Genesis 19
1 And they came [the] two the angels Sodom towards in the evening and Lot [was] sitting in [the] gate of Sodom and he saw [them] Lot and he arose to meet them and he bowed down face [the] ground towards.
E vieram os dois anjos a Sodoma á tarde, e estava Lot assentado á porta de Sodoma; e vendo-os Lot, levantou-se ao seu encontro, e inclinou-se com o rosto á terra;
2 And he said here! please O lords my turn aside please to [the] house of servant your and stay [the] night and wash feet your and you will rise early (and you will go *LAH(b)*) to way your and they said In-deed in the open place we will stay [the] night.
E disse: Eis agora, meus senhores, entrae, peço-vos, em casa de vosso servo, e passae n'ella a noite, e lavae os vossos pés; e de madrugada vos levantareis, e ireis vosso caminho. E elles disseram: Não, antes na rua passaremos a noite.
3 And he urged them exceedingly and they turned aside to him and they went into house his and he prepared for them a feast and unleavened bread he baked and they ate.
E porfiou com elles muito, e vieram com elle, e entraram em sua casa: e fez-lhes banquete, e cozeu bolos sem levadura, e comeram.
4 Before they lay down and [the] men of the city [the] men of Sodom they surrounded the house from young man and unto old [man] all the people from [the] end.
E antes que se deitassem, cercaram a casa, os varões d'aquella cidade, os varões de Sodoma, desde o moço até ao velho; todo o povo de todos os bairros.
5 And they called to Lot and they said to him where? [are] the men who they came to you this night bring them to us so let us know them.
E chamaram a Lot, e disseram-lhe: Onde estão os varões que a ti vieram n'esta noite? Tral-os fóra a nós, para que os conheçamos.
6 And he went out to them Lot the entrance towards and the door he closed behind him.
Então saiu Lot a elles á porta, e fechou a porta atraz de si,
7 And he said may not please O brothers my you do evil.
E disse: Meus irmãos, rogo-vos que não façaes mal:
8 Here! please [belong] to me two daughters who not they have known a man let me bring out please them to you and do to them according to the good in view your only to the men these may not you do anything for since they have come in [the] shadow of roof my.
Eis aqui, duas filhas tenho, que ainda não conheceram varão; fora vol-as trarei, e fareis d'ellas como bom fôr nos vossos olhos; sómente nada façaes a estes varões, porque por isso vieram á sombra do meu telhado.
9 And they said - approach beyond and they said the one he came to sojourn and he has judged continuously now we will do harm to you more than them and they urged the man Lot exceedingly and they approached to break down the door.
Elles porém disseram: Sae d'ali. Disseram mais: Como estrangeiro este individuo veiu aqui habitar, e quereria ser juiz em tudo? Agora te faremos mais mal a ti do que a elles. E arremessaram-se sobre o varão, sobre Lot, e approximaram-se para arrombar a porta.
10 And they stretched out the men hand their and they brought Lot to them the house towards and the door they closed.
Aquelles varões porém estenderam a sua mão, e fizeram entrar a Lot comsigo na casa, e fecharam a porta;
11 And the men who [were] [the] entrance of the house they struck with sudden blindness from small and unto great and they became weary to find the entrance.
E feriram de cegueira os varões que estavam á porta da casa, desde o menor até ao maior, de maneira que se cançaram para achar a porta.
12 And they said the men to Lot yet who? [belongs] to you here a son-in-law and sons your and daughters your and all who [belong] to you in the city bring out from the place.
Então disseram aquelles varões a Lot: Tens alguem mais aqui? teu genro, e teus filhos, e tuas filhas, e todos quantos tens n'esta cidade, tira-os fóra d'este logar;
13 For [are] about to destroy we the place this for it is great outcry their with [the] face of Yahweh and he has sent us Yahweh to destroy it.
Porque nós vamos destruir este logar, porque o seu clamor tem engrossado diante da face do Senhor, e o Senhor nos enviou a destruil-o.
14 And he went out Lot and he spoke - to sons-in-law his - [who were] about to take daughters his and he said arise go out from the place this for [is] about to destroy Yahweh the city and he was like [one who] jests in [the] eyes of sons-in-law his.
Então saiu Lot, e fallou a seus genros, aos que haviam de tomar as suas filhas, e disse: Levantae-vos, sahi d'este logar; porque o Senhor ha de destruir a cidade. Foi tido porém por zombador aos olhos de seus genros.
15 And when the dawn it came up and they urged the angels Lot saying arise take wife your and [the] two daughters your who are found lest you should be swept away in [the] punishment of the city.
E ao amanhecer os anjos apertaram com Lot, dizendo: Levanta-te, toma tua mulher, e tuas duas filhas que aqui estão, para que não pereças na injustiça d'esta cidade.
16 And he delayed - and they took hold the men on hand his and on [the] hand of wife his and on [the] hand of [the] two daughters his in [the] mercy of Yahweh towards him and they brought out him and they placed him from [the] outside of the city.
Elle porém demorava-se, e aquelles varões lhe pegaram pela mão, e pela mão de sua mulher, e pela mão de suas duas filhas, sendo-lhe o Senhor misericordioso, e tiraram-o, e puzeram-o fóra da cidade.
17 And it was when brought out they them the outside towards and he said escape on life your may not you look behind you and may not you stop in all the valley the hill country towards escape lest you should be swept away.
E aconteceu que, tirando-os fóra, disse: Escapa-te por tua vida; não olhes para traz de ti, e não pares em toda esta campina; escapa lá para o monte, para que não pereças.
