< Exodus 36 >

1 And he will do Bezalel and Oholiab and every - person skillful of heart whom he has put Yahweh skill and understanding in them to know to do all [the] work of [the] service of the holy place to all that he has commanded Yahweh.
So Bezalel, Oholiab, and all the other craftsmen with the necessary expertise and given the skill and ability by the Lord, are to work out how to accomplish all the work of constructing the sanctuary as commanded by the Lord.”
2 And he called Moses to Bezalel and to Oholiab and to every person skillful of heart whom he had put Yahweh skill in heart his every [one] whom it lifted him heart his to draw near to the work to do it.
Moses summoned Bezalel, Oholiab, and all the skilled people who had been given special abilities by the Lord, everyone willing to come and do the work.
3 And they received from to before Moses all the contribution which they had brought [the] people of Israel for [the] work of [the] service of the holy place to do it and they they brought to him still a freewill offering in the morning in the morning.
Moses gave them everything the Israelites had contributed to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. In the meantime the people went on bringing freewill offerings every morning,
4 And they came all the skillful [people] who were doing all [the] work of the holy place person person from work his which they [were] doing.
so much so that all the craftsmen who were working on the sanctuary stopped what they were doing
5 And they said to Moses saying [are] multiplying the people to bring more than sufficiency of the service for the work which he has commanded Yahweh to do it.
and went and told Moses, “The people have already brought enough to complete the work the Lord has ordered us to do.”
6 And he commanded Moses and they caused to pass a proclamation in the camp saying a man and a woman may not they make again work for [the] contribution of the holy place and it was restrained the people from bringing.
Moses gave the order, and an announcement was made throughout the camp: “Men and women, don't bring anything more as an offering for the sanctuary.” So the people were stopped from bringing anything more,
7 And the work it was sufficiency their for all the work to do it and it was more than enough.
since there was already more than enough to do all the work necessary.
8 And they made every [person] skillful of heart among [those who] did the work the tabernacle ten curtains fine linen twisted and violet stuff and purple and scarlet stuff of scarlet cherubim [the] work of a skillful worker he made them.
The skilled craftsmen among the workers made the ten curtains for the Tabernacle. They were made of finely-spun linen together with blue, purple, and crimson thread, embroidered with cherubim.
9 [the] length of The curtain one [was] eight and twenty by the cubit and [the] breadth [was] four by the cubit the curtain one size one [belonged] to all the curtains.
Each curtain was twenty-eight cubits long by four cubits wide, and they were all the same size.
10 And he joined five of the curtains one to one and five curtains he joined one to one.
They joined together five of the curtains as one set, and the other five he joined as a second set.
11 And he made loops of violet stuff on [the] edge of the curtain one from an end in the joined set thus he did on [the] edge of the curtain outermost in the joined set second.
They used blue material to make loops on the edge of the last curtain of both sets.
12 Fifty loops he made on the curtain one and fifty loops he made on [the] edge of the curtain which [was] in the joined set second [were] opposite the loops one to one.
They made fifty loops on one curtain and fifty loops on the last curtain of the second set, lining up the loops with each another.
13 And he made fifty hooks of gold and he joined the curtains one to one with the hooks and it was the tabernacle one.
They also made fifty gold clips and joined the curtains together with the clips, so that the Tabernacle was a single structure.
14 And he made curtains of goat hair into a tent over the tabernacle one [plus] ten curtains he made them.
They made eleven curtains of goat hair as a tent to cover the Tabernacle.
15 [the] length of The curtain one [was] thirty by the cubit and [was] four cubits [the] breadth of the curtain one size one [belonged] to one [plus] ten curtains.
Each of the eleven curtains was the same size—thirty cubits long by four cubits wide.
16 And he joined five of the curtains alone and six of the curtains alone.
They joined five of the curtains together as one set and the other six as another set.
17 And he made loops fifty on [the] edge of the curtain outermost in the joined set and fifty loops he made on [the] edge of the curtain the joined set second.
