Acts 11
1 Heard now the apostles and the brothers those being in Judea that also the Gentiles received the word of God.
Bamvuala ayi bakhomba baba mu Yuda ziwa ti batu bobo bakambulu Bayuda mamvawu batambula mambu ma Nzambi.
2 (and *k*) When (also *no*) went up Peter to (Jerusalem, *N(k)O*) were contending with him those of [the] circumcision
Vayi Piela bu kavutuka ku Yelusalemi, Bayuda bobo bawilukila bafindana yandi ziphaka
3 saying that (You entered *NK(O)*) to men uncircumcision having and (you ate with *NK(O)*) them.
ayi bankamba: —Ngeyo wubedi kuidi batu bakambu zengoso nitu yi kibakala ayi wudidi yawu!
4 having begun now (*k*) Peter he was explaining [it] to them in order saying;
Vayi Piela wuba sudikisa mambu moso boso bu malandikinina; Wuba kamba:
5 I myself was in [the] city of Joppa praying and I saw in a trance a vision descending a vessel certain like a sheet great by four corners being let down out of heaven, and it came down as far as me;
—Bu ndiba sambila ku Yope, ndizamuka mu Pheve, ndimona tsongolo. Ndimona kima kimosi kiba banga nledi wunneni kikangu mu zitsongi ziya, kiba nkuluka tona ku diyilu nate va ndiba.
6 On it having looked intently I was observing [it] and I saw the quadrupeds of the earth and the wild beasts and the creeping things and the birds of the air.
Bu ndikitala, ndikifiongunina, buna ndimona bibulu bi malu maya, bibulu bi nsitu, bibulu bindiatilanga mu bivumu ayi zinuni.
7 I heard then (also *no*) a voice saying to me; Having risen up Peter, do kill and do eat.
Ayi ndiwa mbembo yikhamba: “Piela, telama, vonda ayi dia”.
8 I said however; In no way, Lord; for (every *K*) common or unclean nothing ever has entered into the mouth of mine.
Vayi ndivutula: “Nana Pfumu, bila kadi kima kisumuka ayi kimvindu kikotidi ko mu munu ama.”
9 Answered however (to me *k*) [the] voice for a second [time] out of heaven; What God has cleansed, you yourself not do call unholy.
Mbembo yiwakana diaka mu khumbu yimmuadi mu diyilu: “Kioki Nzambi kavedisa ngeyo kadi kukitala kisumuka”.
10 This now happened on three times, and was drawn up again all into heaven.
Mu zikhumbu zitatu diambu diodi divangimina bosi bima bioso bikuma ku diyilu.
11 and behold immediately three men stood at the house in which (I was *N(k)O*) sent from Caesarea to me.
Muna thangu beni ndimona batu batatu baba ku Sezali bafidusu kuidi minu, batelama va ntuala nzo yoyi ndiba.
12 Told now the Spirit to me to go with them not (having discriminated. *N(k)O*) Went now with me myself also six brothers these, and we entered into the house of the man.
Pheve yikhamba ndienda yawu mu kambu memata. Bakhomba basambanu ziazi ziyiza yama ayi tukota mu nzo yi mutu wuna.
13 He related (then *N(k)O*) to us how he had seen the angel in the house of him having stood and having said (to him: *k*) do send forth to Joppa (men *K*) and do yourself send for Simon who is called Peter,
Mutu beni wutukamba buevi kamonina mbasi mu nzoꞌandi, yimmonikina ayi yinkamba: “fidisa batu ku Yope, tumisa Simoni beti tedila Piela.
14 who will speak declarations to you in which will be saved you yourself and all the household of you.
Niandi wela kukamba mambu malenda kuvukisa ngeyo ayi nzoꞌaku yimvimba.”
15 In then beginning me to speak fell the Spirit Holy upon them, even as also upon us in [the] beginning.
Bu nditona yoluka, Pheve Yinlongo yikuluka mu bawu banga bu yikulukila mu beto vana thonono.
16 I remembered then the declaration (of the *no*) Lord, how He was saying: John indeed baptized with water, you yourselves however will be baptized with [the] Spirit Holy.
Bosi nditebukila moyo mambu ma Pfumu mu thangu katuba ti: Nyinga, Yowani mu nlangu kabotikila vayi beno mu Pheve Yinlongo luela botokolo.
17 If then the same gift has given to them God as also to us having believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, I myself (now *k*) how was able to forbid God?
