Genesis 32
1 And Jacob he went to way his and they met him [the] angels of God.
Иаков шь-а вэзут де друм ши л-ау ынтылнит ынӂерий луй Думнезеу.
2 And he said Jacob just when he saw them [is] [the] camp of God this and he called [the] name of the place that Mahanaim.
Кынд й-а вэзут, Иаков а зис: „Ачаста есте табэра луй Думнезеу!” Де ачея а пус локулуй ачелуя нумеле Маханаим.
3 And he sent Jacob messengers before him to Esau brother his [the] land of towards Seir [the] region of Edom.
Иаков а тримис ынаинте ниште соль ла фрателе сэу Есау, ын цара Сеир, ын цинутул луй Едом.
4 And he commanded them saying thus you will say! to lord my to Esau thus he says servant your Jacob with Laban I have sojourned and I have delayed until now.
Ел ле-а дат порунка урмэтоаре: „Ятэ че сэ спунець домнулуй меу Есау: ‘Аша ворбеште робул тэу Иаков: «Ам локуит ла Лабан ши ам рэмас ла ел пынэ акум;
5 And it be[longs] to me ox[en] and donkey[s] flock[s] and [male] servant[s] and female servant[s] and I have sent! to tell to lord my to find favor in view your.
ам бой, мэгарь, ой, робь ши роабе ши тримит сэ дя де штире лукрул ачеста домнулуй меу, ка сэ капэт тречере ынаинтя та.»’”
6 And they returned the messengers to Jacob saying we went to brother your to Esau and also [he is] coming to meet you and four hundred man [are] with him.
Солий с-ау ынторс ынапой ла Иаков ши ау зис: „Не-ам дус ла фрателе тэу Есау, ши ел вине ынаинтя та ку патру суте де оамень.”
7 And he was afraid Jacob exceedingly and it was distress to him and he divided the people which [was] with him and the flock and the herd and the camels into two camps.
Иаков с-а ынспэймынтат фоарте мулт ши л-а апукат гроаза. А ымпэрцит ын доуэ табере оамений пе каре-й авя ку ел, оиле, боий ши кэмилеле
8 And he said if he will come Esau to the camp one and he will attack it and it will become the camp which remains an escaped remnant.
ши а зис: „Дакэ вине Есау ымпотрива унея дин табере ши о бате, табэра каре ва рэмыне ва путя сэ скапе.”
9 And he said Jacob O God of father my Abraham and [the] God of father my Isaac O Yahweh who said to me return to land your and to kindred your so let me do good with you.
Иаков а зис: „Думнезеул татэлуй меу Авраам, Думнезеул татэлуй меу Исаак! Ту, Доамне, каре мь-ай зис: ‘Ынтоарче-те ын цара та ши ын локул тэу де наштере ши вой ынгрижи ка сэ-ць мяргэ бине!’
10 I am [too] insignificant for all the covenant loyalti and for all the faithfulness which you have done with servant your for with staff my I passed over the Jordan this and now I have become two camps.
Еу сунт пря мик пентру тоате ындурэриле ши пентру тоатэ крединчошия пе каре ай арэтат-о фацэ де робул Тэу, кэч ам трекут Йорданул ачеста нумай ку тоягул меу, ши ятэ кэ акум фак доуэ табере.
11 Deliver me please from [the] hand of brother my from [the] hand of Esau for [am] fearing I him lest he should come and he will attack me mother with children.
Избэвеште-мэ, Те рог, дин мына фрателуй меу, дин мына луй Есау! Кэч мэ тем де ел, ка сэ ну винэ ши сэ мэ ловяскэ, пе мине, пе маме ши пе копий.
12 And you you have said certainly I will do good with you and I will make offspring your like [the] sand of the sea which not it will be counted from multitude.
Ши Ту ай зис: ‘Еу вой ынгрижи ка сэ-ць мяргэ бине ши-ць вой фаче сэмынца ка нисипул мэрий, каре, де мулт че есте, ну се поате нумэра.’”
13 And he stayed [the] night there in the night that and he took some of which came in hand his a gift for Esau brother his.
Иаков а петрекут ноаптя ын локул ачела. А луат дин че май авя ку ел ши а пус деопарте, ка дар пентру фрателе сэу Есау:
14 Female goats two hundred and male goats twenty ewes two hundred and rams twenty.
доуэ суте де капре ши доуэзечь де цапь, доуэ суте де ой ши доуэзечь де бербечь,
15 Camels suckling and young their thirty cows forty and bulls ten female donkeys twenty and male donkeys ten.
трейзечь де кэмиле алэптэтоаре ку мынжий лор, патрузечь де вачь ши зече таурь, доуэзечь де мэгэрице ши зече мэгэрушь.
16 And he gave [them] in [the] hand of servants his herd herd to only it and he said to servants his pass over before me and a space you will put between a herd and between a herd.
Ле-а дат робилор сэй, турмэ ку турмэ, деосебит, ши а порунчит робилор сэй: „Тречець ынаинтя мя ши лэсаць о депэртаре ынтре фиекаре турмэ.”
