Esther 10

1 And he put the king (Ahasuerus *Q(K)*) a tax on the land and [the] islands of the sea.

तब राजा अहासूरसले आफ्नो साम्राज्य र समुद्री छेउका देशहरूमा कर लगाए ।

2 And all [the] achievement of power his and might his and [the] full account of [the] greatness of Mordecai whom he had made great him the king ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] words of the days of [the] kings of Media and Persia.

तिनको शक्ति र ताकतका सबै प्राप्‍तिसाथै राजाले उच्‍च दर्जा दिएका मोर्दकैको महानताको पूर्ण विवरण मादी र फारसका राजाहरूका इतिहासको पुस्तकमा लेखिएका छन् ।

3 For - Mordecai the Jew [was] second to the king Ahasuerus and [was] great to the Jews and was acceptable to [the] multitude of brothers his seeking good for people his and speaking peace to all offspring his.

यहूदी मोर्दकै राजा अहासूरसको दोस्रो दर्जामा थिए । तिनी यहूदीहरूका बिचमा महान् थिए, र तिनका धेरै जना यहूदी दाजुभाइका माझमा लोकप्रिय थिए, किनकि तिनले आफ्नो जातिको भलाइ गरे र आफ्ना सबै मानिसको शान्तिको पक्षमा बोले ।
