Deuteronomy 29
1 These [are] [the] words of the covenant which he commanded Yahweh Moses to make with [the] people of Israel in [the] land of Moab besides the covenant which he had made with them at Horeb.
౧యెహోవా హోరేబులో ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో చేసిన నిబంధన కాకుండా ఆయన మోయాబు దేశంలో వారితో చెయ్యమని మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన నిబంధన మాటలు ఇవే.
2 And he summoned Moses all Israel and he said to them you you have seen all that he did Yahweh to eyes your in [the] land of Egypt to Pharaoh and to all servants his and to all land his.
౨మోషే ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలందరినీ సమకూర్చి వారితో ఇలా చెప్పాడు. “యెహోవా మీ కళ్ళ ఎదుట ఐగుప్తు దేశంలో ఫరోకు, అతని సేవకులందరికీ అతని దేశమంతటికీ చేసినదంతా,
3 The trials great which they saw eyes your the signs and the wonders great those.
౩అంటే తీవ్రమైన ఆ బాధలూ సూచకక్రియలూ, అద్భుత కార్యాలూ మీరు చూశారు.
4 And not he has given Yahweh to you a heart to know and eyes to see and ears to hear until the day this.
౪అయినప్పటికీ గ్రహించే హృదయాన్నీ చూసే కళ్ళనూ వినే చెవులనూ ఇప్పటికీ యెహోవా మీకు ఇవ్వలేదు.
5 And I led you forty year[s] in the wilderness not they wore out clothes your from on you and sandal your not it wore out from on foot your.
౫నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను అని మీరు తెలుసుకొనేలా 40 ఏళ్ళు నేను మిమ్మల్ని ఎడారిలో నడిపించాను. మీ దుస్తులు మీ ఒంటి మీద పాతబడలేదు. మీ చెప్పులు మీ కాళ్ల కింద అరిగిపోలేదు.
6 Bread not you ate and wine and strong drink not you drank so that you may know that I [am] Yahweh God your.
౬మీరు రొట్టెలు తినలేదు, ద్రాక్షారసం గానీ, మద్యం గానీ తాగలేదు.
7 And you came to the place this and he came out Sihon [the] king of Heshbon and Og [the] king of Bashan to meet us for battle and we defeated them.
౭మీరు ఈ ప్రాంతానికి చేరినప్పుడు హెష్బోను రాజు సీహోను, బాషాను రాజు ఓగు మనపై దండెత్తినప్పుడు
8 And we took land their and we gave it for an inheritance to the Reubenite[s] and to the Gadite[s] and to [the] half of [the] tribe of the Manassite[s].
౮మనం వారిని హతమార్చి వాళ్ళ దేశాలను స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని రూబేను, గాదు, మనష్షే అర్థగోత్రాల వాళ్లకు వారసత్వంగా ఇచ్చాము.
9 And you will keep [the] words of the covenant this and you will do them so that you may cause to prosper all that you will do!
౯కాబట్టి మీరు చేసేదంతా సవ్యంగా జరిగేలా ఈ నిబంధన కట్టడలు పాటించి, వాటి ప్రకారం ప్రవర్తించండి.
10 You [are] standing this day all of you before Yahweh God your chiefs your tribes your elders your and officials your every man of Israel.
౧౦మీరంతా ఈ రోజు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా ఎదుట నిలబడ్డారు. ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల్లో ప్రతివాడూ,
11 Little one[s] your wives your and sojourner your who [is] in [the] midst of camps your from [the] cutter of wood your unto [the] drawer of water your.
౧౧అంటే మీ నాయకులూ, గోత్రాల ప్రజలూ, పెద్దలూ, అధికారులూ, పిల్లలూ, మీ భార్యలూ మీ శిబిరంలో ఉన్న పరదేశులూ, కట్టెలు నరికేవాడు మొదలుకుని మీకు నీళ్లు తోడేవారి వరకూ అందరూ ఇక్కడ నిలబడ్డారు.
