Ezekiel 20
1 And it was - in the year seventh in the fifth [month] on the ten of the month they came men from [the] elders of Israel to consult Yahweh and they sat down before me.
Ja tapahtui seitsemäntenä vuotena, kymmenentenä päivänä viidennessä kuukaudessa, että muutamia Israelin vanhimmista tuli kysymään Herralta; ja he istuivat minun eteeni.
2 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
Silloin tapahtui Herran sana minulle ja sanoi:
3 O son of humankind speak with [the] elders of Israel and you will say to them thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh ¿ to consult me [are] you coming [by] [the] life of me if I will let myself be consulted by you [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Sinä, ihmisen poika, puhu Israelin vanhimpain kanssa, ja sano heille: näin sanoo Herra, Herra: oletteko te tulleet kysymään minulta? Niin totta kuin minä elän, en tahdo minä teitä vastata, sanoo Herra, Herra.
4 ¿ Will you judge them ¿ will you judge O son of humankind [the] abominations of ancestors their make known to them.
Mutta jos sinä ihmisen poika tahdot tuomita heitä, niin tuomitse heitä näin: ilmoita heille heidän isäinsä kauhistus.
5 And you will say to them thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh on [the] day chose I Israel and I lifted up hand my to [the] offspring of [the] house of Jacob and I made myself known to them in [the] land of Egypt and I lifted up hand my to them saying I [am] Yahweh God your.
Ja sano heille: näin sanoo Herra, Herra: siihen aikaan, kuin minä valitsin Israelin, nostin minä käteni Jakobin huoneen siemenelle, ja annoin heidän tuta minuani Egyptin maalla; ja tosin minä nostin käteni heille, ja sanoin: minä olen Herra teidän Jumalanne.
6 On the day that I lifted up hand my to them to bring out them from [the] land of Egypt to a land which I had selected for them flowing of milk and honey [is] beauty it to all the lands.
Mutta minä nostin heille käteni sillä ajalla, että minun piti johdattaman heitä Egyptin maalta siihen maakuntaan, jonka minä heille edes katsonut olin, joka rieskaa ja hunajaa vuotaa, joka on paras kaikkein maakuntain seassa.
7 And I said to them everyone [the] detestable things of eyes his throw away and by [the] idols of Egypt may not you make yourselves unclean I [am] Yahweh God your.
Ja sanoin heille: heittäkään jokainen kauhistuksen pois silmäinsä edestä, ja älkäät saastuttako itsiänne Egyptin epäjumalista; sillä minä olen Herra teidän Jumalanne.
8 And they rebelled against me and not they were willing to listen to me anyone [the] detestable things of eyes their not they threw away and [the] idols of Egypt not they forsook and I said to pour out rage my on them to complete anger my on them in [the] midst of [the] land of Egypt.
Mutta he olivat minulle kovakorvaiset ja ei tahtoneet kuulla minua; ja ei yksikään heistä heittänyt kauhistustansa pois silmäinsä edestä, ja ei hyljänneet Egyptin epäjumalia. Niin minä ajattelin vuodattaa vihani heidän päällensä, ja antaa minun hirmuisuuteni käydä heidän ylitsensä Egyptin maassa.
9 And I acted for [the] sake of name my to not to be profaned to [the] eyes of the nations which they [were] in midst of them which I had made myself known to them to eyes their by bringing out them from [the] land of Egypt.
Mutta en minä tehnyt sitä minun nimeni tähden, ettei sen pitänyt saastutetuksi tuleman pakanain edessä, joiden seassa he olivat, ja joille minä olin itseni ilmoittanut, että minä heidät tahdoin johdattaa ulos Egyptin maalta.
10 And I brought out them from [the] land of Egypt and I brought them into the wilderness.
Ja kuin minä heidät Egyptin maalta olin johdattanut ulos, ja antanut heidän tulla korpeen:
11 And I gave to them statutes my and judgments my I made known to them which he will do them the person and he will live by them.
Annoin minä heille minun säätyni, ja minun oikeuteni heille tiettäväksi tein: se ihminen joka ne tekee, hän elää niissä.
12 And also sabbaths my I gave to them to become a sign between me and between them to know that I [am] Yahweh [who] sanctified them.
Minä annoin myös heille minun sabbatini merkiksi minun ja heidän vaiheellansa, että heidän piti tietämän, että minä olen Herra, joka heitä pyhitän.
13 And they rebelled against me [the] house of Israel in the wilderness in statutes my not they walked and judgments my they rejected which he will do them the person and he will live by them and sabbaths my they profaned exceedingly and I said to pour out rage my on them in the wilderness to make an end of them.
