Ecclesiastes 11
1 Send bread your on [the] surface of the waters for in [the] abundance of days you will find it.
Laß dein Brot übers Wasser fahren, denn im Verlauf vieler Tage wirst du es wieder bekommen.
2 Give a portion to seven and also to eight for not you know what? will it be calamity on the earth.
Zerlege den Teil in sieben, ja in acht, denn du weißt nicht, was für Unglück auf Erden sein wird.
3 If they will be filled the clouds rain on the earth they will pour [it] out and whether it falls a tree at the south and or at the north [the] place where it falls the tree there it will be.
Wenn sich die Wolken mit Regen füllen, so leeren sie ihn auf die Erde aus; und fällt ein Baum im Süden oder im Norden, - da, wo der Baum fällt, da bleibt er liegen.
4 [one who] watches for A wind not he will sow and [one who] looks on the clouds not he will reap.
Wer auf den Wind achtet, säet nicht, und wer auf die Wolken sieht, erntet nicht.
5 Just as not you [are] knowing what? [is] [the] way of the wind like bones in [the] womb of the full [woman] thus not you know [the] work of God who he makes everything.
Gleichwie du nicht weißt, welches der Weg des Windes ist, und wie die Gebeine im Leibe der Schwangeren entstehen, also kennst du auch das Werk Gottes nicht, der alles wirkt.
6 In the morning sow seed your and to the evening may not you give rest to hand your for not you [are] knowing where? this will it succeed ¿ this or? this and or? [will] both of them as one [be] good.
Am Morgen streue deinen Samen und gegen Abend laß deine Hand nicht ruhen; denn du weißt nicht, welches gelingen wird, ob dies oder jenes, oder ob beides zusammen gut geraten wird.
7 And [is] sweet the light and [is] good for the eyes to see the sun.
Und süß ist das Licht, und wohlthuend ist's für die Augen, die Sonne zu sehen.
8 That except years [surely] a multitude will live person in all of them let him be take pleasure and he may remember [the] days of darkness for [surely] many will be all that has come [is] futility.
Denn, wenn der Mensch viele Jahre lebt, soll er sich in ihnen allen freuen und der Tage der Finsternis gedenken, daß ihrer viele sein werden: alles, was kommt, ist eitel.
9 Rejoice O young man in youth your and let it make good you heart your in [the] days of youth your and walk in [the] ways of heart your and in [the] sight of eyes your and know that on all these [things] he will bring you God in judgment.
Freue dich, Jüngling, in deiner Jugend und laß dein Herz guter Dinge sein in deinen Jünglingstagen und wandle, wohin es dein Herz zieht, und nach dem, was deine Augen schauen, aber wisse, daß dich Gott um dies alles ins Gericht bringen wird.
10 And remove vexation from heart your and put away evil from flesh your for youth and the black hair [are] futility.
Und entferne Unmut von deinem Herzen und halte deinem Leibe das Übel fern; denn die Jugend und die schwarzen Haare sind eitel.
