2 And now - they increase to sin and they have made for themselves a molten image from silver their according to skill their idols [is the] work of craftsmen all of it of them they [are] saying [those who] offer sacrifice of humankind calves they will kiss!
And now they sin, And make for themselves a molten image of their silver, By their own understanding—idols, A work of artisans—all of it, Of them they say, who [are] sacrificers among men, The calves let them kiss.
3 Therefore they will become like a cloud of [the] morning and like dew rising early going like chaff [which] it is storm-driven from a threshing floor and like smoke from a window.
Therefore they are as a cloud of the morning, And as dew, rising early, going away, As chaff tossed about out of a floor, And as smoke out of a window.
4 And I [am] Yahweh God your from [the] land of Egypt and gods besides me not you must know and [is] a deliverer there not except me.

6 According to pasture their and they were satisfied they were satisfied and it was exalted heart their there-fore they forgot me.
They are satiated according to their feedings, They have been satiated, And their heart is lifted up, Therefore they have forgotten Me,
7 And I became to them like a lion like a leopard on a road I will watch.
And I am to them as a lion, I look out as a leopard by the way.
8 I will meet them like a bear robbed of cubs so I may tear [the] cavity of heart their and I will devour them there like a lion animal of the field it will tear to pieces them.
I meet them as a bereaved bear, And I tear the enclosure of their heart, And I consume them there as a lioness, A beast of the field tears them.
9 It will destroy you O Israel for in me in helper your.
You have destroyed yourself, O Israel, But in Me [is] your help;
10 Where? [is] king your then so he may save you in all cities your and rulers your whom you said give! to me a king and leaders.
Where [is] your king now—And he saves you in all your cities? And your judges of whom you said, Give a king and heads to me?

I give to you a king in My anger, And I take away in My wrath.
12 [is] bound up [the] iniquity of Ephraim [is] stored up sin his.
Bound up [is] the iniquity of Ephraim, Hidden [is] his sin,
13 [the] pains of [one who] gives birth They will come to him he [is] a son not wise if a time not he will present himself at birth of children.
Pangs of a travailing woman come to him, He [is] not a wise son, For he does not remain [at] the time for the breaking forth of sons.
14 From [the] hand of Sheol will I ransom? them from death will I redeem? them where? [are] thorns your O death where? [is] destruction your O Sheol compassion it will be hidden from eyes my. (Sheol h7585)
Will I ransom them from the hand of Sheol? Will I redeem them from death? Where [is] your plague, O death? Where your destruction, O Sheol? Comfort is hid from My eyes. (Sheol h7585)

Though he produces fruit among brothers, An east wind comes in, a wind of YHWH, From a wilderness it is coming up, And it dries up his fountain, And his spring becomes dry, It—it spoils a treasure—every desirable vessel.
16 It will be held guilty Samaria for it has rebelled against God its by the sword they will fall children their they will be dashed in pieces and pregnant [women] its they will be ripped open.
