Amos 6
1 Woe to! the [people] at ease in Zion and those [who] trust in [the] mountain of Samaria [the] distinguished [people] of [the] first of the nations and they will come to them [the] house of Israel.
൧സീയോനിൽ സ്വൈരമായിരിക്കുന്നവരും ശമര്യാപർവ്വതത്തിൽ നിർഭയരായിരിക്കുന്നവരും ജനതകളിൽ പ്രധാനികളായ ശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരും, യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹം സമീപിക്കുന്നവരുമായുള്ളോരേ, നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം.
2 Pass over Calneh and see and go from there Hamath-Rabbah and go down Gath of [the] Philistines ¿ [are they] good more than the kingdoms these or? great [is] territory their more than territory your.
൨നിങ്ങൾ കല്നെയിൽ ചെന്നു നോക്കുവിൻ; അവിടെനിന്ന് മഹാനഗരമായ ഹമാത്തിലേക്ക് പോകുവിൻ; ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ ഗത്തിലേക്ക് ചെല്ലുവിൻ; അവ ഈ രാജ്യങ്ങളെക്കാൾ നല്ലവയോ? അവയുടെ ദേശം നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേശത്തെക്കാൾ വിസ്താരമുള്ളതോ?
3 Those [who] push away a day evil and you have brought near! a seat of violence.
൩നിങ്ങൾ ദുർദ്ദിവസം അകറ്റിവയ്ക്കുകയും സാഹസത്തിന്റെ ഇരിപ്പിടം അടുപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
4 Those [who] lie on beds of ivory and [people] sprawled out on couches their and [those who] eat lambs from [the] flock and calves from [the] midst of [the] stall.
൪നിങ്ങൾ ആനക്കൊമ്പുകൊണ്ടുള്ള കട്ടിലുകളിന്മേൽ ചാരിയിരിക്കുകയും നിങ്ങളുടെ ശയ്യകളിന്മേൽ നിവർന്നു കിടക്കുകയും ആട്ടിൻകൂട്ടത്തിൽനിന്ന് കുഞ്ഞാടുകളെയും തൊഴുത്തിൽനിന്ന് പശുക്കിടാക്കളെയും തിന്നുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
5 Those [who] improvise on [the] mouth of the lyre like David they have devised for themselves instruments of song.
൫നിങ്ങൾ വീണാനാദത്തോടെ വ്യർത്ഥസംഗീതം മീട്ടി ദാവീദിനെപ്പോലെ സംഗീതോപകരണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു.
6 Those [who] drink in bowls of wine and [the] best of oils they smear and not they were sickened on [the] ruin of (Joseph *L(abh)*)
൬നിങ്ങൾ കലശങ്ങളിൽ വീഞ്ഞ് കുടിക്കുകയും വിശേഷതൈലം പൂശുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; യോസേഫിന്റെ കഷ്ടതയെക്കുറിച്ച് വ്യസനിക്കുന്നില്ലതാനും.
7 therefore now they will go into exile at [the] head of [those who] go into exile and it will come to an end [the] revelry of sprawled out [people].
൭അതുകൊണ്ട് അവർ ഇപ്പോൾ പ്രവാസികളിൽ മുമ്പന്മാരായി പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്ക് പോകും; സുഖശയനം നടത്തുന്നവരുടെ മദ്യപാനഘോഷം നിന്നുപോകും.
8 He has sworn [the] Lord Yahweh by self his [the] utterance of Yahweh God of hosts [am] loathing I [the] pride of Jacob and fortresses his I hate and I will deliver up [the] city and what fills it.
൮യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് തന്നെച്ചൊല്ലി സത്യം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്: “ഞാൻ യാക്കോബിന്റെ ഗർവ്വത്തെ വെറുത്ത് അവന്റെ അരമനകളെ ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ പട്ടണവും അതിലുള്ളതൊക്കെയും ഏല്പിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും”;
9 And it will be if they will remain ten men in a house one and they will die.
൯ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ പത്ത് പുരുഷന്മാർ ശേഷിച്ചിരുന്നാലും അവർ മരിക്കും;
10 And he will lift up him loved one his and [the one who] burns him to bring out bones from the house and he will say to [the one] who [is] in [the] innermost parts of the house ¿ still [is anyone] with you and he will say no and he will say hush! for not to bring to remembrance [the] name of Yahweh.
൧൦ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ ബന്ധു, അവനെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടുന്നവൻ തന്നെ, അവന്റെ അസ്ഥികളെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്ന് നീക്കേണ്ടതിന് അവനെ ചുമന്നുകൊണ്ടുപോകുമ്പോൾ അവൻ വീടിന്റെ അകത്തെ മൂലയിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവനോട്: “നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഇനി വല്ലവരും ഉണ്ടോ”? എന്ന് ചോദിക്കുന്നതിന് അവൻ: “ആരുമില്ല” എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ: “യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ കീർത്തിച്ചുകൂടായ്കയാൽ നീ മിണ്ടാതിരിക്കുക” എന്ന് പറയും.
11 For here! Yahweh [is] commanding and someone will strike the house great fragments and the house small rubble.
൧൧യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചിട്ട് വലിയ വീട് ഇടിഞ്ഞും ചെറിയ വീട് പിളർന്നും തകർന്നുപോകും.
12 ¿ Do they run! on the crag[s] horses or? does anyone plow with oxen for you have turned into poison justice and [the] fruit of righteousness into wormwood.
൧൨കുതിര പാറമേൽ ഓടുമോ? അവിടെ കാളയെ പൂട്ടി ഉഴുമോ? എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾ ന്യായത്തെ വിഷമായും നീതിഫലത്തെ കാഞ്ഞിരമായും മാറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
13 The joyful [people] to Lo Debar who say ¿ not by own strength our have we taken for ourselves Karnaim.
൧൩ലോദേബാര്‍ പിടിച്ചടക്കിയതില്‍ നിങ്ങൾ സന്തോഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്: “സ്വന്തശക്തിയാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ കര്‍ണ്ണയിം പിടിച്ചടക്കിയില്ലയോ” എന്ന് പറയുന്നു.
14 For here I [am] about to raise up on you O house of Israel [the] utterance of Yahweh [the] God of hosts a nation and they will oppress you from Lebo Hamath to [the] wadi of Arabah.
൧൪“എന്നാൽ യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹമേ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെനേരെ ഒരു ജനതയെ എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കും; അവർ ഹമാത്തിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനംമുതൽ അരാബയിലെ തോടുവരെ നിങ്ങളെ ഞെരുക്കും” എന്ന് സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
