Exodus 16
1 And they set out from Elim and they came all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel to [the] wilderness of Sin which [is] between Elim and between Sinai on [the] fif-teen day of the month second of going out their from [the] land of Egypt.
Ami’ty andro fahafolo lime ambi’ i volam-paha-roe niavota’ iareo an-tane Mitsraimey, le nañavelo boak’ Elime ty valobohò’ Israele vaho nivotrak’ am-patrambei’ i Sine añivo’ i Elime naho i Sinày.
2 (And they grumbled *Q(K)*) all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel on Moses and on Aaron in the wilderness.
Nitoreo amy Mosè naho i Aharone am-patrambey ao i valobohò’ Israeley;
3 And they said to them [the] people of Israel who? will he give died we by [the] hand of Yahweh in [the] land of Egypt when sat we at [the] pot of the meat when ate we food to abundance for you have brought out us into the wilderness this to put to death all the assembly this by hunger.
le nanoa’ o ana’ Israeleo ty hoe, Hamake te navetram-pità’ Iehovà an-tane Mitsraime ao, ie nitoboke marine’ o valañen-kenao vaho nikama mahakama ampara’ te nietsake; fe nasese’o ampatrambey atoy ty fivoribey toy ho zamane’o an-kasalikoañe.
4 And he said Yahweh to Moses here I [am] about to rain down for you bread from the heavens and it will go out the people and they will gather a matter of a day in day its so that I should put to [the] test it ¿ will it walk in law my or? not.
Le hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè, Ingo, hampikojojoahako mahakama boak’ andikerañe añe vaho hiavotse mb’eo boak’ andro ondatio hanontoñe i tsaraeñey, ze mahatsàke i àndroy, hitsohako iareo, ke hañaveloa’ iareo i Hake natolokoy ke ts’ie.
5 And it will be on the day sixth and they will prepare [that] which they will bring and it will be double to [that] which they will gather day - day.
Ie amy andro fah’ eneñey le halankañe’ iereo o natonto’eo, fa ho indroe’ty famoria’ iareo boak’ andro.
6 And he said Moses and Aaron to all [the] people of Israel evening and you will know that Yahweh he brought out you from [the] land of Egypt.
Aa le hoe t’i Mosè naho i Aharone amo hene ana’ Israeleo, Ho fohi’ areo hariva te Iehovà ty nañavotse anahareo an-tane Mitsraimey,
7 And morning and you will see [the] glory of Yahweh because has heard he grumblings your on Yahweh and [are] we what? that (you will cause to grumble *Q(K)*) on us.
le ie maraindray ho isa’ areo ty enge’ Iehovà, fa jinanji’e ty fitoreo’ areo am’ Iehovà. Aa inon-jahay te itoreova’ areo?
8 And he said Moses when gives Yahweh to you in the evening meat to eat and bread in the morning to be satisfied because has heard Yahweh grumblings your which you [are] grumbling on him and [are] we what? not [are] on us grumblings your for on Yahweh.
Le hoe t’i Mosè, hanjotsoa’ Iehovà hena ho kamae’ areo te hariva naho mahakama mahaanjañe te maraindraiñe, amy te janji’ Iehovà ty fimenomeno’ areo te miñeoñeoñe—fa inon-jahay? Tsy ama’ay ty fiñeoñeo’ areo fa am’ Iehovà.
9 And he said Moses to Aaron say to all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel draw near before Yahweh for he has heard grumblings your.
Le hoe t’i Mosè amy Aharone, Saontsio o valobohò’ Israeleo, Miharinea am’ Iehovà, fa jinanji’e ty fitoreo’ areo.
10 And it was when spoke Aaron to all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel and they turned to the wilderness and there! [the] glory of Yahweh it appeared in the cloud.
Aa naho nilañoñe amy valobohò’ Israeley t’i Aharone, ie nitolike mb’ ampatrambey eñe, ingo, niboak’ amy rahoñey ty enge’ Iehovà.
11 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
Nitsara amy Mosè t’Iehovà nanao ty hoe,
12 I have heard [the] grumblings of [the] people of Israel speak to them saying between the two evenings you will eat meat and in the morning you will be satisfied bread and you will know that I [am] Yahweh God your.
Fa tsinanoko ty fitoreova’ o ana’ Israeleo; aa le taroño am’ iereo ty hoe, hikama hena iereo te hariva, naho ho ànja-mahakama iereo te maraindray vaho hapota’ areo te Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
13 And it was in the evening and it came up the quail and it covered the camp and in the morning it was [the] layer of the dew around the camp.
Ie amy harivay, nionjom-b’eo o hatrakatrakeo nañatseke i tobey; le ie maraindraiñe hoe nizotsoan-jono ty añ’ariari’ i tobey.
14 And it went up [the] layer of dew and there! [was] on [the] surface of the wilderness thin [stuff] flake-like thin [stuff] like frost on the ground.
Ie nionjoñe i zonoy, le ingo ty raha bory nilamak’ am-patrambey ey, hoe sisi’e, matify hoe tihin-tà an-tane eo.
15 And they saw [the] people of Israel and they said each to brother his what? [is] it for not they knew what? [was] it and he said Moses to them it [is] the bread which he has given Yahweh to you to food.

16 This [is] the word which he commands Yahweh gather some of it everyone to [the] mouth of food his an omer for the head [the] number of people your everyone for [those] who [are] in tent his you will take.
Inao ty nandilia’ Iehovà: Atontono ty hikama’areo, sindre omere raike, ty ami’ty ia’ ondati’o, sindre hangalake ty mahaeneñe.
