< Exodus 22 >

1 If he will steal anyone an ox or a sheep and he will slaughter it or he has sold it five cattle he will repay in place of the ox and four sheep in place of the sheep.

2 If in breaking in he will be found the thief and he will be struck and he will die there not for him [will be] blood.
Naho zoeñe te mampipoñake ty mpampikametse ie trinabotraboke vaho navetrake, le tsy havahan-dio.
3 If it has risen the sun on him blood [will be] for him certainly he will make restitution if nothing [belongs] to him and he will be sold for theft his.
F’ie nanjiriha’ i àndroy le ho valeam-pate ty lio. Tsi-mete tsy avahañe, aa ie poi’e, le haletake hasolo i finao’ey.
4 If actually it will be found in hand his the thing stolen from an ox unto a donkey unto a sheep alive twofold he will make restitution.
Aa naho tendrek’ am-pità’e ty nikamere’e, ke te añombe, ke borìke, he añondry: le havaha’e roe.
5 If he will cause to be grazed over anyone a field or a vineyard and he will let go (cattle his *Q(K)*) and it will graze in [the] field of another [person] [the] best of field his and [the] best of vineyard his he will make compensation.
Ie iandraza’ ondaty ty teteke ndra ty tanem-bahe naho adare’e ama’e o hare’eo vaho iandraza’e ty tonda’ondaty, le tsi-mete tsy avaha’e boak’an-tete’e ami’ty soa an-tete’e ao naho an-tanem-bahe’e ao.
6 If it will go forth a fire and it will find thornbushes and it will be consumed a heap of sheaves or the standing grain or the field certainly he will make compensation the [one who] kindled the fire.
Naho mirehetse naho mandakak’ an-drongoñe ty afo vaho mamorototo tsako navotry ndra mizorazora ke mampianto teteke, le toe havaha’ i namiañe i afoiy.
7 If he will give anyone to neighbor his money or articles to keep [them] and it will be stolen from [the] house of the person if he will be found the thief he will make restitution twofold.
Naho andivà’ t’indaty an-drañetse ty drala ndra vara hahaja’e; aa ie kamereñe amy anjomba’ey, le havaha’ i nampikametsey roe t’ie oniñe.
8 If not he will be found the thief and he will be brought near [the] master of the house to the judges if not he had stretched out hand his on [the] property of neighbor his.
Naho tsy oniñe ka i nampikametsey le hasese mb’an-jaka i tompo-trañoy handohiañe, hera ie ty nampijom-pitàñe am-baran-drañe’e ao.
9 On every matter of transgression on an ox on a donkey on a sheep on a garment on every thing lost which anyone will say that [is] it this to the judges it will come [the] case of both of them [the one] whom they will condemn as guilty! [the] judges he will make restitution twofold to neighbor his.
Naho eo ty mifandietse ty ami’ ty añombe, he borìke, ke añondry, ke lamba, he inoñ’ inoñe nimotso, ie atao ty raike te aze, le songa hiatreke mpizaka; vaho hañavake in-droe amy rañe’ey i nafàm-pizakay.
10 If he will give anyone to neighbor his a donkey or an ox or a sheep and every animal to keep [it] and it will die or it was maimed or it was captured there not [was one who] saw.
Aa naho atolo’ ondaty an-drañetse hambena’e ty borìke ndra añombe, ke añondry he ze hare, le ie mate, he fere, ke rinoak’ añe tsy nioni’ ondaty,
11 [the] oath of Yahweh it will be between [the] two of them if not he had stretched out hand his on [the] property of neighbor his and he will accept [it] owner its and not he will make compensation.
le hanoeñe fanta am’ Iehovà, añivo iereo roe, te tsy nikamere’ i rañetsey ty hare’ indatiy naho ho no’ ty tompo’e i fantay vaho tsy hañavake re.
12 And if certainly it will be stolen from with him he will make restitution to owner its.
Fe naho nikamerañe i rahay le havaha’e amy tompo’ey.
13 Certainly [if] it will be torn in pieces he will bring it evidence the torn animal not he will make restitution.
Naho nirimitem-biby, le tsi-mete tsy hendese’e i matey ho rendreke, fa tsy havaha’e i nijoy.
