Genesis 36
1 And these [are] [the] accounts of Esau that [is] Edom.
Ito ang mga kaapu-apuhan ni Esau (tinatawag ding Edom).
2 Esau he took wives his from [the] daughters of Canaan Adah [the] daughter of Elon the Hittite and Oholibamah [the] daughter of Anah [the] daughter of Zibeon the Hivite.
Kinuha ni Esau ang kanyang mga asawa mula sa mga Cananeo. Ito ang mga asawa niya: Si Ada na anak na babae ni Elon na Heteo; si Aholibama na anak na babae ni Ana, na apong babae ni Zibeon na Hivita;
3 And Basemath [the] daughter of Ishmael [the] sister of Nebaioth.
at Basemat, anak na babae ni Ismael, na kapatid na babae ni Nebayot.
4 And she bore Adah to Esau Eliphaz and Basemath she bore Reuel.
Isinilang ni Ada si Elifaz kay Esau, at si Basemat ay isinilang si Reuel.
5 And Oholibamah she bore (Jeush *Q(K)*) and Jalam and Korah these [were] [the] sons of Esau who they were born to him in [the] land of Canaan.
Isinilang ni Aholibama sina Jeus, Jalam at Korah. Ito ang mga anak na lalaki ni Esau na ipinanganak sa kanya sa lupain ng Canaan.
6 And he took Esau wives his and sons his and daughters his and all [the] people of household his and livestock his and all animal[s] his and all possession[s] his which he had accumulated in [the] land of Canaan and he went to a land [away] from before Jacob brother his.
Dinala ni Esau ang kanyang mga asawa, mga anak na lalaki, mga anak na babae, lahat ng mga kabilang sa kanyang sambahayan, kanyang mga alagang hayop—lahat ng kanyang mga hayop, at lahat ng kanyang mga ari-arian, na tinipon niya sa lupain ng Canaan, at pumunta sa lupaing malayo sa kanyang kapatid na si Jacob.
7 For it was possession[s] their [too] much for dwelling together and not it was able [the] land of sojournings their to support them because of livestock their.
Ginawa niya ito dahil ang ari-arian nila ay napakarami para manatili silang magkasama. Ang lupain kung saan sila nanirahan ay hindi sila kayang itaguyod dahil sa kanilang mga alagang hayop.
8 And he dwelt Esau in [the] hill country of Seir Esau that [is] Edom.
Kaya nga si Esau, na tinatawag ding Edom, ay nanirahan sa bansang burol ng Seir.
9 And these [are] [the] accounts of Esau [the] ancestor of Edom in [the] hill country of Seir.
Ang sumusunod ay ang mga kaapu-apuhan ni Esau, ang ninuno ng mga Edomita sa bansang burol ng Seir.
10 These [are] [the] names of [the] sons of Esau Eliphaz [the] son of Adah [the] wife of Esau Reuel [the] son of Basemath [the] wife of Esau.
Ito ang mga pangalan ng mga lalaking anak ni Esau: Si Elifaz na lalaking anak ni Ada, asawa ni Esau; Si Reuel na lalaking anak ni Basemat, asawa ni Esau.
11 And they were [the] sons of Eliphaz Teman Omar Zepho and Gatam and Kenaz.
Ang mga lalaking anak ni Elifaz ay sina Teman, Omar, Zefo, Galam, at Kenaz.
12 And Timna - she was a concubine of Eliphaz [the] son of Esau and she bore to Eliphaz Amalek these [were] [the] sons of Adah [the] wife of Esau.
Ipinanganak si Amalek ni Timna, na ibang asawa ni Elifaz, na lalaking anak ni Esau. Ito ang mga lalaking apo ni Ada, asawa ni Esau.
13 And these [were] [the] sons of Reuel Nahath and Zerah Shammah and Mizzah these they were [the] sons of Basemath [the] wife of Esau.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Reuel: Sina Nahat, Zera, Shammah, at Miza. Ito ang mga lalaking apo ni Basemat, asawa ni Esau.
