Ezekiel 18
1 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
Und das Wort Jahwes erging an mich folgendermaßen:
2 What? [is] to you you [are] speaking a proverb the proverb this on [the] land of Israel saying parents they eat sour grape[s] and [the] teeth of the children (they are blunt. *LA(bh)*)
Was kommt euch bei, daß ihr diesen Spottvers singt vom Lande Israel; der da lautet: Die Väter aßen saure Trauben, und den Kindern werden die Zähne stumpf?
3 [by] [the] life Of me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh if it will belong to you again to speak a proverb the proverb this in Israel.
So wahr ich lebe, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe, niemand von euch soll mehr diesen Spottvers in Israel singen!
4 Here! all lives [belong] to me they as [the] life of the parent and as [the] life of the child [belong] to me they the soul which sins it it will die.
Fürwahr, mein sind alle Seelen, die Seele des Vaters wie die Seele des Sohnes - mein sind sie; die Seele, welche sich vergeht, die soll sterben!
5 And anyone for he will be righteous and he will do justice and righteousness.
Und wenn einer fromm ist, und Recht und Gerechtigkeit übt,
6 To the mountains not he has eaten and eyes his not he has lifted up to [the] idols of [the] house of Israel and [the] wife of neighbor his not he has defiled and to a woman menstruation not he drew near.
nicht auf den Bergen Opferfleisch ißt und seine Augen nicht zu den Götzen des Hauses Israel erhebt, das Weib seines Nächsten nicht verunreinigt und einem Weibe in der Zeit ihrer Unreinheit nicht naht,
7 And anyone not he oppressed pledge his a debt he returned robbery not he robbed food his to [the] hungry he gave and [the] naked he covered clothing.
niemanden bedrückt und das Pfand für seine Schuldforderung wieder zurückgiebt, keine Erpressung verübt, sein Brot dem Hungrigen reicht und den Nackenden mit einem Gewande bedeckt,
8 For interest not he lent and interest not he took from injustice he turned away hand his justice of faithfulness he did between a person and a person.
nicht auf Wucher ausleiht und keinen Zins nimmt, von Frevel seine Hand fernhält und bei Händeln zwischen den Leuten ehrlichen Rechtsspruch fällt,
9 In statutes my he walked and judgments my he has kept by doing faithfulness [is] righteous he certainly he will live [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
nach meinen Satzungen wandelt und meine Rechte beobachtet, indem er Redlichkeit übt, - der ist fromm und soll sicher am Leben bleiben, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe.
10 And he will father a son violent [who] sheds blood and he will do alas! any one of these [things].
Erzeugt er aber einen gewaltthätigen Sohn, der Blut vergießt und Frevel verübt,
11 And he all these [things] not he did for also to the mountains he has eaten and [the] wife of neighbor his he has defiled.
nicht auf dem Wege seines frommen Vaters wandelt, sondern auf den Bergen ißt und das Weib seines Nächsten verunreinigt,
12 [the] poor And [the] needy he has oppressed robberies he has robbed a pledge not he returned and to the idols he has lifted up eyes his abomination he has done.
Geringe und Arme bedrückt, Erpressung verübt, Pfänder nicht zurückgiebt und seine Augen zu den Götzen erhebt, Greuel verübt,
13 For interest he has lent and interest he has taken and will he live? not he will live all the abominations these he has done certainly he will be put to death blood his on him it will be.
auf Wucher ausleiht und Zins nimmt, sollte der am Leben bleiben? Er soll nicht am Leben bleiben! Weil er alle diese Greuel verübt hat, soll er mit dem Tode bestraft werden; sein Blut sei auf ihm!
14 And there! he has fathered a child and he has seen all [the] sins of father his which he did and he saw and not he did like them.
Zeugt der nun aber einen Sohn, und dieser sieht alle Vergehungen, die sein Vater beging, und fürchtet sich und handelt nicht ebenso,
15 On the mountains not he has eaten and eyes his not he has lifted up to [the] idols of [the] house of Israel [the] wife of neighbor his not he has defiled.
ißt nicht auf den Bergen und erhebt seine Augen nicht zu den Götzen des Hauses Israel, verunreinigt nicht das Weib seines Nächsten
16 And anyone not he has oppressed a pledge not he has taken as pledge and robbery not he has robbed food his to [the] hungry he has given and [the] naked he has covered clothing.
und bedrückt niemanden, nimmt kein Pfand weg und verübt keine Erpressung, reicht sein Brot dem Hungrigen und bedeckt den Nackenden mit einem Gewande,
17 From [the] poor he has turned away hand his interest and interest not he has taken judgments my he has done in statutes my he has walked he not he will die for [the] iniquity of father his certainly he will live.
hält seine Hand fern von Frevel, nimmt keinen Wuchervorteil und Zins, handelt nach meinen Rechten und wandelt nach meinen Satzungen, ein solcher soll nicht sterben wegen der Schuld seines Vaters, sondern soll am Leben bleiben.
18 Father his for he has extorted extortion he has robbed robbery of a brother and [that] which not [was] good he has done in among people his and there! he will die for iniquity his.
Sein Vater, weil er Bedrückung und Erpressung verübt und, was nicht gut war, inmitten seiner Volksgenossen gethan hat, - der muß um seiner Verschuldung willen sterben.
