Deuteronomy 22
1 Not you will see [the] ox of countryman your or sheep his going astray and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will return them to countryman your.
Jestliže bys uzřel vola aneb dobytče bratra svého, an bloudí, nepomineš jich, ale přivedeš je až k bratru svému.
2 And if not [is] near countryman your to you and not you know him and you will gather it into [the] middle of house your and it will be with you until seeks countryman your it and you will return it to him.
Byť pak nebyl blízký bratr tvůj a neznal bys ho, uvedeš je však do domu svého, a bude u tebe, dokudž by se po něm neptal bratr tvůj, a navrátíš mu je.
3 And thus you will do for donkey his and thus you will do for clothing his and thus you will do for every thing lost of countryman your which it will be lost from him and you will find it not you will be able to hide yourself.
Tolikéž učiníš s oslem jeho, s oděvem jeho, také i se všelikou věcí ztracenou bratra svého, kteráž by mu zhynula; když bys ji nalezl, nepomineš jí.
4 Not you will see [the] donkey of countryman your or ox his falling by the way and you will hide yourself from them certainly you will raise [it] up with him.
Vida osla bratra svého aneb vola jeho pod břemenem ležící na cestě, nepomineš jich, ale i hned ho s ním pozdvihneš.
5 Not it will be [the] garment[s] of a man on a woman and not he will wear a man [the] clothing of a woman for [is] [the] abomination of Yahweh God your every [one who] does these [things].
Žena nebude nositi oděvu mužského, aniž se obláčeti bude muž v roucho ženské, nebo ohavnost před Hospodinem Bohem tvým jest, kdožkoli činí to.
6 If it will be met a nest of a bird - before you by the way in any tree - or on the ground young ones or eggs and the mother [is] lying on the young ones or on the eggs not you will take the mother with the young ones.
Když bys našel hnízdo ptačí před sebou na cestě, na jakémkoli stromu aneb na zemi, s mladými neb vejci, a matka seděla by na mladých aneb na vejcích: nevezmeš matky s mladými,
7 Certainly you will let go the mother and the young ones you will take for yourself so that it may go well for you and you will prolong days.
Ale hned pustíš matku a mladé vezmeš sobě, aby tobě dobře bylo, a abys prodlil dnů svých.
8 If you will build a house new and you will make a parapet for roof your and not you will put blood on house your if he will fall [one who] falls from it.
Když bys stavěl dům nový, udělej zabradla vůkol střechy své, abys neuvedl viny krve na dům svůj, když by kdo upadl s něho.
9 Not you will sow vineyard your two kinds lest it should be set apart the full produce the seed which you will sow and [the] produce of the vineyard.
Neposeješ vinice své směsicí rozličného semene, aby nebyl poškvrněn užitek semene, kteréž jsi vsel, i ovoce vinice.
10 Not you will plow with an ox and with a donkey together.
Nebudeš orati volem a oslem spolu.
11 Not you will wear mixed stuff wool and linen together.
Neoblečeš roucha z rozdílných věcí, z vlny a lnu setkaného.
12 Tassels you will make for yourself on [the] four [the] corners of covering your which you will cover with it.
Prýmy zděláš sobě na čtyřech rozích oděvu svého, jímž se odíváš.
13 If he will take a man a wife and he will go into her and he will hate her.
Když by pojal někdo ženu, a všel by k ní, a potom měl by ji v nenávisti,
14 And he will make to her deeds of words and he will send forth on her a name bad and he will say the woman this I took and I drew near to her and not I found to her virginiti.
A dal by příčinu k řečem o ní, v zlou pověst ji obláčeje a mluvě: Ženu tuto vzal jsem, a všed k ní, nenalezl jsem jí pannou:
15 And he will take [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) and mother her and they will bring forth [the] virginiti of (the young woman *Q(k)*) to [the] elders of the city the gate towards.
Tedy otec děvečky a matka její vezmouce přinesou znamení panenství děvečky k starším města svého k bráně.
16 And he will say [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) to the elders daughter my I gave to the man this to a wife and he hated her.
A dí otec děvečky k starším: Dceru svou dal jsem muži tomuto za manželku, kterýž ji v nenávisti má.
17 And there! he he has made deeds of words saying not I found to daughter your virginiti and these [are] [the] virginiti of daughter my and they will spread out the garment before [the] elders of the city.
