Ezekiel 39
1 And you O son of humankind prophesy on Gog and you will say thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] against you O Gog [the] prince of [the] head of Meshech and Tubal.
Und du, Menschensohn, weissage wider Gog und sprich: So spricht der Herr Jahwe: Fürwahr, ich will an dich, Gog, Fürst von Ros, Mesech und Thubal,
2 And I will turn around you and I will lead on you and I will bring up you from [the] remotest parts of [the] north and I will bring you on [the] mountains of Israel.
und will dich gängeln und dich anrücken lassen aus dem äußersten Norden und dich zu den Bergen Israels bringen.
3 And I will strike bow your from [the] hand of left your and arrows your from [the] hand of right your I will make fall.
Und ich will dir den Bogen aus deiner linken Hand schlagen und deiner rechten Hand die Pfeile entsinken lassen.
4 On [the] mountains of Israel you will fall you and all troops your and peoples which [are] with you to bird[s] of prey of bird[s] every wing and [the] animal[s] of the field I will give you for food.
Auf den Bergen Israels sollst du fallen, du und alle deine Kriegerscharen und die Völker, die bei dir sind; allen den mannigfach beschwingten Raubvögeln und dem Getier des Feldes überlasse ich dich zum Fraße.
5 On [the] surface of the field you will fall for I I have spoken [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Auf freiem Felde sollst du hinsinken, denn ich habe es geredet, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe.
6 And I will send fire on Magog and on [the] inhabitants of the islands to security and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.
Und ich will Feuer an Magog legen und an die sorglos wohnenden Küstenbewohner, damit sie erkennen, daß ich Jahwe bin!
7 And [the] name of holiness my I will make known in among people my Israel and not I will let be profaned [the] name of holiness my again and they will know the nations that I Yahweh [am] holy in Israel.
Und meinen heiligen Namen will ich kund werden lassen inmitten meines Volkes Israel und will meinen heiligen Namen fortan nicht mehr entweihen lassen, damit die Völker erkennen, daß ich Jahwe bin, heilig in Israel.
8 There! [it is] coming and it will occur [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh it [is] the day which I have spoken.
Fürwahr, es kommt und geschieht, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe: das ist der Tag, von dem ich geredet habe.
9 And they will go out [the] inhabitants of - [the] cities of Israel and they will kindle and they will kindle a fire with weapon and shield and body shield with bow and with arrows and with staff of hand and with spear and they will kindle with them fire seven years.
Da werden dann die Bewohner der Städte Israels hinausgehen und werden feuern und heizen mit Rüstungen, Tartschen und Schilden, mit Bogen und Pfeilen, mit Keulen und Spießen, und werden sieben Jahre lang Feuer damit anzünden.
10 And not they will carry wood from the field and not they will cut [it] from the forests for with the weapon they will kindle fire and they will plunder [those who] plundered them and they will take as spoil [those who] took as spoil them [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Sie werden kein Holz mehr vom Felde herbeiholen, noch werden sie welches in den Wäldern fällen, sondern mit den Rüstungen werden sie Feuer anzünden, und werden berauben, die sie beraubten, und plündern, die sie plünderten, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe.
11 And it will be on the day that I will give to Gog - a place there a burial site in Israel [the] Valley of the Travellers [the] east of the sea and [will] block [the] way of it those [who] pass through and people will bury there Gog and all (multitude his *Q(K)*) and they will call [it] [the] valley of Hamon-Gog.
Jenes Tages aber werde ich für Gog einen Ort bestimmen, woselbst kein Grab in Israel sein soll, nämlich das Thal Abarim, östlich vom Meere; man wird das Abarimthal zusperren. Daselbst wird man Gog und seinen ganzen Heerhaufen begraben und es das “Thal des Heerhaufens des Gog” nennen.
12 And they will bury them [the] house of Israel so as to cleanse the land seven months.
Und das Haus Israel wird sieben Monate hindurch an ihnen zu begraben haben, um das Land zureinigen.
13 And they will bury [them] all [the] people of the land and it will become for them a name [the] day of my glorifying myself [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Und zwar wird die gesamte Bevölkerung des Landes begraben helfen, und es wird ihnen zum Ruhme gereichen des Tags, da ich mich verherrliche, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe.
14 And people of continuity they will set apart [who] pass in the land [who] bury those [who] pass through those [who] remain on [the] surface of the land to cleanse it from [the] end of seven months they will make a search.
Und man wird Männer zu dem ständigen Geschäft auswählen, daß sie das Land durchstreifen und die noch auf der Oberfläche des Landes liegen gebliebenen begraben, um es zu reinigen; nach Verlauf von sieben Monaten sollen sie es nocheinmal durchsuchen.
15 And they will pass those [who] pass in the land and they will see a bone of a human and he will build beside it a marker until they have buried it those [who] bury to [the] valley of Hamon-Gog.