18 And he said Lot to them may not [it be] please O Lord.
E Lot disse-lhe: Ora não, Senhor!
19 Here! please he has found servant your favor in view your and you have made great loyalty your which you have done with me by preserving alive life my and I not I am able to escape the hill country towards lest it should cling to me the calamity and I will die.
Eis que agora o teu servo tem achado graça aos teus olhos, e engrandeceste a tua misericordia que a mim me fizeste, para guardar a minha alma em vida: e eu não posso escapar no monte, para que porventura não me apanhe este mal, e eu morra.
20 Here! please the city this [is] near to flee there towards and it [is] a small place let me escape please there towards ¿ not a small place [is] it so it may live life my.
Eis que agora esta cidade está perto, para fugir para lá, e é pequena: ora para ali me escaparei (não é pequena?), para que minha alma viva
21 And he said to him here! I lift up face your also to the matter this to not to overthrow I the city which you have spoken.
E disse-lhe: Eis aqui, tenho-te acceitado tambem n'este negocio, para não derribar esta cidade, de que fallaste:
22 Hurry escape there towards for not I will be able to do anything until going you there towards there-fore someone called [the] name of the city Zoar.
Apressa-te, escapa-te para ali; porque nada poderei fazer, emquanto não tiveres ali chegado. Por isso se chamou o nome da cidade Zoar.
23 The sun it came out over the earth and Lot he went Zoar towards.
Saiu o sol sobre a terra, quando Lot entrou em Zoar.
24 And Yahweh he caused to rain on Sodom and on Gomorrah sulfur and fire from with Yahweh from the heavens.
Então o Senhor fez chover enxofre e fogo, do Senhor desde os céus, sobre Sodoma e Gomorrah;
25 And he overthrew the cities these and all the valley and all [the] inhabitants of the cities and [the] growth of the ground.
E derribou aquellas cidades, e toda aquella campina, e todos os moradores d'aquellas cidades, e o que nascia da terra.
26 And she looked wife his from behind him and she was a pillar of salt.
E a mulher de Lot olhou para traz d'elle, e ficou convertida n'uma estatua de sal.
27 And he rose early Abraham in the morning to the place where he had stood there with [the] face of Yahweh.
E Abrahão levantou-se aquella mesma manhã, de madrugada, e foi para aquelle logar onde estivera diante da face do Senhor;
28 And he looked down on [the] face of Sodom and Gomorrah and on all [the] face of [the] land of the valley and he saw and there! it went up [the] smoke of the land like [the] smoke of furnace.
E olhou para Sodoma e Gomorrah, e para toda a terra da campina; e viu, e eis que o fumo da terra subia, como o fumo d'uma fornalha.
29 And it was when destroyed God [the] cities of the valley and he remembered God Abraham and he sent out Lot from [the] middle of the overthrow when overthrew the cities which he had dwelt in them Lot.
E aconteceu que, destruindo Deus as cidades da campina, Deus se lembrou de Abrahão, e tirou a Lot do meio da destruição, derribando aquellas cidades em que Lot habitara.
30 And he went up Lot from Zoar and he dwelt in the hill country and [the] two daughters his [were] with him for he was afraid to dwell in Zoar and he dwelt in the cave he and [the] two daughters his.
E subiu Lot de Zoar, e habitou no monte, e as suas duas filhas com elle; porque temia de habitar em Zoar; e habitou n'uma caverna, elle e as suas duas filhas.
31 And said the firstborn to the young father our he is old and [is] a man there not in the land to go on us according to [the] way of all the earth.
Então a primogenita disse á menor: Nosso pae é já velho, e não ha varão na terra que entre a nós, segundo o costume de toda a terra;
32 Come! let us make drink father our wine and let us lie with him so we may preserve alive from father of our spring.
Vem, demos de beber vinho a nosso pae, e deitemo-nos com elle, para que em vida conservemos semente de nosso pae.
33 And they made drink father their wine in the night that and she came the firstborn and she lay with father her and not he knew when lay down she and when arose she.
E deram de beber vinho a seu pae n'aquella noite; e veiu a primogenita, e deitou-se com seu pae, e não sentiu elle quando ella se deitou, nem quando se levantou.
34 And it was from [the] next day and she said the firstborn to the young here! I lay with last night father my let us make drink him wine also this night and go lie with him so we may preserve alive from father of our spring.
E succedeu, no outro dia, que a primogenita disse á menor: Vês aqui, eu já hontem á noite me deitei com meu pae: demos-lhe de beber vinho tambem esta noite, e então entra tu, deita-te com elle, para que em vida conservemos semente de nosso pae.
35 And they made drink also in the night that father their wine and she arose the young [one] and she lay with him and not he knew when lay down she and when arose she.
E deram de beber vinho a seu pae, tambem n'aquella noite; e levantou-se a menor, e deitou-se com elle; e não sentiu elle quando ella se deitou, nem quando se levantou.
36 And they conceived [the] two [the] daughters of Lot from father their.
E conceberam as duas filhas de Lot de seu pae.
37 And she bore the firstborn a son and she called name his Moab he [is] [the] ancestor of Moab until this day.
E pariu a primogenita um filho, e chamou o seu nome Moab; este é o pae dos moabitas, até ao dia d'hoje.
38 And the young also she she bore a son and she called name his Ben-Ammi he [is] [the] ancestor of [the] people of Ammon until this day.
E a menor tambem pariu um filho, e chamou o seu nome Benammi; este é o pae dos filhos de Ammon, até o dia d'hoje.
