2 Samuel 22
1 And he spoke David to Yahweh [the] words of the song this on [the] day [when] he delivered Yahweh him from [the] hand of all enemies his and from [the] hand of Saul.
David adressa à Yahvé les paroles de ce cantique, le jour où Yahvé le délivra de la main de tous ses ennemis et de la main de Saül,
2 And he said Yahweh [is] rock my and stronghold my and deliverer my to me.
et il dit: « Yahvé est mon rocher, ma forteresse, et mon libérateur, même le mien;
3 O God of rock my [whom] I take refuge in him shield my and [the] horn of salvation my refuge my and place of escape my O deliverer my from violence you deliver me.
Dieu est mon rocher, en qui je trouve refuge; mon bouclier, et la corne de mon salut, ma haute tour et mon refuge. Mon sauveur, tu me sauves de la violence.
4 [the one] to be praised I called out to Yahweh and from enemies my I am delivered.
J'invoque Yahvé, qui est digne d'être loué; Ainsi je serai sauvé de mes ennemis.
5 For they surrounded me [the] breakers of death torrents of worthlessness they overwhelmed me.
Car les vagues de la mort m'ont entouré. Les flots de l'impiété m'ont fait peur.
Les cordes du séjour des morts m'entouraient. Les pièges de la mort m'ont attrapé. (Sheol h7585)
7 When it was distress to me I called out to Yahweh and to God my I called out and he heard from temple his voice my and cry for help my [was] in ears his.
Dans ma détresse, j'ai invoqué Yahvé. Oui, j'ai appelé mon Dieu. Il a entendu ma voix hors de sa tempe. Mon cri est parvenu à ses oreilles.
8 (And it shook back and forth *Q(K)*) and it quaked the earth [the] foundations of the heavens they trembled and they shook back and forth for it burned to him.
Alors la terre trembla et s'ébranla. Les fondations du ciel ont tremblé et ont été ébranlées, parce qu'il était en colère.
9 It went up smoke in nose his and fire from mouth his it consumed coals they burned from him.
De la fumée sortait de ses narines. Un feu dévorant est sorti de sa bouche. Des charbons ont été allumés par elle.
10 And he bowed [the] heavens and he came down and thick darkness [was] under feet his.
Il a aussi incliné les cieux, et il est descendu. Une obscurité épaisse était sous ses pieds.
11 And he rode on a cherub and he flew and he appeared on [the] wings of [the] wind.
Il était monté sur un chérubin, et il volait. Oui, il a été vu sur les ailes du vent.
12 And he put darkness around him shelters a sieve of waters dark clouds of clouds.
Il a fait des ténèbres un abri autour de lui, le rassemblement des eaux, et les nuages épais des cieux.
13 From [the] brightness before him they burned coals of fire.
A la clarté devant lui, des charbons ardents ont été allumés.
14 He thundered from heaven Yahweh and [the] Most High he gave voice his.
Yahvé tonna du ciel. Le Très-Haut a fait entendre sa voix.
15 And he sent arrows and he scattered them [with] lightning (and he routed [them]. *Q(K)*)
Il envoya des flèches et les dispersa, des éclairs et les a rendus confus.
16 And they appeared [the] channels of [the] sea they were uncovered [the] foundations of [the] world at [the] rebuke of Yahweh from [the] breathing of [the] breath of nose his.
Alors les canaux de la mer apparurent. Les fondations du monde ont été mises à nu par la réprimande de Yahvé, au souffle de ses narines.
17 He stretched out from a high place he took hold of me he drew me from waters many.
Il a envoyé d'en haut et il m'a pris. Il m'a tiré de nombreuses eaux.
18 He rescued me from enemy my mighty from [those who] hate me for they were [too] strong for me.
Il m'a délivré de mon ennemi puissant, de ceux qui me haïssaient, car ils étaient trop puissants pour moi.
19 They confronted me in [the] day of calamity my and he was Yahweh a support of me.
Ils sont venus sur moi au jour de ma calamité, mais Yahvé était mon soutien.
20 And he brought out to roomy place me he rescued me for he delighted in me.
Il m'a aussi fait sortir dans un grand lieu. Il m'a délivré, car il s'est réjoui de moi.
21 He dealt with me Yahweh according to righteousness my according to [the] cleanness of hands my he repaid to me.
L'Éternel m'a récompensé selon ma justice. Il m'a récompensé selon la propreté de mes mains.
22 For I have kept [the] ways of Yahweh and not I have acted wickedly from God my.
Car j'ai gardé les voies de l'Éternel, et je ne me suis pas éloigné de mon Dieu par méchanceté.
23 For all (judgments his *Q(K)*) [are] to before me and statutes his not I turn aside from it.
Car toutes ses ordonnances étaient devant moi. Quant à ses statuts, je ne m'en suis pas écarté.
24 And I was blameless to him and I kept myself! from iniquity my.
J'étais aussi parfait envers lui. Je me suis gardé de mon iniquité.
25 And he repaid Yahweh to me according to righteousness my according to cleanness my to before eyes his.
C'est pourquoi Yahvé m'a récompensé selon ma justice, Selon ma propreté dans sa vue.
