< Acts 2 >
1 And during the arriving of the day of Pentecost they were (all *N(k)O*) (together *N(K)O*) in the one [place].

2 And came suddenly out of heaven a sound like [the] rushing of a wind violent and it filled all the house where they were sitting
Aduga khanghoudana akanba nonglei nungsitki makhol-gumba ama swargadagi laktuna makhoina tinnaduna leiriba yum apumbadu pumnil nillammi.
3 And there appeared to them dividing tongues as of fire (and *N(k)O*) sat upon one each of them
Adudagi meigi leiton manbasingna khaidokkhiduna maphamduda leiriba makhoi pumnamakki mathakta tongba makhoina ure.
4 And they were filled with (all *N(k)O*) Spirit Holy and began to speak in other tongues even as the Spirit was giving to utter forth to them.
Aduga makhoi pumnamak Thawai Asengbana thallammi amasung Thawai Asengbana makhoibu ngamhanbibagi mapanna makhoina atoppa lonsing ngangba hourammi.
5 Were now (in *N(k)O*) Jerusalem dwelling Jews, men devout from every nation of those under heaven.
Matam aduda malemgi mapham pumnamaktagi Tengban Mapubu kina chatchaba Jihudi kaya matam aduda Jerusalem-da laktuna leirammi.
6 When was happening now sound this came together the multitude and was confounded, because (was hearing *NK(o)*) one each in their own language speaking them.
Makhol adu tabada yamlaba miyam adu changaknaduna mapham aduda omsillaklammi, maramdi thajabasing aduna ngangliba adu makhoi masa masagi londa ngangba oina tarammi.
7 They were amazed then (all *KO*) and were marveling saying (to one another: *K*) (Surely *NK(o)*) behold (all *N(k)O*) these are who are speaking Galileans?
Makhoina pungngak ngakladuna hainarak-i, “Yeng-u, asumna ngangliba makhoi pumnamaksing asi Galilee-gi mising nattra?
8 And how we ourselves hear each in the own language of us in which we were born?
Adu oirabadi kamdouna makhoina ngangliba adu eikhoi isa isagi londa ngangba oina taribano?
9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites and those inhabiting Mesopotamia, Judea also and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,
Eikhoi kharana Parthia, Media amadi Elam-dagini. Khara amana Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, Asia,
10 Phrygia both and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya that [are] around Cyrene and those visiting [here] from Rome, Jews both and converts,
Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt amadi Cyrene manakta leiba Libya-gi maphamsingdagini. Eikhoi khara amana Rome-dagini,
11 Cretans and Arabs — [do] we hear speaking them in our own tongues the great things of God?
Jihudi amadi Jihudigi laining loubasingni. Aduga eikhoi kharana Crete amadi Arabia-dagini. Adumakpu Tengban Mapuna touba angakpa thabaksing adugi maramda eikhoi isa isagi londa makhoina ngangba adu eikhoi pumnamakna tari!”
12 Were amazed then all and (they were perplexed *N(k)O*) other to other saying; What (maybe *k*) (intends *N(k)O*) this to be?
Maduda ngakladuna amadi chamamnaduna makhoi masel hangnarak-i, “Masibu kari matouno?”
13 Others however (mocking *N(k)O*) were saying that Of new wine filled they are.
Adubu makhoi kharana thajabasingbu karemnaduna hairak-i, “Makhoi yu yamna thakle!”
14 Having stood up however (*no*) Peter with the eleven he lifted up the voice of him and spoke forth to them: Men of Judea and you who [are] inhabiting Jerusalem (all, *N(k)O*) this to you known should be and do give heed to the declarations of mine.
Adudagi pakhonchatpa makhoi taramathoiga loinana Peter-na lepkhattuna khonjel houna mayam aduda hairak-i, “Jihudi ichil inaosing amadi Jerusalem-da leiba pumnamak, thoudok asigi maramda ei haijage, mayamna ningthina tabiyu.
15 Not for as you yourselves suppose these are drunkards, it is for [the] hour third of the day,
Nakhoina khanbagumna makhoi asi yu ngaoba natte. Houjik ayukki pung mapan tabada ngairi.
16 but this is that spoken through the prophet Joel:
Adubu masi Tengban Mapugi wa phongdokpiba maichou Joel-na haibikhiba aduni:
17 And it will be in the last days, says God, I will pour out of the Spirit of Mine upon all flesh and will prophesy the sons of you and the daughters of you, and the young men of you visions will behold and the elders of you (dreams *N(k)O*) will dream.
Tengban Mapuna hai, ‘Aroiba numitsingda eina eigi Thawaibu mi pumnamakki mathakta heithabigani. Nakhoigi nachanupasing amadi nachanupisingna eigi wa phongdokkani; nakhoigi naha oiriba nupasingna uhanbibasing adu ujagani, aduga nakhoigi ahal oirabasingna mang manggani.