Mutta Israelin huone oli minulle kovakorvainen korvessa, ja ei elänyt minun säätyini jälkeen, ja katsoi minun oikeuteni ylön, joissa se ihminen elää, joka ne tekee; ja he saastuttivat minun sabbatini sangen suuresti: niin minä ajattelin vuodattaa minun vihani heidän päällensä korvessa, ja peräti kadottaa heitä.
14 And I acted for [the] sake of name my to not to be profaned to [the] eyes of the nations which I had brought out them to eyes their.
Mutta en minä sitä tehnyt minun nimeni tähden, ettei sen pitänyt turmelluksi tuleman pakanain seassa, joista minä heidät olin johdattanut ulos heidän silmäinsä edessä.
15 And also I I lifted up hand my to them in the wilderness to not to bring them into the land which I had given flowing of milk and honey [is] beauty it to all the lands.
Ja minä nostin käteni heitä vastaan korvessa, etten minä tahtonut heitä antaa tulla siihen maahan, jonka minä heille antanut olin, joka rieskaa ja hunajaa vuotaa, joka on paras kaikkein maakuntain seassa,
16 Because judgments my they had rejected and statutes my not they had walked in them and sabbaths my they had profaned for after idols their heart their [was] walking.
Että he katsoivat minun oikeuteni ylön, ja ei eläneet minun säätyini jälkeen, ja turmelivat minun sabbatini; sillä heidän sydämensä vaelsi heidän epäjumalainsa jälkeen.
17 And it looked with compassion eye my on them from destroying them and not I made them complete destruction in the wilderness.
Mutta minun silmäni armahti heitä, etten minä heitä kadottanut, enkä peräti tyhjäksi tehnyt heitä korvessa.
18 And I said to children their in the wilderness in [the] statutes of ancestors your may not you walk and judgments their may not you keep and by idols their may not you make yourselves unclean.
Ja minä sanoin heidän lapsillensa korvessa: ei teidän pidä elämän teidän isäinne säätyin jälkeen, eikä pitämän heidän oikeuksiansa, eli saastuttaman itsiänne heidän epäjumaliinsa;
19 I [am] Yahweh God your in statutes my walk and judgments my keep and do them.
Sillä minä olen Herra teidän Jumalanne: minun säätyini jälkeen pitää teidän elämän, ja minun oikeuteni pitämän, ja niiden jälkeen tekemän.
20 And sabbaths my keep holy and they will become a sign between me and between you to know that I [am] Yahweh God your.
Ja minun sabbatini pitää teidän pyhittämän, että ne pitää oleman merkiksi minun ja teidän vaiheellanne, että teidän pitää tietämän, että minä Herra olen teidän Jumalanne.
21 And they rebelled against me the children in statutes my not they walked and judgments my not they kept to observe them which he will do them the person and he will live by them sabbaths my they profaned and I said to pour out rage my on them to complete anger my on them in the wilderness.
Mutta lapset olivat minulle myös kovakorvaiset, ja ei eläneet minun säätyini jälkeen, eikä pitäneet minun oikeuksiani, tehdäksensä niiden jälkeen, joissa ihminen elää, joka ne pitää, ja he turmelivat minun sabbatini; niin minä ajattelin vuodattaa minun vihani heidän päällensä, ja antaa minun hirmuisuuteni käydä heidän ylitsensä korvessa.
22 And I turned back hand my and I acted for [the] sake of name my to not to be profaned to [the] eyes of the nations which I brought out them to eyes their.
Mutta minä käänsin käteni, ja en tehnyt sitä minun nimeni tähden, ettei sen pitänyt turmelluksi tuleman pakanain edessä, joista minä heitä olen johdattanut ulos heidän silmäinsä edessä.
23 Also I I lifted up hand my to them in the wilderness to scatter them among the nations and to disperse them among the lands.
Minä nostin myös minun käteni heitä vastaan korvessa, hajoittaakseni heitä pakanain sekaan ja maakuntiin,
24 Because judgments my not they had done and statutes my they had rejected and sabbaths my they had profaned and after [the] idols of parents their they had been eyes their.
Ettei he pitäneet minun oikeuksiani, ja katsoivat minun säätyni ylön, ja turmelivat minun sabbatini, ja katselivat isäinsä epäjumalia.
25 And also I I gave to them statutes not good and judgments [which] not they will live by them.
Sentähden annoin minä heille säädyt, jotka ei hyvät olleet, ja oikeudet, joissa ei heille ollut elämää,
26 And I made unclean them by gifts their when made pass through every firstborn of a womb so that I may make appalled them so that this they may know that I [am] Yahweh.