19 And you say why? not has he borne the child in [the] iniquity of the parent and the child justice and righteousness he has done all statutes my he has kept and he has done them certainly he will live.
Und da sagt ihr: Warum trägt nicht der Sohn die Schuld des Vaters mit? während doch der Sohn Recht und Gerechtigkeit übte, alle meine Satzungen beobachtete und nach ihnen handelte; darum soll er am Leben bleiben.
20 The soul which sins it it will die a child not he will bear - in [the] iniquity of the parent and a parent not he will bear in [the] iniquity of the child [the] righteousness of the righteous [person] on him it will be and [the] wickedness of (the wicked [person] *Q(K)*) on him it will be.
Derjenige, der sich verfehlt, der soll sterben. Ein Sohn soll nicht die Schuld des Vaters mittragen, und ein Vater soll nicht die Schuld des Sohns mittragen. Die Frömmigkeit des Frommen soll auf ihm ruhn, und die Gottlosigkeit des Gottlosen soll auf ihm ruhn!
21 And the wicked [person] if he will turn away from all (sins his *Q(K)*) which he has done and he will keep all (statutes my *LAB(h)*) and he will do justice and righteousness certainly he will live not he will die.
Wenn sich aber der Gottlose von allen seinen Sünden, die er begangen hat, bekehrt und alle meine Satzungen beobachtet und Recht und Gerechtigkeit übt, so soll er am Leben bleiben und nicht sterben.
22 All transgressions his which he has done not they will be remembered to him for righteousness his which he has done he will live.
Alle seine Abtrünnigkeiten, die er begangen hat, sollen ihm nicht angerechnet werden; wegen seiner Frömmigkeit, die er geübt, soll er am Leben bleiben und nicht sterben.
23 ¿ Really do I take pleasure in [the] death of [the] wicked [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh ¿ not when turning back he from ways his and he will live.
Habe ich etwa Wohlgefallen am Tode des Gottlosen, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe, und nicht vielmehr daran, daß er sich von seinem bösen Wandel bekehrt und am Leben bleibt?
24 And when turns away [the] righteous from righteousness his and he will do injustice according to all the abominations which he did the wicked [person] he will do and will he live? all (righteousness his *Q(K)*) which he did not they will be remembered for unfaithfulness his which he has acted unfaithfully and for sin his which he has sinned for them he will die.
Wenn aber der Fromme von seiner Frömmigkeit abläßt und Frevel verübt gleich allen den Greueln, die der Gottlose verübt hat, so wird aller seiner frommen Thaten, die er gethan, nicht gedacht werden; infolge seines Abfalls, den er verübt, und seiner Sünde, die er begangen hat, - infolge derer soll er sterben!
25 And you say not it is correct [the] way of [the] Lord listen please O house of Israel ¿ way my not is it correct ¿ not ways your not are they correct.
Wenn ihr aber sagt: das Verfahren des Herrn ist nicht in Ordnung! so hört doch, ihr vom Hause Israel: sollte es mein Verfahren sein, das nicht in Ordnung ist? Ist's nicht vielmehr euer Verfahren, daß nicht in Ordnung ist?
26 When turns away [the] righteous from righteousness his and he will do injustice and he will die on them for injustice his which he has done he will die.
Wenn ein Frommer von seiner Frömmigkeit abläßt und Frevel verübt, so muß er sterben deswegen; wegen seines Frevels, den er verübt hat, muß er sterben.
27 And when turns away [the] wicked from wickedness his which he has done and he did justice and righteousness he life his he will preserve alive.
Aber wenn ein Gottloser von seiner Gottlosigkeit, die er begangen hat, abläßt und Recht und Gerechtigkeit übt, so wird er sein Leben behalten.
28 And he saw (and he turned away *Q(k)*) from all transgressions his which he had done certainly he will live not he will die.
Denn er bekehrte sich von allen seinen Abtrünnigkeiten, die er begangen hatte; darum wird er am Leben bleiben und nicht sterben.
29 And they say [the] house of Israel not it is correct [the] way of [the] Lord ¿ ways my not are they correct O house of Israel ¿ not ways your not is it correct.
Und wenn das Haus Israel spricht: Das Verfahren des Herrn ist nicht in Ordnung! - sollte wirklich mein Verfahren nicht in Ordnung sein, Haus Israel? Ist's nich vielmehr e u e r Verfahren, das nicht in Ordnung ist?
30 Therefore everyone according to ways his I will judge you O house of Israel [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh turn back and turn away from all transgressions your and not it will become for you a stumbling block iniquity.
Deshalb werde ich einen jeden von euch nach seinem Wandel richten, Haus Israel! ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe. Bekehrt euch, laßt ab von allen euren Abtrünnigkeiten, daß euch nicht ein Anlaß zur Verschuldung daraus entstehe.
31 Throw away from with you all transgressions your which you have transgressed by them and make for yourselves a heart new and a spirit new and why? will you die O house of Israel.
Werft ab von euch alle eure Abtrünnigkeiten, die ihr gegen mich verübt habt, und schafft euch ein neues Herz und einen neuen Geist; denn warum wolltet ihr sterben, Haus Israel?
32 For not I take pleasure in [the] death of the [one who] dies [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and turn away and live.
Denn ich habe kein Wohlgefallen am Tode jemandes, ist der Spruch des Herrn Jahwe. So laßt denn ab, damit ihr am Leben bleibt!
