2 Kings 11
1 And Athaliah [the] mother of Ahaziah (she saw *Q(K)*) that he was dead son her and she arose and she destroyed all [the] offspring of royalty.

2 And she took Jehosheba [the] daughter of the king Joram [the] sister of Ahaziah Joash [the] son of Ahaziah and she stole him from among [the] sons of the king (who were about to be put to death *Q(K)*) him and suckling-nurse his in [the] chamber of the beds and they hid him from before Athaliah and not he was put to death.

3 And he was with her [the] house of Yahweh hiding himself six years and Athaliah [was] reigning over the land.

4 And in the year seventh he sent Jehoiada and he took - [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) of the Carian[s] and of the runners and he brought them to himself [the] house of Yahweh and he made to them a covenant and he made to swear an oath with them in [the] house of Yahweh and he showed them [the] son of the king.
Ary tamin’ ny taona fahafito Joiada naniraka haka ny kapiteny, mpifehy ny anjolofo sy ny mpiambina, dia nampiditra azy tao an-tranon’ i Jehovah ary nampanaiky sy nampianiana azy tao an-tranon’ i Jehovah, ka nasehony azy ny zanakalahin’ ny mpanjaka.
5 And he commanded them saying this [is] the thing which you will do! the third [part] of you [who] come the sabbath and [who] keep [the] watch of [the] house of the king.
Ary izy nandidy azy hoe: Izao no hataonareo: Ny ampahatelony izay milatsaka amin’ ny Sabata dia hiambina ny tranon’ ny mpanjaka;
6 And the third [part] [will be] at [the] gate of Sur and the third [part] [will be] at the gate behind the runners and you will keep [the] watch of the house by turns.

7 And [the] two the hands in you all [those who] go out the sabbath and they will keep [the] watch of [the] house of Yahweh to the king.

8 And you will surround the king all around everyone and weapons his in hand his and the [one who] comes into the ranks he will be put to death and be with the king when goes out he and when comes he.
Ary hanemitra manodidina ny mpanjaka ianareo, samy mitana ny fiadiany avy; ka na iza na iza mamaky laharana dia vonoy, ary arahonareo ny mpanjaka, na mivoaka na miditra izy.
9 And they did [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) according to all that he commanded Jehoiada the priest and they took each men his [those who] came the sabbath with [those who] went out the sabbath and they came to Jehoiada the priest.

10 And he gave the priest to [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) the spear and the shields which [had belonged] to the king David which [were] in [the] house of Yahweh.

11 And they stood the runners everyone - and weapons his in hand his from [the] side of the house south to [the] side of the house north to the altar and to the house at the king all around.
Ary ny mpiambina nitsangana, ka samy nitana ny fiadiany avy hanodidina ny mpanjaka hatramin’ ny lafiny ankavanan’ ny trano ka hatramin’ ny lafiny ankavia, hatramin’ ny alitara ka hatramin’ ny trano.
12 And he brought out [the] son of the king and he put on him the crown and the testimony and they made king him and they anointed him and they struck a palm and they said may he live the king.

13 And she heard Athaliah [the] sound of the runners the people and she went to the people [the] house of Yahweh.
Ary nony ren’ i Atalia ny tabataban’ ny mpiambina sy ny vahoaka, dia mba nankao amin’ ny vahoaka tao amin’ ny tranon’ i Jehovah izy.
14 And she saw and there! the king [was] standing at the pillar according to the custom and the commanders and the trumpets [were] with the king and all [the] people of the land [was] joyful and [was] giving a blast on trumpets and she tore Athaliah clothes her and she called out treason treason.

15 And he commanded Jehoiada the priest [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Q(k)*) [the] officers of the army and he said to them bring out her to from between to the ranks and the [one who] comes behind her put to death with the sword for he had said the priest may not she be put to death [the] house of Yahweh.
Fa Joiada mpisorona nandidy ny kapiteny, mpifehy ny miaramila, ka nanao taminy hoe: Avoahy eny ivelan’ ny laharana izy, ary izay manaraka azy dia vonoy amin’ ny sabatra. Fa ny mpisorona efa nandrara hoe Aza vonoina ao an-tranon’ i Jehovah izy.
16 And they put to her hands and she went [the] way of [the] entrance of the horses [the] house of the king and she was put to death there.
Ary ny olona nisava teo an-daniny roa, dia nandeha tamin’ ny lalana fandehanan’ ny soavaly ho any an-tranon’ ny mpanjaka ravehivavy; dia novonoiny tao izy.
17 And he made Jehoiada the covenant between Yahweh and between the king and between the people to become a people of Yahweh and between the king and between the people.
Ary Joiada nampanao fanekena ny mpanjaka sy ny vahoaka tamin’ i Jehovah, mba ho olon’ i Jehovah izy, ary nampifanaiky ny mpanjaka sy ny vahoaka koa.
18 And they went all [the] people of the land [the] house of Baal and they pulled down it (altars its *Q(K)*) and images its they broke thoroughly and Mattan [the] priest of Baal they killed before the altars and he appointed the priest overseers over [the] house of Yahweh.

19 And he took [the] commanders of the hundreds and the Carian[s] and the runners and - all [the] people of the land and they took down the king from [the] house of Yahweh and they came [the] way of [the] gate of the runners [the] house of the king and he sat on [the] throne of the kings.
Ary nalainy ny kapiteny sy ny anjolofo sy ny mpiambina mbamin’ ny vahoaka rehetra ary nentina nidina avy tao an-tranon’ i Jehovah ny mpanjaka, ka teo am-bavahadin’ ny mpiambina no nalehany hankao an-tranon’ ny mpanjaka. Ary nipetraka tamin’ ny seza fiandrianan’ ny mpanjaka izy.
20 And it rejoiced all [the] people of the land and the city it was at peace and Athaliah they had put to death with the sword [the] house of (the king. *Q(K)*)

21 [was] a son of Seven years Jehoash when became king he.
