2 Samuel 22
1 And he spoke David to Yahweh [the] words of the song this on [the] day [when] he delivered Yahweh him from [the] hand of all enemies his and from [the] hand of Saul.
| وَكَلَّمَ دَاوُدُ ٱلرَّبَّ بِكَلَامِ هَذَا ٱلنَّشِيدِ فِي ٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلَّذِي أَنْقَذَهُ فِيهِ ٱلرَّبُّ مِنْ أَيْدِي كُلِّ أَعْدَائِهِ وَمِنْ يَدِ شَاوُلَ، | ١ |
2 And he said Yahweh [is] rock my and stronghold my and deliverer my to me.
| فَقَالَ: «اَلرَّبُّ صَخْرَتِي وَحِصْنِي وَمُنْقِذِي، | ٢ |
3 O God of rock my [whom] I take refuge in him shield my and [the] horn of salvation my refuge my and place of escape my O deliverer my from violence you deliver me.
| إِلَهُ صَخْرَتِي بِهِ أَحْتَمِي. تُرْسِي وَقَرْنُ خَلَاصِي. مَلْجَإِي وَمَنَاصِي. مُخَلِّصِي، مِنَ ٱلظُّلْمِ تُخَلِّصُنِي. | ٣ |
4 [the one] to be praised I called out to Yahweh and from enemies my I am delivered.
| أَدْعُو ٱلرَّبَّ ٱلْحَمِيدَ فَأَتَخَلَّصُ مِنْ أَعْدَائِي. | ٤ |
5 For they surrounded me [the] breakers of death torrents of worthlessness they overwhelmed me.
| لِأَنَّ أَمْوَاجَ ٱلْمَوْتِ ٱكْتَنَفَتْنِي. سُيُولُ ٱلْهَلَاكِ أَفْزَعَتْنِي. | ٥ |
| حِبَالُ ٱلْهَاوِيَةِ أَحَاطَتْ بِي. شُرُكُ ٱلْمَوْتِ أَصَابَتْنِي. (Sheol h7585) | ٦ |
7 When it was distress to me I called out to Yahweh and to God my I called out and he heard from temple his voice my and cry for help my [was] in ears his.
| فِي ضِيقِي دَعَوْتُ ٱلرَّبَّ، وَإِلَى إِلَهِي صَرَخْتُ، فَسَمِعَ مِنْ هَيْكَلِهِ صَوْتِي، وَصُرَاخِي دَخَلَ أُذُنَيْهِ. | ٧ |
8 (And it shook back and forth *Q(K)*) and it quaked the earth [the] foundations of the heavens they trembled and they shook back and forth for it burned to him.
| فَٱرْتَجَّتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ وَٱرْتَعَشَتْ. أُسُسُ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ ٱرْتَعَدَتْ وَٱرْتَجَّتْ، لِأَنَّهُ غَضِبَ. | ٨ |
9 It went up smoke in nose his and fire from mouth his it consumed coals they burned from him.
| صَعِدَ دُخَانٌ مِنْ أَنْفِهِ، وَنَارٌ مِنْ فَمِهِ أَكَلَتْ. جَمْرٌ ٱشْتَعَلَتْ مِنْهُ. | ٩ |
10 And he bowed [the] heavens and he came down and thick darkness [was] under feet his.
| طَأْطَأَ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَنَزَلَ، وَضَبَابٌ تَحْتَ رِجْلَيْهِ. | ١٠ |
11 And he rode on a cherub and he flew and he appeared on [the] wings of [the] wind.
| رَكِبَ عَلَى كَرُوبٍ، وَطَارَ وَرُئِيَ عَلَى أَجْنِحَةِ ٱلرِّيحِ. | ١١ |
12 And he put darkness around him shelters a sieve of waters dark clouds of clouds.
| جَعَلَ ٱلظُّلْمَةَ حَوْلَهُ مِظَلَّاتٍ، مِيَاهًا حَاشِكَةً وَظَلَامَ ٱلْغَمَامِ. | ١٢ |