Ja hylkäsin heidän uhrinsa koska he käyttivät tulessa kaikki esikoiset, että minun piti heitä hävittämän, ja että heidän piti tietämän, että minä olen Herra.
27 Therefore speak to [the] house of Israel O son of humankind and you will say to them thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh again this they blasphemed me ancestors your when acted unfaithfully they against me unfaithfulness.
Sentähden puhu, sinä ihmisen poika, Israelin huoneelle, ja sano heille: näin sanoo Herra, Herra: teidän isänne ovat vielä enemmin minua pilkanneet, hyvällä ehdolla minua vastaan rikkoissansa.
28 And I brought them into the land which I had lifted up hand my to give it to them and they saw every hill high and every tree leafy and they sacrificed there sacrifices their and they presented there [the] provocation of offering their and they made there [the] odor of soothing their and they poured out there drink offerings their.
Sillä kuin minä olin antanut heidän tulla siihen maahan, jonka ylitse minä käteni nostanut olin, että minun piti sen antaman heille; kussa he joskus näkivät korkean vuoren taikka paksuoksaisen puun, siellä he uhrasivat uhrinsa ja kantoivat sinne uhrinsa vihan kehoitukseksi, ja suitsuttivat siellä makian hajunsa ja vuodattivat siellä juomauhrinsa.
29 And I said to them what? [is] the high place where you [are] the [ones who] go there and it has been called name its Bamah until the day this.
Mutta minä sanoin heille: mihinkä pitää siis oleman sen kukkulan, johonka te menette? Ja siitä kutsutaan se kukkulaksi aina tähän päivään asti.
30 Therefore say - to [the] house of Israel thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh ¿ in [the] way? of ancestors your [are] you making yourselves unclean and after detestable things their [are] you? acting as prostitutes.
Sentähden sano Israelin huoneelle: näin sanoo Herra, Herra: te saastutatte itsenne teidän isäinne menoissa, ja teette huorin heidän kauhistustensa kanssa;
31 And when lift up gifts your when make pass children your in the fire you [are] making yourselves unclean to all idols your until this day and I will I let myself be consulted? by you O house of Israel [by] [the] life of me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh if I will let myself be consulted by you.
Ja saastutatte itsenne teidän epäjumalissanne, joille te uhraatte teidän lahjanne, ja poltatte teidän poikanne tulessa hamaan tähän päivään asti: ja minun pitäis antaman teille vastausta, sinä Israelin huone? Niin totta kuin minä elän, sanoo Herra, Herra: en tahdo minä vastausta antaa teille.
32 And the [thing which] comes up on spirit your certainly not it will happen [that] which - you [are] saying we will be like the nations like [the] clans of the lands to serve wood and stone.
Ja se mikä tulee teidän mieleenne, ei siitä pidä mitään oleman: että te sanotte: me tahdomme tehdä niinkuin pakanat ja muut kansat maakunnissa, ja palvella kantoja ja kiviä.
33 [by] [the] life Of me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh if not by a hand strong and by an arm outstretched and with rage poured out I will reign over you.
Niin totta kuin minä elän, sanoo Herra, Herra, minä tahdon hallita teitä väkevällä kädellä ja ojennetulla käsivarrella, ja vuodatetulla hirmuisuudella.
34 And I will bring out you from the peoples and I will gather you from the lands which you have been scattered among them by a hand strong and by an arm outstretched and with rage poured out.
Ja tahdon johdattaa teitä pois kansoista, ja koota teitä niistä maakunnista, joihinka te hajoitetut olette, väkevällä kädellä ja ojennetulla käsivarrella, ja vuodatetulla hirmuisuudella.
35 And I will bring you into [the] wilderness of the peoples and I will enter into judgment with you there face to face.
Ja tahdon teidän antaa tulla kansain korpeen, ja olla siellä oikeudella teidän kanssanne, kasvoista niin kasvoihin.
36 Just as I entered into judgment with ancestors your in [the] wilderness of [the] land of Egypt so I will enter into judgment with you [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Niinkuin minä teidän isäinne kanssa Egyptin maan korvessa oikeudella olin: juuri sillä tavalla tahdon minä olla oikeudella teidän kanssanne, sanoo Herra, Herra.
37 And I will make pass you under the rod and I will bring you in [the] bond of the covenant.
Minä tahdon antaa teidän tulla vitsan alle, ja johdattaa teitä liiton siteellä.
