Genesis 14
1 And it was in [the] days of Amraphel [the] king of Shinar Arioch [the] king of Ellasar Kedorlaomer [the] king of Elam and Tidal [the] king of Goyim.
| لەو سەردەمەی کە ئەمرافەلی پاشای شینعار و ئەریۆکی پاشای ئەلاسار و کدارلاعۆمەری پاشای ئیلام و تیدعالی پاشای گۆئیم بوو، |
2 They made war with Bera [the] king of Sodom and with Birsha [the] king of Gomorrah Shinab - [the] king of Admah and Shemeber [the] king of (Zeboiim *Q(k)*) and [the] king of Bela that [is] Zoar.
| ئەم پاشایانە دژی بەرەعی پاشای سەدۆم و بیرشەعی پاشای عەمۆرا و شینئابی پاشای ئەدما و شەمێڤەری پاشای چەبۆئیم، لەگەڵ پاشای بەلەع کە شاری زۆعەرە بەرپا کرد. |
3 All these they joined together to [the] valley of Siddim that [is] [the] Sea of Salt.
| هەموو ئەمانە لە دۆڵی سیدیم هێزەکانیان یەکخست، کە ئێستا پێی دەگوترێت دەریای مردوو. |
4 Two [plus] ten year[s] they had served Kedorlaomer and thir-teen year they rebelled.
| بۆ ماوەی دوازدە ساڵ ژێردەستەی کدارلاعۆمەر بوون، بەڵام لە ساڵی سێزدەمین لێی یاخی بوون. |
5 And in four-teen year he came Kedorlaomer and the kings who [were] with him and they defeated [the] Rephaites in Ashteroth Karnaim and the Zuzites in Ham and the Emites in Shaveh Kiriathaim.
| لە ساڵی چواردەمین، کدارلاعۆمەر خۆی و پاشا هاوپەیمانەکانی هاتن و لە عەشترۆت قەرنەیم ڕفائییەکان و لە هام زوزییەکان و لە شاڤێ قیریاتەیم ئێمییەکانیان بەزاند. |
6 And the Horite[s] in hill country of their Seir to El Paran which [is] at the wilderness.
| هەروەها حۆرییەکانیان لە ناوچە شاخاوییەکانی سێعیر بەزاند و هەتا ئێل پاران لە نزیک بیابان ڕۆیشتن. |
7 And they turned back and they came to En Mishpat that [is] Kadesh and they defeated all [the] region of the Amalekite[s] and also the Amorite[s] who was dwelling in Hazezon Tamar.
| ئینجا گەڕانەوە و چوونە کانی میشپات کە قادێشە و بەسەر هەموو هەرێمی عەمالێقییەکاندا زاڵ بوون، هەروەها ئەمۆرییەکانیش کە نیشتەجێی حەچەچۆن تامار بوون. |
8 And he went out [the] king of Sodom and [the] king of Gomorrah and [the] king of Admah and [the] king of (Zeboiim *Q(k)*) and [the] king of Bela that [is] Zoar and they deployed with them battle in [the] valley of Siddim.
| ئینجا پاشاکانی سەدۆم، عەمۆرا، ئەدما، چەبۆئیم و بەلەع کە شاری زۆعەرە، هاتنە دەرەوە و لە دۆڵی سیدیم بۆ جەنگ ڕیزیان بەست، |
9 With Kedorlaomer [the] king of Elam and Tidal [the] king of Goyim and Amraphel [the] king of Shinar and Arioch [the] king of Ellasar four kings with the five.
| لە دژی کدارلاعۆمەری پاشای ئیلام و تیدعالی پاشای گۆئیم و ئەمرافەلی پاشای شینعار و ئەریۆکی پاشای ئەلاسار. چوار پاشا بەرامبەر بە پێنج. |
10 And [the] valley of Siddim [was] pits pits of bitumen and they fled [the] king of Sodom and Gomorrah and they fell there towards and those [who] survived [the] hill country towards they fled.
| دۆڵی سیدیم پڕ بوو لە چاڵە قیر، بۆیە هەردوو پاشای سەدۆم و عەمۆرا لە کاتی هەڵاتندا کەوتنە نێو چاڵەکانەوە، بەڵام پاشاکانی دیکە بۆ چیاکان هەڵاتن. |
11 And they took all [the] possession[s] of Sodom and Gomorrah and all food their and they went.
| ئیتر چوار پاشاکە هەموو شتومەک و خۆراکەکانی سەدۆم و عەمۆرایان برد و ڕۆیشتن. |
12 And they took Lot and possession[s] his [the] son of [the] brother of Abram and they went and he [was] dwelling in Sodom.
