< Exodus 19 >

1 In the month third of [the] going out of [the] people of Israel from [the] land of Egypt on the day this they came [the] wilderness of Sinai.

2 And they set out from Rephidim and they came [the] wilderness of Sinai and they encamped in the wilderness and it encamped there Israel before the mountain.
Fa niakara’ iareo ty Refidime le nipok’ am-patrambei’ i Sinay vaho nitobe an-dratraratra ey. Aa le nañialo aolo’ i vohitsey t’Israele.
3 And Moses he went up to God and he called to him Yahweh from the mountain saying thus you will say to [the] house of Jacob so you may tell to [the] people of Israel.
Niañambone mb’ aman’ Añahare mb’eo amy zao t’i Mosè, le nikanjy aze boak’ am-bohitsey t’Iehovà ami’ty hoe, Ty hoe ty ho saon­tsie’o amy hasavereña’ Iakòbey vaho ty hatao’o amo ana’ Israeleo:
4 You you have seen [that] which I did to Egypt and I carried you on wings of eagles and I brought you to myself.
Fa niisa’ areo ty nanoeko amy Mitsraime naho nibabeako añ’elam-bantio ninday anahareo mb’amako mb’atoy.
5 And therefore certainly [if] you will listen to voice my and you will keep covenant my and you will be of me a possession from all the peoples for [belongs] to me all the earth.
Ie amy zao naho toe janjiñe’ areo ty feoko naho mañambeñe i fañinakoy, le ho vàrako miambake te amy ze hene ondaty. Fonga ahiko ty tane toy.
6 And you you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a nation holy these [are] the words which you will speak to [the] people of Israel.
Le ho fifeheam-pisoroñe amako naho fifelehañe miavake nahareo. Izay ty entañe ho saontsie’o amo ana’ Israeleo.
7 And he went Moses and he summoned [the] elders of the people and he set before them all the words these which he had commanded him Yahweh.
Aa le nimb’eo t’i Mosè nikoike o androanavi’ ondatio vaho natrefe’e am’ iereo i nampitsara’ Iehovà azey.
8 And they answered all the people together and they said all that he has spoken Yahweh we will do and he brought back Moses [the] words of the people to Yahweh.
Le fonga nanoiñe an-kapindre ondatio, ty hoe, Ho henefa’ay ze tsinara’ Iehovà. Aa le nabali’ i Mosè am’ Iehovà i saontsi’ ondatioy.
9 And he said Yahweh to Moses here! I [am] about to come to you in [the] dark cloud of the cloud in order that may hear the people when speak I with you and also in you they will trust for ever and he told Moses [the] words of the people to Yahweh.
Le hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè, Hehe, te miheo mb’ama’o an-drahoñe milodolodo ao iraho, soa t’ie mivolañe, le ho janjiñe’ ondatio irehe vaho hatokisa’ iareo nainai’e. Ie tinaro’ i Mosè am’ Iehovà i saontsi’ ondatioy,
10 And he said Yahweh to Moses go to the people and you will consecrate them this day and tomorrow and they will wash clothes their.
le hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè, Akia mb’ am’ ondatio mb’eo naho ampiavaho te anito naho hamaray vaho ampanasao iareo o lamba’eo.
11 And they will be prepared for the day third for - on the day third he will come down Yahweh to [the] eyes of all the people on [the] mountain of Sinai.
Le ampihentseño ho ami’ty andro faha-telo fa herone ty hizo­tsoa’ Iehovà am-Bohi-Sinay am-pahaisaha’ ze hene ondaty.
12 And you will set a boundary for the people all around saying take heed to yourselves to go up on the mountain and to touch edge its every [one who] touches the mountain certainly he will be put to death.
Ampiarikoboño efetsefetse ty am’ondatio ty vohitse toy vaho ano ty hoe, Mitaoa tsy hiañambone mb’ambohitsey le ko tsapaeñe ty indra’e, fa havetrake ze mitsapa o vohi­tseo.
13 Not it will touch him a hand for certainly he will be stoned to death or certainly he will be shot whether an animal or a human not it will live when sounds the ram's horn they they will go up on the mountain.
