Daniel 9
1 In year one of Darius [the] son of Ahasuerus one of [the] descendant[s] of Media who he had been made king over [the] kingdom of [the] Chaldeans.

2 In year one of reigning his I Daniel I observed in the scrolls [the] number of the years which it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah the prophet to complete to [the] ruins of Jerusalem seventy year[s].

3 And I set! face my to [the] Lord God to seek prayer and supplications with fasting and sackcloth and ash[es].
Hatdawkvah, rawca ka hai, buri ka kho, hraba kâphuen teh Cathut koe ratoum laihoi kahei,
4 And I prayed! to Yahweh God my and I confessed and I said! I beg you O Lord God great and awesome [who] keeps the covenant and covenant loyalty to [those who] love him and to [those who] keep commandments his.
Hottelah, Cathut koe kâpâpho laihoi ka ratoum e teh, ama ka lungpataw niteh, a poe e kâpoelawknaw ka tarawi e koe, a lawkkam kacak ni teh lungmakung, ka lentoe niteh, takikathopounge Cathut,
5 We have sinned and we have committed iniquity (we have acted wickedly *Q(K)*) and we have rebelled and we have turned aside from commandments your and from judgments your.

6 And not we have listened to servants your the prophets who they spoke in name your to kings our leaders our and ancestors our and to all [the] people of the land.
Siangpahrangnaw, kahrawikungnaw, napanaw hoi ram thung kaawm naw koe, nange kâ lahoi lawk ka dei e profetnaw e lawk hai ka ngai awh hoeh toe.
7 [belongs] to You O Lord righteousness and [belongs] to us [the] shame of the faces as the day this to everyone of Judah and to [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem and to all Israel near and far in all the lands where you have banished them there in unfaithfulness their which they acted unfaithfully against you.
Oe Bawipa lannae teh nange doeh. Nang na taran kecu dawk na pâlei teh, ram hnai ram hlanae koe, khoram tangkuem kaawm e Judahnaw, Jerusalem kho kaawm e Isarelnaw puenghoi kaimouh teh sahnin e patetlah kaya awh toe.
8 O Yahweh [belongs] to us [the] shame of the faces to kings our to leaders our and to ancestors our that we have sinned to you.
Oe Bawipa, nang koe ka yon awh kecu dawk, kaimae siangpahrang, kahrawikungnaw, napanaw hoi kaimouh teh ka kaya awh toe.
9 [belong] to [the] Lord God our compassion and forgiveness for we have rebelled against him.
Kaimouh ni nang na ka taran nakunghai, lungmanae hoi ngaithoumnae teh, kaimae Cathut nama e doeh.
10 And not we have listened to [the] voice of Yahweh God our to walk in laws his which he set before us by [the] hand of servants his the prophets.
Maimae Cathut ni profetnaw hno lahoi maimouh koe na poe e tarawi hane kâlawknaw hah banglahai ngai laipalah ka o awh toe.
11 And all Israel they have transgressed law your and they have turned aside to not to listen to voice your and it has poured forth on us the curse and the oath which [was] written in [the] law of Moses [the] servant of God for we have sinned to him.
Atangcalah Isarelnaw pueng ni na lawk ka ngai awh laipalah, lam ka payon awh teh, kâlawk ka tapoe awh toe. Hatdawkvah, Cathut e san Mosi e kâlawk dawk thut lah kaawm e thoebonae teh, kaimouh lathueng awi lah ao toe.
12 And he has carried out (word his *Q(K)*) which he spoke on us and on judges our who they judged us by bringing on us a calamity great which not it has been done under all the heavens just as it has been done on Jerusalem.
Kaimouh koe dei e lawk hoi lawkcengkungnaw koe dei e lawk, rawknae kalenpoung teh kaimouh lathueng a phasak toe. Bangkongtetpawiteh, Jerusalem vah rawknae phasak e patetlah kalvan rahim alouke ram dawk phat sak boihoeh.
13 Just as [it is] written in [the] law of Moses all the calamity this it has come on us and not we have entreated [the] face of - Yahweh God our by turning away from iniquity our and by giving attention to faithfulness your.
Mosi e kâlawk dawk thut tangcoung patetlah rawknae pueng teh kaimouh lathueng a pha toe. Hatei, payonpakainae kamlang takhai teh, a lawkkatang panue thai nahanelah, BAWIPA Cathut koe kâhet awh hoeh toe.
14 And he kept watch Yahweh over the calamity and he brought it on us for [has been] righteous Yahweh God our on all deeds his which he has done and not we listened to voice his.
Hatdawkvah, Cathut ni rawknae hah a sin teh, maimae lathueng a pha sak e doeh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, a lawkngai awh hoeh nakunghai, Cathut teh, a lan, maimouh lathueng hno a sak e pueng teh a thuem doeh.
15 And now - O Lord God our who you brought out people your from [the] land of Egypt by a hand strong and you made for yourself a name as the day this we have sinned we have acted wickedly.
Atuvah, Oe BAWIPA Cathut, Izip ram thung hoi thaonae kut hoi a taminaw katâcawtkhaikung hoi, atu totouh minhawi min kamthang nahanlah kasakkung, kaimouh teh, ka yon awh toe, hno kahawihoeh ka sak awh toe.
16 O Lord according to all righteousness your may it turn back please anger your and rage your from city your Jerusalem [the] mountain of holiness your for by sins our and by [the] iniquities of ancestors our Jerusalem and people your [have become] a reproach to all around us.
Oe Bawipa, na lannae pueng patetlah lungkhuek lungphuennae teh, kathounge mon, Jerusalem kho dawk hoi na takhoe pouh haw telah ka kâhei. Bangkongtetpawiteh, kaimae yonnae hoi mintoenaw e yonnae kecu dawk Jerusalem kho hoi na taminaw teh tengpam kaawm e naw koe pathoe han kawilah ka o awh toe.
17 And therefore - listen O God our to [the] prayer of servant your and to supplications his and make shine face your on sanctuary your desolate for [the] sake of [the] Lord.
Hatdawkvah, Oe Cathut, na san kai ni ka hei e hoi ka ratoum e hah na thai pouh haw. Bawipa ama hane kecu dawk, kingkadi e a thoungnae hmuen koe na minhmai angnae ni pheng ang sak haw.
18 Incline O God my - ear your and listen (open *Q(K)*) eyes your and see desolate [things] our and the city which it is called name your on it for - not on righteousness our we [are] making fall supplications our before you for on compassion your great.
Oe Cathut, hnâpakeng nateh thai haw. Na mit padai nateh, kaimae rawknae hoi na min lahoi phung e khopui hah khenhaw! Kaimouh teh, mae hawinae kâuep awh hoeh, ka lentoe e na lungmanae dawk hoi doeh nama koe ka ratoum awh.
19 O Lord - hear! O Lord - forgive! O Lord be attentive! and act may not you delay for own sake your O God my for name your it is called on city your and on people your.
Oe Cathut na thai pouh haw. Oe Cathut yonnae na ngaithoum haw. Oe Cathut thai nateh sak haw. Nama hane dawk rap awm hanh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, nama e kho, nama e taminaw teh na min lahoi phung e doeh, telah a ratoum.
20 And still I [was] speaking and [was] praying and [was] confessing sin my and [the] sin of people my Israel and [was] making fall supplication my before Yahweh God my on [the] mountain of [the] holiness of God my.
Hottelah, kama e yonnae hoi ka tami Isarelnaw e yonnae pâpho laihoi ngaithoum nahanelah kâhei ratoum laihoi, Cathut hmalah Cathut e mon kathoung hanelah ka kâhei lahunnah,
21 And still I [was] speaking in prayer and the man Gabriel whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning wearied with weariness [was] approaching me about [the] time of [the] offering of [the] evening.

