< Amos 8 >

1 Thus he showed me [the] Lord Yahweh and there! a basket of summer fruit.
Tala makambo oyo Nkolo Yawe alakisaki ngai: kitunga etonda na bambuma etela.
2 And he said what? [are] you seeing O Amos and I said a basket of summer fruit and he said Yahweh to me it has come the end to people my Israel not I will repeat again to pass by it.
Atunaki ngai: — Amosi, ozali komona nini? Nazongisaki: — Nazali komona kitunga etonda na bambuma etela. Yawe alobaki na ngai: — Tango ekoki mpo na bato na Ngai, Isalaele; pamba te nakolimbisa bango lisusu te.
3 And they will wail songs of [the] temple on the day that [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh many the corpse[s] in every place someone will throw hush!
Na mokolo wana, banzembo ya esengo kati na bandako ekobongwana bileli, elobi Nkolo Yawe. Bakobwaka bibembe ebele bipai na bipai mpe bakosalela bango matanga te.
4 Hear this O those [who] trample on [the] needy and to put an end to ([the] afflicted [people] of *Q(K)*) [the] land.
Boyoka makambo oyo, bino bato oyo bonyokolaka bato bakelela mpe bonyataka babola kati na mokili.
5 Saying when? will it pass the new moon so we may sell grain grain and the sabbath so we may open grain to make small an ephah and to make great a shekel and to falsify balances of deceit.
Bozali koloba: « Feti ya ebandeli ya sanza ekoleka tango nini mpo ete toteka ble na biso? Tango nini mokolo ya Saba ekosila mpo ete tofungola bibombelo na biso ya ble? » Tokosalela bakopo ya mike mpo ete tomatisa talo, mpe tokosalela bimekelo ya lokuta.
6 To buy for silver poor [people] and [the] needy for sake of a pair of sandals and refuse of grain we will sell grain.
Tokosomba mobola na palata mpe moto akelela na motuya ya mapapa mibale, bongo tokoteka ata basalite ya ble.
7 He has sworn Yahweh by [the] pride of Jacob if I will forget to perpetuity all deeds their.
Mpo na lolendo ya Jakobi, Yawe alapi ndayi na maloba oyo: « Nakobosana misala na bango ata moko te.
8 ¿ On this not will it tremble the land and he will mourn every [one who] dwells in it and it will rise like the light all of it and it will be tossed (and it will sink *Q(K)*) like [the] River of Egypt.
Mpo na yango, mokili ekolenga, mpe bato na yango nyonso bakozala na matanga. Mokili mobimba ekotomboka lokola ebale Nili oyo etondi na mayi; ekokoma koningana-ningana mpe ekokita lokola ebale ya Ejipito.
9 And it will be - on the day that [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and I will cause to go the sun at noon and I will make dark the earth in a day of light.
Na mokolo wana, » elobi Nkolo Yawe, « nakosala ete moyi elala na midi, mpe nakoyeisa molili na mokili na moyi makasi.
10 And I will turn feasts your into mourning and all songs your into lamentation and I will bring up on all loins sackcloth and on every head baldness and I will make it like [the] mourning of an only [son] and end its [will be] like a day bitter.
Nakokomisa mikolo ya bafeti na bino mikolo ya matanga, banzembo na bino ya esengo banzembo ya mawa. Nakosala ete bino nyonso bolata basaki, mpe bakokokola bino suki ya moto. Nakoyeisa matanga kati na mokili lokola matanga ya libota oyo esili kokufisa mwana se moko oyo bazalaki na ye, mpe suka na yango ekozala bobele se pasi makasi.
11 Here! - days [are] coming [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and I will send a famine in the land not a famine for bread and not a thirst for water that except for hearing [the] words of Yahweh.
Na mikolo ekoya, » elobi Nkolo Yawe, « nakotinda nzala makasi kati na mokili; ekozala te nzala ya bilei to posa ya mayi, kasi ekozala nzala ya koyoka Liloba na Yawe.
12 And people will stagger from sea to sea and from [the] north and to [the] east they will rove about to seek [the] word of Yahweh and not they will find [it].
Bato bakotelengana na bibale nyonso, bakoyengayenga longwa na nor kino na este mpo na koluka Liloba na Yawe, kasi bakotikala komona yango te.
13 In the day that they will become faint the virgins beautiful and the young men by thirst.
Na mokolo wana, bilenge basi ya kitoko mpe mibali ya makasi bakokufa na posa ya mayi.
14 Those [who] swear by [the] guilt of Samaria and they will say [by] [the] life of gods your O Dan and [by] [the] life of [the] way of Beer Sheba and they will fall and not they will rise again.
Bato oyo balapaka ndayi na kombo ya nzambe ya ekeko ya Samari mpe balobaka: ‹ Dani, lokola nzambe na yo azali na bomoi › to ‹ lokola nzambe ya Beri-Sheba azali na bomoi, › bakokweya mpe bakotelema lisusu te. »