26 With a faithful [person] you show yourself faithful with a mighty [man] blameless you show yourself blameless.
Avec les miséricordieux, tu te montreras miséricordieux. Avec l'homme parfait, vous vous montrerez parfaite.
27 With [one who] purifies himself you show yourself pure and with a perverse [person] you show yourself twisted.
Avec les purs, tu te montreras pur. Avec les tordus, vous vous montrerez astucieux.
28 And a people afflicted you save and eyes your [are] on haughty [people] you bring [them] low.
Tu sauveras le peuple affligé, mais tes yeux sont sur les arrogants, pour les faire tomber.
29 For you [are] lamp my O Yahweh and Yahweh he lightens darkness my.
Car tu es ma lampe, Yahvé. Yahvé va éclairer mes ténèbres.
30 For by you I run a marauding band by God my I leap over a wall.
Car par toi, je cours contre une troupe. Par mon Dieu, je saute par-dessus un mur.
31 God [is] blameless way his [the] word of Yahweh [is] refined [is] a shield he for all those [who] seek refuge in him.
Quant à Dieu, sa voie est parfaite. La parole de Yahvé est mise à l'épreuve. Il est un bouclier pour tous ceux qui se réfugient en lui.
32 For who? [is] God except Yahweh and who? [is] a rock except God our.
Car qui est Dieu, en dehors de Yahvé? Qui est un rocher, à part notre Dieu?
33 God [is] place of refuge my strength and he set free a blameless [person] (way my. *Q(K)*)
Dieu est ma forte forteresse. Il rend mon chemin parfait.
34 [he is] making (Feet my *Q(K)*) like does and on high places my he makes stand firm me.
Il rend ses pieds semblables à ceux des biches, et me place sur mes hauts lieux.
35 [he has] trained Hands my for battle and it will stretch a bow of bronze arms my.
Il apprend à mes mains à combattre, pour que mes bras fassent un arc de bronze.
36 And you gave to me [the] shield of salvation your and answering your you make great me.
Tu m'as aussi donné le bouclier de ton salut. Votre gentillesse m'a rendu grand.
37 You enlarge step[s] my under me and not they slip ankles my.
Tu as élargi mes pas sous moi. Mes pieds n'ont pas glissé.
38 Let me pursue enemies my and I destroyed them and not I returned until brought to an end them.
J'ai poursuivi mes ennemis et je les ai détruits. Je ne me suis pas retourné jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient consommés.
39 And I brought to an end them and I shattered them and not they will rise! and they fell under feet my.
Je les ai consumés, et les a transpercés, pour qu'ils ne puissent pas surgir. Oui, ils sont tombés sous mes pieds.
40 And you have girded me strength for battle you make bow down [those who] rise against me under me.
Car tu m'as armé de force pour le combat. Tu as soumis à moi ceux qui s'élevaient contre moi.
41 And enemies my you have given to me a neck [those who] hate me and I destroyed them.
Tu as aussi fait en sorte que mes ennemis me tournent le dos, afin d'exterminer ceux qui me haïssent.
42 They looked and there not [was] a deliverer to Yahweh and not he answered them.
Ils regardèrent, mais il n'y avait personne à sauver; même à Yahvé, mais il ne leur a pas répondu.
43 And I beat fine them like [the] dust of [the] earth like [the] mud of [the] streets I pulverized them I beat out them.
Puis je les ai battus comme de la poussière de la terre. Je les ai écrasés comme la boue des rues, et je les ai répandus.
44 And you rescued me from [the] strifes of people my you kept me to [the] head of [the] nations a people [whom] not I knew they served me.
C'est toi aussi qui m'as délivré de l'oppression de mon peuple. Tu m'as gardé pour être le chef des nations. Un peuple que je n'ai pas connu me servira.
45 Sons of foreignness they cringed to me to hear an ear they became obedient to me.
Les étrangers se soumettront à moi. Dès qu'ils entendront parler de moi, ils m'obéiront.
46 Sons of foreignness they withered and they may girdethemselves from strongholds their.
Les étrangers disparaîtront, et sortiront en tremblant de leurs lieux clos.
47 [is] living Yahweh and [be] blessed rock my and may he be exalted [the] God of [the] rock of salvation my.
Yahvé est vivant! Béni soit mon rocher! Exalté soit Dieu, le rocher de mon salut,
48 God [is] the [one who] gives vengeance to me and [is] bringing down peoples under me.
même le Dieu qui exécute la vengeance pour moi, qui fait tomber les peuples sous mes ordres,
49 And [is] bringing out me from enemies my and from [those who] rise against me you lift up me from a man of violence you rescue me.
qui m'emmène loin de mes ennemis. Oui, tu me soulèves au-dessus de ceux qui s'élèvent contre moi. Tu me délivres de l'homme violent.
50 There-fore I will give thanks you O Yahweh among the nations and to name your I will sing praise.
C'est pourquoi je te louerai, Yahvé, parmi les nations, et chanteront les louanges de ton nom.
51 ([the] tower *Q(K)*) Of [the] salvation of king his and [who] does covenant loyalty to anointed his to David and to offspring his until perpetuity.
Il accorde une grande délivrance à son roi, et fait preuve de bonté envers ses oints, à David et à sa descendance, pour toujours. »
