Deuteronomy 15
1 From [the] end of seven years you will observe a remission.
১আপোনালোকে প্ৰত্যেক সাত বছৰৰ মূৰত ধাৰ ক্ষমা কৰিব।
2 And this [is] [the] manner of the remission he will remit every owner [the] loan of hand his which he will lend to neighbor his not he will press neighbor his and countryman his for someone has proclaimed a remission of Yahweh.
২সেই ধাৰ ক্ষমা কৰাৰ নিয়ম এই, প্ৰতিজন ধাৰ দিওঁতাই নিজৰ ওচৰ চুবুৰীয়াক দিয়া ধাৰ ক্ষমা কৰিব; তেওঁ নিজৰ ওচৰ-চুবুৰীয়া ভাইৰ পৰা তাক আদায় নকৰিব, কিয়নো যিহোৱাৰ ধাৰ ক্ষমাৰ সময় ঘোষণা কৰা হ’ল।
3 The foreigner you will press and [that] which it will belong to you with countryman your let it release hand your.
৩আপোনালোকে পৰজাতিৰ পৰা দাবি কৰি ঋণ আদায় কৰিব পাৰে; কিন্তু ভাইৰ ওচৰত আপোনালোকৰ যি ঋণ আছে, সেয়া এৰি দিব।
4 Nevertheless for not he will be among you a needy [person] for surely he will bless you Yahweh in the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you an inheritance to take possession of it.
৪যাহোক আপোনালোকৰ মাজত কোনো দৰিদ্রলোক নাথাকিব। কিয়নো আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক অধিকাৰৰ কাৰণে যি দেশ আধিপত্য স্বৰূপে দিছে, যিহোৱাই সেই দেশত আপোনালোকক নিশ্চয় আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰিব।
5 Only certainly [if] you will listen to [the] voice of Yahweh God your to take care to observe all the commandment this which I [am] commanding you this day.
৫যদি তোমালোকে কায়মনোবাক্যে ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ কথা শুনা, তোমালোকে তেওঁৰ সকলো আজ্ঞা পালন কৰা; এই আদেশ মই আজি তোমালোকক দিলোঁ।
6 For Yahweh God your he has blessed you just as he spoke to you and you will lend to nations many and you not you will borrow and you will rule over nations many and over you not they will rule.
৬কিয়নো ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকৰ আগত যি দৰে প্ৰতিজ্ঞা কৰিছিল সেইদৰেই আপোনালোকক আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰিব। তেতিয়া আপোনালোকে অনেক জাতিক ঋণ দিব। কিন্তু অন্য লোকৰ পৰা আপোনালোকে ঋণ ল’ব লগা নহ’ব। আপোনালোকে বহুতো জাতিৰ ওপৰত শাসন কৰিব পাৰিব, কিন্তু তেওঁলোকৰ কোনো এজনেও আপোনালোকক শাসন কৰিব নোৱাৰিব।
7 If he will be among you a needy [person] any one of countrymen your in one of gates your in land your which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you not you will harden heart your and not you will shut hand your from countryman your needy.
৭ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক যি দেশ দিছে, তাৰ কোনো নগৰৰ দুৱাৰৰ ভিতৰত যদি কোনো ভাই আপোনালোকৰ দেখাত দুখীয়া, তেতিয়া আপোনালোকে তেওঁলৈ হৃদয় কঠিন নকৰিব, সেই দুখীয়া ভাইলৈ আপোনালোকৰ হাত বন্ধ নকৰিব।
8 For certainly you will open hand your to him and certainly you will lend to him sufficiency of lack his which it will be lacking to him.
৮কিন্তু আপুনি তেওঁলৈ হাত মুকলি কৰি, তেওঁৰ অভাৱ পূৰ কৰিবৰ কাৰণে তেওঁক যি প্রয়োজন, অৱশ্যে সিমান তেওঁক ধাৰ দিব লাগে।
9 Take heed to yourself lest it should be a word with heart your worthlessness saying it has drawn near [the] year of the seven [the] year of the remission and it will be evil eye your on countryman your needy and not you will give to him and he will call out against you to Yahweh and it will be on you sin.
৯সাৱধান হওঁক সপ্তম বছৰ, ধাৰ ক্ষমা কৰা বছৰ ওচৰ হৈছে, এই বুলি নিজৰ হৃদয়ত নীহ ভাব উদয় নহওক; নহ’লে নিজৰ দুখীয়া ভাইলৈ কু-দৃষ্টি ৰাখি তেওঁক একোকে নিদিব, আৰু তেওঁ আপোনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যিহোৱাৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিব; তাতে আপোনাৰ পাপ হ’ব।
10 Certainly you will give to him and not it will sadden heart your when giving you to him for on account of - the thing this he will bless you Yahweh God your in all work your and in every undertaking of hand your.
১০আপুনি তেওঁক অৱশ্যে দিব; দিওঁতে মনত বেজাৰ নকৰিব। কিয়নো এই কার্যৰ কাৰণে ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনাৰ সকলো কৰ্মত, আৰু আপুনি হাত দিয়া আটাই কাৰ্যত আপোনাক আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰিব।
11 For not he will cease [the] needy from [the] midst of the land there-fore I [am] commanding you saying certainly you will open hand your to countryman your to poor [person] your and to needy [person] your in land your.