13 From [the] brightness before him they burned coals of fire.
| مِنَ ٱلشُّعَاعِ قُدَّامَهُ ٱشْتَعَلَتْ جَمْرُ نَارٍ. | ١٣ |
14 He thundered from heaven Yahweh and [the] Most High he gave voice his.
| أَرْعَدَ ٱلرَّبُّ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ، وَٱلْعَلِيُّ أَعْطَى صَوْتَهُ. | ١٤ |
15 And he sent arrows and he scattered them [with] lightning (and he routed [them]. *Q(K)*)
| أَرْسَلَ سِهَامًا فَشَتَّتَهُمْ، بَرْقًا فَأَزْعَجَهُمْ. | ١٥ |
16 And they appeared [the] channels of [the] sea they were uncovered [the] foundations of [the] world at [the] rebuke of Yahweh from [the] breathing of [the] breath of nose his.
| فَظَهَرَتْ أَعْمَاقُ ٱلْبَحْرِ، وَٱنْكَشَفَتْ أُسُسُ ٱلْمَسْكُونَةِ مِنْ زَجْرِ ٱلرَّبِّ، مِنْ نَسْمَةِ رِيحِ أَنْفِهِ. | ١٦ |
17 He stretched out from a high place he took hold of me he drew me from waters many.
| أَرْسَلَ مِنَ ٱلْعُلَى فَأَخَذَنِي، نَشَلَنِي مِنْ مِيَاهٍ كَثِيرَةٍ. | ١٧ |
18 He rescued me from enemy my mighty from [those who] hate me for they were [too] strong for me.
| أَنْقَذَنِي مِنْ عَدُوِّيَ ٱلْقَوِيِّ، مِنْ مُبْغِضِيَّ لِأَنَّهُمْ أَقْوَى مِنِّي. | ١٨ |
19 They confronted me in [the] day of calamity my and he was Yahweh a support of me.
| أَصَابُونِي فِي يَوْمِ بَلِيَّتِي، وَكَانَ ٱلرَّبُّ سَنَدِي. | ١٩ |
20 And he brought out to roomy place me he rescued me for he delighted in me.
| أَخْرَجَنِي إِلَى ٱلرَّحْبِ. خَلَّصَنِي لِأَنَّهُ سُرَّ بِي. | ٢٠ |
21 He dealt with me Yahweh according to righteousness my according to [the] cleanness of hands my he repaid to me.
| يُكَافِئُنِي ٱلرَّبُّ حَسَبَ بِرِّي. حَسَبَ طَهَارَةِ يَدَيَّ يَرُدُّ عَلَيَّ. | ٢١ |
22 For I have kept [the] ways of Yahweh and not I have acted wickedly from God my.
| لِأَنِّي حَفِظْتُ طُرُقَ ٱلرَّبِّ، وَلَمْ أَعْصِ إِلَهِي. | ٢٢ |
23 For all (judgments his *Q(K)*) [are] to before me and statutes his not I turn aside from it.
| لِأَنَّ جَمِيعَ أَحْكَامِهِ أَمَامِي، وَفَرَائِضُهُ لَا أَحِيدُ عَنْهَا. | ٢٣ |