17 And he commanded the first saying that he will meet you Esau brother my and he will ask you saying [belong] to whom? you and where? are you going and [belong] to whom? these [animals] before you.
А дат челуй динтый порунка урмэтоаре: „Кынд те ва ынтылни фрателе меу Есау ши те ва ынтреба: ‘Ал куй ешть? Унде те дучь? Ши а куй есте турма ачаста динаинтя та?’
18 And you will say to servant your to Jacob [is] a gift it [which has] been sent to lord my to Esau and there! also he [is] behind us.
сэ рэспунзь: ‘А робулуй тэу Иаков; еа есте ун дар тримис домнулуй меу Есау, ши ел ынсушь вине ын урма ноастрэ.’”
19 And he commanded both the second as well as the third as well as all who were going behind the herds saying according to the manner this you will speak! to Esau when find you him.
А дат ачеяшь порункэ челуй де ал дойля, челуй де ал трейля ши тутурор челор че мынау турмеле: „Аша сэ ворбиць домнулуй меу Есау кынд ыл вець ынтылни.
20 And you will say also there! servant your Jacob [is] behind us for he said I will cover face his by the gift that is going before me and after thus I will see face his perhaps he will lift up face my.
Сэ спунець: ‘Ятэ, робул тэу Иаков вине ши ел дупэ ной.’” Кэч ышь зичя ел: „Ыл вой потоли ку дарул ачеста каре мерӂе ынаинтя мя; ын урмэ ыл вой ведя фацэ ын фацэ, ши поате кэ мэ ва прими ку бунэвоинцэ.”
21 And it passed on the gift on face his and he [was] staying [the] night in the night that in the camp.
Астфел, дарул а трекут ынаинте, яр ел а рэмас ын табэрэ ын ноаптя ачея.
22 And he rose - in the night that and he took [the] two wives his and [the] two maidservants his and one [plus] ten sons his and he passed over [the] ford of Jabbok.
Тот ын ноаптя ачея с-а скулат, а луат пе челе доуэ невесте але луй, пе челе доуэ роабе ши пе чей унспрезече копий ай луй ши а трекут вадул Иабокулуй.
23 And he took them and he sent over them the wadi and he sent over [that] which [belonged] to him.
Й-а луат, й-а трекут пырыул ши а трекут тот че авя.
24 And he remained Jacob to only him and he wrestled a man with him until came up the dawn.
Иаков ынсэ а рэмас сингур. Атунч, ун ом с-а луптат ку ел пынэ ын ревэрсатул зорилор.
25 And he saw that not he prevailed to him and he touched [the] socket of thigh his and it was dislocated [the] socket of [the] thigh of Jacob when wrestled he with him.
Вэзынд кэ ну-л поате бируи, омул ачеста л-а ловит ла ынкеетура коапсей, аша кэ и с-а скрынтит ынкеетура коапсей луй Иаков, пе кынд се лупта ку ел.
26 And he said let go me for it has come up the dawn and he said not I will let go you that except you have blessed me.
Омул ачела а зис: „Ласэ-мэ сэ плек, кэч се реварсэ зориле.” Дар Иаков а рэспунс: „Ну Те вой лэса сэ плечь пынэ ну мэ вей бинекувынта.”
27 And he said to him what? [is] name your and he said Jacob.
Омул ачела й-а зис: „Кум ыць есте нумеле?” „Иаков”, а рэспунс ел.
28 And he said not Jacob it will be called again name your that except Israel for you have struggled with God and with people and you have prevailed.
Апой а зис: „Нумеле тэу ну ва май фи Иаков, чи те вей кема Исраел, кэч ай луптат ку Думнезеу ши ку оамень, ши ай фост бируитор.”
29 And he asked Jacob and he said tell! please name your and he said why? this do you ask to name my and he blessed him there.
Иаков л-а ынтребат: „Спуне-мь, Те рог, нумеле Тэу.” Ел а рэспунс: „Пентру че Ымь черь нумеле?” Ши л-а бинекувынтат аколо.
30 And he called Jacob [the] name of the place Peniel for I have seen God face to face and it has been delivered life my.
Иаков а пус локулуй ачелуя нумеле Пениел; „кэч”, а зис ел, „ам вэзут пе Думнезеу фацэ ын фацэ, ши тотушь ам скэпат ку вяцэ”.
31 And it rose to him the sun just when he passed over Penuel and he [was] limping on thigh his.
Рэсэря соареле кынд а трекут пе лынгэ Пениел. Ынсэ Иаков шкьопэта дин коапсэ.
32 There-fore not they eat [the] people of Israel [the] sinew of the tendon which [is] on [the] socket of the thigh until the day this for he touched [the] socket of [the] thigh of Jacob [the] sinew of the tendon.
Ятэ де че, пынэ ын зиуа де азь, исраелиций ну мэнынкэ вына де ла ынкеетура коапсей, кэч Думнезеу а ловит пе Иаков ла ынкеетура коапсей ын вынэ.
