Schrei. Niemand tritt Wein in den Keltern, dem Juchzen habe ich ein Ende gemacht.
11 There-fore inward parts my for Moab like harp they make a sound and inner being my for Kir Heres.
Deshalb erzittert mein Leib um Moab gleich einer Leier, und mein Innerstes um Kir Hares.
12 And it will be that it has presented itself if it has wearied itself Moab on the high place and it will come to sanctuary its to pray and not it will prevail.
Und wenn auch Moab erscheint, sich abmüht auf der Opferhöhe und sein Heiligtum betritt, um zu beten, so wird es nichts ausrichten.
13 This [is] the word which he has spoken Yahweh concerning Moab from then.
Dies ist das Wort, das Jahwe dereinst über Moab geredet hat.
14 And now he says Yahweh saying in three years like [the] years of a hired laborer and it will be lightly esteemed [the] honor of Moab for all the multitude great and a remnant little smallness not [will be] mighty.
Jetzt aber hat Jahwe also geredet: In drei Jahren, wie die Jahre eines Lohnarbeiters gerechnet werden, wird die Macht Moabs mit all' dem großen Gewoge verächtlich geworden sein, und ein Wenig, ein Bischen gar gering wird als Rest bleiben.
