< 2 Kings 11 >

1 And Athaliah [the] mother of Ahaziah (she saw *Q(K)*) that he was dead son her and she arose and she destroyed all [the] offspring of royalty.

2 And she took Jehosheba [the] daughter of the king Joram [the] sister of Ahaziah Joash [the] son of Ahaziah and she stole him from among [the] sons of the king (who were about to be put to death *Q(K)*) him and suckling-nurse his in [the] chamber of the beds and they hid him from before Athaliah and not he was put to death.

3 And he was with her [the] house of Yahweh hiding himself six years and Athaliah [was] reigning over the land.
Enen-taoñe t’ie nietake nindre ama’e añ’ anjomba’ Iehovà ao, ie nimpanjàka-ampela’ i taney t’i Atalià.
4 And in the year seventh he sent Jehoiada and he took - [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) of the Carian[s] and of the runners and he brought them to himself [the] house of Yahweh and he made to them a covenant and he made to swear an oath with them in [the] house of Yahweh and he showed them [the] son of the king.
Aa naho tsatoke i taom-paha-fitoy, le nampihitrike t’Ieho­iada, rinambe’e o mpifehe zatoo naho o mpifelekeo naho o mpañambeñeo, naho nampihovae’e añ’ anjomba’ Iehovà naho nifa­ñina’e naho nampifanta’e añ’ anjomba’ Iehovà ao vaho natoro’e iareo i anam-panjakay.
5 And he commanded them saying this [is] the thing which you will do! the third [part] of you [who] come the sabbath and [who] keep [the] watch of [the] house of the king.
Le linili’e ty hoe: Zao ty hanoe’ areo, ty am-paha-telo’ areo, o himoak’ ao amy Sabataio, ro hañambeñe ty anjomba’ i mpanjakaio—
6 And the third [part] [will be] at [the] gate of Sur and the third [part] [will be] at the gate behind the runners and you will keep [the] watch of the house by turns.
le nanoeñe an-dalambei’ i Sore eo ty faharoe’e, naho ty faha-telo’e tan-dalambey amboho’ o mpigaritseo ao—higa­ritse i anjom­bay ho mpanebañe.
7 And [the] two the hands in you all [those who] go out the sabbath and they will keep [the] watch of [the] house of Yahweh to the king.
Le ty ila’e roe amo hiavotse amy Sabotsey iabio ty hañambeñe i anjomba’ Iehovày hañaro i mpanjakay.
8 And you will surround the king all around everyone and weapons his in hand his and the [one who] comes into the ranks he will be put to death and be with the king when goes out he and when comes he.
Hañarikatoke i mpanjakay nahareo, songa amam-pialiañe am-pità’e, le zevòño ze mimoak’ amy fiariariañey; naho mindreza amy mpanjakay am-piavota’e vaho am-piziliha’e.
9 And they did [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) according to all that he commanded Jehoiada the priest and they took each men his [those who] came the sabbath with [those who] went out the sabbath and they came to Jehoiada the priest.
Aa le hene nanoe’ o mpifehe zatoo i nandilia’ Iehoiada, mpisoroñey; songa nandrambe ondati’eo, o hizilike amy Sabataio naho o hiavotse boak’ao amy Sa­botseio vaho niheo am’ Iehoiadà mpisoroñe mb’eo.
10 And he gave the priest to [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) the spear and the shields which [had belonged] to the king David which [were] in [the] house of Yahweh.
Le natolo’ i mpisoroñey amo mpifehe-zatoo o lefoñe naho fikala’ i Davideo, o tañ’ anjomba’ Iehovào.
11 And they stood the runners everyone - and weapons his in hand his from [the] side of the house south to [the] side of the house north to the altar and to the house at the king all around.
Aa le songa nijohañe eo o mpañambeñeo reke-pialiañe am-pità’e, boak’ ankavia’ i anjombay pak’ ankavana’ i anjombay, niari’ i kitreliy naho i kivohoy, nañarikatoke i mpanjakay.
12 And he brought out [the] son of the king and he put on him the crown and the testimony and they made king him and they anointed him and they struck a palm and they said may he live the king.
Nampiavote’e amy zao i anam-panjakay, le naombe’e ama’e i sabakam-panjakay, naho natolots’ aze ty boke Hake, naho nanoe’ iereo mpanjaka, naho noriza’ iareo, vaho niteha-pitàñe nanao ty hoe: Mahaveloñe ry mpanjaka.
13 And she heard Athaliah [the] sound of the runners the people and she went to the people [the] house of Yahweh.
Ie jinanji’ i Atalià ty fañenotsa­tsaha’ o mpañambeñeo naho ondatio, le nimb’ am’ ondaty añ’ anjomba’ Iehovào.
14 And she saw and there! the king [was] standing at the pillar according to the custom and the commanders and the trumpets [were] with the king and all [the] people of the land [was] joyful and [was] giving a blast on trumpets and she tore Athaliah clothes her and she called out treason treason.

15 And he commanded Jehoiada the priest [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) [the] officers of the army and he said to them bring out her to from between to the ranks and the [one who] comes behind her put to death with the sword for he had said the priest may not she be put to death [the] house of Yahweh.
Le linili’ Iehoiadà mpisoroñe o mpifehe-zatoo, o mpifelek’ i valobohòkeio, ami’ty hoe: Akaro alafe’ o miriritseo vaho lihiro am-pibara ze mañorik’ aze. (Ami’ty saontsi’ i mpisoroñey nanao ty hoe: Ehe t’ie tsy havetrak’ añ’anjomba’ Iehovà.)
16 And they put to her hands and she went [the] way of [the] entrance of the horses [the] house of the king and she was put to death there.
Tsinepa’ iareo am-pitàñe le ie pok’ am-pimoahan-tsoavala añ’ anjombam-panjaka, le zinevoñ’ eo re.
17 And he made Jehoiada the covenant between Yahweh and between the king and between the people to become a people of Yahweh and between the king and between the people.
Le nanao fañina añivo’ Iehovà naho i mpanjakay naho ondatio t’Iehoiadà, t’ie fonga hondati’ Iehovà; vaho añivo’ i mpanjakay naho ondatio.
18 And they went all [the] people of the land [the] house of Baal and they pulled down it (altars its *Q(K)*) and images its they broke thoroughly and Mattan [the] priest of Baal they killed before the altars and he appointed the priest overseers over [the] house of Yahweh.
Nimb’ añ’ anjomba’ i Baale mb’eo ze hene ondati’ i taney nandrotsake naho nandorodemoke o kitreli’eo naho o sare’eo, vaho zinevo’ iereo t’i Matane mpisoro’ i Baale añatrefa’ o kitrelio. Le nanendre mpifehen’ anjomba’ Iehovà i mpisoroñey.
19 And he took [the] commanders of the hundreds and the Carian[s] and the runners and - all [the] people of the land and they took down the king from [the] house of Yahweh and they came [the] way of [the] gate of the runners [the] house of the king and he sat on [the] throne of the kings.

20 And it rejoiced all [the] people of the land and the city it was at peace and Athaliah they had put to death with the sword [the] house of (the king. *Q(K)*)
Nirebeke iaby ondati’ i taneio naho nitofa i rovay ie fa zinevo’ iereo am-pibara t’i Atalià añ’ anjombam-panjaka ao.
21 [was] a son of Seven years Jehoash when became king he.