18 and even upon the servants of Mine and upon the handmaidens of Mine in the days those I will pour out of the Spirit of Mine and they will prophesy.
Eigi inai nupasing amadi inai nupising animakki mathakta phaoba, numitsing aduda eina eigi Thawai heithagani, aduga makhoina eigi wa phongdokkani.
19 and I will show wonders in heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
Eina atiya mathakta angakpasing aduga malemgi makhada khudamsing utkani. Maduda ee, mei amadi meikhu mapei leigani;
20 The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before (than *ko*) coming (the *ko*) day of [the] Lord great and glorious.
MAPU IBUNGO-gi achouba amadi matik mangalgi numit aduda Numitna mamkhigani aduga thana eegumna nganggani.
21 And it will be, everyone who (when *NK(o)*) they shall call upon the name of [the] Lord will be saved.’
Adubu MAPU IBUNGO-gi ming koujaba mi pumnamakpu kanbigani.’”
22 Men Israelites, do hear words these: Jesus of Nazareth, a man set forth by God to you by miracles and by wonders and by signs which did through Him God in [the] midst of you, even as (also *k*) you yourselves know,
“Israel-gi misa, masi tabiyu! Tengban Mapuna Ibungo mangonda angakpa thabaksing amadi khudamsing pangthok-hanbiduna Nazareth-ki Jisu asi Tengban Mapuna yaba mini haibasi mayek sengna utpire. Masi nakhoi nasamakna khangliba aduni, maramdi pumnamaksing adu nakhoigi narakta thokkhibani.
23 Him by the determined plan and foreknowledge of God delivered up (having taken *K*) through (hand *N(k)O*) lawless having crucified You executed,
Tengban Mapuna hanna lepkhraba mahakki thourang matung-inna Ibungo Jisubu nakhoigi khutta sinnabani aduga nakhoina wayel yathang indaba misingda Ibungobu cross-ta pang ting-handuna hatpani.
24 whom God raised up having loosed the agony of death, inasmuch as not it was possible [for] to be held Him by it.
Adubu Tengban Mapuna Ibungobu sibadagi hinggat-hanbire, asibagi panggaldagi thadokpire maramdi asibana Ibungobu phaduna thamba oithokte.
25 David for says about Him: I was foresseeing the Lord before me through all [times], because at [the] right hand of me He is that not I may be shaken;
Maramdi David ningthouna Ibungogi maramda asumna hairammi, ‘MAPU IBUNGO-bu matam pumbada eina eigi mangda ujei; Ibungona eigi nakta leiba maramna, eibu keidounungda lenghanba ngamloi.
26 Because of this was glad the heart of mine and rejoiced the tongue of mine, and now also the flesh of mine will dwell in hope.
Maram asina ei nungaibana thalle, aduga eigi leiton-na haraojare. Aduga eidi sigadaba oirabasu eigi hakchangna asada hingjagani.
27 for not You will abandon the soul of mine into (Hades, *N(k)O*) nor will You allow the Holy One of You to see decay. (Hadēs )
Maramdi Ibungona eibu khamnung leibakta hundokpiroi; Nahakna nahakki Asengba Mahak adubu mongphamda pattha-pumthanhanbiroi, (Hadēs )
28 You have made known to me [the] paths of life, You will fill me with joy in the presence of You.’
Ibungona eingonda hingbagi lambising khanghanbire, Ibungogi mangda eibu haraobana thalhanbire.’”
29 Men brothers, it is permitted [me] to speak with freedom to you concerning the patriarch David that both he died and was buried and the tomb of him is among us unto day this.
“Eigi ichil-inaosa, eina nakhoida eikhoigi ipa ipu oiriba David ningthougi maramda thouna phana hairibasini. Mahak sikhi amadi leirol chankhi aduga ngasisu mahakki mongpham mapham asida leiri.
30 A prophet therefore being and knowing that with an oath swore to him God out of [the] fruit of the loins of him (according to flesh going to raise up the Christ *K*) to set upon (the throne *N(k)O*) of him,
Mahak Tengban Mapugi wa phongdokpiba maichou amani, amasung mahakki charol surol amana mahakki phambalda phamhan-gani haina Tengban Mapuna mangonda wasakpiba adu mahakna khanglammi.
31 Having foreseen he spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ that (neither was He left behind *N(k)O*) (the soul of him *K*) into (Hades nor *N(k)O*) the flesh of Him saw decay. (Hadēs )
Tengban Mapuna tungda tourakkadaba adu David-na ukhi maram aduna mahakna Christtana sibadagi hinggatpagi maramda asumna haikhi, ‘Ibungobu khamnung leibakta hundokpide; Ibungogi hakchang mongphamda pattha-pumthahanbide.’ (Hadēs )
32 This Jesus has raised up God, of which all we ourselves are witnesses.
Aduga Tengban Mapuna Ibungo Jisu asimakpu asibadagi hinggat-hanbire haiba achumba asigi sakhi eikhoi pumnamakna oiri.
