< Ezekiel 48 >
1 And these [are] [the] names of the tribes from [the] end of north-ward to [the] hand of [the] road of Hethlon - Lebo Hamath Hazar Enan [the] border of Damascus north-ward to [the] hand of Hamath and they will belong to him [the] side of [the] east the sea Dan one [portion].
Now these are the names of the tribes. From the North side, to the coast towarde Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazar, Enan, and the border of Damascus Northwarde the coast of Hamath, euen from the East side to the West shall be a portion for Dan.
2 And at - [the] border of Dan from [the] side of [the] east to [the] side of west-ward Asher one [portion].
And by the border of Dan from the East side vnto the West side, a portion for Asher.
3 And at - [the] border of Asher from [the] side of east-ward and to [the] side of west-ward Naphtali one [portion].
And by the border of Asher from the East parte euen vnto the West parte a portion for Naphtali.
4 And at - [the] border of Naphtali from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Manasseh one [portion].
And by the border of Naphtali from the East quarter vnto the West side, a portion for Manasseh.
5 And at - [the] border of Manasseh from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Ephraim one [portion].
And by the border of Manasseh from the East side vnto the West side a portion for Ephraim.
6 And at - [the] border of Ephraim from [the] side of [the] east and to [the] side of west-ward Reuben one [portion].
And by the border of Ephraim, from the East part euen vnto the West part, a portion for Reuben.
7 And at - [the] border of Reuben from [the] side of [the] east to [the] side of west-ward Judah one [portion].
And by the border of Reuben, from the East quarter vnto the West quarter, a portion for Iudah.
8 And at [the] border of Judah from [the] side of [the] east to [the] side of west-ward it will be the contribution which you will offer up [will be] five and twenty thousand [cubits] [the] breadth and [the] length [will be] like one of the portions from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward and it will be the sanctuary in [the] middle of it.
And by the border of Iudah from the East part vnto the West part shall be the offering which they shall offer of fiue and twentie thousande reedes broade, and of length as one of the other parts, from the East side vnto the Westside, and the Sanctuarie shalbe in the middes of it.
9 The contribution which you will contribute to Yahweh [the] length [will be] five and twenty thousand [cubits] and [the] breadth [will be] ten thousand [cubits].
The oblation that ye shall offer vnto the Lord, shalbe of fiue and twentie thousande long, and of ten thousand the breadth.
10 And to these it will belong [the] contribution of holiness to the priests north-ward five and twenty thousand [cubits] and west-ward [the] breadth [will be] ten thousand [cubits] and east-ward [the] breadth [will be] ten thousand [cubits] and south-ward [the] length [will be] five and twenty thousand [cubits] and it will be [the] sanctuary of Yahweh in [the] middle of it.
And for them, euen for the Priestes shalbe this holy oblation, towarde the North fiue and twentie thousande long, and towarde the West, ten thousande broade, and towarde the East ten thousand broad, and towarde the South fiue and twentie thousand long, and the Sanctuarie of the Lord shalbe in the middes thereof.
11 To the priests the consecrated [one] from [the] sons of Zadok who they kept charge my who not they went astray when went astray [the] people of Israel just as they went astray the Levites.
It shalbe for the Priestes that are sanctified of the sonnes of Zadok, which haue kept my charge, which went not astray when the children of Israel went astray, as the Leuites went astray.
12 And it will belong to them a contribution from [the] contribution of the land a holy place of holy places to [the] border of the Levites.
Therefore this oblation of the land that is offred, shalbe theirs, as a thing most holy by the border of the Leuites.
13 And the Levites close to [the] border of the priests [will be] five and twenty thousand [cubits] [the] length and [the] breadth [will be] ten thousand [cubits] all [the] length [will be] five and twenty thousand [cubits] and [the] breadth [will be] ten thousand [cubits].
And ouer against the border of the Priests the Leuites shall haue fiue and twentie thousande long, and ten thousande broade: all the length shalbe fiue and twentie thousand, and the breadth ten thousande.
14 And not they will sell any of it and not anyone will exchange and not (one will make pass over *Q(K)*) [the] choicest of the land for [it is] a holy place to Yahweh.
And they shall not sel of it, neither change it, nor abalienate the first fruites of the land: for it is holy vnto the Lord.
15 And five thousand [cubits] which remain in the breadth on [the] face of five and twenty thousand [cubits] [will be] a profane area it for the city for dwelling place and for open land and it will be the city (in [the] middle of it. *Q(K)*)
And the fiue thousand that are left in the breadth ouer against the fiue and twentie thousande, shall be a prophane place for the citie, for housing, and for suburbes, and the citie shalbe in the middes thereof.
16 And these [will be] measurements its [the] side of [the] north [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits] and [the] side of [the] south [will be] five (*Q(K)*) hundred and four thousand [cubits] and from [the] side of [the] east [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits] and [the] side of west-ward [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits].
And these shall be the measures thereof, the North part fiue hundreth and foure thousand, and the South parte fiue hundreth and foure thousande, and the East parte fiue hundreth and foure thousande, and the West parte fiue hundreth and foure thousande.
17 And it will belong open land to the city north-ward fifty and two hundred [cubits] and south-ward fifty and two hundred [cubits] and east-ward fifty and two hundred [cubits] and west-ward fifty and two hundred [cubits].