24 And I was blameless to him and I kept myself! from iniquity my.
| وَأَكُونُ كَامِلًا لَدَيْهِ، وَأَتَحَفَّظُ مِنْ إِثْمِي. | ٢٤ |
25 And he repaid Yahweh to me according to righteousness my according to cleanness my to before eyes his.
| فَيَرُدُّ ٱلرَّبُّ عَلَيَّ كَبِرِّي، وَكَطَهَارَتِي أَمَامَ عَيْنَيْهِ. | ٢٥ |
26 With a faithful [person] you show yourself faithful with a mighty [man] blameless you show yourself blameless.
| «مَعَ ٱلرَّحِيمِ تَكُونُ رَحِيمًا. مَعَ ٱلرَّجُلِ ٱلْكَامِلِ تَكُونُ كَامِلًا. | ٢٦ |
27 With [one who] purifies himself you show yourself pure and with a perverse [person] you show yourself twisted.
| مَعَ ٱلطَّاهِرِ تَكُونُ طَاهِرًا، وَمَعَ ٱلْأَعْوَجِ تَكُونُ مُلْتَوِيًا. | ٢٧ |
28 And a people afflicted you save and eyes your [are] on haughty [people] you bring [them] low.
| وَتُخَلِّصُ ٱلشَّعْبَ ٱلْبَائِسَ، وَعَيْنَاكَ عَلَى ٱلْمُتَرَفِّعِينَ فَتَضَعُهُمْ. | ٢٨ |
29 For you [are] lamp my O Yahweh and Yahweh he lightens darkness my.
| لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ سِرَاجِي يَارَبُّ، وَٱلرَّبُّ يُضِيءُ ظُلْمَتِي. | ٢٩ |
30 For by you I run a marauding band by God my I leap over a wall.
| لِأَنِّي بِكَ ٱقْتَحَمْتُ جَيْشًا. بِإِلَهِي تَسَوَّرْتُ أَسْوَارًا. | ٣٠ |
31 God [is] blameless way his [the] word of Yahweh [is] refined [is] a shield he for all those [who] seek refuge in him.
| ٱللهُ طَرِيقُهُ كَامِلٌ، وَقَوْلُ ٱلرَّبِّ نَقِيٌّ. تُرْسٌ هُوَ لِجَمِيعِ ٱلْمُحْتَمِينَ بِهِ. | ٣١ |
32 For who? [is] God except Yahweh and who? [is] a rock except God our.
| لِأَنَّهُ مَنْ هُوَ إِلَهٌ غَيْرُ ٱلرَّبِّ؟ وَمَنْ هُوَ صَخْرَةٌ غَيْرُ إِلَهِنَا؟ | ٣٢ |
33 God [is] place of refuge my strength and he set free a blameless [person] (way my. *Q(K)*)
| ٱلْإِلَهُ ٱلَّذِي يُعَزِّزُنِي بِٱلْقُوَّةِ، وَيُصَيِّرُ طَرِيقِي كَامِلًا. | ٣٣ |
34 [he is] making (Feet my *Q(K)*) like does and on high places my he makes stand firm me.
| ٱلَّذِي يَجْعَلُ رِجْلَيَّ كَٱلْإِيَّلِ، وَعَلَى مُرْتَفَعَاتِي يُقِيمُنِي | ٣٤ |
35 [he has] trained Hands my for battle and it will stretch a bow of bronze arms my.
| ٱلَّذِي يُعَلِّمُ يَدَيَّ ٱلْقِتَالَ، فَتُحْنَى بِذِرَاعَيَّ قَوْسٌ مِنْ نُحَاسٍ. | ٣٥ |