17 And they did so [the] people of Israel and they gathered [it] the [one who] made much and the [one who] made little.
Nanoe’ o ana’ Israeleo izay, le namory, teo ty nanontoñe maro, teo ty nanontoñe kede.
18 And they measured [it] by the omer and not he had a surplus the [one who] made much and the [one who] made little not he had a lack everyone to [the] mouth of food his they had gathered.
Aa ie nikapoahe’ iareo ami’ty omere, le tsy nanisa ty nanontoñe maro vaho tsy niereñe ty nanontoñe potrapotra’e, songa nanontoñe ty nahaeneñe aze.
19 And he said Moses to them everyone may not him leave over any of it until morning.
Le hoe ty nanoa’ i Mosè, Asoao tsy hanisaeñe ty maraiñe.
20 And not they listened to Moses and they left over people some of it until morning and it became rotten worms and it stank and he was angry towards them Moses.
Fe tsy hinao’ iareo t’i Mosè, teo ty nanisa ami’ty maraiñe, le nipoahan’ oletse vaho nitrotròtse. Aa le niviñera’ i Mosè.
21 And they gathered it in the morning in the morning everyone according to [the] mouth of food his and it was warm the sun and it melted.
Boa-maraiñe ty natonto’ iareo, ty amo falie mikamao; ie nipisañe ty àndro le nimosaoñe.
22 And it was - on the day sixth they gathered bread of double two omer[s] for the one and they came all [the] leaders of the congregation and they told to Moses.
Fa ami’ty andro fah’ eneñe, songa nitoha indroe’ ty mahakama’e, sindre omere roe vaho hene niheo mb’eo o androanavi’ i fivoribeiio nitalily amy Mosè,
23 And he said to them it [is that] which he said Yahweh a sabbath observance a sabbath of holiness to Yahweh [is] tomorrow [that] which you will bake bake and [that] which you will boil boil and all the surplus leave for yourselves for keeping until the morning.
le hoe re am’ iereo, Hoe ty nitsarae’ Iehovà: Fitofàñe ty hamaray, Sabata masiñe am’ Iehovà; atoñaho ze hatoña’ areo naho ahandrò ze ahandroeñe te anito, le amiho ho ami’ty maraiñe.
24 And they left it until the morning just as he had commanded Moses and not it stank and a maggot not it was in it.
Aa le namike ho ami’ty maraiñe, amy nitoroa’ i Mosèy fa tsy nimantiñe vaho tsy aman-oletse.
25 And he said Moses eat it this day for [is] a sabbath this day to Yahweh this day not you will find it in the field.
Hoe t’i Mosè, Mikama anito, fa Fitofañe am’ Iehovà ty androany vaho tsy ho zoeñe an-kivok’ añe izay te anito.
26 Six days you will gather it and on the day seventh a sabbath not it will be in it.
Eneñ’ andro ty hanontona’ areo, f’ie tsy ho tendreke ami’ty andro fahafito, ie Sabata.
27 And it was on the day seventh they went out some of the people to gather [it] and not they found [it].
Ie amy andro fahafitoy, teo t’indaty nitoha fe tsy naharendreke.
28 And he said Yahweh to Moses until when? have you refused to keep commandments my and laws my.
Hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè, Pak’ ombia ty mbe hifoneña’ areo tsy hañorike o lilikoo naho i Fetsekoy?
29 Consider that Yahweh he has given to you the sabbath there-fore he [is] giving to you on the day sixth bread of two days remain - everyone in place his may not him go out anyone from place his on the day seventh.
Inao, te natolo’ Iehovà anahareo ty Sabotse; izay ty anjotsoa’e amy andro fahaeneñey ty mofo mahatsàk’ andro roe. Songa midok’ an-toe’e, Ko apo’o ndra iaia hiavotse amy toe’e ami’ty andro faha-fito.
30 And they rested the people on the day seventh.
Aa le songa nitofa ami’ty andro faha-fito ondatio.
31 And they called [the] household of Israel name its manna and it [was] like [the] seed of coriander white and taste its [was] like a wafer with honey.
Natao’ o ana’ Israeleo màne i mofoy. Nifoty hoe kabaro maike naho hoe mofo pisake nanoeñe an-tantele.
32 And he said Moses this [is] the word which he commands Yahweh [the] fullness of the omer of it [will be] for keeping to generations your so that - they may see the bread which I caused to eat you in the wilderness when brought out I you from [the] land of Egypt.
Hoe t’i Mosè, Zao ty linili’ Iehovà, Añatsafo omere raik’ ama’e, hahaja ho amo tarira’areo mifandimbeo, hahaoniña’ iereo i mahakama namahanako anahareo am-patrambey ao t’ie nampiengàko an-tane Mitsraimey.
33 And he said Moses to Aaron take a jar one and put there [the] fullness of the omer manna and deposit it before Yahweh for keeping to generations your.
Le hoe t’i Mosè amy Aharone, Andrambeso korojy le agodoño ao ty màne mahatsàke ty omere vaho ahajao añatrefa’ Iehovà ho fihaja amo tarira’areoo.
34 Just as he had commanded Yahweh to Moses and he deposited it Aaron before the testimony for keeping.
Amy nandilia’ Iehovà i Mosèy, ty nampipoha’ i Aharone aze aolo’ i fañinay ho fihaja.
35 And [the] people of Israel they ate the manna forty year[s] until came they into a land inhabited the manna they ate until came they to [the] border of [the] land of Canaan.
Nikama màne efapolo taoñe o ana’ Israeleo, ampara’ te nivotrak’ an-tane fimoneñañe añe; nikama màne ampara’ t’ie nitotsake añ’efetane Kanàne ao.
36 And the omer [is] [the] tenth [part] of the ephah it.
Toe fahafolo ty efà ty omere.
