Ezekiel 32
1 And it was in two [plus] ten year in two [plus] ten month on [day] one of the month it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
La douzième année, le premier jour du douzième mois, la parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
2 O son of humankind take up a lamentation on Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and you will say to him a young lion of nations you became like and you [were] like sea monster in the seas and you burst forth in rivers your and you made turbid waters with feet your and you fouled rivers their.
Fils de l’homme, Prononce une complainte sur Pharaon, roi d’Égypte! Tu lui diras: Tu ressemblais à un lionceau parmi les nations; Tu étais comme un crocodile dans les mers, Tu t’élançais dans tes fleuves, Tu troublais les eaux avec tes pieds, Tu agitais leurs flots.
3 Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh and I will spread over you net my by a company of peoples many and they will bring up you in net my.
Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: J’étendrai sur toi mon rets, Dans une foule nombreuse de peuples, Et ils te tireront dans mon filet.
4 And I will abandon you on the land on [the] surface of the field I will throw you and I will cause to settle on you every bird of the heavens and I will satisfy from you [the] animal[s] of all the earth.
Je te laisserai à terre, Je te jetterai sur la face des champs; Je ferai reposer sur toi tous les oiseaux du ciel, Et je rassasierai de toi les bêtes de toute la terre.
5 And I will put flesh your on the mountains and I will fill the valleys height your.
Je mettrai ta chair sur les montagnes, Et je remplirai les vallées de tes débris;
6 And I will make drink [the] land outflow your from blood your to the mountains and ravines they will be filled! from you.
J’arroserai de ton sang le pays où tu nages, Jusqu’aux montagnes, Et les ravins seront remplis de toi.
7 And I will cover when extinguishing you heavens and I will darken stars their [the] sun with cloud I will cover it and [the] moon not it will give light light its.
Quand je t’éteindrai, je voilerai les cieux Et j’obscurcirai leurs étoiles, Je couvrirai le soleil de nuages, Et la lune ne donnera plus sa lumière.
8 All [the] luminaries of light in the heavens I will darken them over you and I will put darkness over land your [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
J’obscurcirai à cause de toi tous les luminaires des cieux, Et je répandrai les ténèbres sur ton pays, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
9 And I will disturb [the] heart of peoples many when bring I breaking your among the nations to lands which not you have known them.
J’affligerai le cœur de beaucoup de peuples, Quand j’annoncerai ta ruine parmi les nations A des pays que tu ne connaissais pas.
10 And I will make appalled on you peoples many and kings their they will shudder on you shuddering when brandish I sword my on faces their and they will tremble to moments everyone for life his on [the] day of downfall your.
Je frapperai de stupeur beaucoup de peuples à cause de toi, Et leurs rois seront saisis d’épouvante à cause de toi, Quand j’agiterai mon épée devant leur face; Ils trembleront à tout instant chacun pour sa vie, Au jour de ta chute.
11 For thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh [the] sword of [the] king of Babylon it will come to you.
Car ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: L’épée du roi de Babylone fondra sur toi.
12 By [the] swords of warriors I will make fall multitude your ruthless [ones] of nations all of them and they will devastate [the] pride of Egypt and it will be destroyed all multitude its.
Je ferai tomber ta multitude par l’épée de vaillants hommes, Tous les plus violents d’entre les peuples; Ils anéantiront l’orgueil de l’Égypte, Et toute sa multitude sera détruite.
13 And I will destroy all livestock its from at waters many and not it will make turbid them a foot of a human again and hooves of livestock not it will make turbid them.
Je ferai périr tout son bétail près des grandes eaux; Le pied de l’homme ne les troublera plus, Le sabot des animaux ne les troublera plus.
14 Then I will make settle waters their and rivers their like oil I will make go [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Alors je calmerai ses eaux, Et je ferai couler ses fleuves comme l’huile, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel
15 When make I [the] land of Egypt a desolation and [is] made desolate [the] land from fullness its when strike down I all [the] inhabitants in it and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.
Quand je ferai du pays d’Égypte une solitude, Et que le pays sera dépouillé de tout ce qu’il contient, Quand je frapperai tous ceux qui l’habitent, Ils sauront que je suis l’Éternel.
16 [is] a lamentation It and people will chant it [the] daughters of the nations they will chant it over Egypt and over all multitude its they will chant it [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
C’est là une complainte, et on la dira; Les filles des nations diront cette complainte; Elles la prononceront sur l’Égypte et sur toute sa multitude, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
17 And it was in two [plus] ten year on [day] fif-teen of the month it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
La douzième année, le quinzième jour du mois, la parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
18 O son of humankind wail on [the] multitude of Egypt and bring down it it and [the] daughters of nations mighty to [the] earth of [the] lowest parts with [those who] go down of [the] pit.
Fils de l’homme, Lamente-toi sur la multitude d’Égypte, et précipite-la, Elle et les filles des nations puissantes, Dans les profondeurs de la terre, Avec ceux qui descendent dans la fosse!
19 More than whom? are you lovely go down! and be laid! with uncircumcised [men].
Qui surpasses-tu en beauté? Descends, et couche-toi avec les incirconcis!
20 In among [those] slain of a sword they will fall a sword it has been appointed they have drawn down it and all multitudes its.
