Genesis 41
1 And it was from [the] end of two years days and Pharaoh [was] dreaming and there! [he was] standing at the River.
Hai năm sau, vua Pha-ra-ôn nằm mơ và thấy mình đang đứng bên bờ sông Nin.
2 And there! from the River [were] coming up seven cows good looking of appearance and fat of flesh and they grazed among the reed[s].
Từ dưới sông, bảy con bò béo tốt đẹp đẽ lên bờ ăn cỏ.
3 And there! seven cows another [were] coming up after them from the River displeasing of appearance and thin of flesh and they stood beside the cows on [the] bank of the River.
Tiếp đó, bảy con bò khác, gầy guộc xấu xí, từ sông Nin đi lên, đứng cạnh bảy con kia bên bờ sông.
4 And they ate the cows displeasing of appearance and [the] thin of flesh seven the cows good looking of appearance and fat and he awoke Pharaoh.
Bảy con bò gầy gò xấu xí nuốt bảy con bò béo tốt đẹp đẽ. Sau đó, vua Pha-ra-ôn thức giấc.
5 And he slept and he dreamed a second [time] and there! - seven ears of grain [were] coming up on a stalk one fat and good.
Vua ngủ lại và mơ lần thứ hai. Này, bảy bông lúa rắn chắc trổ ra từ một cây lúa.
6 And there! seven ears of grain thin and scorched of an east wind [were] springing up after them.
Kế đó, bảy bông lúa lép mọc tiếp, bị gió đông thổi héo khô.
7 And they swallowed the ears of grain thin seven the ears of grain fat and full and he awoke Pharaoh and there! a dream.
Bảy bông lúa lép khô nuốt bảy bông lúa rắn chắc. Vua Pha-ra-ôn thức giấc, biết mình nằm mơ.
8 And it was in the morning and it was troubled spirit his and he sent and he summoned all [the] diviner priests of Egypt and all wise [men] its and he recounted Pharaoh to them dream his and there not [was one who] interpreted them for Pharaoh.
Sáng hôm sau, tinh thần xao động, vua sai mời tất cả thuật sĩ và học giả Ai Cập vào hoàng cung. Vua Pha-ra-ôn thuật lại giấc mơ, nhưng chẳng ai giải nghĩa được.
9 And he spoke [the] chief of the cup bearers with Pharaoh saying sins my I [am] bringing to remembrance this day.
Quan chước tửu tâu với vua Pha-ra-ôn: “Hôm nay tôi mới nhớ ra, tôi thật có lỗi.
10 Pharaoh he was angry towards servants his and he put me in [the] custody of [the] house of [the] commander of the bodyguards me and [the] chief of the bakers.
Trước đây, lúc vua Pha-ra-ôn giận quan hỏa đầu và tôi, vua đã tống giam chúng tôi vào trong dinh chỉ huy trưởng ngự lâm quân.
11 And we dreamed! a dream in a night one I and he each according to [the] interpretation of dream his we dreamed.
Một đêm kia, chúng tôi đều nằm mơ, giấc mơ mỗi người một khác.
12 And [was] there with us a young man a Hebrew a slave of [the] commander of the bodyguards and we recounted to him and he interpreted for us dreams our each according to dream his he interpreted.
Có một thanh niên Hê-bơ-rơ bị giam chung với chúng tôi, tên nô lệ của chỉ huy trưởng ngự lâm quân. Khi nghe thuật chiêm bao, anh ấy giải thích ý nghĩa theo giấc mơ mỗi người.
13 And it was just as he interpreted for us so it was me he restored to office my and him he hanged.
Quả nhiên, việc xảy ra đúng như lời anh ấy nói. Vua phục chức cho tôi và treo cổ viên hỏa đầu.”
14 And he sent Pharaoh and he summoned Joseph and people brought quickly him from the pit and he shaved and he changed clothes his and he came to Pharaoh.
Vua sai người gọi Giô-sép. Họ vội vã đem ông ra khỏi ngục. Sau khi cạo râu và thay áo, ông vào chầu vua Pha-ra-ôn.
