< Exodus 16 >

1 And they set out from Elim and they came all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel to [the] wilderness of Sin which [is] between Elim and between Sinai on [the] fif-teen day of the month second of going out their from [the] land of Egypt.

2 (And they grumbled *Q(K)*) all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel on Moses and on Aaron in the wilderness.
Praezaek ah kaminawk boih mah Mosi hoi Aaron to laisaep o thuih.
3 And they said to them [the] people of Israel who? will he give died we by [the] hand of Yahweh in [the] land of Egypt when sat we at [the] pot of the meat when ate we food to abundance for you have brought out us into the wilderness this to put to death all the assembly this by hunger.

4 And he said Yahweh to Moses here I [am] about to rain down for you bread from the heavens and it will go out the people and they will gather a matter of a day in day its so that I should put to [the] test it ¿ will it walk in law my or? not.
To naah Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah, Khenah, nangcae han van hoiah takaw kho baktiah kang zohsak han; kaminawk to caeh o nasoe loe, nito caak kakhawt ah takaw to akhui o nasoe; ka paek ih lok tahngai o maw, tahngai o ai, tito hae tiah ka tanoek han.
5 And it will be on the day sixth and they will prepare [that] which they will bring and it will be double to [that] which they will gather day - day.
Ni tarukto naah loe, ni kalah ah akhuih ih pongah kamtlai alet hnetto ah akhui o nasoe loe, suem o nasoe, tiah a naa.
6 And he said Moses and Aaron to all [the] people of Israel evening and you will know that Yahweh he brought out you from [the] land of Egypt.
To pongah Mosi hoi Aaron mah Israel kaminawk boih khaeah, Izip prae thung hoi nangcae zaehoikung loe Angraeng ni, tito vai duem ah na panoek o tih;
7 And morning and you will see [the] glory of Yahweh because has heard he grumblings your on Yahweh and [are] we what? that (you will cause to grumble *Q(K)*) on us.
akhawnbang ah doeh Angraeng lensawkhaih to na hnu o tih; na laisaep o haih to Angraeng mah thaih boeh; kaihnik loe kawbang maw ka oh hoi moe, nang laisaep o thuih? tiah a naa hoi.
8 And he said Moses when gives Yahweh to you in the evening meat to eat and bread in the morning to be satisfied because has heard Yahweh grumblings your which you [are] grumbling on him and [are] we what? not [are] on us grumblings your for on Yahweh.
Mosi mah, Angraeng mah caak han ih moi to duembang ah na paek o ueloe, akhawnbang ah zok amhah hanah takaw to na paek o tih; to naah, Na laisaep o haih lok Angraeng mah thaih boeh, tiah thuih ih lok to akoep tih; kaihnik loe kawbang maw ka oh hoi moe, nang laisaep o thuih? Laisaep kaminawk loe kaihnik laisaep thuih ai ah, Angraeng ni na laisaep o thuih, tiah a naa hoi.
9 And he said Moses to Aaron say to all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel draw near before Yahweh for he has heard grumblings your.

10 And it was when spoke Aaron to all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel and they turned to the wilderness and there! [the] glory of Yahweh it appeared in the cloud.
Aaron mah amkhueng Israel kaminawk boih khaeah lok to thuih pae, nihcae praezaek bangah doeng o naah, tamai nuiah Angraeng lensawkhaih to amtueng.
11 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah,
12 I have heard [the] grumblings of [the] people of Israel speak to them saying between the two evenings you will eat meat and in the morning you will be satisfied bread and you will know that I [am] Yahweh God your.
Israel kaminawk laisaephaih lok to ka thaih boeh; nihcae khaeah, Duembang ah moi to na caa o ueloe, akhawnbang ah takaw to zok kamhah ah na caa o tih; to naah kai loe nangcae ih Angraeng Sithaw ah ka oh, tito na panoek o tih, tiah thui paeh, tiah a naa.
13 And it was in the evening and it came up the quail and it covered the camp and in the morning it was [the] layer of the dew around the camp.
To na ni duembang ah kuikoemnawk loe nihcae ohhaih ahmuen taeng koimong ah angzoh o tahang; akhawnbang ah loe misatuh kaminawk ataihaih ahmuen taengah dantui to krak.
14 And it went up [the] layer of dew and there! [was] on [the] surface of the wilderness thin [stuff] flake-like thin [stuff] like frost on the ground.
Dantui anghmat pacoengah, khenah, praezaek ih long nui ah, dantui baktih kangbuet luet tetta kaom, hmuen to oh.
15 And they saw [the] people of Israel and they said each to brother his what? [is] it for not they knew what? [was] it and he said Moses to them it [is] the bread which he has given Yahweh to you to food.

16 This [is] the word which he commands Yahweh gather some of it everyone to [the] mouth of food his an omer for the head [the] number of people your everyone for [those] who [are] in tent his you will take.