They made fifty loops on the edge of the last curtain in the first set, and fifty loops along the edge of the last curtain in the second set.
18 And he made hooks of bronze fifty to join together the tent to be one.
They made fifty bronze clips to join the tent together as a single cover.
19 And he made a covering for the tent skins of rams dyed red and a covering of skins of dolphins from to above.
They made a covering for the goat hair tent from tanned ram skins, and placed an extra covering of fine leather over that.
20 And he made the frames for the tabernacle wood of acacia standing upright.
They made an upright framework of acacia wood for the Tabernacle.
21 [was] ten (Cubits *L(abh)*) [the] length of the frame and [was] a cubit and [the] half of cubit [the] breadth of the frame one.
Each frame was ten cubits long by one and a half cubits wide.
22 Two hands [belonged] to the frame the one joined one to one thus he did for all [the] frames of the tabernacle.
Each frame had two pegs so the frames could be connected to each other. They made all the frames of the Tabernacle like this.
23 And he made the frames for the tabernacle twenty frames for [the] side of [the] south south-ward.
They made twenty frames for the south side of the Tabernacle.
24 And forty bases of silver he made under twenty the frames two bases [were] under the frame one for [the] two hands its and two bases [were] under the frame one for [the] two hands its.
They made forty silver stands as supports for the twenty frames using two stands per frame, one under every frame peg.
25 And for [the] side of the tabernacle second to [the] side of [the] north he made twenty frames.
Similarly for the north side of the Tabernacle, they made twenty frames
26 And forty bases their silver two bases [were] under the frame one and two bases [were] under the frame one.
and forty silver stands, two stands per frame.
27 And for [the] innermost parts of the tabernacle west-ward he made six frames.
They made six frames for the back (west side) of the Tabernacle,
28 And two frames he made for [the] corners of the tabernacle in the innermost parts.
along with two frames for its two back corners.
29 And they were twins from to downwards and together they were complete to top its into the ring one thus he did for [the] two of them for [the] two the corners.
They joined these corner frames at the bottom and at the top near to the first ring. This is how they made the two corner frames.
30 And they were eight frames and bases their [were] silver six-teen bases two bases two bases [were] under the frame one.
In total there were eight frames and sixteen silver stands, two under each frame.
31 And he made bars of wood of acacia five [bars] for [the] frames of [the] side of the tabernacle one.
They made five crossbars of acacia wood to hold together the frames on the south side of the Tabernacle,
32 And five bars for [the] frames of [the] side of the tabernacle second and five bars for [the] frames of the tabernacle for the innermost parts west-ward.
five for those on the north, and five for those at the back of the Tabernacle, to the west.
33 And he made the bar middle to pass through in [the] middle of the frames from the end to the end.
They made the central crossbar which was placed halfway up the frames and ran from one end to the other.
34 And the frames he overlaid gold and rings their he made gold holders for the bars and he overlaid the bars gold.
They covered the frames with gold, and made gold rings to hold the crossbars in place. They covered the crossbars with gold too.
35 And he made the curtain violet stuff and purple and scarlet stuff of scarlet and fine linen twisted [the] work of a skillful worker he made it cherubim.
They made a veil out of blue, purple, and crimson thread, and finely-spun linen, embroidered with cherubim by someone who was skilled.
36 And he made for it four pillars of acacia and he overlaid them gold hooks their [were] gold and he cast for them four bases of silver.
They made four posts of acacia wood for it and covered them with gold. They made gold hooks for the posts and cast their four silver stands.
37 And he made a screen for [the] entrance of the tent violet stuff and purple and scarlet stuff of scarlet and fine linen twisted [the] work of a worker in colors.
They made a screen for the entrance to the tent using blue, purple, and crimson thread, and finely-spun linen, and had it embroidered.
38 And pillars its five and hooks their and he overlaid tops their and bands their gold and bases their five [were] bronze.
They also made five posts of acacia wood with hooks to hang the screen. They covered the tops of the posts and their bands with gold, and their five stands were made of bronze.
