Deuteronomy 24
1 If he will take a man a woman and he will marry her and it will be if not she will find favor in view his for he has found in her [the] nakedness of a thing and he will write for her a document of divorce and he will give [it] in hand her and he will send away her from house his.

2 And she will go out from house his and she will go and she will belong to a man another.
A, ka puta ia i tona whare, ka ahei ia te haere a ka riro hei wahine ma tetahi atu.
3 And he will hate her the man latter and he will write for her a document of divorce and he will give [it] in hand her and he will send away her from house his or if he will die the man latter who he has taken her for himself to a wife.
A, ki te kino to muri tahu ki a ia, a ka tuhituhia e ia he pukapuka whakarere ki a ia, ka hoatu hoki ki tona ringa, ka tono atu ano hoki i a ia i roto i tona whare; ki te mate ranei to muri tahu i tango nei i a ia hei wahine mana;
4 Not he will be able husband her former who he sent away her to return to take her to become of him wife after that she has been declared unclean for [is] an abomination that before Yahweh and not you will cause to sin the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you an inheritance.
E kore e ahei i te tahu tuatahi, nana nei ia i tono atu, te tango ano i a ia hei wahine mana i muri i tona whakapokenga; he mea whakarihariha hoki tena ki te aroaro o Ihowa; kaua ano hoki e mea kia whai hara te whenua i hoatu nei e Ihowa, e tou A tua, ki a koe hei kainga tupu.
5 If he will take man a wife new not he will go out with the army and not it will pass on him to any thing free he will be to house his a year one and he will cause to rejoice wife his whom he has taken.
Ki te tango te tangata i te wahine hou, kaua ia e haere ki te whawhai, kaua ano hoki tetahi mahi e whakaritea mana: me noho noa ia i tona whare kia kotahi tau, whakahari ai i te ngakau o tana wahine i tango ai.
6 Not anyone will take as pledge a hand-mill and an upper millstone for a life that [is] taking as pledge.
Kaua e tangohia e te tangata to raro kohatu, to runga kohatu ranei o te mira, hei taunaha: he tango hoki tena i te oranga o te tangata hei taunaha.
7 If he will be found anyone stealing a person any of countrymen his any of [the] people of Israel and he will treat as a slave him and he will sell him and he will die the thief that and you will remove the evil from midst your.
Ki te mau tetahi tangata e tahae ana i tetahi o ona teina o nga tama a Iharaira, hei pononga mana, hei hoko ranei mana, me mate taua tahae: a ka whakakorea atu e koe te kino i roto i a koe.
8 Take heed to [the] plague of serious skin disease to take care exceedingly and to do according to all that they will instruct you the priests the Levites just as I commanded them you will take care to do.
Kia mahara, i nga panga mai o te repera, kia whakaritea marietia, kia mahia nga mea katoa e ako ai nga tohunga, nga Riwaiti, ki a koutou: kia mahara kia mahia taku i whakahau ai ki a ratou.
9 Remember [that] which he did Yahweh God your to Miriam on the way when came out you from Egypt.

10 If you will lend to neighbor your a loan of anything not you will go into house his to take as pledge pledge his.

11 On the outside you will stand and the person whom you [are] lending to him he will bring out to you the pledge the outside towards.
Me tu atu koe i waho, a ma te tangata i a ia nei tau mea, e kawe mai te taunaha ki a koe ki waho.
12 And if [is] a person poor he not you will lie down in pledge his.
Otiia mehemea he rawakore taua tangata, kei moe koe me te takoto tahi mai tana taunaha:
13 Certainly you will return to him the pledge when goes the sun and he will lie down in garment his and he will bless you and to you it will belong righteousness before Yahweh God your.
Me tino whakahoki atu e koe te taunaha ki a ia ina toene te ra, kia moe ai ia i roto i tona kakahu, a ka manaaki i a koe: a ka waiho hei tika mou ki te aroaro o Ihowa, o tou Atua.
14 Not you must oppress a hired laborer poor and needy one of countrymen your or one of sojourner[s] your who [is] in land your in gates your.

15 On day its you will pay wage[s] his and not it will go on him the sun for [is] poor he and to it he [is] lifting up desire his and not he will call out on you to Yahweh and it will be on you sin.

16 Not they will be put to death parents on children and children not they will be put to death on parents (anyone *L(abh)*) for own sin his they will be put to death.
E kore e whakamatea nga matua mo te he o nga tamariki, e kore ano hoki e whakamatea nga tamariki mo te he o nga matua: mo tona ake hara ano e whakamatea ai tena tangata, tena.
17 Not you will turn aside [the] justice of a sojourner a fatherless one and not you will take as pledge [the] garment of a widow.
Kei whakapeaua ketia e koe te whakawa mo te manene, mo te pani ranei; kaua ano hoki e tangohia te kakahu o te pouaru hei taunaha:
18 And you will remember that a slave you were in Egypt and he redeemed you Yahweh God your from there there-fore I [am] commanding you to do the thing this.
Engari kia mahara he pononga koe i Ihipa, a na Ihowa, na tou Atua, koe i whakaora mai i reira: koia ahau i whakahau ai i a koe ki te mea i tenei mea.
19 If you will harvest harvest your in field your and you will forget a sheaf in the field not you will return to fetch it to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong so that he may bless you Yahweh God your in all [the] work of hands your.

20 If you will beat olive tree your not you will go over [the] boughs behind you to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong.
E taia e koe tau oriwa, kaua e hoki ano ki nga manga ketu ai: waiho ma te manene, ma te pani, ma te pouaru.
21 For you will gather grapes vineyard your not you will glean behind you to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong.
E whakiia e koe nga karepe o tau mara waina, kaua e hamua i muri i a koe: waiho ma te manene, ma te pani, ma te pouaru.
22 And you will remember that a slave you were in [the] land of Egypt there-fore I [am] commanding you to do the thing this.