| هەروەها لوتی برازای ئەبرامیان لەگەڵ هەموو شتومەکەکەیان برد کە لە سەدۆم نیشتەجێ بوو. |
13 And he came the fugitive and he told to Abram the Hebrew and he [was] dwelling at [the] great trees of Mamre the Amorite [the] brother of Eshcol and [the] brother of Aner and they [were] [the] partners of [the] covenant of Abram.
| یەکێک لە دەربازبووان هات و بە ئەبرامی عیبرانی ڕاگەیاند. ئەو کاتە لەلای دار بەڕووەکانی مەمرێی ئەمۆری، براکەی ئەشکۆل و عانێر، نیشتەجێ بوو. ئەمانیش لەگەڵ ئەبرام هاوپەیمان بوون. |
14 And he heard Abram that he had been taken captive relative his and he drew out trained men his those born of household his eight-teen and three hundred and he pursued to Dan.
| کاتێک ئەبرام بیستی کە برازاکەی ڕاپێچ کراوە، بانگەوازی بۆ خزمەتکارە مەشقپێکراوەکانی دەرکرد کە لەدایکبووی ماڵەکەی بوون و سێ سەد و هەژدە کەس بوون، ئیتر هەتا شاری دان بەدوایان کەوت. |
15 And divided himself on them - night he and servants his and he attacked them and he pursued them to Hobah which [is] from [the] north of Damascus.
| کە شەو داهات خۆی و پیاوەکانی دابەش بوون و هێرشی بردە سەریان و تەفروتونای کردن و هەتا حۆڤا دەریپەڕاندن، کە لە باکووری دیمەشقە. |
16 And he brought back all the possession[s] and also Lot relative his and possession[s] his he brought back and also the women and the people.
| جا هەموو شتومەکەکان و هەروەها لوتی برازای و شتومەکەکانی و ژنەکان و خەڵکەکەی هێنایەوە. |
17 And he went out [the] king of Sodom to meet him after returned he from defeating (Kedor-laomer *LBH(A)*) and the kings who [were] with him to [the] valley of Shaveh that [is] [the] valley of the king.
| دوای گەڕانەوەی ئەبرام لە بەزاندنی کدارلاعۆمەر و پاشاکانی دیکەی هاوپەیمانی، پاشای سەدۆم لە دۆڵی شاڤێ کە دۆڵی پاشایە بۆ پێشوازیکردنی هاتە دەرەوە. |
18 And Melchi-zedek [the] king of Salem he brought out bread and wine and he [was] a priest of God Most High.
| مەلکیسادقی پاشای شالیمیش کە کاهینی خودای هەرەبەرز بوو، نان و شەرابی بۆ ئەبرام هێنا. |
19 And he blessed him and he said [be] blessed Abram by God Most High [the] creator of heaven and earth.
| ئینجا داوای بەرەکەتی بۆ کرد و گوتی: «با خودای هەرەبەرز، دروستکەری ئاسمان و زەوی، ئەبرام بەرەکەتدار بکات. |
20 And [be] blessed God Most High who he has delivered opponents your in hand your and he gave to him a tenth from everything.
| ستایش بۆ خودای هەرەبەرز کە دوژمنەکانتی دایە دەستت.» ئەبرامیش دەیەکی هەموو شتێکی پێدا. |
21 And he said [the] king of Sodom to Abram give to me the person[s] and the possession[s] take for yourself.
| ئینجا پاشای سەدۆم بە ئەبرامی گوت: «خەڵکەکە بدە من و شتومەکەکانیش بۆ خۆت ببە.» |
22 And he said Abram to [the] king of Sodom I raise hand my to Yahweh God Most High [the] creator of heaven and earth.
| بەڵام ئەبرام بە پاشای سەدۆمی گوت: «سوێندم خواردووە بۆ یەزدانی پەروەردگاری هەرەبەرز، دروستکەری ئاسمان و زەوی، |
23 If from a thread and unto a thong of a sandal and if I will take any of all that [belongs] to you and not you will say I I made rich Abram.
| کە لە ماڵ و سامانی تۆ هیچ شتێک نەبەم، تەنانەت تاڵە دەزووێک یان ئاوزەنگێکی پێڵاو، بۆ ئەوەی هەرگیز نەڵێیت:”من ئەبرامم دەوڵەمەند کرد.“ |
24 Apart from me only [that] which they have eaten the young men and [the] share of the men who went with me Aner Eshcol and Mamre they let them take share their.
| تەنها ئەوە نەبێت کە هەرزەکارەکان خواردوویانە، بەشەکەی ئەو پیاوانەش کە لەگەڵم هاتن، عانێر و ئەشکۆل و مەمرێ. با ئەوانیش بەشی خۆیان وەربگرن.» |