36 And you gave to me [the] shield of salvation your and answering your you make great me.
| وَتَجْعَلُ لِي تُرْسَ خَلَاصِكَ، وَلُطْفُكَ يُعَظِّمُنِي. | ٣٦ |
37 You enlarge step[s] my under me and not they slip ankles my.
| تُوَسِّعُ خَطْوَاتِي تَحْتِي، فَلَمْ تَتَقَلْقَلْ كَعْبَايَ. | ٣٧ |
38 Let me pursue enemies my and I destroyed them and not I returned until brought to an end them.
| أَلْحَقُ أَعْدَائِي فَأُهْلِكُهُمْ، وَلَا أَرْجِعُ حَتَّى أُفْنِيَهُمْ. | ٣٨ |
39 And I brought to an end them and I shattered them and not they will rise! and they fell under feet my.
| أُفْنِيهِمْ وَأَسْحَقُهُمْ فَلَا يَقُومُونَ، بَلْ يَسْقُطُونَ تَحْتَ رِجْلَيَّ. | ٣٩ |
40 And you have girded me strength for battle you make bow down [those who] rise against me under me.
| «تُنَطِّقُنِي قُوَّةً لِلْقِتَالِ، وَتَصْرَعُ ٱلْقَائِمِينَ عَلَيَّ تَحْتِي. | ٤٠ |
41 And enemies my you have given to me a neck [those who] hate me and I destroyed them.
| وَتُعْطِينِي أَقْفِيَةَ أَعْدَائِي وَمُبْغِضِيَّ فَأُفْنِيهِمْ. | ٤١ |
42 They looked and there not [was] a deliverer to Yahweh and not he answered them.
| يَتَطَلَّعُونَ فَلَيْسَ مُخَلِّصٌ، إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ فَلَا يَسْتَجِيبُهُمْ. | ٤٢ |
43 And I beat fine them like [the] dust of [the] earth like [the] mud of [the] streets I pulverized them I beat out them.
| فَأَسْحَقُهُمْ كَغُبَارِ ٱلْأَرْضِ. مِثْلَ طِينِ ٱلْأَسْوَاقِ أَدُقُّهُمْ وَأَدُوسُهُمْ. | ٤٣ |
44 And you rescued me from [the] strifes of people my you kept me to [the] head of [the] nations a people [whom] not I knew they served me.
| وَتُنْقِذُنِي مِنْ مُخَاصَمَاتِ شَعْبِي، وَتَحْفَظُنِي رَأْسًا لِلْأُمَمِ. شَعْبٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ يَتَعَبَّدُ لِي. | ٤٤ |
45 Sons of foreignness they cringed to me to hear an ear they became obedient to me.
| بَنُو ٱلْغُرَبَاءِ يَتَذَلَّلُونَ لِي. مِنْ سَمَاعِ ٱلْأُذُنِ يَسْمَعُونَ لِي. | ٤٥ |
46 Sons of foreignness they withered and they may girdethemselves from strongholds their.
| بَنُو ٱلْغُرَبَاءِ يَبْلَوْنَ وَيَزْحَفُونَ مِنْ حُصُونِهِمْ. | ٤٦ |
47 [is] living Yahweh and [be] blessed rock my and may he be exalted [the] God of [the] rock of salvation my.
| حَيٌّ هُوَ ٱلرَّبُّ، وَمُبَارَكٌ صَخْرَتِي، وَمُرْتَفَعٌ إِلَهُ صَخْرَةِ خَلَاصِي. | ٤٧ |
48 God [is] the [one who] gives vengeance to me and [is] bringing down peoples under me.
| ٱلْإِلَهُ ٱلْمُنْتَقِمُ لِي، وَٱلْمُخْضِعُ شُعُوبًا تَحْتِي، | ٤٨ |
49 And [is] bringing out me from enemies my and from [those who] rise against me you lift up me from a man of violence you rescue me.
| وَٱلَّذِي يُخْرِجُنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ أَعْدَائِي، وَيَرْفَعُنِي فَوْقَ ٱلْقَائِمِينَ عَلَيَّ، وَيُنْقِذُنِي مِنْ رَجُلِ ٱلظُّلْمِ. | ٤٩ |
50 There-fore I will give thanks you O Yahweh among the nations and to name your I will sing praise.
| لِذَلِكَ أَحْمَدُكَ يَارَبُّ فِي ٱلْأُمَمِ، وَلِٱسْمِكَ أُرَنِّمُ. | ٥٠ |
51 ([the] tower *Q(K)*) Of [the] salvation of king his and [who] does covenant loyalty to anointed his to David and to offspring his until perpetuity.
| بُرْجُ خَلَاصٍ لِمَلِكِهِ، وَٱلصَّانِعُ رَحْمَةً لِمَسِيحِهِ، لِدَاوُدَ وَنَسْلِهِ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ». | ٥١ |