14 And these they were [the] sons of Oholibamah [the] daughter of Anah [the] daughter of Zibeon [the] wife of Esau and she bore to Esau (Jeush *Q(K)*) and Jalam and Korah.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Aholibama, asawa ni Esau, na babaeng anak ni Ana at babaeng apo ni Zibeon. Ipinanganak niya para kay Esau sina Jeus, Jalam, at Korah.
15 These [were] [the] chiefs of [the] sons of Esau [the] sons of Eliphaz [the] firstborn of Esau chief Teman chief Omar chief Zepho chief Kenaz.
Ito ang mga angkan kasama sa mga kaapu-apuhan ni Esau: ang mga kaapu-apuhan ni Elifaz, na panganay na anak ni Esau: sina Teman, Omar, Zefo, Kenaz,
16 Chief Korah chief Gatam chief Amalek these [were] [the] chiefs of Eliphaz in [the] land of Edom these [were] [the] sons of Adah.
Korah, Gatam, at Amalek. Ito ang mga angkang nanggaling kay Elifaz sa lupain ng Edom. Mga apo sila ni Ada.
17 And these [were] [the] sons of Reuel [the] son of Esau chief Nahath chief Zerah chief Shammah chief Mizzah these [were] [the] chiefs of Reuel in [the] land of Edom these [were] [the] sons of Basemath [the] wife of Esau.
Ito ang mga angkang mula kay Reuel, anak ni Esau: sina Nahat, Zera, Shammah, Miza. Ito ang mga angkang mula kay Reuel sa lupain ng Edom. Sila ang mga lalaking apo ni Basemat, asawa ni Esau.
18 And these [were] [the] sons of Oholibamah [the] wife of Esau chief Jeush chief Jalam chief Korah these [were] [the] chiefs of Oholibamah [the] daughter of Anah [the] wife of Esau.
Ito ang mga angkan ni Aholibama, asawa ni Esau: sina Jeus, Jalam, Kora. Ito ang mga angkang nagmula sa asawa ni Esau na si Aholibama, babaeng anak ni Ana.
19 These [were] [the] sons of Esau and these [were] chiefs their that [is] Edom.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Esau, at ito ang kanilang mga angkan.
20 These [were] [the] sons of Seir the Horite [the] inhabitants of the land Lotan and Shobal and Zibeon and Anah.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Seir na Horeo, na mga naninirahan sa lupain: sina Lotan, Sobal, Zibeon, Ana,
21 And Dishon and Ezer and Dishan these [were] [the] chiefs of the Horite[s] [the] sons of Seir in [the] land of Edom.
Dishon, Ezer, at Disan. Ito ay mga angkan ng mga Horeo, na mga naninirahan sa Seir sa lupain ng Edom.
22 And they were [the] sons of Lotan Hori and Hemam and [the] sister of Lotan [was] Timna.
Ang mga lalaking anak ni Lotan ay sina Hori at Heman, at si Timna ang babaeng kapatid ni Lotan.
23 And these [were] [the] sons of Shobal Alvan and Manahath and Ebal Shepho and Onam.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Sobal: sina Alvan, Manahat, Ebal, Zefo, at Onam.
24 And these [were] [the] sons of Zibeon and Aiah and Anah he [was] Anah who he found the hot springs in the wilderness when was pasturing he the donkeys of Zibeon father his.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Zibeon: si Aya at Ana. Ito ang Ana na nakahanap sa mainit na bukal sa kagubatan, habang nagpapastol siya ng mga asno ni Zibeon na kanyang ama.
25 And these [were] [the] children of Anah Dishon and Oholibamah [the] daughter of Anah.
Ito ang mga anak ni Ana: Sina Dishon at Aholibama, na babaeng anak ni Ana.
26 And these [were] [the] sons of Dishan Hemdan and Eshban and Ithran and Keran.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Dishon: Sina Hemdan, Esban, Itran, at Keran.
27 These [were] [the] sons of Ezer Bilhan and Zaavan and Akan.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Ezer: sina Bilhan, Zaavan, at Akan.