33 To the right hand therefore of God having been exalted and the promise of the Spirit Holy having received from the Father He has poured out this which (now *k*) you yourselves (both *no*) are seeing and hearing.
Ibungo mahakpu Tengban Mapugi yet thangbada thanggatpire. Mapa Ibungona wasakpikhibagumna Ibungona Thawai Asengba phangjare aduga nakhoina uriba amadi taribasi Ibungona eikhoigi ithakta Thawai adu heithabibani.
34 Not for David ascended into the heavens, he says however himself: Said the Lord to the Lord of me; do sit at [the] right hand of Me,
Maramdi swargada kakhiba adu David natte adubu mahakna haikhi, ‘Mapu Ibungona eigi Mapu Ibungoda hai: Eina nahakki yeknabasingbu nahakki khongnetpham oihandriphaoba
35 until when I may place the enemies of You a footstool of the feet of You.’
eigi yet thangbada phammu.’”
36 Assuredly therefore should know all [the] house of Israel that both Lord Him and Christ has made God — this Jesus whom you yourselves crucified.
“Israel-gi mi khudingmakna masi khangsanu: nakhoina cross-ta pang tingduna hatkhraba Jisu asi Tengban Mapuna Ibungo amadi Christta oihanbire.”
37 Having heard then they were pierced (to the heart, *N(k)O*) they said then to Peter and the other apostles; What (shall we do, *N(k)O*) men brothers?
Mising aduna wapham asi tabada thamoi yamna soklammi aduga Peter amadi atei pakhonchatpasingda hairak-i, “Ichil-inaosa, eikhoina kari toujagadage?”
38 Peter then to them; do repent (he declared *N(k)O*) and should be baptized every one of you (in *NK(o)*) the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness (of the *no*) sins (of you *no*) and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit;
Maduda Peter-na makhoida khumlak-i, “Nakhoigi paptagi pukning hong-u aduga Jisu Christtagi mingda baptize lou adu oirabadi nakhoigi papsing kokpigani aduga nakhoina Tengban Mapugi khudol Thawai Asengba adu phangjagani.
39 To you for is the promise and to the children of you and to all those at a distance, as many as maybe may call to Himself [the] Lord the God of us.
Maramdi wasakpiba asi nakhoi amadi nakhoigi nachasingda amadi arappada leiba pumnamakta haibadi eikhoigi Mapu Ibungo Tengban Mapuna koubigadaba pumnamakkini.”
40 in other And words many (he earnestly testified *N(k)O*) and was exhorting (them *no*) saying; do be saved from the generation perverse this.
Atoppa wahei kayaga loinana Peter-na makhoida cheksin wa hairammi. Adudagi mahakna thougatladuna hairak-i, “Nakhoina phattaba mirol asidagi kanjou”
41 Those indeed therefore (gladly *K*) having received the word of him were baptized and were added (on *no*) the day that souls about three thousand.
Makhoi mayam amana mahakki wada thajaduna baptize lourammi. Numit aduda mi lising ahumlom makhoigi marakta tinsillammi.
42 They were now steadfastly continuing in the teaching of the apostles and in fellowship, (and *k*) in the breaking of the bread and in the prayers.
Makhoina pakhonchatpasinggi tambibada, tinnabada, tal thugaiba yaona chaminnabada amasung haijaminnabada tattana pukning changlammi.
43 (There was becoming *N(k)O*) then upon every soul awe, many (and both *NK(o)*) wonders and signs through the apostles were taking place.
Pakhonchatpasinggi mapanna angakpa thabaksing amasung khudamsing tourammi maduda mi khudingmak angakpana thallammi.
44 All now those (believing *NK(o)*) were together the same and were having all things in common,
Thajaba pumnamak punna leiminnarammi aduda makhoigi areiba pumnamak mayamgi oina sijinnarammi.
45 and the possessions and the goods they were selling and they were dividing them to all as would anyone need had;
Makhoina makhoigi lanthum amadi potchei yonthoklammi aduga phanglakpa aduna makhoigi marakta awatpa leibasingda yenthoklammi.
46 Every day and steadfastly continuing with one accord in the temple, breaking then at each house bread they were partaking of food with gladness and sincerity of heart
Numit khuding makhoina Mapugi Sanglenda tinnarammi aduga makhoigi yum yumda tal thugaiduna haraona amasung pukchel tingna chaminnarammi,
47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding those who were being saved every day (to *no*) (them. *N(k)O*)
Tengban Mapubu thagatcharammi amasung mi pumnamaktagi chanbiba phangjarammi. Aduga kanbiba phanglabasingbu numit khudinggi Ibungona makhoida tinsinhanbirammi.