Ils tomberont au milieu de ceux qui sont morts par l’épée. Le glaive est donné: Entraînez l’Égypte et toute sa multitude!
21 They will speak to him [the] leaders of [the] mighty [ones] from [the] midst of Sheol with helpers his they have come down they have lain down the uncircumcised [men] [those] slain of a sword. (Sheol h7585)
Les puissants héros lui adresseront la parole Au sein du séjour des morts, Avec ceux qui étaient ses soutiens. Ils sont descendus, ils sont couchés, les incirconcis, Tués par l’épée. (Sheol h7585)
22 [is] there Assyria and all company its [are] around it graves its all of them [are] slain those [who] have fallen by the sword.
Là est l’Assyrien, avec toute sa multitude, Et ses sépulcres sont autour de lui; Tous sont morts, sont tombés par l’épée.
23 Which they have been put graves its in [the] remotest parts of [the] pit and it was company its around grave its all of them [are] slain [those who] have fallen by the sword who they had put terror in [the] land of [the] living.
Ses sépulcres sont dans les profondeurs de la fosse, Et sa multitude est autour de son sépulcre; Tous sont morts, sont tombés par l’épée; Eux qui répandaient la terreur dans le pays des vivants.
24 [is] there Elam and all multitude its around grave its all of them [are] slain those [who] have fallen by the sword who they have gone down uncircumcised - into [the] earth of [the] lowest parts who they had put terror their in [the] land of [the] living and they have borne disgrace their with [those who] go down of [the] pit.
Là est Élam, avec toute sa multitude, Autour est son sépulcre; Tous sont morts, sont tombés par l’épée; Ils sont descendus incirconcis dans les profondeurs de la terre, Eux qui répandaient la terreur dans le pays des vivants, Et ils ont porté leur ignominie vers ceux qui descendent dans la fosse.
25 In among [those] slain people have made a bed for it among all multitude its [are] around it graves its all of them [are] uncircumcised [those] slain of a sword for it was put terror their in [the] land of [the] living and they have borne disgrace their with [those who] go down of [the] pit in among [those] slain it was made.
On a fait sa couche parmi les morts avec toute sa multitude, Et ses sépulcres sont autour de lui; Tous ces incirconcis sont morts par l’épée, Car ils répandaient la terreur dans le pays des vivants, Et ils ont porté leur ignominie vers ceux qui descendent dans la fosse; Ils ont été placés parmi les morts.
26 [is] there Meshech Tubal and all multitude its [are] around it graves its all of them [are] uncircumcised pierced of [the] sword for they had put terror their in [the] land of [the] living.
Là sont Méschec, Tubal, et toute leur multitude, Et leurs sépulcres sont autour d’eux; Tous ces incirconcis sont morts par l’épée, Car ils répandaient la terreur dans le pays des vivants.
27 And not they lie with warriors fallen from uncircumcised [men] who they went down Sheol with [the] weapons of war their and people put swords their under heads their and it was iniquities their on bones their for terror of warriors [was] in [the] land of [the] living. (Sheol h7585)
Ils ne sont pas couchés avec les héros, Ceux qui sont tombés d’entre les incirconcis; Ils sont descendus au séjour des morts avec leurs armes de guerre, Ils ont mis leurs épées sous leurs têtes, Et leurs iniquités ont été sur leurs ossements; Car ils étaient la terreur des héros dans le pays des vivants. 28 And you in among uncircumcised [men] you will be broken and you may lie with [those] slain of a sword.
Toi aussi, tu seras brisé au milieu des incirconcis; Tu seras couché avec ceux qui sont morts par l’épée.
29 [is] there Edom kings its and all princes its who they have been put in strength their with [those] slain of a sword they with uncircumcised [men] they will lie and with [those who] go down of [the] pit.
Là sont Édom, ses rois et tous ses princes, Qui, malgré leur vaillance, ont été placés Avec ceux qui sont morts par l’épée; Ils sont couchés avec les incirconcis, Avec ceux qui descendent dans la fosse.
30 [are] there Princes of [the] north all of them and all [the] Sidonian[s] who they have gone down with [those] slain in terror their (from strength their *LA(bh)*) being ashamed and they lay uncircumcised with [those] slain of a sword and they have borne disgrace their with [those who] go down of [the] pit.
Là sont tous les princes du septentrion, et tous les Sidoniens, Qui sont descendus vers les morts, Confus, malgré la terreur qu’inspirait leur vaillance; Ces incirconcis sont couchés avec ceux qui sont morts par l’épée, Et ils ont porté leur ignominie vers ceux qui descendent dans la fosse.
31 Them he will see Pharaoh and he will be comforted on all (multitude his *Q(K)*) [those] slain of a sword Pharaoh and all army his [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Pharaon les verra, Et il se consolera au sujet de toute sa multitude, Des siens qui sont morts par l’épée et de toute son armée, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
32 That I had put (terror my *Q(K)*) in [the] land of [the] living and he will be laid in among uncircumcised [men] with [those] slain of a sword Pharaoh and all (multitude his *Q(K)*) [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Car je répandrai ma terreur dans le pays des vivants; Et ils seront couchés au milieu des incirconcis, Avec ceux qui sont morts par l’épée, Pharaon et toute sa multitude, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