15 And he said Pharaoh to Joseph a dream I have dreamed and [is one who] interprets there not it and I I have heard on you saying you hear a dream to interpret it.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn nói cùng Giô-sép: “Ta thấy chiêm bao, nhưng chẳng ai giải nghĩa được. Ta nghe nói ngươi có tài đoán mộng, nên ta cho gọi đến đây.”
16 And he answered Joseph Pharaoh saying apart from me God he will answer [the] welfare of Pharaoh.
Giô-sép đáp: “Không phải tôi có tài gì, nhưng Đức Chúa Trời sẽ giải đáp thắc mắc cho vua.”
17 And he spoke Pharaoh to Joseph in dream my if [was] I standing on [the] bank of the River.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn liền kể cùng Giô-sép: “Ta mơ thấy mình đứng bên bờ sông Nin.
18 And there! from the River [were] coming up seven cows fat of flesh and good looking of form and they grazed among the reed[s].
Này, dưới sông, bảy con bò béo tốt đẹp đẽ lên bờ ăn cỏ.
19 And there! seven cows another [were] coming up after them weak and displeasing of form very and thin of flesh not I have seen like them in all [the] land of Egypt to badness.
Lại có bảy con bò khác hết sức xấu xí gầy guộc lên theo bảy con trước. Ta chưa hề thấy trong xứ Ai Cập có con bò nào xấu xí như thế.
20 And they ate the cows thin and displeasing seven the cows former fat.
Bảy con bò gầy guộc xấu xí liền nuốt bảy con béo tốt.
21 And they went into inward part[s] their and not it was known that they had gone into inward part[s] their and appearance their [was] displeasing just as at the beginning and I awoke.
Ăn vào bụng rồi mà cũng như không vì vẫn gầy ốm như trước. Sau đó, ta thức giấc.
22 And I saw in dream my and there! - seven ears of grain [were] coming up on a stalk one full and good.
Ta lại mơ thấy bảy bông lúa chắc mọc lên từ một cây lúa.
23 And there! seven ears of grain withered thin scorched of an east wind [were] springing up after them.
Kế theo đó, bảy bông lúa lép xấu xí cũng mọc lên; chúng bị gió đông thổi héo.
24 And they swallowed the ears of grain thin seven the ears of grain good and I said to the diviner priests and there not [was one who] told to me.
Các bông lúa lép nuốt các bông lúa tốt. Ta đã kể cho các thuật sĩ nghe, nhưng chẳng ai giải được ý nghĩa.”
25 And he said Joseph to Pharaoh [the] dream of Pharaoh [is] one it [that] which God [is] about to do he has told to Pharaoh.
Giô-sép tâu: “Hai giấc mộng của vua Pha-ra-ôn có cùng một ý nghĩa. Đức Chúa Trời cho vua biết những việc Ngài sắp thực hiện:
26 Seven cows good [are] seven years they and seven the ears of grain good [are] seven years they [is] dream one it.
Bảy con bò béo tốt—cũng như bảy bông lúa chắc—là bảy năm thịnh vượng được mùa.
27 And seven the cows thin and displeasing that were coming up after them [are] seven years they and seven the ears of grain empty scorched of the east wind they will be seven years of famine.
Bảy con bò gầy gò lên sau—cũng như bảy bông lúa lép bị gió đông thổi héo—là bảy năm đói kém.
28 That [is] the word which I spoke to Pharaoh [that] which God [is] about to do he has shown Pharaoh.
Như tôi đã tâu, Đức Chúa Trời cho vua biết những việc Ngài sắp làm.
29 There! seven years [are] about to come plenty great [will be] in all [the] land of Egypt.
Khắp xứ Ai Cập sẽ thịnh vượng dư dật suốt bảy năm.
30 And they will arise seven years of famine after them and it will be forgotten all the plenty in [the] land of Egypt and it will destroy the famine the land.