Enati niandi veka Nzambi wuba vana dikaba dimosi ayi beto mu thangu beto tuwilukila Pfumu Yesu Klisto, buna minu ndidi nani mu diambu di kandika Nzambi e?
18 Having heard then these things they were silent and (glorified *N(k)O*) God saying; Then indeed (indeed *k*) also to the Gentiles God repentance unto life has given.
Bu bawa mambu mama, baba dio sui, bakembisa Nzambi ayi batuba: —Nyinga, Nzambi wuveni diluaku kuidi batu bakambulu Bayudamu balula mavanga muingi batambula luzingu!
19 Those indeed therefore having been scattered by the tribulation having taken place over Stephen passed through until Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch to no one speaking the word only except solely to Jews.
Bobo basasakana, mu thangu bayamisa dibundu mu diambu di lufua lu Etieni bayenda nate ku Fenisi, Sipeli ayi ku Antioshi. Vayi basia longa Nsamu Wumboti kadi kuidi mutu ko botula kaka Bayuda.
20 Were however some of them men of Cyprus and of Cyrene, who (having come *N(k)O*) into Antioch were speaking (also *no*) to the (Hellenists *NK(o)*) evangelising [about] the Lord Jesus.
Muaki mu batu bankaka, bayenda ku Antioshi muba basi Sipeli ayi basi Silene basolula ayi balonga Nsamu Wumboti wu Pfumu Yesu kuidi basi Ngelesi.
21 And was [the] hand of [the] Lord with them, [a] great then number (which *no*) having believed turned to the Lord;
Lulendo lu Pfumu luba yawu, batu bawombo bawilukila ayi babaluka kuidi Pfumu.
22 Was heard now the report in the ears of the church which (is being *no*) in (Jerusalem *N(k)O*) concerning them and they sent forth Barnabas (to go *NK*) as far as Antioch;
Tsangu beni yitula mu matu ma basi dibundu di Yelusalemi. Diawu bafidisila Balinabasi nate ku Antioshi.
23 who having come and having seen the grace (which [is] *no*) of God he rejoiced and he was exhorting all with resolute purpose of heart to abide (in *o*) the Lord;
Bu katula, wumona nlemvo wu Nzambi. Buna wumona khini bosi wukindisa batu boso muingi baba bakuikama mu Pfumu.
24 For he was a man good and full of [the] Spirit Holy and of faith. And was added a crowd large to the Lord.
Bila Balinabasi wuba mutu wumboti, wuba wuwala mu Pheve Yinlongo ayi mu minu. Nkangu wunnene wu batu wuwilukila Pfumu.
25 He went forth then to Tarsus (*k*) (Barnabas *K*) to seek Saul,
Bosi Balinabasi wuyenda ku Talisi mu tomba Sawuli.
26 and having found (him *k*) he brought (him *k*) to Antioch. It came to pass [that] now (they *N(k)O*) also a year whole gathering together in the church and teaching a crowd large, Were calling then (first *N(k)O*) in Antioch the disciples Christians.
Buna kammona, wunnata ku Antioshi. Mvu wu mvimba bawu buadibakutikinina ayi dibundu, balonga nkangu wunneni. Ku Antioshi kuawu minlonguki mitedolo “Bankua Klisto” voti “Baklisto” mu khumbu yitheti.
27 In these now days came down from Jerusalem prophets to Antioch;
Muna bilumbu beni mimbikudi miba ku Yelusalemi miyenda ku Antioshi,
28 Having risen up now one of them named Agabus he signified through the Spirit [that] a famine (great *N(k)O*) to ensue being over all the world — (which *N(k)O*) (also *k*) was in [the time of] Claudius (of Caesar. *K*)
wumosi mu bawu, dizina diandi Agabusi, wutelama ayi wubikula mu Pheve ti kanda kingolo kiela ba mu tsi yimvimba. Kanda beni kiba mu thangu ntinu Klode.
29 And the disciples even as was prospered anyone, determined each of them for ministry to send to the dwelling in Judea brothers;
Diawu minlonguki mizenga, kadika mutu boso bubela diluaku diandi, mu fidisa lusadusu kuidi bakhomba baba kalanga mu Yuda.
30 which also they did having sent [it] to the elders through [the] hand of Barnabas and Saul.
Buawu bobo mivangila. Mifidisa makaba mawu kuidi bakulutu ba dibundu mu mioko mi Balinabasi ayi Sawuli.