38 And I will purge from you those [who] rebel and those [who] transgress against me from [the] land of sojournings their I will bring out them and into [the] land of Israel not he will go and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.
Ja tahdon perata pois vastahakoiset ja minusta luopuvaiset teidän seastanne. Ja tosin minä tahdon johdattaa heitä ulos asumamaastansa, ja en anna heitä tulla Israelin maalle, että teidän tietämän pitää, että minä olen Herra.
39 And you O house of Israel thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh everyone idols his go serve and after if not you [will be] listening to me and [the] name of holiness my not you will profane again by gifts your and by idols your.
Sentähden te, Israelin huone, näin sanoo Herra, Herra: ettette kuitenkaan tahdo kuulla minua, niin tehkäät niinkuin teille kelpaa, ja jokainen teitä palvelkaan epäjumalaansa tästäkin lähin; mutta minun pyhä nimeni antakaat tästäedes pilkkaamatta olla teidän uhreissanne ja epäjumalissanne.
40 For on [the] mountain of holiness my on [the] mountain of - [the] height of Israel [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh there they will serve me all [the] house of Israel all of it in the land there I will accept them and there I will seek contributions your and [the] choicest of gifts your with all holy things your.
Sillä näin sanoo Herra, Herra: minun pyhällä vuorellani, korkialla Israelin vuorella, siellä pitää koko Israelin huone ja kaikki, jotka maakunnassa ovat, palveleman minua; siellä pitää heidän minulle oleman otolliset, ja siellä minä tahdon anoa teiltä ylennysuhria ja teidän uhrinne esikoista kaiken sen kanssa, jolla te minua pyhitätte.
41 An odor of soothing I will accept you when bring out I you from the peoples and I will gather you from the lands which you have been scattered among them and I will show myself holy among you to [the] eyes of the nations.
Te olette minulle otolliset makialla savulla, kuin minä annan teidän tulla pois kansoista, ja kokoon teitä siitä maasta, kuhunka te hajoitetut olette, ja pyhitän itseni teissä, pakanain edessä.
42 And you will know that I [am] Yahweh when bring I you into [the] land of Israel into the land which I lifted up hand my to give it to ancestors your.
Ja teidän pitää ymmärtämän, että minä olen Herra, koska minä olen antanut teidän tulla Israelin maalle, siihen maahan, josta minä nostin käteni, että minun piti teidän isillenne sen antaman.
43 And you will remember there ways your and all practices your which you have made yourselves unclean by them and you will loathe faces your for all wicked deeds your which you have done.
Siellä pitää teidän muistaman teidän menonne ja kaikki teidän tekonne, joilla te itsenne saastuttaneet olette, ja teidän pitää suuttman itseenne kaiken teidän pahuutenne tähden, jonka te tehneet olette.
44 And you will know that I [am] Yahweh when do I with you for [the] sake of name my not according to ways your wicked and according to practices your corrupt O house of Israel [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
Ja teidän pitää ymmärtämän, että minä olen Herra, koska minä teen teidän kanssanne minun nimeni tähden, ja ei teidän pahan menonne ja vahingollisen työnne jälkeen, sinä Israelin huone, sanoo Herra, Herra.
45 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
Ja Herran sana tapahtui minulle ja sanoi:
46 O son of humankind set face your [the] direction south-ward and prophesy against [the] south and prophesy against [the] forest of the field [the] south.
Sinä, ihmisen poika, aseta kasvos oikian käden puoleen, ja pisaroitse lounaan puoleen, ja ennusta metsää vastaan, kedolla lounaan päin,
47 And you will say to [the] forest of the south hear [the] word of Yahweh thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] about to kindle in you - a fire and it will consume in you every tree moist and every tree dry not it will be extinguished [the] flame of flame and they will be scorched by it all faces from [the] south [the] north towards.
Ja sano lounaan puoliselle metsälle: kuule Herran sanaa: näin sanoo Herra, Herra: katso, minä tahdon sinussa tulen sytyttää, sen pitää sekä tuoreet että kuivat puut polttaman, ettei hänen ankaraa liekkiänsä taideta sammuttaa, vaan kaikki pitää poltettaman, mitä lounaasta pohjaan käsin on.
48 And they will see all flesh that I Yahweh I have kindled it not it will be extinguished.
Ja kaikki liha pitää näkemän, että minä Herra sen sytyttänyt olen; ja ei pidä sitä sammutettaman.
49 And I said alas! O Lord Yahweh they [are] saying of me ¿ not making a parable parables [is] he.
Ja minä sanoin: ah! Herra, Herra, he sanovat minusta: tämä puhuu paljaita tapauksia.