22 And he gave understanding and he spoke with me and he said O Daniel now I have come forth to give insight you understanding.

23 At [the] beginning of supplications your it went forth a word and I I have come to declare for [are] precious you and understand the word and understand the vision.
Na ratoum tahma vah kâ poelah ao dawkvah, nang koe dei hanelah kai ka tho toe. Nang teh puenghoi pahren ka tho e lah na o. Hatdawkvah vision thai panuek nahane kâ ao.
24 Sevens seventy it has been decreed on people your - and on [the] city of holiness your to put an end to the transgression (and to complete sin *Q(K)*) and to atone for iniquity and to bring righteousness of perpetuity and to seal up vision and prophet and to anoint a holy place of holy places.
Kâtapoenae pout sak hane hoi, yonnae pout sak hane, payonae dawk kâmaihawinae sak hane, payonnae thoungsak nahane hoi, a yungyoe lannae thokhai hane hoi, vision hoi sutdeilawk kin hane hoi, hmuen kathoung poung satui awi hanelah, na taminaw hoi kho kathoung hanelah yat 70 touh tâtueng e lah ao toe.
25 So you may know and you will understand from [the] going forth of [the] word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until an anointed [one] a prince sevens seven and sevens sixty and two it will return and it will be built an open place and a moat and in [the] distress of the times.
Hatdawkvah, Jerusalem kho bout sak hanelah kâ poe hnin hoi Khrih Bawipa totouh yat 7 touh hoi yat 62 touh a ro han tie hah panuek lawih. Rucatnae tueng dawk lamnaw hoi tapang sak lah ao han.
26 And after the sevens sixty and two he will be cut off an anointed [one] and nothing [will belong] to him and the city and the sanctuary it will destroy [the] people of a prince who is coming and end his [will be] by flood and [will be] until [the] end war [are] determined desolate [things].
Hote yat 62 aloum hnukkhu, Khrih teh kâ hmawt laipalah thei lah ao han. Hathnukkhu ka tho e Bawi hoi taminaw ni khopui hoi hmuen kathoung hah raphoe awh vaiteh, tuikalen thonae lahoi rawknae ao han. Apout totouh kâtuknae awm vaiteh, rawknae teh pouk tangcoung lah ao.
27 And he will make strong a covenant to the many [people] seven one and [the] middle of the seven he will cause to cease - sacrifice and offering and on a wing of abomination desolating and until complete destruction and [what] has been decided it will be poured forth on [one who] is desolate.
Yat touh hanelah taminaw hoi lawkkam sak awh vaiteh, hote a yat tangawn navah, thuengnae hoi poenae hah a pout sak han. Panuet ka tho poung e a som dawk karaphoekung phat vaiteh, poutnae koe ka phat hanelah pouk tangcoung e totouh lungkhueknae teh ahni dawk awi hanlah ao han telah atipouh.
