Exodus 40
1 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
੧ਫੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਕਿ
2 On [the] day of the month first on [day] one of the month you will set up [the] tabernacle of [the] tent of meeting.
੨ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੂੰ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦਾ ਤੰਬੂ ਖੜਾ ਕਰੀਂ।
3 And you will put there [the] ark of the testimony and you will cover over the ark the curtain.
੩ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਖੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਰੱਖੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਕਰੀਂ।
4 And you will bring the table and you will arrange arrangement its and you will bring the lampstand and you will lift up lamps its.
੪ਤੂੰ ਮੇਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਿਆਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਆਰ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੀਂ। ਤੂੰ ਸ਼ਮਾਦਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਿਆਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੀਵੇ ਜਗਾਵੀਂ
5 And you will put [the] altar of gold for incense before [the] ark of the testimony and you will put [the] screen of the entrance of the tabernacle.
੫ਅਤੇ ਧੂਪ ਦੀ ਸੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਸਾਖੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਓਟ ਲਮਕਾਈਂ।
6 And you will put [the] altar of the burnt offering before [the] entrance of [the] tabernacle of [the] tent of meeting.
੬ਤੂੰ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖੀਂ
7 And you will put the laver between [the] tent of meeting and between the altar and you will put there water.
੭ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਹੌਦ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਰੱਖੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਪਾਈਂ।
8 And you will put the courtyard all around and you will put [the] screen of [the] gate of the courtyard.
੮ਫੇਰ ਤੂੰ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਫ਼ੇਰੇ ਖੜਾ ਕਰੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਦੇ ਫਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਓਟ ਲਮਕਾਈਂ।
9 And you will take [the] oil of anointing and you will anoint the tabernacle and all that [is] in it and you will consecrate it and all articles its and it will be a holy thing.
੯ਤੂੰ ਮਲਣ ਦਾ ਤੇਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਲੀਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
10 And you will anoint [the] altar of the burnt offering and all articles its and you will consecrate the altar and it will be the altar holiness of holiness.
੧੦ਤੂੰ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਲ ਮਲੀਂ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
11 And you will anoint the laver and base its and you will consecrate it.
੧੧ਫੇਰ ਤੂੰ ਹੌਦ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਚੌਂਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਲੀਂ। ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰੀਂ।
12 And you will bring near Aaron and sons his to [the] entrance of [the] tent of meeting and you will wash them with water.
੧੨ਤੂੰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਕੋਲ ਲਿਆਈਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਹਲਾਈਂ।
13 And you will clothe Aaron [the] garments of holiness and you will anoint him and you will consecrate him and he will serve as a priest me.
੧੩ਤੂੰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਸਤਰ ਪੁਆਈਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਜਕਾਈ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੇ।
14 And sons his you will bring near and you will clothe them tunics.
੧੪ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੇੜੇ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਕੁੜਤੇ ਪੁਆਈਂ
15 And you will anoint them just as you anointed father their and they will serve as priests me and it will become to be for them anointing their a priesthood of perpetuity to generations their.
੧੫ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕਰੀਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਸਹ ਹੋਣਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਅਨੰਤ ਜਾਜਕਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
16 And he did Moses according to all that he had commanded Yahweh him so he did.
੧੬ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਕੀਤਾ।
17 And it was in the month first in the year second on [day] one of the month it was set up the tabernacle.
੧੭ਉਪਰੰਤ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਡੇਰਾ ਖੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
18 And he set up Moses the tabernacle and he put bases its and he set up frames its and he put bars its and he set up pillars its.
੧੮ਅਤੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਖੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਫੱਟੇ ਲਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੋੜੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਥੰਮ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਖੜੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।
19 And he spread out the tent over the tabernacle and he put [the] covering of the tent over it from to above just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੧੯ਫੇਰ ਡੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਤਾਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਤਾਹਾਂ ਢੱਕਣਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
20 And he took and he put the testimony into the ark and he put the poles on the ark and he put the atonement cover on the ark from to above.
੨੦ਫੇਰ ਉਸ ਸਾਖੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਬਾਂ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਦਾ ਸਰਪੋਸ਼ ਉਤਾਹਾਂ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ।
21 And he brought the ark into the tabernacle and he set up [the] curtain of the screen and he covered over [the] ark of the testimony just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੨੧ਉਹ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਓਟ ਦਾ ਪੜਦਾ ਲਮਕਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਖੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਓਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
22 And he put the table in [the] tent of meeting on [the] side of the tabernacle north-ward from [the] outside of the curtain.
੨੨ਫੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਦੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪਰਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ
23 And he arranged on it an arrangement of bread before Yahweh just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੨੩ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਸੁਆਰ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
24 And he put the lampstand in [the] tent of meeting opposite to the table on [the] side of the tabernacle south-ward.
੨੪ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਮਾਦਾਨ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਜ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਵੱਲ ਦੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ
25 And he lifted up the lamps before Yahweh just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੨੫ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੀਵੇ ਜਗਾਏ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
26 And he put [the] altar of gold in [the] tent of meeting before the curtain.
੨੬ਫੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਦੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ
27 And he made smoke on it incense of perfume just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੨੭ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁਗੰਧੀ ਧੂਪ ਜਲਾਈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
28 And he set up [the] screen of the entrance of the tabernacle.
੨੮ਫੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਓਟ ਲਮਕਾਈ।
29 And [the] altar of the burnt offering he set up [the] entrance of [the] tabernacle of [the] tent of meeting and he offered up on it the burnt offering and the grain offering just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੨੯ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਦੇ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
30 And he put the laver between [the] tent of meeting and between the altar and he put there water for washing.
੩੦ਫੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੌਦ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਪਾਇਆ
31 And they washed from it Moses and Aaron and sons his hands their and feet their.
੩੧ਅਤੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੱਥ-ਪੈਰ ਧੋਂਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ
32 When went they into [the] tent of meeting and when drew near they to the altar they washed just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
੩੨ਅਰਥਾਤ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਸਾਖੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਉਹ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
33 And he set up the courtyard around the tabernacle and the altar and he put [the] screen of [the] gate of the courtyard and he finished Moses the work.
੩੩ਫੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਹੜਾ ਡੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਚੁਫ਼ੇਰੇ ਖੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਓਟ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਦੇ ਫਾਟਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਮਕਾਇਆ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
34 And it covered the cloud [the] tent of meeting and [the] glory of Yahweh it filled the tabernacle.
੩੪ਤਦ ਬੱਦਲ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਉੱਤੇ ਛਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਨੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
35 And not he was able Moses to go into [the] tent of meeting for it had settled down over it the cloud and [the] glory of Yahweh it had filled the tabernacle.
੩੫ਫਿਰ ਮੂਸਾ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜ ਨਾ ਸਕਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਬੱਦਲ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਛਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਨੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
36 And when was taken up the cloud from over the tabernacle they set out [the] people of Israel in all journeyings their.
੩੬ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਬੱਦਲ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਦ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੂਚ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ
37 And if not it was taken up the cloud and not they set out until [the] day was taken up it.
੩੭ਪਰ ਜਦ ਬੱਦਲ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਸਨ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਬੱਦਲ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
38 For [the] cloud of Yahweh [was] over the tabernacle by day and fire it was night on it to [the] eyes of all [the] house of Israel in all journeyings their.
੩੮ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬੱਦਲ ਡੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