14 And if he will ask anyone from with neighbor his and it will be maimed or it died owner its not [was] with it certainly he will make restitution.
Naho mìndran-draha an-drañetse t’in­daty, he mianto ke te mate, ie tsi-ao-tompo, le havaha’ i mpìndrañey.
15 If owner its [was] with it not he will make restitution if [was] hired it it came for hire its.
Fa naho eo tompo’e le tsy havahañe; naho nifondroeñe le avaha’ i fondroy.
16 And if he will seduce a man a virgin who not she was betrothed and he will lie with her certainly he will pay [the] bride-price for her for himself to a wife.
Naho mañedre somondrara mboe tsy nifofoeñe t’in­daty, ie miolots’ ama’e, le tsy mahay tsy engae’e ho valie’e.
17 If absolutely he will refuse father her to give her to him silver he will weigh out according to [the] bride-price of virgins.
Aa naho ifoneñan-drae’e tsy hanolotse aze, le tsi-mete tsy hondrohe’e ty fañengan-tsomondrara.
18 A sorceress not you will let live.
Ko adoke ho veloñe ty mpamòreke.
19 Any [one who] lies with an animal certainly he will be put to death.
Ho vonoeñe ze misàhe biby.
20 [one who] sacrifices To the gods he will be dedicated to destruction except to Yahweh to only him.
Havetrake ze manao soroñe amy ze atao ndrahare naho tsy am’ Iehovà avao.
21 And a sojourner not you must maltreat and not you must oppress him for sojourners you were in [the] land of Egypt.
Ko mamorefore ty renetane ndra mamorekeke aze, amy te niambahiny an-tane Mitsraime añe ka nahareo.
22 Any widow and a fatherless one not you must afflict!
Ko silofe’ areo ze atao vantotse ndra bode.
23 Certainly [if] you will afflict him that except carefully he will cry out to me certainly I will hear cry of distress his.
Aa ie helofe’o vaho mitoreo amako, le toe ho tsanoñeko ty fitoreo’ iareo;
24 And it will burn anger my and I will kill you with the sword and they will be wives your widows and children your fatherless ones.
hisolebotse ty haboseko le ho zevoñeko fibara, le ho remavoiñe o vali’ areoo vaho ho bode o ana’ areoo.
25 If money - you will lend to people my the poor [person] with you not you must be to him like a creditor not you must put! on him interest.
Naho ampisongoe’o ondatikoo ndra ami’ty rarake ama’o ao, ko manao mpampisongo ama’e, le ko angala’o ana’e.
26 Certainly [if] you will take as pledge [the] cloak of neighbor your until goes the sun you will return it to him.
Ndra mbia ty andrambesa’o ho tsoake ty saro’ ondaty le abaliho aolo’ ty tsofots’ andro,
27 For it ([is] covering his *Q(k)*) to alone it it [is] cloak his for skin his in what? will he lie down and it will be that he will cry out to me and I will hear for [am] gracious I.
hera izay avao ty fisafora’e naho ty filafin-tsandri’e te mirotse. Le ie mitoreo amako, hitsanon-dRaho fa mpiferenaiñe.
28 God not you must curse and a leader among people your not you must curse.
Ko onjirañe o mpizakao, le ko mamàtse ty mpifehe’ ondati’oo.
29 Full produce your and juice your not you must delay [the] firstborn of sons your you will give to me.
Ko mihenekeneke tsy hibanabana ty lengom-boan-kavokaran-tete’o naho ty lengom-pipineha’o. Atoloro ahiko ty tañoloñoloña’o.
30 Thus you will do to ox your to sheep your seven days it will be with mother its on the day eighth you will give it to me.
Ano izay ka o añombe’oo naho o añondri’oo: ho fito andro an-drene’e re vaho atoloro ahiko ami’ty andro faha-valo.
31 And people of holiness you will be! of me and flesh in the field a torn animal not you must eat to the dog[s] you will throw! it.
Hondaty miavake amako nahareo; aa le ko kamae’ areo ze nofotse rinimitem-biby an-kivoke ey, fa ahifiho amo amboao.