Sau đó là bảy năm đói kém, mọi cảnh phồn thịnh trước kia của Ai Cập đều rơi vào quên lãng. Nạn đói sẽ làm cả xứ kiệt quệ.
31 And not it will be known the plenty in the land because of the famine that after thus for [will be] heavy it very.
Vì tai họa quá khủng khiếp, chẳng ai còn nhớ thời kỳ vàng son thịnh vượng nữa.
32 And on [the] being repeated of the dream to Pharaoh two times for [is] certain the matter from with God and [is] hurrying God to do it.
Vua thấy chiêm bao hai lần, vì ý Đức Chúa Trời đã quyết định, Ngài sẽ sớm thực hiện việc này.
33 And therefore let him see Pharaoh a man discerning and wise and let him set him over [the] land of Egypt.
Bây giờ, vua Pha-ra-ôn nên chọn một người khôn ngoan sáng suốt làm tể tướng nước Ai Cập.
34 Let him act Pharaoh and let him appoint overseers over the land and he will take a fifth of [the] land of Egypt in seven [the] years of plenty.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn cũng nên bổ nhiệm các viên chức trên khắp nước, để thu thập một phần năm hoa lợi trong bảy năm được mùa.
35 And let them gather all [the] food of the years good that are coming these and let them store up grain under [the] hand of Pharaoh food in the cities and they will keep [it].
Lúa thu góp trong những năm được mùa sẽ tồn trữ trong kho của Vua Pha-ra-ôn tại các thành phố,
36 And it will become the food a store for the land for seven [the] years of famine which they will be in [the] land of Egypt and not it will be cut off the land by the famine.
dùng làm lương thực cho dân chúng trong bảy năm đói kém. Có thế, nước Ai Cập mới khỏi bị nạn đói tiêu diệt.”
37 And it was good the word in [the] eyes of Pharaoh and in [the] eyes of all servants his.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn và quần thần hài lòng về lời giải của Giô-sép.
38 And he said Pharaoh to servants his ¿ has he been found like this one a man whom [the] spirit of God [is] in him.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn bảo họ: “Còn ai hơn Giô-sép, người có Thần Linh của Đức Chúa Trời?”
39 And he said Pharaoh to Joseph after has made know God you all this there not [is] a discerning [person] and a wise [person] like you.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn quay lại Giô-sép: “Đức Chúa Trời đã dạy cho ngươi biết mọi việc này, còn ai khôn ngoan sáng suốt hơn ngươi nữa?
40 You you will be over house my and on mouth your it will kiss all people my only the throne I will be great more than you.
Ngươi sẽ lãnh đạo cả nước, toàn dân sẽ vâng theo mệnh lệnh ngươi. Chỉ một mình ta lớn hơn ngươi mà thôi.”
41 And he said Pharaoh to Joseph see I set you over all [the] land of Egypt.
Pha-ra-ôn lại nói với Giô-sép: “Này, ta lập ngươi cai trị toàn cõi Ai Cập.”
42 And he removed Pharaoh signet-ring his from on hand his and he set it on [the] hand of Joseph and he clothed him clothes of fine linen and he put [the] chain of gold on neck his.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn tháo nhẫn của mình đeo vào tay Giô-sép, cho mặc cẩm bào, đeo dây chuyền vàng lên cổ, và bảo: “Này! Ta lập ngươi làm tể tướng nước Ai Cập.”
43 And he made ride him in [the] chariot of the second which [belonged] to him and they called out before him bend [the] knee and he put him over all [the] land of Egypt.
Vua cho chàng ngồi xe thứ hai của vua; phía trước có người hô lớn: “Hãy quỳ xuống.” Như thế, vua tấn phong Giô-sép làm tễ tướng Ai Cập.
44 And he said Pharaoh to Joseph I [am] Pharaoh and apart from you not he will lift up anyone hand his and foot his in all [the] land of Egypt.
Vua bảo Giô-sép: “Ta làm vua Pha-ra-ôn, nhưng ngươi có toàn quyền điều hành mọi việc trong nước Ai Cập.”
