Genesis 13
1 And he went up Abram from Egypt he and wife his and all that [belonged] to him and Lot with him the Negev towards.
౧అబ్రాము తనకు కలిగిన వాటినన్నిటినీ, తన భార్యనూ, తనతో ఉన్న లోతును వెంటబెట్టుకుని ఐగుప్తు నుంచి నెగెబుకు వెళ్ళాడు.
2 And Abram [was] wealthy very in livestock in silver and in gold.
౨అబ్రాము చాలా ధనవంతుడు. అతనికి వెండి, బంగారం, పశువులు ఉన్నాయి.
3 And he went to journeyings his from [the] Negev and to Beth-el to the place where it had been there (tent his *Q(K)*) at the beginning between Beth-el and between Ai.
౩అతడు ప్రయాణం చేసి దక్షిణం నుంచి బేతేలు వరకూ అంటే బేతేలుకు, హాయికి మధ్య మొదట తన గుడారం ఉన్న స్థలానికి వెళ్ళాడు.
4 To [the] place of the altar which he had made there at the former [time] and he called there Abram on [the] name of Yahweh.
౪అతడు మొదట బలిపీఠం కట్టిన చోటుకు వచ్చాడు. అక్కడ అబ్రాము యెహోవా పేరట ప్రార్థన చేశాడు.
5 And also to Lot who was traveling with Abram it be[longed] sheep and cattle and tents.
౫అబ్రాముతో పాటు కలసి వెళ్ళిన లోతుకు కూడా గొర్రెలు, పశువులు, పరివారం ఉన్నాయి.
6 And not it supported them the land to dwell together for it was possession[s] their much and not they were able to dwell together.
౬వాళ్ళు కలిసి నివాసం చెయ్యడానికి ఆ ప్రదేశం చాల లేదు. ఎందుకంటే వాళ్ళు కలిసి ఉండలేనంత విస్తారమైన సంపద వారికి ఉంది.
7 And it was quarreling between [the] herdsmen of [the] livestock of Abram and between [the] herdsmen of [the] livestock of Lot and the Canaanite[s] and the Perizzite[s] then [was] dwelling in the land.
౭ఆ సమయంలో అబ్రాము పశువుల కాపరులకు, లోతు పశువుల కాపరులకు వివాదం ఏర్పడింది. ఆ కాలంలో కనానీయులు, పెరిజ్జీయులు ఆ ప్రదేశంలో కాపురం ఉన్నారు.
8 And he said Abram to Lot may not please there be strife between me and between you and between herdsmen my and between herdsmen your for [are] men brothers we.
౮కాబట్టి అబ్రాము “మనం బంధువులం కాబట్టి నాకూ నీకూ నా పశువుల కాపరులకూ నీ పశువుల కాపరులకూ ఘర్షణ ఉండకూడదు.
9 ¿ Not [is] all the land before you separate please from with me if the left so let me go right and if the right and I will go left.
౯ఈ ప్రదేశం అంతా నీ ముందు కనిపిస్తూ ఉంది కదా. దయచేసి నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టి వేరుగా ఉండు. నువ్వు ఎడమవైపు వెళ్తే నేను కుడివైపుకు, నువ్వు కుడివైపుకు వెళ్తే నేను ఎడమవైపుకు వెళ్తాను” అని లోతుకు చెప్పాడు.
10 And he lifted up Lot eyes his and he saw all [the] valley of the Jordan that all of it [was] well-watered before - destroyed Yahweh Sodom and Gomorrah like [the] garden of Yahweh like [the] land of Egypt going you Zoar.
౧౦లోతు యొర్దాను మైదాన ప్రాంతం అంతా గమనించి చూశాడు. యెహోవా సొదొమ గొమొర్రా అనే పట్టణాలు నాశనం చెయ్యక ముందు సోయరుకు వచ్చే వరకూ ఆ ప్రాంతం అంతా యెహోవా తోట వలే ఐగుప్తు దేశంలో నీళ్ళు పారే ప్రాంతంలాగా ఉంది.
11 And he chose for himself Lot all [the] valley of the Jordan and he set out Lot from [the] east and they separated each from with brother his.
౧౧కాబట్టి లోతు యొర్దాను ప్రాంతాన్ని తన కోసం ఎంపిక చేసుకుని, తూర్పు వైపు ప్రయాణం చేశాడు. ఆ విధంగా వాళ్ళు ఒకరినుంచి ఒకరు వేరైపోయారు.
12 Abram he dwelt in [the] land of Canaan and Lot he dwelt in [the] cities of the valley and he moved tent to Sodom.
౧౨అబ్రాము కనానులో నివాసం ఉన్నాడు. లోతు ఆ మైదానంలో ఉన్న పట్టణాల్లో కాపురం ఉండి, సొదొమ దగ్గర తన గుడారం వేసుకున్నాడు.
13 And [the] people of Sodom [were] wicked and sinful to Yahweh exceedingly.
౧౩సొదొమ మనుషులు యెహోవా దృష్టిలో ఘోర పాపులుగా ఉన్నారు.
14 And Yahweh he said to Abram after separated Lot from with him lift up please eyes your and look from the place where you [are] there north-ward and south-ward and east-ward and west-ward.
౧౪లోతు అబ్రామును విడిచి వెళ్ళిన తరువాత యెహోవా “నువ్వు ఉన్నచోటనుంచి నాలుగు దిక్కులకూ చూడు.
15 For all the land which you [are] seeing to you I will give it and to offspring your until perpetuity.
౧౫నువ్వు చూస్తున్న ఈ ప్రదేశం అంతా నీకు, నీ వారసులకు శాశ్వతంగా ఇస్తాను.
16 And I will make offspring your like [the] dust of the earth which - if he will be able anyone to count [the] dust of the earth also offspring your it will numbered.
౧౬నీ వారసులను భూమి మీద ఉండే ఇసుక రేణువుల్లాగా విస్తరింపజేస్తాను. ఇది ఎలాగంటే, ఎవడైనా భూమి మీద ఉండే ఇసుక రేణువులను లెక్కించగలిగితే, నీ వారసులనుకూడా లెక్కపెట్టవచ్చు.
17 Arise walk about in the land to length its and to breadth its for to you I will give it.
౧౭నువ్వు లేచి ఈ ప్రదేశంలో ఆ చివరినుండి ఈ చివరి వరకూ సంచరించు. అదంతా నీకు ఇస్తాను” అని అబ్రాముతో చెప్పాడు.
18 And he moved tent Abram and he went and he dwelt at [the] great trees of Mamre which [are] at Hebron and he built there an altar to Yahweh.
౧౮అప్పుడు అబ్రాము తన గుడారం తీసి, హెబ్రోనులో ఉన్న మమ్రే దగ్గర ఉన్న సింధూర వృక్షాల దగ్గర వేసుకుని అక్కడ నివసించాడు. అక్కడ యెహోవాకు బలిపీఠం కట్టాడు.