28 These [were] [the] sons of Dishan Uz and Aran.
Ito ang mga lalaking anak ni Dishan: sina Uz at Aran.
29 These [were] [the] chiefs of the Horite[s] chief Lotan chief Shobal chief Zibeon chief Anah.
Ito ang mga angkan ng mga Horeo: ang Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, at Ana,
30 Chief Dishon chief Ezer chief Dishan these [were] [the] chiefs of the Horite[s] to chiefs their in [the] land of Seir.
Dishon, Ezer, Dishan: ito ang mga angkan ng mga Horeo, ayon sa kanilang mga talaan ng angkan sa lupain ng Seir.
31 And these [were] the kings who they reigned in [the] land of Edom before reigned a king of [the] people of Israel.
Ito ang mga hari na namahala sa lupain ng Edom bago pa man mamahala ang sinumang hari sa mga Israelita:
32 And he reigned in Edom Bela [the] son of Beor and [the] name of city his [was] Dinhabah.
Si Bela na lalaking anak ni Beor, ay namahala sa Edom, at ang pangalan ng kanyang siyudad ay Dinaba.
33 And he died Bela and he reigned in place of him Jobab [the] son of Zerah from Bozrah.
Nang mamatay si Bela, saka naman si Jobab lalaking anak ni Zerah ng Bozra, ang namahala bilang kahalili niya.
34 And he died Jobab and he reigned in place of him Husham from [the] land of the Temanite[s].
Nang namatay si Jobab, si Husham na mula sa lupain ng mga Temaneo ang nagharing kahalili niya.
35 And he died Husham and he reigned in place of him Hadad [the] son of Bedad who defeated Midian in [the] region of Moab and [the] name of city his [was] Avith.
Nang mamatay si Husham, si Hadad na lalaking anak ni Bedad, na tumalo sa mga Midianita sa lupain ng Moab, ang nagharing kahalili niya. Ang pangalan ng kanyang siyudad ay Avit.
36 And he died Hadad and he reigned in place of him Samlah from Masrekah.
Nang namatay si Hadad, si Samla naman ng Masreka ang nagharing kahalili niya.
37 And he died Samlah and he reigned in place of him Shaul from Rehoboth the River.
Nang mamatay si Samla, si Saul ng Rehobot na tagatabing-ilog ang naghari kahalili niya.
38 And he died Shaul and he reigned in place of him Baal-Hanan [the] son of Achbor.
Nang mamatay si Saul, si Baal Hanan naman na lalaking anak ni Acbor ang nagharing kahalili niya.
39 And he died Baal-Hanan [the] son of Achbor and he reigned in place of him Hadar and [the] name of city his [was] Pau and [the] name of wife his [was] Mehetabel [the] daughter of Matred [the] daughter of Me-Zahab.
Nang si Baal Hanan na lalaking anak ni Acbor, ay mamatay, si Hadar naman ang nagharing kahalili niya. Ang pangalan ng kanyang siyudad ay Pau. Ang pangalan ng kanyang asawa ay Mehetabel, babaeng anak ni Matred, na babaeng apo ni Me Zahab.
40 And these [were] [the] names of [the] chiefs of Esau to clans their to places their by names their chief Timna chief Alvah chief Jetheth.
Ito ang mga pangalan ng mga pinuno ng mga angkang nagmula sa lahi ni Esau, ayon sa kanilang mga angkan at kanilang mga rehiyon, sa kanilang mga pangalan: sina Timna, Alva, Jetet,
41 Chief Oholibamah chief Elah chief Pinon.
Aholibama, Ela, Pinon,
42 Chief Kenaz chief Teman chief Mibzar.
Kenaz, Teman, Mibzar,
43 Chief Magdiel chief Iram these - [were] [the] chiefs of Edom to dwelling places their in [the] land of possession their that [was] Esau [the] ancestor of Edom.
Magdiel, at Iram. Ito ang mga pangulo ng angkan ng Edom, ayon sa kanilang pamayanan sa lupaing inagkin nila. Ito si Esau, ang ama ng mga Edomita.