Tsy ho tsapaem-pitàñe, fa ho fetsaham-bato ndra tomboheñe ndra t’ie ondaty ndra biby, fa tsy ho veloñe. Naho mivolañe i antsivay le hitotoke amy vohitsey iereo.
14 And he went down Moses from the mountain to the people and he consecrated the people and they washed clothes their.
Aa le nizotso i vohitsey mb’ am’ ondatio t’i Mosè naho nampiavahe’e ondatio vaho nanasa lamba iereo.
15 And he said to the people be prepared to three days may not you draw near to a woman.
Le hoe re am’ ondatio, Mihentseña ho ami’ ty herone, le ko mitotoke ami’ty valy.
16 And it was on the day third when came the morning and it was thunder claps and lightning and a cloud heavy on the mountain and [the] sound of a ram's horn strong very and it trembled all the people which [was] in the camp.
Ie maraindrai’ i andro faha­teloy, le niparapapiake ty àmpiñe miharo helatse vaho ty rahoñe jabajaba amy vohitsey, le akore ty fipoñafa’ i antsivay kanao hene nihondrahondra ondaty an-tobeo.
17 And he led out Moses the people to meet God from the camp and they stood at [the] lower part of the mountain.
Nendese’ i Mosè niakatse i tobey ondatio hifañaoñ’ aman’ Añahare le nijohañe ambane’ i vohitsey.
18 And [the] mountain of Sinai it was smoking all of it because that he had come down on it Yahweh in fire and it went up smoke its like [the] smoke of furnace and it trembled all the mountain exceedingly.
Kinolopon-katoeñe amy zao i vohi­tsey amy te nizotso ama’e ami’ty afo t’Iehovà; le nifororoake nañambone manahake ty hatoe’ o votrim-birìke sodorañeo ty hatoeñe vaho niozoñozoñe mafe i vohitsey.
19 And it was [the] sound of the ram's horn going and strong very Moses he spoke and God he answered him with a voice.
Ie nitolom-pipopo ty feo i antsivay, nihamatsiañe, le nisaontsy t’i Mosè vaho nanoiñe an-kotroke t’i Andria­nañahare.
20 And he came down Yahweh on [the] mountain of Sinai to [the] top of the mountain and he summoned Yahweh Moses to [the] top of the mountain and he went up Moses.
Ie nizotso mb’amy Vohi-Sinaiy mb’eo t’Iehovà, ambone’ i vohitsey eo, le kinanji’ Iehovà t’i Mosè hiañambone’ i vohitsey vaho niañambone mb’eo t’i Mosè.
21 And he said Yahweh to Moses go down warn the people lest they should break through to Yahweh to see and it will fall of it many.
Le hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè, Mizotsoa mb’eo le hatahatao ondatio tsy mone hisosoke mb’eo hisamba Iehovà; vaho hifitafita eo ty maro.
22 And also the priests who draw near to Yahweh they will make themselves holy lest he should break out against them Yahweh.
Le tsi-mete tsy mañefe-batañe hey o mpisoroñeo te hañarine Iehovà hera hiboroboñak’ ama’e t’Iehovà.
23 And he said Moses to Yahweh not it is able the people to go up to [the] mountain of Sinai for you you warned us saying set a boundary for the mountain and you will consecrate it.
Hoe t’i Mosè amy Iehovà, Tsy mete ondatio ty homb’ am-Bohi-Sinay mb’ atoy; amy te Ihe ro nañatahata anay ami’ty hoe, Ampijadoño efetse hañarikatoke i vohi­tsey vaho ampiambaho.
24 And he said to him Yahweh go go down and you will come up you and Aaron with you and the priests and the people may not they break through to come up to Yahweh lest he should break out against them.
Hoe t’Iehovà ama’e, Akia, mizotsoa, le mañambonea mb’ etoy, ihe mindre amy Aharone; le ko ado’o hiboroboñake hiañambone mb’am’ Iehovà o mpiaoloo ndra ondatio; tsy mone hitorotosira’e.
25 And he went down Moses to the people and he spoke to them.
Aa le nizotso mb’am’ ondatio mb’eo t’i Mosè ninday i tsaray.