12 To pass on you in [the] covenant of Yahweh God your and in oath his which Yahweh God your [is] making with you this day.
౧౨మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మీకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్టు, మీ పితరులైన అబ్రాహాము ఇస్సాకు యాకోబులతో ప్రమాణం చేసిన విధంగా
13 So as to establish you this day - of him to a people and he he will become for you God just as he spoke to you and just as he swore to ancestors your to Abraham to Isaac and to Jacob.
౧౩ఈ రోజు మిమ్మల్ని తన స్వంత ప్రజగా నియమించుకుని తానే మీకు దేవుడుగా ఉండాలని మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సంకల్పించాడు. ఈనాడు మీకు నియమిస్తున్న మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నిబంధనలో, ఆయన ప్రమాణం చేసిన దానిలో మీరు పాలు పొందడానికి ఇక్కడ నిలబడ్డారు.
14 And not with you to alone you I [am] making the covenant this and the oath this.
౧౪నేను ఈ నిబంధన, ఈ ప్రమాణం చేసేది మీతో మాత్రమే కాదు, ఇక్కడ మనతో, మన దేవుడైన యెహోవా ఎదుట నిలబడిన వాళ్ళతో
15 For with [the one] who there he here with us [is] standing this day before Yahweh God our and with [the one] who there not he here [is] with us this day.
౧౫ఇక్కడ ఈ రోజు మనతో కూడ కలవని వారితో కూడా చేస్తున్నాను.
16 For you you know this: we dwelt in [the] land of Egypt and this: we passed in [the] midst of the nations which you passed through.
౧౬మనం ఐగుప్తు దేశంలో ఎలా నివసించామో, మీరు దాటి వచ్చిన ప్రజల మధ్యనుంచి మనమెలా దాటివచ్చామో మీకు తెలుసు.
17 And you saw detestable things their and idols their wood and stone silver and gold which [were] with them.
౧౭వారి నీచమైన పనులూ, కర్ర, రాయి, వెండి, బంగారంతో చేసిన విగ్రహాలను మీరు చూశారు.
18 Lest there [be] among you a man or a woman or a clan or a tribe who heart his [is] turning away this day from with Yahweh God our to go to serve [the] gods of the nations those lest there [be] among you a root bearing fruit poison and wormwood.
౧౮ఆ దేశాల ప్రజల దేవుళ్ళను పూజించడానికి మన దేవుడైన యెహోవా దగ్గర నుంచి తొలగే హృదయం, మీలో ఏ పురుషునికీ ఏ స్త్రీకీ ఏ కుటుంబానికీ ఏ గోత్రానికీ ఉండకూడదు. అలాంటి చేదైన విషం పుట్టించే మూలాధారం మీమధ్య ఉండకూడదు.
19 And it will be when hears he [the] words of the oath this and he will bless himself in heart his saying peace it will belong to me for in [the] stubbornness of heart my I walk so as to sweep away the watered [ground] with the thirsty [ground].
౧౯అలాంటివాడు ఈ శిక్ష విధులు విన్నప్పుడు, తన హృదయంలో తనను తాను పొగడుకుంటూ ‘నేను నా హృదయాన్ని కఠినం చేసుకుంటున్నాను, నాకు క్షేమమే కలుగుతుంది’ అనుకుంటాడు.
20 Not he will be willing Yahweh to forgive him for then it will smoke [the] anger of Yahweh and jealousy his on the man that and it will lie down on him every oath that is written in the book this and he will wipe out Yahweh name his from under the heavens.
౨౦యెహోవా అలాంటివాణ్ణి క్షమించడు. యెహోవా కోపం, రోషం అతని మీద రగులుకుంటుంది. ఈ గ్రంథంలో రాసి ఉన్న శాపాలన్నీ వాడికి ప్రాప్తిస్తాయి. యెహోవా అతని పేరు ఆకాశం కింద ఉండకుండాా తుడిచి వేస్తాడు.
21 And he will separate him Yahweh for harm from all [the] tribes of Israel according to all [the] oaths of the covenant that is written in [the] book of the law this.