17 And they did so [the] people of Israel and they gathered [it] the [one who] made much and the [one who] made little.
A thuih ih lok baktih toengah Israel kaminawk mah sak o; thoemto kaminawk loe kapop ah akhuih o, thoemto kaminawk mah loe zetta ah akhuih o.
18 And they measured [it] by the omer and not he had a surplus the [one who] made much and the [one who] made little not he had a lack everyone to [the] mouth of food his they had gathered.
To tiah akhui o ih manna to omer hoi tah o naah, kapop ah akhui kami doeh amtlai ai; zetta akhui kami doeh vawt ai; kami boih mah caak khawt ah akhuih o.
19 And he said Moses to them everyone may not him leave over any of it until morning.
To naah Mosi mah nihcae khaeah, Mi kawbaktih doeh akhawnbang khoek to amtlai o sak hmah, tiah a naa.
20 And not they listened to Moses and they left over people some of it until morning and it became rotten worms and it stank and he was angry towards them Moses.
Toe thoemto kaminawk mah Mosi mah thuih ih lok to tahngai o ai; akhawnbang khoek to a suek o; toe qong moe, ahmui set pae; to pongah Mosi loe nihcae nuiah palungphui.
21 And they gathered it in the morning in the morning everyone according to [the] mouth of food his and it was warm the sun and it melted.

22 And it was - on the day sixth they gathered bread of double two omer[s] for the one and they came all [the] leaders of the congregation and they told to Moses.
Ni tarukto naah loe kaminawk mah takaw baktiah alet hnetto kamtlai ah akhui o; kami maeto hanah omer hnetto akhuih o; rangpui ukkungnawk loe caeh o moe, to hmuen to Mosi khaeah thuih pae o.
23 And he said to them it [is that] which he said Yahweh a sabbath observance a sabbath of holiness to Yahweh [is] tomorrow [that] which you will bake bake and [that] which you will boil boil and all the surplus leave for yourselves for keeping until the morning.
Mosi mah nihcae khaeah, Angraeng mah, khawnbang loe kaciim Angraeng anghakhaih ni, Sabbath ah oh, to pongah hmai paaem koi hmuen to hmai paaem oh ah loe, bueh koi to buet o coek ah; kamtlai to akhawnbang khoek to kahoih ah pakuem oh, tiah a thuih, tiah a naa.
24 And they left it until the morning just as he had commanded Moses and not it stank and a maggot not it was in it.
To pongah Mosi mah thuih ih lok baktih toengah, akhawnbang caak hanah a suek o; toe hmuisae ai, qong doeh qong ai.
25 And he said Moses eat it this day for [is] a sabbath this day to Yahweh this day not you will find it in the field.
Mosi mah nihcae khaeah, to takaw to vaihniah caa oh; vaihni loe Angraeng ih Sabbath ah oh pongah, to hmuen to long ah na hnu o mak ai.
26 Six days you will gather it and on the day seventh a sabbath not it will be in it.
Ni tarukto naah akhui oh loe patung oh; toe ni sarihto Sabbath niah loe maeto doeh na hnu o mak ai, tiah a naa.
27 And it was on the day seventh they went out some of the people to gather [it] and not they found [it].
Toe thoemto kaminawk loe akhuih han caeh o nganga; toe maeto doeh hnu o ai.
28 And he said Yahweh to Moses until when? have you refused to keep commandments my and laws my.
To naah Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah, Nangcae mah nasetto maw kang paek o ih lok hoi kai ih kaalok to na aek o han vop?
29 Consider that Yahweh he has given to you the sabbath there-fore he [is] giving to you on the day sixth bread of two days remain - everyone in place his may not him go out anyone from place his on the day seventh.
Angraeng mah Sabbath to ang paek o; to pongah ni tarukto ni ah ni hnetto caak hanah takaw to ang paek o; kami boih ni sarihto naah loe angmah ohhaih ahmuen ah om o boih nasoe loe, mi doeh a ohhaih ahmuen hoi tasa bangah tacawt hmah nasoe, tiah a naa.
30 And they rested the people on the day seventh.
To pongah kaminawk loe ni sarihto naah anghak o.
31 And they called [the] household of Israel name its manna and it [was] like [the] seed of coriander white and taste its [was] like a wafer with honey.
Israel kaminawk mah to ih takaw to manna, tiah kawk o; to takaw loe coriander amu baktiah oh, anglung moe, khoitui hoi sak ih takaw baktiah luep.
32 And he said Moses this [is] the word which he commands Yahweh [the] fullness of the omer of it [will be] for keeping to generations your so that - they may see the bread which I caused to eat you in the wilderness when brought out I you from [the] land of Egypt.
Mosi mah Angraeng mah paek ih lok loe hae tiah oh; Izip prae thung hoiah kang zaeh o naah, praezaek ah kang pacah o ih takaw to angzo han koi na caanawk mah hnuk o thai hanah, manna to omer maeto kakoi ah suem oh, tiah a thuih, tiah a naa.
33 And he said Moses to Aaron take a jar one and put there [the] fullness of the omer manna and deposit it before Yahweh for keeping to generations your.
To pongah Mosi mah Aaron khaeah, Boengloeng maeto la ah loe, to thungah manna omer maeto kakoi ah thaeng ah; na caanawk han pakuem pae hanah, Angraeng hmaa ah suem ah, tiah a naa.
34 Just as he had commanded Yahweh to Moses and he deposited it Aaron before the testimony for keeping.
Angraeng mah Mosi khaeah thuih ih lok baktih toengah pakuem hanah, hnukung hmaa ah Aaron mah thaengh.
35 And [the] people of Israel they ate the manna forty year[s] until came they into a land inhabited the manna they ate until came they to [the] border of [the] land of Canaan.
Anghakhaih prae pha o ai karoek to Israel kaminawk mah saning qui palito thung manna to caak o; Kanaan prae phak khoek to manna to a caak o.
36 And the omer [is] [the] tenth [part] of the ephah it.
Ephah hato thungah maeto loe omer maeto ah oh.
