Deuteronomy 24
1 If he will take a man a woman and he will marry her and it will be if not she will find favor in view his for he has found in her [the] nakedness of a thing and he will write for her a document of divorce and he will give [it] in hand her and he will send away her from house his.
Когато някой вземе жена и се ожени за нея, ако тя не придобие благоволението му, защото той намира в нея нещо грозно, тогава да й напише разводно писмо, и, като го даде в ръката й, да я изпрати из къщата си.
2 And she will go out from house his and she will go and she will belong to a man another.
А тя, като излезе из къщата му, може да иде и да се омъжи за друг мъж.
3 And he will hate her the man latter and he will write for her a document of divorce and he will give [it] in hand her and he will send away her from house his or if he will die the man latter who he has taken her for himself to a wife.
Но ако я намрази и вторият мъж, та й напише разводно писмо, и като го даде в ръката й я изпрати от дома си, или ако умре вторият мъж, който я е взел за своя жена,
4 Not he will be able husband her former who he sent away her to return to take her to become of him wife after that she has been declared unclean for [is] an abomination that before Yahweh and not you will cause to sin the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you an inheritance.
то първият й мъж, който я е напуснал, не може да я вземе пак за жена, понеже е осквернена; защото това е мерзост пред Господа. Така да не направиш грях на земята, която Господ твоят Бог ти дава в наследство.
5 If he will take man a wife new not he will go out with the army and not it will pass on him to any thing free he will be to house his a year one and he will cause to rejoice wife his whom he has taken.
Ако някой се е оженил наскоро, да не отива на война, и нищо да се не натоваря на него; нека бъде свободен у дома си една година и нека весели жената която си е взел.
6 Not anyone will take as pledge a hand-mill and an upper millstone for a life that [is] taking as pledge.
Никой да не взема в залог мелница, нито горният й камък; защото с това той взема живот в залог.
7 If he will be found anyone stealing a person any of countrymen his any of [the] people of Israel and he will treat as a slave him and he will sell him and he will die the thief that and you will remove the evil from midst your.
Ако се намери някой, че е откраднал човек от братята си от израилтяните, та го е направил роб или го е продал, тогава тоя крадец да умре; така да отмахнеш злото изсред себе си.
8 Take heed to [the] plague of serious skin disease to take care exceedingly and to do according to all that they will instruct you the priests the Levites just as I commanded them you will take care to do.
Внимавай относно язвата проказа да пазиш добре и да вършиш според всичко каквото ви учат левитските свещеници; внимавайте да правите така както съм им заповядал.
9 Remember [that] which he did Yahweh God your to Miriam on the way when came out you from Egypt.
Помни що направи Господ твоят Бог на Мариам по пътя, когато излязохте из Египет.
10 If you will lend to neighbor your a loan of anything not you will go into house his to take as pledge pledge his.
Когато заемаш нещо на ближния си, да не влизаш в къщата му, за да вземеш залог за него.
11 On the outside you will stand and the person whom you [are] lending to him he will bring out to you the pledge the outside towards.
Вън да заставаш, и човекът, на когото заемаш, нека ти изнесе залога.
12 And if [is] a person poor he not you will lie down in pledge his.
И ако човекът е сиромах, да не лягаш да спиш със залога му при тебе.
13 Certainly you will return to him the pledge when goes the sun and he will lie down in garment his and he will bless you and to you it will belong righteousness before Yahweh God your.
Непременно да му върнеш залога при захождането на слънцето, за да спи той с дрехата си и да те благослови; и това ще ти се счете за правда пред Господа твоя Бог.
14 Not you must oppress a hired laborer poor and needy one of countrymen your or one of sojourner[s] your who [is] in land your in gates your.
Да не онеправдаваш някой наемник, беден и сиромах, бил той от братята ти или от отвътре градовете ти.
15 On day its you will pay wage[s] his and not it will go on him the sun for [is] poor he and to it he [is] lifting up desire his and not he will call out on you to Yahweh and it will be on you sin.
В същия ден му дай заплатата, преди да дойде слънцето, защото е сиромах и на нея се надява; за да не извика против тебе към Господа, и това да ти се счете за грях.
16 Not they will be put to death parents on children and children not they will be put to death on parents (anyone *L(abh)*) for own sin his they will be put to death.
Бащите да се не умъртвяват поради чадата, нито чадата да се умъртвяват поради бащите; всеки поради собствения си грях да бъде умъртвяван.
17 Not you will turn aside [the] justice of a sojourner a fatherless one and not you will take as pledge [the] garment of a widow.
Да не изкривяваш съдбата на чужденеца, нито на сирачето, и да не вземаш дрехата на вдовицата в залог;
18 And you will remember that a slave you were in Egypt and he redeemed you Yahweh God your from there there-fore I [am] commanding you to do the thing this.
но да помниш, че ти си бил роб в Египет и, че Господ твоят Бог те избави от там; за това Аз ти заповядвам да вършиш това нещо.
19 If you will harvest harvest your in field your and you will forget a sheaf in the field not you will return to fetch it to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong so that he may bless you Yahweh God your in all [the] work of hands your.
Когато жънеш жетвата на нивите си, ако забравиш някой сноп на нивата, да се не връщаш да го вземеш; нека бъде на чужденеца, за сирачето и за вдовицата; за да те благославя Господ твоят Бог във всичките дела на ръцете ти.
20 If you will beat olive tree your not you will go over [the] boughs behind you to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong.
Когато брулиш маслините си, да не претръсваш повторно клоните; останалото нека бъде за чужденеца, за сирачето и за вдовицата.
21 For you will gather grapes vineyard your not you will glean behind you to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong.
Когато обираш лозето си, да се не връщаш да го пребираш; останалото нека бъде за чужденеца, за сирачето и за вдовицата.
22 And you will remember that a slave you were in [the] land of Egypt there-fore I [am] commanding you to do the thing this.
Помни, че ти си бил роб в Египетската земя; за това Аз ти заповядвам да вършиш това нещо.