౨౧ఈ ధర్మశాస్త్ర గ్రంథంలో రాసి ఉన్న నిబంధన శాపాలన్నిటి ప్రకారం శిక్షించడానికి యెహోవా ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల గోత్రాలన్నిటిలో నుంచి అతణ్ణి వెళ్ళ గొట్టేస్తాడు.
22 And it will say the generation later children your who they will arise from after you and the foreigner who he will come from a land distant and they will see [the] plagues of the land that and diseases its which he has made sick Yahweh it.
౨౨కాబట్టి రాబోయే తరం వారు, మీ తరువాత పుట్టే మీ సంతానం, చాలా దూరం నుంచి వచ్చే పరాయి దేశీయులు మీ దేశానికి యెహోవా రప్పించిన తెగుళ్లనూ రోగాలనూ చూస్తారు.
23 [is] sulfur And salt a burning waste all land its not it is sown and not it causes to grow and not it comes up in it any vegetation like [the] overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah Admah (and Zeboiim *Q(k)*) which he overthrew Yahweh in anger his and in rage his.
౨౩యెహోవా తన కోపోద్రేకంతో నాశనం చేసిన సొదొమ, గొమొర్రా, అద్మా, సెబోయీము పట్టణాలవలె ఆ ప్రాంతాలన్నీ గంధకంతో, ఉప్పుతో చెడిపోయి, విత్తనాలు మొలకెత్తకుండా, పంటలు పండకపోవడం చూసి,
24 And they will say all the nations concerning what? has he done Yahweh thus to the land this why? [is] [the] heat of the anger great this.
౨౪వారు యెహోవా ఈ దేశాన్ని ఎందుకిలా చేశాడు? ఇంత తీవ్రమైన కోపానికి కారణం ఏమిటి? అని చెప్పుకుంటారు.
25 And people will say on that they forsook [the] covenant of Yahweh [the] God of ancestors their which he made with them when brought out he them from [the] land of Egypt.
౨౫అప్పుడు ప్రజలు ఇలా చెబుతారు. ‘వారి పితరుల దేవుడు యెహోవా ఐగుప్తు దేశం నుంచి వారిని రప్పించిన తరువాత ఆయన తమతో చేసిన నిబంధనను వారు లక్ష్యపెట్టలేదు.
26 And they went and they served gods other and they bowed down to them gods which not they had known them and not he had assigned to them.
౨౬తమకు తెలియని అన్య దేవుళ్ళను, మొక్కవద్దని యెహోవా వారికి చెప్పిన దేవుళ్ళకు మొక్కి, పూజించారు.
27 And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on the land that to bring on it every curse that is written in the book this.
౨౭కాబట్టి ఈ గ్రంథంలో రాసిన శిక్షలన్నీ ఈ దేశం మీదికి రప్పించడానికి దాని మీద యెహోవా కోపాగ్ని రగులుకుంది.
28 And he plucked up them Yahweh from on land their in anger and in rage and in wrath great and he threw out them to a land another as the day this.
౨౮యెహోవా తన తీవ్రమైన కోపాగ్నితో, ఉగ్రతతో వాళ్ళను తమ దేశం నుంచి పెళ్ళగించి, వేరొక దేశానికి వెళ్లగొట్టాడు. ఇప్పటి వరకూ వాళ్ళు అక్కడే ఉండిపోయారు.’
29 The hidden [things] [belong] to Yahweh God our and the revealed [things] [belong] to us and to descendants our until perpetuity to do all [the] words of the law this.
౨౯రహస్యంగా ఉండే విషయాలన్నీ మన దేవుడు యెహోవాకు చెందుతాయి. అయితే మనం ఈ ధర్మశాస్త్ర విధులన్నిటి ప్రకారం నడుచుకోవడానికి మనకు వెల్లడైన సంగతులు మాత్రం ఎప్పటికీ మనకూ, మన సంతానానికీ చెందుతాయి.”
