Hosea 2
1 Say to brothers your people my and to sisters your she is Shown Compassion.
Recite braæi svojoj: narode moj; i sestrama svojim: pomilovana.
2 Conduct a case with mother your conduct a case for she not [is] wife my and I not [am] husband her and let her remove prostitution her from face her and adulteries her from between breasts her.
Prite se s materom svojom, prite se, jer mi nije žena, niti sam joj ja muž; neka odbaci kurvarstva svoja od lica svojega, i preljube svoje od dojaka svojih,
3 Lest I should strip her naked and I will exhibit her like [the] day was born she and I will make her like wilderness and I will make her like a land dry and I should make die her with thirst.
Da je ne bih svukao golu i uèinio je kaka je bila onaj dan kad se rodila, i da je ne bih postavio da bude kao pustinja i obratio je da bude kao zemlja zasušena, i umorio je žeðu.
4 And children her not I will have compassion on for [are] children of prostitution they.
I neæu se smilovati na djecu njezinu, jer su kopilad.
5 For she has prostituted herself mother their she has acted shamefully [the] [one who] conceived them for she said I will go after lovers my [who] give food my and water my wool my and flax my oil my and drinks my.
Jer se mati njihova kurva, sramoti se roditeljka njihova; jer govori: iæi æu za milosnicima svojim koji mi daju hljeb moj i vodu moju, vunu moju i lan moj, ulje moje i piæe moje.
6 Therefore here I [am] about to fence up way your with thorns and I will wall up wall her and paths her not she will find.
Zato evo ja æu joj zagraditi put trnjem i zazidaæu zidom da ne naðe staza svojih.
7 And she will pursue lovers her and not she will overtake them and she will seek them and not she will find [them] and she will say I will go and I will return to husband my former for it was good for me then more than now.
I trèaæe za svojim milosnicima, ali ih neæe stignuti; i tražiæe ih, ali ih neæe naæi; pa æe reæi: idem da se vratim k prvomu mužu svojemu, jer mi bješe bolje onda nego sada.
8 And she not she knows that I I gave to her the grain and the new wine and the fresh oil and silver I multiplied to her and gold [which] they made into Baal.
Jer ona ne zna da sam joj ja davao žito i vino i ulje, i umnožavao joj srebro i zlato, od kojega naèiniše Vala.
9 Therefore I will return and I will take grain my at appropriate time its and new wine my at appointed time its and I will take away wool my and flax my to cover nakedness her.
Zato æu uzeti natrag žito svoje, kad bude vrijeme, i vino svoje, kad bude vrijeme, i uzeæu vunu svoju i lan svoj, kojim bi pokrivala golotinju svoju.
10 And now I will uncover lewdness her to [the] eyes of lovers her and anyone not he will deliver her from hand my.
I otkriæu rugobu njezinu pred milosnicima njezinijem, i niko je neæe izbaviti iz moje ruke.
11 And I will put an end to all gaiety her festival[s] her new moon[s] her and sabbath[s] her and every appointed feast her.
I ukinuæu svaku radost njezinu, svetkovine njezine, mladine njezine i subote njezine i sve praznike njezine.
12 And I will devastate vine[s] her and fig tree[s] her which she said [are] wage[s] they of me which they gave to me lovers my and I will make them into a thicket and it will consume them [the] animal[s] of the field.
I potræu èokote njezine i smokve, za koje govori: plata su mi, što mi dadoše milosnici moji; i obratiæu ih u šumu da ih jede zvijerje poljsko.
13 And I will visit on her [the] days of the Baals when she made smoke to them and she ornamented herself ring[s] her and jewelry her and she went after lovers her and me she forgot [the] utterance of Yahweh.
I pohodiæu na njoj dane Valimske, u koje im je kadila i kitila se obocima i grivnama, i išla za svojim milosnicima, i mene zaboravila, govori Gospod.
14 Therefore here! I [am] about to persuade her and I will lead her the wilderness and I will speak (to *L(abh)*) heart her.
Ali evo, ja æu je primamiti i odvešæu je u pustinju, i govoriæu s njom lijepo.
15 And I will give to her vineyards her from there and [the] valley of Achor to a door of hope and she will answer there like [the] days of youth her and like [the] day went up she from [the] land of Egypt.
I daæu joj vinograde njezine od toga mjesta, i dolinu Ahor za vrata nadanju, i ondje æe pjevati kao za mladosti svoje i kao kad je išla iz Misira.
16 And it will be in the day that [the] utterance of Yahweh you will call husband my and not you will call me again Baal my.
I tada æeš me, govori Gospod, zvati: mužu moj; a neæeš me više zvati: Vale moj.
17 And I will remove [the] names of the Baals from mouth her and not they will be remembered again by name their.
Jer æu ukloniti iz usta njezinijeh imena Vala; i neæe im se više pominjati imena.
18 And I will make to them a covenant in the day that with [the] animal[s] of the field and with [the] bird[s] of the heavens and [the] creeping thing[s] of the ground and bow and sword and battle I will break from the land and I will make lie down them to security.
I tada æu im uèiniti zavjet sa zvijerjem poljskim i sa pticama nebeskim i s bubinama zemaljskim; i polomiæu luk i maè i rat da ih nestane u zemlji, i uèiniæu da leže bez straha.
19 And I will betroth you to myself for ever and I will betroth you to myself in righteousness and in justice and in covenant loyalty and in compassion.
I zaruèiæu te sebi dovijeka, zaruèiæu te sebi pravdom i sudom i milošæu i milosrðem.
20 And I will betroth you to myself in faithfulness and you will know Yahweh.
I zaruèiæu te sebi vjerom, i poznaæeš Gospoda.
21 And it will be - in the day that I will answer [the] utterance of Yahweh I will answer the heavens and they they will answer the earth.
I tada æu se odazvati, govori Gospod, odazvaæu se nebesima, a ona æe se odazvati zemlji.
22 And the earth it will answer the grain and the new wine and the fresh oil and they they will answer Jezreel.
A zemlja æe se odazvati žitu i vinu i ulju, a to æe se odazvati Jezraelu.
23 And I will sow her for myself in the land and I will have compassion on Lo-Ruhamah and I will say to Not-People My [are] people my you and he he will say God my.
I posijaæu je sebi na zemlji, i smilovaæu se na Loruhamu, i reæi æu Loamiji: ti si moj narod, i on æe reæi: Bože moj!