১১কিয়নো দুখীয়া মানুহ দেশৰ পৰা আতৰ নহ’ৱ, এই কাৰণে মই আপোনাক এই আজ্ঞা দিছোঁ, যে, আপুনি নিজৰ দেশত থকা দুখীয়া আৰু দৰিদ্ৰ ভাইলৈ হাত মুকলি কৰি ৰাখিব।
12 If he will sell himself to you countryman your Hebrew [masc] or Hebrew [fem] and he will serve you six years and in the year seventh you will let go him a free [person] from with you.
১২যদি তোমাৰ ভাই এজন ইব্ৰীয়া পুৰুষ বা এজনী ইব্ৰীয়া মহিলা আপোনাৰ হাতত বেচা হয়, আৰু তেওঁ আপোনাক ছয় বছৰ খাটি দিয়ে, তেন্তে আপুনি সপ্তম বছৰত তেওঁক মুকলি কৰি বিদায় দিব।
13 And if you will let go him a free [person] from with you not you will let go him emptily.
১৩মুকলি কৰি বিদায় দিয়া সময়ত, তাক শুদা হাতে নপঠাব।
14 Certainly you will provide for him from flock your and from threshing floor your and from wine-press your [that] which he has blessed you Yahweh God your you will give to him.
১৪আপোনালোকে আপোনালোকৰ মেৰ-ছাগ আৰু ছাগলী জাকৰ পৰা, মৰণামৰা খোলাৰ পৰা আৰু দ্ৰাক্ষাকুণ্ডৰ পৰা তাক ভালকৈ দি পঠাব। আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰাৰ দৰেই তেওঁক দি দি’ব।

১৫আপুনি অৱশ্যেই মনত ৰখা উচিত যে মিচৰ দেশত আপোনালোক বন্দী অৱস্থাত আছিল, আৰু ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক মুক্ত কৰিলে; তাক সোঁৱৰক; এই কাৰণে মই আজি আপোনালোকক এই আজ্ঞা দিছোঁ।
16 And it will be that he will say to you not I will go out from with you for he loves you and household your for it has been good for him with you.
১৬কিন্তু আপোনাৰ আৰু আপোনালোকৰ পৰিয়ালৰ লোকসকলৰ প্রতি ভাল পোৱাৰ কাৰণে আৰু আপোনালোকৰ ওচৰত সুখেৰে আছে কৈ আপোনালোকক এৰি নাযাওঁ বুলি কয়,
17 And you will take the awl and you will put [it] in ear his and in the door and he will be of you a slave of perpetuity and also to maidservant your you will do thus.
১৭তেন্তে আপোনালোকে তেওঁৰ কাণৰ লতি লৈ দুৱাৰত লগাই ৰাখি বিন্ধনাৰে ফুটা কৰিব। তেতিয়া তেওঁ সদায় আপোনাৰ বন্দী হৈ থাকিব; আৰু বেটীলৈকো সেইদৰেই কৰিব।
18 Not it will be hard in view your when letting go you him a free [person] from with you for double [the] hire of a hired laborer he has served you six years and he will bless you Yahweh God your in all that you will do.
১৮তেওঁ ছয় বছৰ আপোনালোকৰ কাৰণে আপোনাৰ বেচ খোৱা চাকৰতকৈ দুগুণ কাম কৰিলে, আপুনি তেওঁক মুকলি কৰি বিদায় দিয়াত আপুনি কষ্টবোধ নকৰিব; তাতে আপোনাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপুনি কৰা সকলো কাৰ্যত আপোনাক আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰিব।
19 Every firstborn which it will be born in herd your and in flock your the male you will consecrate to Yahweh God your not you will labor by [the] firstborn of ox[en] your and not you will shear [the] firstborn of sheep your.
১৯আপোনালোকে আপোনালোকৰ গৰু, মেৰ-ছাগ আদি পশুৰ জাকৰ পৰা প্ৰথমে আটাই মতা পশুবোৰ আপোনাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে পবিত্ৰ কৰিব; আপোনালোকে প্ৰথমে জগা গৰু, কোনো কামত নলগাব, আৰু আপোনালোকৰ মেৰ-ছাগৰ প্ৰথমে জগা নোম নাকাটিব।
20 Before Yahweh God your you will eat it a year in a year in the place which he will choose Yahweh you and household your.
২০যিহোৱাই যি ঠাইত মনোনীত কৰিব সেই ঠাইত আপোনাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ সাক্ষাতে আপুনি আপোনালোকৰ সপৰিয়ালে তাক প্ৰতিবছৰে আহাৰ হিচাপে গ্রহণ কৰিব।
21 And if it will be in it a blemish lame or blind any blemish bad not you will sacrifice it to Yahweh God your.
২১যদি তাত কোনো ঘুণীয়া থাকে, অৰ্থাৎ সেইবোৰত যদি খোৰা, কণা, বা আন প্ৰকাৰৰ কোনো ঘুণ থকা হয়, তেন্তে আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে তাক উৎসৰ্গ নকৰিব।
22 In gates your you will eat it the unclean and the clean alike like gazelle and like deer.
২২আপোনাৰ নগৰৰ দুৱাৰৰ ভিতৰত তাক খাব। শুচি আৰু অশুচি সকলো লোকে সমানে কৃষ্ণসাৰ বা হৰিণাৰ মাংস খোৱাৰ দৰে তাক খাব পাৰিব।
23 Only blood its not you must eat on the ground you will pour out it like water.
২৩আপুনি কেৱল তাৰ তেজ নাখাব; তাক পানীৰ দৰে মাটিত ঢালি পেলাব।
