Genesis 23
1 And they were [the] life of Sarah one hundred year[s] and twenty year[s] and seven years [the] years of [the] life of Sarah.
| هەموو تەمەنی سارا سەد و بیست و حەوت ساڵ بوو. |
2 And she died Sarah at Kiriath Arba that [is] Hebron in [the] land of Canaan and he went Abraham to mourn for Sarah and to weep for her.
| ئینجا سارا لە قیریەت ئەربەع مرد، کە حەبرۆنە لە خاکی کەنعان. ئیبراهیمیش هات بۆ ئەوەی بۆ سارا بلاوێتەوە و بەسەریدا بگریێت. |
3 And he arose Abraham from on [the] face of dead his and he spoke to [the] people of Heth saying.
| ئیبراهیم لەبەردەم مردووەکەی هەستا و لەگەڵ حیتییەکان قسەی کرد و گوتی: |
4 [am] a sojourner And a resident alien I with you give to me a possession of a burial site with you so let me bury dead my from to before me.
| «من لەنێو ئێوە نامۆ و میوانم. لەلای خۆتان گۆڕێکم بە موڵک بدەنێ، تاکو بتوانم مردووەکەم بنێژم.» |
5 And they answered [the] people of Heth Abraham saying to him.
| حیتییەکان وەڵامی ئیبراهیمیان دایەوە و پێیان گوت: |
6 Listen to us - O lord my [are] a prince of God you in midst of us in [the] choicest of burial sites our bury dead your anyone of us burial site his not he will withhold from you from burying dead your.
| «گەورەم، گوێمان لێ بگرە، تۆ لەنێوانمان میرێکی بە توانایت. مردووەکەی خۆت لە باشترین گۆڕی ئێمە بنێژە. هیچ پیاوێکیش لە ئێمە دەست بەو گۆڕەوە ناگرێت کە تۆ مردووەکەتی تێدا دەنێژیت.» |
7 And he arose Abraham and he bowed down to [the] people of the land to [the] people of Heth.
| ئیبراهیمیش هەستا و کڕنۆشی بۆ حیتییەکان برد کە خەڵکی خاکەکە بوون. |
8 And he spoke with them saying if there with desire your to bury dead my from to before me listen to me and entreat for me Ephron [the] son of Zohar.
| ئینجا قسەی لەگەڵ کردن و گوتی: «ئەگەر ڕازین بەوەی مردووەکەم بنێژم، ئەوا گوێم لێ بگرن و داوا لە عەفرۆنی کوڕی چۆحەر بکەن کە |
9 So may he give to me [the] cave of Machpelah which [belongs] to him which [is] at [the] end of field his for silver full let him give it to me in midst of you to a possession of a burial site.
| ئەشکەوتەکەی مەخپێلەم پێ بفرۆشێت کە هی ئەوە و دەکەوێتە کەنار کێڵگەکەی. با بە نرخی تەواوی خۆشی بمداتێ، بۆ ئەوەی لەنێو ئێوەدا بۆ گۆڕ ببێتە موڵکم.» |
10 And Ephron [was] sitting in among [the] people of Heth and he answered Ephron the Hethite Abraham in [the] ears of [the] people of Heth to all [those who were] entering [the] gate of city his saying.
| عەفرۆنی حیتی لەنێو حیتییەکان دانیشتبوو، لەبەرچاوی هەموو حیتییەکان، هەموو ئەوانەی هاتبوونە ناو دەروازەی شارەکەی، وەڵامی ئیبراهیمی دایەوە: |
11 No O lord my listen to me the field I give to you and the cave which [is] in it to you I give it to [the] eyes of [the] sons of people my I give it to you bury dead your.
| «نا گەورەم، گوێت لێم بێت، کێڵگەکەت پێ دەبەخشم بە ئەشکەوتەکەی ناویشییەوە. لەبەرچاوی گەلەکەم پێم بەخشیت. مردووەکەی خۆت بنێژە.» |
12 And he bowed down Abraham before [the] people of the land.
| ئیبراهیمیش لەبەردەم خەڵکی خاکەکە کڕنۆشی برد و |
13 And he spoke to Ephron in [the] ears of [the] people of the land saying nevertheless if you if listen to me I give [the] money of the field take [it] from me so let me bury dead my there.
| لەبەرچاوی خەڵکی خاکەکە بە عەفرۆنی گوت: «بەڵام ئەگەر تۆ ڕازیت، ئەوا حەز دەکەم گوێشم لێ بگریت: نرخی کێڵگەکەت دەدەمێ. لە منی وەربگرە، ئینجا مردووەکەی خۆم لەوێ دەنێژم.» |
14 And he answered Ephron Abraham saying to him.
| عەفرۆنیش وەڵامی ئیبراهیمی دایەوە: |
15 O lord my listen to me land of four hundred shekel[s] of silver between me and between you what? [is] it and dead your bury.
| «گوێم لێ بگرە گەورەم، زەوییەکە بایی چوار سەد شاقل زیوە، بەڵام ئەوە لەنێوان من و تۆ چییە! مردووەکەی خۆت بنێژە.» |
16 And he listened Abraham to Ephron and he weighed out Abraham for Ephron the money which he had spoken in [the] ears of [the] people of Heth four hundred shekel[s] of silver passing along to the trader.
| ئیبراهیمیش گوێی لە عەفرۆن گرت و لەبەرچاوی حیتییەکان ئەو بڕە زیوەی بۆ عەفرۆن کێشا. چوار سەد شاقل زیو، بەو کێشانەی لەلای بازرگانەکان باوبوو. |
17 And it was confirmed - [the] field of Ephron which [was] in Machpelah which [was] before Mamre the field and the cave which [was] in it and every tree which [was] in the field which [was] in all border its round about.
| ئیتر کێڵگەکەی عەفرۆن، ئەوەی لە مەخپێلەیە، ئەوەی لەبەردەم مەمرێیە، کێڵگەکە و ئەشکەوتەکە کە لەناوییەتی، هەروەها هەموو ئەو دارانەی لەناو کێڵگەکەیە و لە سنووری دەوروبەریەتی، بووە |
18 To Abraham to a possession to [the] eyes of [the] people of Heth for all [those who were] entering [the] gate of city his.
| موڵکی ئیبراهیم، لەبەرچاوی هەموو حیتییەکان، هەموو ئەوانەی هاتبوونە ناو دەروازەی شارەکە. |
19 And after thus he buried Abraham Sarah wife his into [the] cave of [the] field of Machpelah on [the] face of Mamre that [is] Hebron in [the] land of Canaan.
| دوای ئەوە ئیبراهیم سارای ژنی لەناو ئەشکەوتەکەی کێڵگەی مەخپێلە ناشت کە لەبەردەم مەمرێیە، ئەوەش حەبرۆنە لە خاکی کەنعان. |
20 And it was confirmed the field and the cave which [was] in it to Abraham to a possession of a burial site from with [the] people of Heth.
| ئیتر حیتییەکان کێڵگەکە و ئەشکەوتەکەی ناویان بە موڵک دا بە ئیبراهیم، بۆ ئەوەی ببێتە گۆڕستان. |