A hle, sám příčinu dal řečem o ní, mluvě: Nenalezl jsem při dceři tvé panenství, a teď hle, znamení panenství dcery mé. I roztáhnou roucho to před staršími města.
18 And they will take [the] elders of the city that the man and they will punish him.
Tedy starší města toho jmou muže a trestati ho budou,
19 And they will fine him a hundred silver and they will give [them] to [the] father of the young woman for he has sent forth a name bad on [the] virgin of Israel and of him she will become a wife not he will be able (to send away her *L(abh)*) all days his.
A uloží jemu pokutu sto lotů stříbra, kteréž dají otci děvečky, proto že vynesl zlou pověst proti panně Izraelské. I bude ji míti za manželku, kteréž nebude moci propustiti po všecky dny své.
20 And if truth it was the word this not they were found virginiti (for the young woman. *Q(k)*)
Jináč byla-li by pravá žaloba ta, a nebylo by nalezeno panenství při děvečce:
21 And they will bring out (the young woman *Q(k)*) to [the] entrance of [the] house of father her and they will stone her [the] men of city her with stones and she will die for she has done folly in Israel by acting as a prostitute [the] house of father her and you will remove the evil from midst your.
Tedy vyvedou děvečku ke dveřím otce jejího, a uházejí ji lidé města toho kamením, a umře; nebo dopustila se nešlechetnosti v Izraeli, smilnivši v domě otce svého. Tak odejmeš zlé z prostředku sebe.
22 If he will be found a man lying - with a woman married of a husband and they will die also both of them the man who lay with the woman and the woman and you will remove the evil from Israel.
Kdyby kdo postižen byl, že obýval s ženou manželkou cizí, tedy umrou oni oba dva, muž, kterýž obýval s tou ženou, i žena také; i odejmeš zlé z Izraele.
23 If he will be (a young woman *Q(k)*) a virgin betrothed to a man and he will find her a man in the city and he will lie with her.
Byla-li by děvečka panna zasnoubená muži, a nalezna ji někdo v městě, obýval by s ní:
24 And you will bring out both of them to [the] gate of - the city that and you will stone them with stones and they will die (the young woman *Q(k)*) on [the] thing that not she cried for help in the city and the man on [the] thing that he has humiliated [the] wife of neighbor his and you will remove the evil from midst your.
Vyvedete oba dva k bráně města toho, a uházíte je kamením, a umrou, děvečka, proto že nekřičela, jsuci v městě, a muž proto, že ponížil ženy bližního svého; a odejmeš zlé z prostředku svého.
25 And if in the open country he will find the man (the young woman *Q(k)*) betrothed and he will take hold on her the man and he will lie with her and he will die the man who lay with her to only him.
Pakli na poli nalezl by muž děvečku zasnoubenou, a násilí jí učině, obýval by s ní: smrtí umře muž ten sám,
26 (And to the young woman *Q(k)*) not you will do anything not ([belongs] to the young woman *Q(k)*) sin of death for just as he will arise someone on neighbor his and he will kill him life so the matter this.
Děvečce pak nic neučiníš. Nedopustila se hříchu hodného smrti; nebo jakož povstává někdo proti bližnímu svému a morduje život jeho, tak i při této věci.
27 That in the open country he found her she cried for help (the young woman *Q(k)*) betrothed and not a deliverer [belonged] to her.
Na poli zajisté nalezl ji; křičela děvečka zasnoubená, a žádný tu nebyl, kdo by ji vysvobodil.
28 If he will find a man (a young woman *Q(k)*) a virgin who not she is betrothed and he will seize her and he will lie with her and they will be found.
Jestliže by nalezl někdo děvečku pannu, kteráž by zasnoubena nebyla, a vezma ji, obýval by s ní, a byli by postiženi:
29 And he will give the man who lay with her to [the] father of (the young woman *Q(k)*) fifty silver and of him she will become a wife because that he has humiliated her not he will be able (to send away her *L(abh)*) all days his.
Tedy dá muž ten, kterýž by obýval s ní, otci děvečky padesáte stříbrných, a bude jeho manželka, protože ponížil jí; nebude moci jí propustiti po všecky dny své.
30 Not he will take a man [the] wife of father his and not he will uncover [the] skirt of father his.
Nevezme žádný manželky otce svého, a neodkryje podolka otce svého.