Wenn sie nun im Land umherziehen, und es erblickt einer ein Menschengebein, so soll er ein Mal daneben errichten, bis es die Totengräber im Thale des Heerhaufens des Gog begraben haben.
16 And also [the] name of a city [is] Hamonah and they will cleanse the land.
Und so sollen sie da seinen ganzen Heerhaufen begraben und sollen so das Land reinigen.
17 And you O son of humankind thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh say to bird[s] of every wing and to every - animal of the field assemble and come gather yourselves from round about to sacrifice my which I [am] sacrificing for you a sacrifice great on [the] mountains of Israel and you will eat flesh and you will drink blood.
Du aber, o Menschensohn: So spricht der Herr Jahwe: Sprich zu den mannigfach beschwingten Vögeln und zu allem Getiere des Feldes: Sammelt euch, und kommt herbei; schart euch von ringsher zusammen zu meinem Opfermahl, das ich für euch veranstalten werde, - ein großes Opfermahl auf den Bergen Israels, wo ihr Fleisch essen und Blut trinken sollt.
18 [the] flesh of Warriors you will eat and [the] blood of [the] princes of the land you will drink rams lambs and goats bulls fatlings of Bashan all of them.
Heldenfleisch sollt ihr essen und das Blut der Fürsten der Erde sollt ihr trinken: Widder, Lämmer und Böcke, Farren, Mastvieh von Basan insgesamt!
19 And you will eat fat to satiety and you will drink blood to drunkenness from sacrifice my which I have sacrificed for you.
Und ihr sollt Fett essen, bis ihr gesättigt, und Blut trinken, bis ihr trunken seid, von meinem Opfermahle, das ich für euch veranstaltet habe.
20 And you will be satisfied at table my horse and charioteer warrior and every man of war [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Und ihr sollt euch an meinem Tisch ersättigen an Rossen und Wagen, an Helden und allerlei Kriegern, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe.
21 And I will set glory my among the nations and they will see all the nations judgment my which I have done and hand my which I have put on them.
Und ich will meine Herrlichkeit unter die Völker bringen, und alle Völker sollen mein Strafgericht sehen, das ich vollzogen habe, und die Wirkungen meiner Hand, die ich an sie gelegt habe.
22 And they will know [the] house of Israel that I [am] Yahweh God their from the day that and onwards.
Die vom Hause Israel aber sollen erkennen, daß ich, Jahwe, ihr Gott bin von jenem Tag an und fernerhin.
23 And they will know the nations that for iniquity their they went into exile [the] house of Israel on that they had acted unfaithfully against me and I hid face my from them and I gave them in [the] hand of opponents their and they fell by the sword all of them.
Und die Völker sollen erkennen, daß das Haus Israel nur wegen seiner Verschuldung in die Verbannung wandern mußte, - deshalb, weil sie von mir abtrünnig geworden waren, so daß ich mein Angesicht vor ihnen verbarg und sie in die Gewalt ihrer Feinde dahingab, daß sie alle durchs Schwert fielen.
24 According to uncleanness their and according to transgressions their I have dealt them and I hid face my from them.
Gemäß ihrer Unreinigkeit und ihrer Abtrünnigkeiten verfuhr ich mit ihnen und verbarg vor ihnen mein Angesicht.
25 Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh now I will turn back ([the] captivity of *Q(k)*) Jacob and I will have compassion on all [the] house of Israel and I will be zealous for [the] name of holiness my.
Darum spricht der Herr Jahwe also: Nun werde ich das Geschick Jakobs wenden und mich des ganzen Hauses Israel erbarmen und für meinen heiligen Namen eifern.
26 And they will bear disgrace their and all unfaithfulness their which they acted unfaithfully against me when dwell they on own land their to security and there not [will be one who] disturbs [them].
Und sie sollen ihre Schmach und alle ihre Untreue, die sie gegen mich verübt haben, vergessen, wenn sie wieder sorglos in ihrem Lande wohnen, ohne daß sie jemand aufschreckt.
27 When bring back I them from the peoples and I will gather them from [the] lands of enemies their and I will show myself holy by them to [the] eyes of the nations many.
Wenn ich sie aus den Völkern zurückbringe und sie aus den Ländern ihrer Feinde sammle, dann will ich mich vor den Augen vieler Völker als den heiligen an ihnen erweisen,
28 And they will know that I [am] Yahweh God their because sent into exile I them to the nations and I will gather them to own land their and not I will leave behind again any of them there.
damit sie erkennen, daß ich Jahwe, ihr Gott, bin, indem ich sie zwar unter die Völker in die Verbannung führte, aber sie nun auch wieder in ihrem Lande versammle; keinen von ihnen werde ich mehr dort zurücklassen.
29 And not I will hide again face my from them [I] who I have poured out spirit my on [the] house of Israel [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Und ich will fortan mein Angesicht nicht mehr vor ihnen verbergen, da ich meinen Geist auf das Haus Israels ausgegossen habe, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe.