And the suburbes of the citie shall be toward the North two hundreth and fiftie, and towarde the South two hundreth and fiftie, and towarde the East two hundreth and fiftie, and towarde the West two hundreth and fiftie.
18 And [what] remains in the length close to - [the] contribution of holiness [will be] ten thousand [cubits] east-ward and ten thousand [cubits] west-ward and it will be close to [the] contribution of holiness and it will become (produce its *Q(k)*) food for [the] workers of the city.
And the residue in length ouer against the oblation of the holy portion shalbe ten thousand Eastwarde, and ten thousand Westwarde: and it shalbe ouer against the oblation of the holy portion, and the encrease thereof shall be for foode vnto them that serue in the citie.
19 And the worker the city they will serve it from all [the] tribes of Israel.
And they that serue in the citie, shalbe of all the tribes of Israel that shall serue therein.
20 All the contribution [will be] five and twenty thousand [cubits] by five and twenty thousand [cubits] fourth you will offer up [the] contribution of holiness to [the] possession of the city.
All the oblation shalbe fiue and twentie thousand with fiue and twentie thousand: you shall offer this oblation foure square for the Sanctuarie, and for the possession of the citie.
21 And [what] remains [will belong] to the prince from this - and from this - of [the] contribution of holiness and of [the] possession of the city to [the] face of [the] five and twenty thousand [cubits] - a contribution to [the] border of east-ward and west-ward on [the] face of five and twenty thousand [cubits] on [the] border of west-ward close to [the] portions [will belong] to the prince and it will be [the] contribution of holiness and [the] sanctuary of the house (in [the] middle of it. *Q(K)*)
And the residue shalbe for the prince on the one side and on the other of the oblation of the Sanctuarie, and of the possession of the citie, ouer against the fiue and twentie thousand of the oblation toward the East border, and Westward ouer against the fiue and twentie thousande towarde the West border, ouer against shalbe for the portion of the prince: this shall be the holy oblation, and the house of the Sanctuarie shalbe in the middes thereof.
22 And from [the] possession of the Levites and from [the] possession of the city in [the] middle of [that] which to the prince it will belong between - [the] border of Judah and between [the] border of Benjamin to the prince it will belong.
Moreouer, from the possession of the Leuites, and from the possession of the citie, that which is in the middes shall be the princes: betweene the border of Iudah, and betweene the border of Beniamin shall be the princes.
23 And [the] remainder of the tribes from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Benjamin one [portion].
And the rest of the tribes shalbe thus: from the East parte vnto the West parte Beniamin shalbe a portion.
24 And at - [the] border of Benjamin from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Simeon one [portion].
And by the border of Beniamin, from the East side vnto the West side Simeon a portion.
25 And at - [the] border of Simeon from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Issachar one [portion].
And by the border of Simeon from the East part vnto the West part, Isshachar a portion.
26 And at - [the] border of Issachar from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Zebulun one [portion].
And by the border of Isshachar, from the East side vnto the West, Zebulun a portion.
27 And at - [the] border of Zebulun from [the] side of east-ward to [the] side of west-ward Gad one [portion].
And by the border of Zebulun from the East parte vnto the West part, Gad a portion.
28 And at [the] border of Gad to [the] side of [the] south south-ward and it will be [the] border from Tamar [the] waters of Meribath Kadesh [the] wadi on the sea great.
And by the border of Gad at the South side, towarde Temath, the border shall be euen from Tamar vnto the waters of Meribath in Kadesh, and to the riuer, that runneth into the maine sea.
29 This [is] the land which you will make fall from [the] inheritance to [the] tribes of Israel and these [are] portions their [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
This is the lande, which ye shall distribute vnto the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these are their portions, saith the Lord God.
30 And these [will be] [the] exits of the city from [the] side of [the] north [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits] [the] measurement.
And these are the boundes of the citie, on the North side fiue hundreth, and foure thousande measures.
31 And [the] gates of the city [will be] on [the] names of [the] tribes of Israel gates three [will be] north-ward [the] gate of Reuben one [the] gate of Judah one [the] gate of Levi one.
And the gates of the citie shalbe after the names of the tribes of Israel, the gates Northwarde, one gate of Reuben, one gate of Iudah, and one gate of Leui.
32 And to [the] side of east-ward [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits] and gates three and [the] gate of Joseph one [the] gate of Benjamin one [the] gate of Dan one.
And at the East side fiue hundreth and foure thousande, and three gates, and one gate of Ioseph, one gate of Beiamin, and one gate of Dan.
33 And [the] side of south-ward [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits] [the] measurement and gates three [the] gate of Simeon one [the] gate of Issachar one [the] gate of Zebulun one.
And at the South side, fiue hundreth and foure thousande measures, and three portes, one gate of Simeon, one gate of Isshachar, and one gate of Zebulun.
34 [the] side of West-ward [will be] five hundred and four thousand [cubits] gates their three [the] gate of Gad one [the] gate of Asher one [the] gate of Naphtali one.
At the West side, fiue hundreth and foure thousand, with their three gates, one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, and one gate of Naphtali.
35 [the] circuit [will be] eight-Teen thousand [cubits] and [the] name of the city from [the] day [will be] Yahweh - [Is] There.
It was rounde about eighteene thousande measures, and the name of the citie from that day shalbe, The Lord is there.