45 And he called Pharaoh [the] name of Joseph Zaphenath-Paneah and he gave to him Asenath [the] daughter of Poti-phera [the] priest of On to a wife and he went out Joseph over [the] land of Egypt.
Vua Pha-ra-ôn đặt tên cho Giô-sép là “Người Cứu Mạng” và gả A-sê-na (con gái của Phô-ti-phê, thầy trưởng tế thành Ôn) cho chàng. Vậy, Giô-sép nổi tiếng khắp nước Ai Cập.
46 And Joseph [was] a son of thirty year[s] when stood he before Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and he went out Joseph from to before Pharaoh and he passed in all [the] land of Egypt.
Giô-sép được ba mươi tuổi khi nhậm chức. Từ cung vua Pha-ra-ôn nước Ai Cập, ông ra đi kinh lý khắp nước.
47 And it produced the land in seven [the] years of plenty to handfuls.
Trong bảy năm được mùa, lúa gạo sản xuất đầy dẫy mọi nơi.
48 And he gathered all [the] food of - seven [the] years which they were in [the] land of Egypt and he put food in the cities [the] food of [the] field[s] of the city which [was] around it he put in [the] midst of it.
Giô-sép thu góp lương thực từ các đồng ruộng nước Ai Cập, chở về các thành phố trung tâm của các vùng đó. Lúa gạo vùng nào đều trữ ở thành phố vùng đó.
49 And he stored up Joseph grain like [the] sand of the sea much very until that he ceased to measure [it] for there not [was] a measure.
Giô-sép thu lúa nhiều như cát trên bờ biển, nhiều đến nỗi không thể cân lường được.
50 And to Joseph it was born two sons before it came [the] year of famine whom she bore to him Asenath [the] daughter of Poti-phera [the] priest of On.
Trước những năm đói kém, A-sê-na (vợ Giô-sép, con gái Phô-ti-phê, thầy trưởng tế thành Ôn) sinh hai con trai.
51 And he called Joseph [the] name of the firstborn Manasseh for he has made forget me God all trouble my and all [the] household of father my.
Giô-sép đặt tên con đầu lòng là Ma-na-se, vì ông nói: “Đức Chúa Trời cho ta quên mọi nỗi gian khổ tha hương.”
52 And [the] name of the second he called Ephraim for he has made fruitful me God in [the] land of affliction my.
Con thứ hai tên là Ép-ra-im, vì ông nói: “Đức Chúa Trời cho ta thịnh đạt trong nơi khốn khổ.”
53 And they came to an end seven [the] years of plenty which it was in [the] land of Egypt.
Sau bảy năm được mùa tại Ai Cập,
54 And they began seven [the] years of famine to come just as he had said Joseph and it was a famine in all the lands and in all [the] land of Egypt it was food.
đến bảy năm đói kém, đúng như lời Giô-sép đoán trước. Mọi quốc gia chung quanh đều đói; chỉ riêng Ai Cập vẫn còn lương thực.
55 And it was hungry all [the] land of Egypt and it cried out the people to Pharaoh for food and he said Pharaoh to all Egypt go to Joseph [that] which he will say to you you will do.
Khi người Ai Cập bị đói, họ kéo đến hoàng cung xin vua cấp gạo. Vua bảo: “Cứ hỏi Giô-sép và làm mọi điều Giô-sép chỉ dạy.”
56 And the famine it was over all [the] face of the land and he opened Joseph all that [was] in them and he bought grain to Egypt and it was severe the famine in [the] land of Egypt.
Khi nạn đói lan rộng khắp nước, Giô-sép mở kho bán lúa cho dân, vì nạn đói thật trầm trọng trong cả nước Ai Cập.
57 And all the earth they came Egypt towards to buy grain to Joseph for it was severe the famine in all the earth.
Khi các nước bị đói lớn, tất cả các dân tộc đều đến Ai Cập mua lúa từ Giô-sép.
